Ulemper: "The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road."

I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

As a result , although I had no hold luggage (only cabin bag), I had to queue at the check-in/drop-baggage desk to obtain my boarding pass! This is the old prehistoric system dating back to the last century."

Complaint about food. Business class. Lufthansa was out of three options that I requested. No effort was made to manage a viable option so I was given no main course by the gentleman who came to serve me. Very disappointing. Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "The crew was great! I was much more comfortable this trans-Atlantic flight coming home than when I flew over beginning my trip. The hot towels are always a special treat and the wide selection of free beverages. Thank you Lufthansa!"
Ulemper: "It was not noted that I had a gluten allergy even though I had requested special meals online. I had to ask the flight attendants during the first meal to bring me that option. After that, all was great! My personal entertainment screen was not working properly for about an hour in to my flight."

Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "Long wait time to board, delay of approx 40 min without any update on what was happening. I believe however that is not the fault of Lufthansa crew but rather the SJJ airport staff. I also have one star for entertainment bc there is no option for “not applicable”- this airbus was not equipped with a television or other entertainment options as the flight length is merely an hour."

Ulemper: "Boarding mix up, which was completely Lufthansa's responsibility, delayed my flight to Istanbul for one hour which caused my missing my connection with another airline. This in turn cost me the original flight and a new ticket purchase of at an exorbent price."

Ulemper: "There is a big problem with some of the Premium economy seats. the way the secure the seat to the floor of the plane puts a piece of metal directly under the seat in front of you so you cannot put a bag or other items easily under the seat. If you are in the middle of the row it is really a hassle to have access to your laptop."

A really excellent and comfortable experience. No wifi in my section of business class though - would have made it perfect.

Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Ulemper: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Fordele: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Ulemper: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
Fordele: "Friendly crew and exit row had nice legroom."
Ulemper: "Ran out of the (already not sufficient) salty crackers and, as the flight had been delayed, we had a one packet of cracker 'lunch' at noon... the flight really should have had a sandwich or at least something slightly more substantial."

The price other than that the food was terrible and the staff was rough and unfriendly the comfort was poor not a pleasant experience.

Fordele: "I loved food and entertainment: they had a lot of alternative film offers (not just same old hollywood, but Korean or Russian films, etc.). We arrived 30 min ahead of schedule too!"
Ulemper: "The seats were very uncomfortable, but maybe anything would be uncomfortable during a 9 hour flight. Also, I wish the crew were offering water in between meals as well."
Fordele: "Crew was great, the airplane was big with a leg room!!!"
Ulemper: "Checked in luggage did not arrive. Arrived on Thursday was told to wait till delivery on Monday. Is it normal for LOT customers to wait for they luggage for 4 days? Disappointed"
Fordele: "No frills flight. Crew not very sympathetic about flight departing late jeopardizing everyone’s connecting flights. Seemed like it must be a common occurrence."
Ulemper: "Flight departed an hour late."
Fordele: "Again, everything went good."
Ulemper: "Delay for late."

Ulemper: "Not being late by 4+ hours at my final destination and having to do one extra flight."

Fordele: "The service, food and seating were beyond my expectations."
Fordele: "The crew remained polite and we were given a bottle of water each during at 2.5 hour delay."
Ulemper: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."
Fordele: "Cabin crew were very nice, boarding was quick and efficient."
Ulemper: "Plane was extremely cold, the heating only worked after the engines were started."

Ulemper: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Ulemper: "It was horrible. They canceled my flight so I couldn’t go. They have stolen my $$$ :("
Fordele: "Everything was excellent with my flight!Flight crew was very polite and excused about delay.Delay was 30 minut,wich is ok.They helped everyone,who needed help.Food was nice,seats are comfortable.Thanks for everything!"

Fordele: "Flight crew are attentive and helpful. More space on these shorter flights than on the long haul ones. Bombardier is a good plane. Also crew at the gate were helpful and supportive as I was delayed. What was even more surprising when I arrived in Budapest was that my luggage also made it - so thank you LOT a lot (!) for being so efficient."
Ulemper: "The fact that the delay on the previous flight meant that I almost missed this flight and just made boarding even more stressful. However LOT were extremely efficient and attentive, and they called for a bus/van to get me and one other passenger to the plane. Smiles and assistance make a huge difference."
Fordele: "LOT staff was accommodating and very friendly and booked flight for the following day on KLM and a hotel room for the night with a meal voucher."

Ulemper: "I paid $ 55 extra for my seat # 20G.Company changed aircraft(it was Boeing 777-200).I did't get what i paid for. They gave me seat #30G(regular).Do i have a chance to get my money back?"

Fordele: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"
Ulemper: "The food is ok, nicely packed, but even if you don't like it they have extra options to purchase for a small price."
Fordele: "Seats were comfortable and the food wasn't terrible"
Ulemper: "4 hours late with no explanation and terrible updates left us sitting at the gate the whole yimr"
Fordele: "Movie selection was decent as well as the service - the crew was more or less nice and professional with me."
Ulemper: "The fact that we took off 1 hour late and no apologies have been given. No drink service ha been provided while everyone was just sitting there and waiting for takeoff. Normally the plane would catch up the 1 hr delay but not this time. We arrived 1 hour late."
Fordele: "Professional personal from the check-in desk and crew on the bord. It was easy and very quickly Yo get to warshava from Lviv. Thank you"
Ulemper: "I like everything! No dislikes!"
Ulemper: "The seats are squeezed, no space for normal legs. you have to wait a long time for a glass of water. I AM NOT FLYING WITH THEM ANY MORE"
Fordele: "The food available were quite delicious."
Ulemper: "There was no window shades to block the sunlight."
Fordele: "Pleasant personal, great service!"
Fordele: "Nice new plane (Dreamliner) with a lot of overhead space for hand luggage."
Ulemper: "There is less leg room than on other international carriers. I am tall and found it quite uncomfortable. I was also surprised by how bad the food was - worst airline food I have ever had on both trips. Sadly, also the most unfriendly air crew as well. Also, unlike international flights with Air Canada, you have to pay for alcohol (though the prices are pretty good)."
Ulemper: "The initial flight from Warsaw to JFK was delayed...therefore, the JFK to Warsaw was delayed...to the point that the Warsaw to Katowice flight had departed. Good news(!)...there's on more flight...at 2230. I opted out for the train instead. LOT graciously gave me a voucher to take a taxi to the train station in Warsaw. It all worked out. It took about an hour to gather my luggage at Warsaw due to the bag being re-booked on the later flight automatically."
