Ulemper: The flight was delayed for 40 min
Fordele: I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice.
Ulemper: I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process.
Ulemper: Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all.
Ulemper: 2 hrs late and we missed all our following connections as a result.
Ulemper: We were subjected by desk attendant Ravoni to buy a second suitcase bc he would not allow us to take our personal items. He was impolite and aggressive.
Fordele: Excellent crew service. Smaller aircraft so not as comfortable but OK for a short flight.
Ulemper: Unfortunately, due to queue for anti-icing we were delayed.
Ulemper: they want to take extra money because i had a small bag from Duty free!!!!
Fordele: On time
Fordele: Was a short flight and was on time
Ulemper: The Airline was cheep to offer some soft drinks or coffee for the price we paid
Fordele: Nice new propeller plane on time
Ulemper: No free water or coffee. Luggage fee not told about when I booked. No entertainment.
Ulemper: An extra fee is charged if you don't check-in online.
Fordele: Tallin airport is beautiful
Ulemper: Lost luggage and indifferent assistance.
Fordele: Newer plane for this stretch.
Ulemper: We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive.
Fordele: Got to Barcelona eventually
Ulemper: One hour 15 min late, gate officers did not update, screen kept saying 40 min delay even after sitting at the gate for one hour. It was hot, humid, every one was sweating. Least they could have done was to offer free water after making us wait for one hour 15 min in hot weather.
Fordele: The tickets were relatively inexpensive.
Ulemper: However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken.
Ulemper: On my flight, passengers were rude to the extent that a fist fight broke out and cursing amongst everyone occurred.
Fordele: The flight was ok
Ulemper: My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick.

Ulemper: Too many delays with a lot of miss information
Ulemper: Accent and descent were extremely fast and caused ears extreme pain.
Fordele: Great that cabin bags were offered to go in the hold
Ulemper: Having boarded on time, seemed to take ages taxiing around before lift off, hence delayed start and late arrival on an already late evening flight.
Fordele: Everything was fine apart from the delay in flying out. I am a Special Assistance traveller and due to the delay I had a very very long and late journey back home. So the delay added two hours (plus the flight delay) to my trip home from the airport.
Ulemper: See above
Ulemper: Everything. We waited an hour in the plane to take off and another hour when we landed to exit the plane. And then our luggage never arrived
Fordele: I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again.
Fordele: Crew was extremely nice and helpful.
Ulemper: the Air Serbia magazine was the only entertainment available.
Fordele: Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved
Ulemper: the flight was lite more than 30 minutes. Economy class - you have to pay for the meal? Are they Low Cost Company or ? If so, just tell us like that. Prices are among the highest in the region and all you get is a glass of water and a small bag of snacks.
Fordele: Pleasant staff, wonderful food, very pleasant flight

Ulemper: The transfer in Istambul was very tight on the way back I literally had to run to get to the flight

Fordele: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights
Ulemper: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!
Fordele: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.
Ulemper: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.
Fordele: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.
Ulemper: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.
Ulemper: Bus navette between thé flights
Ulemper: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent
Fordele: Seats were fairly comfortable with decent leg room.
Ulemper: My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it.
Fordele: The food was okay but thats the best thing I can say.
Ulemper: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!
Fordele: Poor food poor seats...it was bad service
Ulemper: There are no screens and the entertainment app needs a lot of work, it’s not smooth. Add screens or make a better app. also improve the movie selection available.
Fordele: seats ok but only because the plane was not that full
Ulemper: tv movies was terrible hard to use
Ulemper: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Ulemper: I was traveling with 2 little kids. Plane was delayed but it happens. However crew and airport staff completely ignored requests for help. It started when they directed everyone to 3 flights of stairs, including people with strollers. It became worse after that.

Ulemper: Not being late for my second flight
Fordele: Check in starts 36 hours prior to take off, which is 50% more than what others allow. It was very convenient.
Ulemper: Food could be better, but it wasn't bad in any way.
Ulemper: There were two flights to Prague within 1/2 hr of each other. We were at the wrong gate. They called for immediate boarding and we were at the gate in minutes. The plane had not left the gate but the captain refused to open the door. This unheard of, that at the counter didn’t want to intervene. Now we have to rebook. These Eastern European countries are still thinking of the past.
Fordele: Excellent customer service, on time, very safe
Ulemper: Did not like coffee and water cost too much !
Ulemper: Those ATR72 aircrafts are totally inconvenient

Ulemper: Our bags didn’t get delivere, they promised them tomorrow afternoon however our flight is tomorrow morning! One again opposite ends of the plane for my wife and I.
Ulemper: Worse airlines in new I've ever seen
Fordele: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Fordele: The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!
Ulemper: There was no soap in the toilet...
Fordele: Clean less of the plane

Fordele: On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding
Ulemper: My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet.
Ulemper: Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!
Fordele: i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience.
Ulemper: Everything was good
Fordele: I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!
Ulemper: That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information.
Ulemper: Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices.
Fordele: Service was fine, on the ground and in the air.
Ulemper: * Online checkin failed * Sit selection was not honoured * Sit was uncomfortable * Was last to receive luggage after landing, even though they had a "business - priority" sticker on them

Fordele: Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.
Fordele: Crew was attentive to passenger needs in a quiet way: without fanfare, did all possible to make it a pleasant, comfortable trip. In fact, went out of their way to get me a wheelchair ride to next flight, which I dearly needed
Ulemper: First flight was delayed due to circumstances outside of airline’s control. They managed to get us there and help me with wheelchair, etc to make flight. Great service and kindness

Fordele: Late over two hours due to late arrival of the plane and even so they board us for nothing cauosng us to wait withot bathroom sitta etc.

Ulemper: They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset

Fordele: Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful.
Ulemper: Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not...

Fordele: Nothing. This airline is the worst. Treatment is horrible, the people at the front desks are rude to everyone and they treat customers in a very unfair way and rude condescending manner and threatened me and another two not to allow us to get on the flight because of their “sudden rules change”.
Ulemper: The employee’s could be better at treating people. They are the rudest ever. They could offer more than a cup of water on the flight.
Fordele: On time and luggage made it with no problems
Ulemper: Was great fligh, no hazzle

Ulemper: Small number of movies, tv series to watch.
