Ulemper: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Fordele: nothing to like about this flight

Ulemper: just try to be on time, for once.

Ulemper: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Fordele: Nothing

Ulemper: Everything

Fordele: Very little to like

Ulemper: Luggage was left in the rain before loading. Re river wet! Flight was warm and little air circulation Flight was delayed Sat on tarmac for an hour

Ulemper: This my second flight with this shit agency, i paid for baggage for both flight but the airline inform me that my agency didn’t buy ticket with baggage. I tried to contact with them but impossible. And I paid more in the airport just for fucking 16kg bag. If kayak didn’t fix this problem it will be last time with you.

Fordele: Seat were good and service.

Ulemper: Food could’ve been better. No snacks either.

Ulemper: No food, only water, no entertainment

Ulemper: Flight was 90 minutes late. Crew was nice.

Fordele: Crew was nice.

Ulemper: So uncomfortable. No space to sit comfortably on a long flight. Really unreasonable. Headphone jack didn’t work. Power outlet did not work. You have to rent VR goggles for entertainment. Just the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever taken.

Ulemper: Plane was smaller than what I thought it would be.

Fordele: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Ulemper: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ulemper: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Ulemper: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Ulemper: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Fordele: The crews are so friendly, especially the leg from Heathrow to Los Angeles. Smiling and don't making faces.

Ulemper: 1 hour delay in departure from Lisbon

Fordele: Are you kidding? Its BA. Nothing but the time and route were good.

Fordele: The time and the route and seat pitch.

Ulemper: Food and crew.

Fordele: quick entry - but it was not a full flight!

Ulemper: Enternteiment and seats

Fordele: Nothing actually

Ulemper: Everything

Fordele: The crew were gracious and attentive to keeping us hydrated in Economy.

Ulemper: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.
