Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Fordele: I arrived at the airport at the last minute, and the staff was very helpful ensuring I get onto the plane on time.

Ulemper: I confirmed and booked online to avoid the fees, however they did not show it in the system. They confirmed I had paired for a new such but still charged me. My bag was overweight and I have to pay a small fortune for that. I was instructed to contact their customer service to get the bill taken care of.

Ulemper: The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience

Ulemper: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Fordele: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Ulemper: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Ulemper: It took forever to board the plane. Seats were very uncomfortable, got delayed for over an hour

Ulemper: We did not realize ahead of time that there was no meal included in the price of the reservation. Therefore we did not plan on not having anything to eat for a 5 hour international flight. I absolutely refuse to pay the listed prices for pre-boxed soggy or nasty tasting food. Also on the return flight there was a TV screen in front of us but we could not find a way to connect earphones to it - only a charging station. (Icelandair)

Ulemper: Long walk to gate. Boarding was like herding cattle. Far too few seats in departure lounge.

Ulemper: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Ulemper: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Ulemper: We purchased tickets months in advance. We were unable to check in online ahead of time so they put us on standby. We were informed by the airline that they overbook 20% - always. I purchased a seat on that flight, I should have been guaranteed that I got it. Being unable to check in early should not be a cause to bump us.

Fordele: Complimentary beverages with a lovely snack box and comfortable economy class seating on a short flight were higjlights

Ulemper: The link-up to the connecting flight was confusing. The arrival gate changed. We were direct to board a bus which took us away from the terminal where we arrived back to the scheduled terminal. We then had to take a bus back tot the original terminal to catch our departure. We were then directed to go directly to the gate. We had no chance to shop or dine at the supposedly beautiful Heathrow. Instead, we were given a tour of the facilities' bowels.

Ulemper: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Fordele: Overall an outstanding experience. Staff is attentive and cheerfully accommodated people throughout the flight. No request was denied as far as I could tell.

Ulemper: We had a 2 hour delay on our flight from Heathrow to LAX. That being said it was during the most severe cold front to hit North America and counterparts flying with connections in some of the hardest hit town had delays of 24 hours or more.

Fordele: The crew was super friendly and amazing at an incredibly tough and tense time due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A very stressful and long flight was made a bit better and I truly thank you guys for that.

Ulemper: A refund. I tried to cancel but.they would not let me.

Fordele: Boarding was exceptionally well-handled. Boarding passess/passports were checked prior to entering the boarding area and seating started when people came into the boarding area so passengers were finltering onto the plane immediately without the first calls for priority passengers.

Ulemper: Short flight, not much to notice or complain about.

Fordele: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Ulemper: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Fordele: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Fordele: Very cheap prices. Everything is extra. Seating is cramped, but for a short flight it's doable. Lots of destinations and at various times.

Ulemper: You should fly according to the schedule although you arrived at Barcelona on faster, but I think you should fly base on the time at the ticket. Thank you.

Ulemper: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...
