Fordele: "This is the way to fly long haul."
Ulemper: "Frustration is it is impossible to sleep during the breakfast service, but this is a problem for all airlines and Virgin is better than most."

Ulemper: "Food wasn’t great and not a lot of it. London to Orlando was good. Connection was good."

Ulemper: "I cancelled this flight online, then I called to let them know I was getting emails, but that I had cancelled. For two days I received emails about delayed flights and now this."

Fordele: "The business class seats are the best we’ve had. Plenty of room, nicely laid out, good organization design. The blankets were fluffy and very comfortable. Crew was super attentive and friendly. For such a long flight, it was very pleasant, will highly recommend."

Flight from Sydney to LAX was delayed by 4 hours, then missed flight LAX to LAS... overall long delayed arrival. Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)"

This was not so much an issue but the man said he would have my bag sent to my seat and I was subsequently approached by a crew member who asked for my receipt. Which he was holding in his hand. I would have thought it would be quite easy to confirm the person without them having the receipt as the their name and seat number is on the receipt but he had to go back and check if it was okay. - Found it hard to sleep on the overnight flight due to uncomfortable seats. Would probably not be an issue in upper class. - No comment on entertainment as did not use it."

Ulemper: "The following experience goes down in history as the worst ever because: we had a 3.5 year old child, and mom and dad seated directly in front of our row. The couple ignored the instructions to move seats forward during meals making it impossible to eat. They placed their luggage in the overhead compartment belonging to both rows, which wasn't a problem if they hadn't proceeded to open and close the compartment every 20 minutes. The 300 pd dad repeatedly stepped on my broken toe while reaching for his luggage, while rattling around and disturbing sleeping passengers. And, sadly the child repeatedly threw temper tantrums without any care or effort of intervention from the parents. In short, they terrorized the surrounding travellers. In contrast, my outbound flight, also had a family seated in the row directly in front. This family was the antithesis, considerate and respectful of their fellow passengers. Susan Laws"

Ulemper: "The food was okay. There were more tasty options traveling to Heathrow versus from Heathrow to the NYC. The boarding process was a mess. We had to wait in an enormous line and then take a bus to the flight."

Ulemper: "I paid extra for Economy Delight seats for me and my wife. Shortly after take-off, our calm and comfortable more or less empty section of the aircraft was colonised by an extended family of Orthodox Jews in a kind of airborne West Bank situation. They weren’t in our section of the cabin at all to start with, and I don’t know why they were apparently able to get a free upgrade that I had to pay £100 for. We went from being in an almost empty cabin to being basically sat in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish kindergarten. It was awful! They were noisy, messy, were constantly getting in and out of their seats, the back of my seat kept getting kicked, and there was even a baby crawling around the aisle. We were surrounded. I have no idea whether this is characteristic of Orthodox Jewish family life, or just a completely inconsiderate family. They didn’t exactly ruin my flight, but they didn’t make it enjoyable either. I asked to be moved. The cabin crew were great and acknowledged the difficulty of the situation. My wife lost her window seat but at least we still had the legroom and peace and quiet."

Ulemper: "Incredibly uncomfortable, not enough minimum space to fit my knees behind seat in front when front passenger reclined. 6 hours is too long to have a metal rod sticking straight into your knee caps. Shoulders were squished between other passengers and had to sit twisted the whole way and Im not a large person, but am 6ft. Cabin crew impolite and unhelpful. Food was awful and made my friend sick."

Ulemper: "Very strange boarding. They got us through the boarding process but then made us all wait in the bridge because the plane wasn’t ready. So now you have a plane load of people all crammed into the bridge. Very poor."

Ulemper: "I never expect airline food to be any good but I’m always hoping it’s edible. This was not the case, as the egg breakfast made me physically ill."

Ulemper: "Virgin Atlantic continues to give great service. Their lounges are way above all other airline lounges. It is difficult to get well prepared and fresh fish in lounges, but Virgin Atlantic knows how to do it."

Ulemper: "Very little legroom. I would have appreciated a small lunch item, beyond a tiny bag of almonds or two small cookies. But this is where we are these days with air travel."

Ulemper: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

Ulemper: "Assigning seats at check in? Why was that a thing? Also why did we have to wait for almost an hour once we landed to be given a gate for us to unload? So stupid the whole thing."

Ulemper: "Boarding was a debacle. Flight was oversold. Passenger had trouble boarding when their group was called."

Fordele: "There was an available seat next to me"
Ulemper: "I had to walk from one end of Minneapolis airport to the other end all within 35 mins to catch a connecting flight, tram was not in service. Not fun!!!"

Ulemper: "Crew was not very friendly or helpful. Not even a drink service on this flight. Atlanta is over crowded and always a problem. Couldn’t avoid it this time."

