Ulemper: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Ulemper: Excellent Ryanair flight. 75% full. Very friendly crew.

Fordele: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Fordele: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Ulemper: Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding.

Fordele: I arrived at the airport at the last minute, and the staff was very helpful ensuring I get onto the plane on time.

Ulemper: I confirmed and booked online to avoid the fees, however they did not show it in the system. They confirmed I had paired for a new such but still charged me. My bag was overweight and I have to pay a small fortune for that. I was instructed to contact their customer service to get the bill taken care of.

Ulemper: The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience

Ulemper: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Ulemper: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Ulemper: Their ticket manager cancelled our boarding because my boyfriend threw a suitcase tag on the floor The worst airlines in the history of my travels

Fordele: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Fordele: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Ulemper: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Ulemper: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Ulemper: Forsinkelse aflyste afgange og mere forsinkelse i flere timer. 7-8 timer, hvor man har siddet i lufthavnen 2 timer inden afgang i forvejen. Og bliver bare tilbudt en madkupon på 75kr...

Fordele: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Ulemper: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Ulemper: Flight was very delayed, there was almost communication. Everyone was literally standing in a hot room for 50 min.

Fordele: The seat was comfortable.

Ulemper: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Fordele: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Ulemper: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Fordele: On time, clean on the plane.

Ulemper: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Ulemper: I needed to cancel my flight due to covid19 restrictions but I could never get through the phone system. Easy Jet was overwhelmed!

Ulemper: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.

Fordele: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Ulemper: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.

Fordele: Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt.

Ulemper: At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren.

Ulemper: i Had arrived early and was seated properly... however they held the plane over one hour delay to help late passengers ... this made problems with the connection flight .. they sent us to the wrong terrmknall and lost our luggage.. I feel like this was planned so they could sell out seats at a higher price last minute Fix all the above Call me to make this right

Fordele: We were able to leave the country quickly.

Ulemper: It was freezing on the plane.

Fordele: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Ulemper: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Fordele: Crew was friendly and everything was perfectly on time!

Ulemper: I felt that I was treated differently because I am American.

Fordele: Overall an outstanding experience. Staff is attentive and cheerfully accommodated people throughout the flight. No request was denied as far as I could tell.

Ulemper: We had a 2 hour delay on our flight from Heathrow to LAX. That being said it was during the most severe cold front to hit North America and counterparts flying with connections in some of the hardest hit town had delays of 24 hours or more.
