Ulemper: "1. Flight late from Berlin to Istanbul. 2. That's mean missing my next flight from Istanbul to Riyadh. 3. I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

I was disappointed that TK airlines did not allow me to check the luggage through to Frankfurt because the flight was on a different ticket . As an Elite Plus member , I expect better cooperation among the star alliance member airlines . I had to check out and back again , took almost two hours of waiting in lines . Good that on this occasion I had sufficient time and did not miss the LH flight ."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way."
Fordele: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Ulemper: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

Ulemper: "When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Fordele: "It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending ."

Ulemper: "We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!"

Fordele: "Everything. The staff were absolutely lovely, the brand new fit out of the 777 is excellent and modern, the entertainment was great as was the food. Overrall really impressed."

Ulemper: "Travel from Frankfurt to London was quite late start . Delay in immigration check."
Fordele: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."
Fordele: "Height Space, good pilot and some of the food. Good landing and overall pilot skill."
Ulemper: "For the whole journey I had a small child kicking, knocking, tapping behind me. Kept waking me up also nearly ten hours of whining. I was genuinely uneasy and uncomfortable for the whole trip. I think there should be a designated child with adult area as I really don’t think this is acceptable. It is stressful enough traveling for 30+ hours this really is not welcome."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Fordele: "I flew premium economy from Hong Kong to Frankfurt on the A340-600. The crew was excellent, attentive and friendly. They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."
Ulemper: "The seats were quite hard and lacking in padding in premium economy. The meal was average and nothing to bring home to."

Also, after arrival to Birmingham there was an unnecessary crowd created by releasing people from busses from 2 different flights simultanously."

Fordele: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

Ulemper: "Seats are impossibly close. Men's knees hit the back of the seat in front of them. Sardines accurately describes seating on this airline. No, and I mean No, room to move."
Ulemper: "How comes i am in transit and they stopp me and make a lot of troubles because i have no visa?? And after they made deporting paper to sign ??? It was really stupid thing ,, if i am in transit and i should have visa ??"
Fordele: "The flight was very uncomfortable and dirty"

Ulemper: "I went to ataturk airport be mistake then I went directly to sabiha airport before the flight 45 min they gegusos stuff did not allow me to get in the plane!!!"

Fordele: "Checked luggage included, seat reservations are fairly priced, in flight meals and snacks are reasonable. Crew is professional."
Ulemper: "It was hot in the plane, probably cranked up the cabin heat to 25°C :)"
Fordele: "Cheap price with basic seats but all in good order and plenty of leg room"
Ulemper: "The check in processes was very very slow"
Ulemper: "Very bad experience overall"
Fordele: "The tickets were relatively inexpensive."
Ulemper: "However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."
Ulemper: "Wait time, customer service"
Fordele: "Unfortunately, it's impossible to find a single positive thing to mention. I'd gladly pay more and not fly with them"
Ulemper: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"
Ulemper: "Old plane, really crowded seats, the air crew doesn’t bother to clean the lavatories. Those who are working that is as the toilets up front were out of order..."
Fordele: "You get what you pay for, nothing more and nothing less."
Ulemper: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."
Fordele: "Crew was nice Price was good Food was good but expensive"
Ulemper: "Beverage was not there not even soft drink or water Boarding was not okay it took us 10 minuets standing in airplane shuttle to Big long lan to reach boarding desk Expensive food to buy"
Fordele: "Cheap Air ticket"
Ulemper: "Seats are not comfortable."
Ulemper: "Checkin takes à long time"
Fordele: "I'm actually surprised about the flight. The pilot was good and I think he was a pro. For a budget airline, Pegasus was good."
Ulemper: "We had only problems with the delayed luggages. The boarding was not on time but I don't think it's a big deal because we arrived almost as scheduled. No entertainment at all and comfort was not a priority but it's okay since it's a budget airline after all. But it would be better if they consider comfort of flyers even if it is a budget flight because flying is a serious thing and can cuase a lot of anxieties to begin with."
Ulemper: "No entertainment at all + My ticket was with the food meal and it was surprising that the meal was only sandwich without any drink or at least water ..."

Ulemper: "Nothing really"
Fordele: "Everything was on time, crew was nice, a lot of empty seats"
Ulemper: "Noisy children..."
Fordele: "Crew was very nice. Seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "Plane was HOT. It must have been 24 degrees or more the entire flight. I turned the fan on full but it was useless. I was hot uncomfortable and sweaty the entire time I was on the plane. Made what would otherwise have been a short and enjoyable flight extremely unpleasant."
Fordele: "We did an error in booking the return date, & found no point of contact to change the date"
Fordele: "The seats are comfortable and there was enough place in the overhead bins"
Ulemper: "The airport in Istanbul does not offer WiFi - which is unbelievable for 2017...."
Ulemper: "A failed flight canceled the flight without compensation and we lost hotel reservations in Sarajevo"
Fordele: "Absolutely nothing"
Ulemper: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."
Fordele: "quick boarding at Sabiha Airport. At the airport, the free Wi-Fi connection didn't worked."
Ulemper: "The way of talking to the passengers."
Ulemper: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper, towards the end of the flight. It wasn't very clean to star with."
Fordele: "Plane is ok, clean, good condition"
Ulemper: "Almost no service. Cheak in took 2 hours!"
Ulemper: "It took me two hours in line just to print my boarding pass even though I checked in online. Many of us thought we would miss the flight. Terrible customer service. I'm never flying with them again"
Ulemper: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."
Fordele: "It was a smooth ontime flight, helpful customer service."
Fordele: "Delay for one 1.15 hours causes losing our connection in Istanbol,resulting waiting for another 7 hours to catch next flight.."
Ulemper: "Respect your flights and people time.."
Fordele: "Flight delay was for 50 minutes..."
Ulemper: "Respect you flights timing.."
Ulemper: "We arrived late and had to run over the airport to not missing our next flight. Arrived from Paris and had to take flight Istambul to Antalya."