Ulemper: "Seating was uncomfortable, cabin was cold and no blankets available, food was just ok, plane had lots of empty seats yet everyone was squeezed into 3 in a row making it uncomfortable, no updates from captain or crew as to where we were in the flight....."

Ulemper: "The baggage drop attendant was very unhelpful when I asked if she could help me sort out an issue (when I checked in online for the second leg of my trip, i paid for my bag then but they wanted me to pay again for my first flight) and just dismissed me and said she couldn't help, making me pay again for my bag. First time I've ever had an unpleasant experience with Delta."

Ulemper: "Boarding was slow and the interviewers were disrespectful. Also I was upgraded last minute and I could never understand the system by which upgrades to first class are granted. Just because I used my points to buy the flight I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade to the one seat left in first class even though the flight is full and I am the first one on comfort+ upgrade list and there was no one on delta one upgrade list."

Ulemper: "price could be cheaper"

Fordele: "I had the opportunity to send my carry on to the final destination. The flight was overbooked and there was no place to put carry on on the top place."
Ulemper: "I did not have the chance to choose my seat. I traveled sandwiched by two overweighted guys. I was holding my arms and was literally compressed by the gentlemen. Horrible experience. If I had the chance to choose my seat I would pick the corridor, and had a little less embarrassment and sweating."

Fordele: "Left on time all went well in Atlanta"
Ulemper: "Impossible to figure out what to do in Toronto at Canadian Customs. You move from secure to unsecure then back to secure. It’s a mess and nobody tells you what to do or where to go. Picture process took 4 times. Nobody tells you that you have to transfer your own bags from Delta to West Jet. I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

Ulemper: "Could not get the boarding pass to print at the self serve kiosk. Had to wait in line for assistance."

Ulemper: "Smallest bathroom on a plane I've ever seen. Could barely sit down without my knees banging into door or wall."

Fordele: "The flight attendant named Steven went so far beyond the call. He was attentive, he fixed our video system when no one else could and when he learned we were celebrating an anniversary he brought us a present. He was awesome!"

Fordele: "The flight was on time and very smooth flight .. felt like you was on a private jet"
Ulemper: "Smaller seats for bigger guys .. not fat but bigger person.. the crew was rough around there corners .. but in all very nice people.. they have to deal with jerks who think they are king or queen and don’t have to obey any rules .."

Fordele: "Overall the actual flight was good..landing was kind of hard but I'm alive so not stressing that"
Ulemper: "..but the multiple delays are ridiculous, I would not fly Delta if I had a feasible choice."

Ulemper: "The air conditioning was broken so it was sweltering the whole time. Staff didn't even mention it or apologize. No leg room. Bags took longer than 20 minutes to arrive but we didn't make a fuss since we were just glad to be finished with Delta. I'll never fly Delta again even if it costs me more."

Ulemper: "Waited one hour sitting on board the aircraft for it to be fueled!! That's not what you want to do when you have to get home! The aircraft should be ready! And already fueled!"

Ulemper: "Vi skulle fra Aalborg til Austin TX. Først blev vores fly fra Amsterdam til Atlanta cancelled. Vi blev ombooket via Detroit. Men så var flyet til Detroit forsinket, og køen i immigration var så lang at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at nå flyet til Austin. Nu sidder vi så og venter på det næste fly til Austin, og er meget trætte. 2 ombookninger på samme rejse - det har jeg dog alligevel aldrig oplevet før!!!"

Ulemper: "Not a fan of having "final boarding call" announced to run to the gate, only to sit on the plane at the gate for 30 min because of a scheduled delay at my destination. I know the flight wasn't very full, but that cost me an opportunity to eat dinner. I had to cancel a fast food order because I thought I'd miss my flight!"

Fordele: "arrived early"

Ulemper: "One cookie with tea is not enough at this time of day! Especially if there had no chance to eat dinner before the flight."

Fordele: "The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful."

Fordele: "Great airline! Would love to fly with them again! :) Polite and friendly staff which is a standard that has slipped with many airlines in recent years! Good tasting wine for airline wine. Frankfurt airport need a shuttle of service for transferring passengers. Keep it up Lufthansa :)"

Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! Problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so i missed the flight and the checked in bag"

Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online and because I booked pretty late, didn't get the seat choice I wanted. I purchased the flight via the Lufthansa site, but then on check-in, I found out that the first segment was SAS, so neither the Lufthansa site nor the SAS site let me check in online."

Fordele: "Not a long flight, overhead lockers had space although I wasn't helped to find somewhere. Crew lovely otherwise."
Ulemper: "Boarding from a connecting flight wasn't enough time, esp as our duty free purchases were selected for additional screening. Food was identical to what we had been offered on previous flight, and the outbound one."

Ulemper: "Our plane sat on turnac in Toronto waiting for a parking gate for 30minutes making us miss our connecting flight. Finally arrived but missed our train to Florence had to stay Saturday night in Rome while our villa in Lucca sat empty which was paid for"

Fordele: "Very friendly atmosphere at boarding gate & helpful crew on journey, plus surprisingly good food foe economy class made for positive feel to this trip. Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times."

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Ulemper: "I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too"

Ulemper: "Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France"

Ulemper: "My connecting flight to san francisco was through Delta, which it was on a different terminal, I had to carry my luggage out of the airport in order to get to delta’s terminal - the buildings are not connected."

Ulemper: "Old plane with very lousy seats for a super expensive business class. Super slow check in and overall process till boarding because of lack of ground staff compared to passenger volumes"

Ulemper: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

Ulemper: "They could have controlled screening babies better. They just let them scream....."

Fordele: "Multiple crew members paid constant helpful attention to my mother (88yrs of age) during boarding, deboarding and throughout the entire flight. Thank you!"

Ulemper: "Poor service. Terrible food. Aging aircraft. Terrible in-flight entertainment system. Really not good AirFrance."

Fordele: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Ulemper: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Ulemper: "More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too."

Fordele: "Food was ok."
Ulemper: "Very little room in economy class. For a 6'1" person, it's impossible to get comfortable."

Fordele: "We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)"
Ulemper: "Very little legroom for a 6'1" guy. Would have liked a bit more space, but I guess I was too tired to let it bug me."

Ulemper: "I ordered Asian Vegetarian Meal. But they served me only pasta."

Fordele: "Liked the transfer"

Fordele: "The size of the plane was nice. They had a good move selection. The vegan meal I was given was great."
Ulemper: "It was loud, cold, the food was just okay at least my vegan meal was the bomb but it would have been better had when we booked the flight it allowed me to also choose this option for my husband. Since he is vegan as well."

Ulemper: "Too much of hassle checking in as the airlines partners with a couple of other airlines like Jet Airways, WestJet & Aircanada. The food was just okay and the cabin crew refused to serve extra butter. When you are serving extra bread, make sure you serve the butter as well. How could someone eat bread by itself?"

Fordele: "The food, the service and everything else is fine, quite good."
Ulemper: "However, our baggages were 1 day late. Your missing baggages would deliver to you 1 day later, for some maybe 2 days later...Quite a few people said that it's been always like this with air Aeroflot if there is a transfer flight."

Fordele: "Crew was friendly and professional, fresh croissant and hot chocolate on my short flight. As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."
Ulemper: "Like all airlines , the seats could use a few more inches of space, even two would be nice."

Fordele: "The seats are spacious. They give you great amenities such as a toothbrush, etc. The crew was very nice. The food was also superb for airplane food."
Ulemper: "The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping."

Ulemper: "Comfort economy okis seats are wide, with good legroom, but did not recline and hard as a rock. Entertainment system hard to use, finding movies very tedious."

Fordele: "Other crew members were very polite to us, in particular a younger tall woman."
Ulemper: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

Ulemper: "Mindre end 15 cm til sædet foran. (og ja, jeg målte) HELT uacceptabelt. Ikke engang plads til at mase min håndbaggage (en helt almindelig computertaske) ned i hullet."

Fordele: "Excellent choice of movies. Great service. Friendly crew."
Ulemper: "I requested a lacto-ovo vegetarian meal, which I received. However, it appears the meal was also vegan. Normally, that would be okay except one of the two standard meal choices was also vegetarian and seemed much better. Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"

Fordele: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Ulemper: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."

Ulemper: "boarding in Riyadh is always a nightmare. and as many have noted, the seats are too close for the average size of many boarding in Riyadh"

Fordele: "This plane was the nicest plane I had ever been on. Very comfortable and the entertainment was amazing!"

Fordele: "The flight was very late taking off meaning I had to literally run across the airport at Krakow to make my connecting flight to London Heathrow which was over an hour late arriving at Heathrow Airport."

Ulemper: "Paid for business class on LOT. Somehow this was delivered on a low cost carrier. Not the same business class product at all, ancient plane, worn seats though they claim to be "new" on this 767. Multiple hours delayed departing, no reason given, and no updates, we just sat there for hours. I assume mechanical. Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Booked it through Kayak, will not be doing THAT again."

Fordele: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Ulemper: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Fordele: "Nothing in particular."
Ulemper: "The plane was late. First advice 30 minutes delay, but when it took off it was about an hour later. Due to this my luggage went missing and I had to run to catch the WAW-DEL flight and delay that flight also. The ground staff were unhelpful. There was no food. Flight crew were mixed bag."

Ulemper: "On the flight I had from Toronto to warsaw the entertainment did not work. Honestly it should he inspected before take off and if nothing could be done then something to compensate"

Ulemper: "Boarding was late and disorganized. The entertainment system was out of date with only a limited selection of movies - no wifi, no tv series, no live tv, no podcasts, ..."

Fordele: "I loved food and entertainment: they had a lot of alternative film offers (not just same old hollywood, but Korean or Russian films, etc.). We arrived 30 min ahead of schedule too!"
Ulemper: "The seats were very uncomfortable, but maybe anything would be uncomfortable during a 9 hour flight. Also, I wish the crew were offering water in between meals as well."

Ulemper: "going through Warsaw border control took forever, long lines, bad set up for transit passengers."

Ulemper: "Poor quality of announcements in Warsaw for boarding times."

Ulemper: "Toronto airport disappointing. We arrived one hour esrly, but the gate the toronto airport told us to go to was broken so we had to wait for over one hour on the plane. Then the plane was moved aside and we walked to the bus that drove us to the airport. No luggage information given airport Toronto"

Fordele: "Entertainment"
Ulemper: "Very poor English for rhe crew. Not all of us speak Polish. Unpleasant crew, like they are doing you a favor."

Fordele: "Arrives on time. Speedy boarding. Polite staff. Smooth flight."
Ulemper: "Leg space in the seat is very tight."

Ulemper: "They keep the cabin too hot! I was uncomfortably warm for the entire 9hr flight. And there were no personal airvents to mitigate this problem."

Fordele: "The new release movies included in the entertainment system were relatively new but not very many System had to reboot a couple of times Food and drinks were par with the industry standards nowadays"
Ulemper: "Food and drinks standards are lowered every year. Not necessarily LOT’s fault"

Ulemper: "Be prepared, that overhead bins for hand luggage are very small on this plane"

Fordele: "New plane with charger available at every seat even in the economy class. Clean interior, polite crew"

Fordele: "Good service. Food is provided (one hot meal and one sandwich). Selection of entertainment (movies, TV shows...etc) are good."
Ulemper: "Long flight hours."

Fordele: "The crew remained polite and we were given a bottle of water each during at 2.5 hour delay."
Ulemper: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Ulemper: "Bus takes you to and from the plane."

Fordele: "The staff were friendly and warm. They did what they could with all they had. I was financially compensated for being put on standby because of over sold tickets resulting in my return flight being changed to the next day."
Ulemper: "On my flight there my built in tablet didn’t work so I didn’t have any entertainment for a long flight. My return flight was put on standby and I had to leave the next day instead. Stressful"

Ulemper: "The flight was almost two hours delayed. If my connecting flight were closer, I would have missed it. Otherwise everything was good. The 787 Dreamliner was new and very comfortable."

Fordele: "Everything was OK exept few things"
Ulemper: "When plane from Vilnius to Warsaw landed, passengers had to wait for 20 min. inside a plane for a bus. When bus arrived I had only 20 min. remaining till my connecting flight to Toronto.I managed to run to the right gate in time. But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."

Fordele: "I DIDNT TAKE A FLIGHT TO LONDON DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT"

Fordele: "30 minutes late on boarding. No communication for reasons"

Fordele: "The Dreamliner is shiny new and comfortable. Good authentic Polish food. Great variety of in-flight entertainment."
Ulemper: "On-time performance was so-so, take-off was delayed ~1hr because of connections, had to wait on the runway at the destination airport, had to wait an eternity for my bag. Whatever genius who designed the in-flight entertainment controls should be punched in the face. The on-screen buttons are so easily pushed by passengers making their way to and from the aisle that passenger assistance and reading lights always go off on their own throughout the aircraft."

Ulemper: "My whole ticket was determined and I had 2 transfers from Copenhagen to Poland and my language was missing and still not found"

Fordele: "Brand new plane, very smart albeit plasticy and clunky. Professional staff. Very helpful when I had a specific personal request at the booking office. Flight crew were not constantly trying to force us to buy things or making announcements every 5mins like some budget airlines I could name. Flight was 30mins early so no problems there."
Ulemper: "Warsaw Airport is terrible. Not enough seats in the departure longes. Not enough choice for shops. Not enough toilets for the volume of passengers."

Fordele: "Everything was excellent with my flight!Flight crew was very polite and excused about delay.Delay was 30 minut,wich is ok.They helped everyone,who needed help.Food was nice,seats are comfortable.Thanks for everything!"

Fordele: "Food was great and aircraft was new Fast track lane in WAW was really fast - saved a lot of time"
