"Ticketing was a nightmare! Did the online check in never to receive email tickets and upon arrival at the airport, long lines taking an hour to get your boarding passes then running though security to the gate. The web site was not working, overall We could have missed our flight."

Fordele: "Mostly everything was fine with the flight"
Ulemper: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Ulemper: "Luggage took a very very long time to arrive. Some prop got their luggage but half the plane was left waiting for about 30 minutes"
Fordele: "We got where we were going safely"
Ulemper: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."
Ulemper: "1 hour queue to check in due to mixed international flights and not enough desks open. No room in overhead lockers, people seemed to have much more than their allowance. Didn't get to buy duty free items on-board as they ran out of time."

Ulemper: "Fight was delayed by about an hour. Information screens at DUS airport did not work. Seat backrests were WAY too short, so I couldn't lean back. My back and neck still hurt because of that!"

Fordele: "The price was low, the plane was clean and well kept. Unlike other value airlines, they did not harass me to buy things the whole flight long... One pass through with the food cart if you wanted to buy something to eat, and then peace to enjoy the flight. Both the trip out and the return were on time."

Ulemper: "Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."

Ulemper: "Never ever fly norwegian. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."

Ulemper: "I cant believe that this company Norwegian didnt offer a least a glass of water! Round trip! I spent on 2 tickets around $1600 and they cant give us a glass of water. Ridiculous!"

Ulemper: "The crew could’ve been nicer and I only had one choice of Lamb for dinner, and this was business class."

Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."
Fordele: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

Ulemper: "Lost a day of vacation due to never ending delays. The reason for first 4 hour delay was a lie that the weather in Los Angeles was terrible which I cross checked and found a 40% chance of showers and no weather warnings. This continued on and on. We ended up being 8 hours late in the end."
Fordele: "Left relatively on time, personal entertainment is always nice on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

Ulemper: "Staff need to be trained on how to talk to passengers. Little tight in economy section. Not much water throughout."
Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."
Fordele: "Every thing was on time. The crew very courtous and kind with the passengers."
Fordele: "The new airplane was very nice. The entertainment movie selections were amazing!"
Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."
Fordele: "We boarded and then sat due to computer issues for am hpur and a half. I was okay with this as safety is obviously what we all put first. Upon landing at JFK we then sat on the tarmac for 3 hours... 3 hours! JFK should be ashamed."
Fordele: "Comfortable and really works to help alleviate jet lag. Amazing!"
Fordele: "The plane is designed to establish a different cabin pressure which helps your fatigue when traveling long distances and it works! The place is quiet as well and there's an avg amount of space in coach."
Ulemper: "No wifi? Just seems odd for a new plane not to have that as an option."

Ulemper: "Didn't know food had to be pre-ordered. 9.5 hour flight. Luckily I had a meal included from Kayak but the person next to me had nothing. Very awkward."

Fordele: "Comfortable, screens on every seat for free movies, and easy boarding/unboarding."
Ulemper: "Because it is a budget airline, don't expect drinks or food - even for a 9+ hour flight. This isn't a problem, and definitely worth the cost, but plan ahead."

Ulemper: "Airline randomly decided what bags needed to be check. Similar luggage like mine where allowed in. That attitude of attendance was also rude when asked about luggage guidelines. I rather fly another airline and pay a bit more rather than an airline that overbooks and make up rules as they see fit."

Ulemper: "When I saw how close the seats were I almost didn't believe it. This was the least comfortable flight I think I've ever been on. Media selection was decent at best."

Ulemper: "Lines at check-in were long. Odd feeling that most passengers did not get even cup of water on long oversee flights, unless they do not pay outrageous meal prices in advance or in flight. I gave up my meal to my young neighbors, because I could not eat while they were hungry. Norwegian went way over board with their frugality."
Fordele: "It was a short flight. No food was provided so I can't rate well for food."
Ulemper: "My flight wasn't given a gate on the departure screens until 15 minutes before it was supposed to take off. There was no indication that it was late. I had conflicting information from online and a Norwegian employee working on a different flight (and no info from the airport). A fellow passenger somehow found out the plane we had departed an hour late to get to us."
Ulemper: "I did not get to select my vegetarian meal since i booked through kayak."
Fordele: "The crew was really nice."

Ulemper: "I tried to flag down a flight attendant 3 times to buy a beverage and snack; I was ignored. Since a short flight, 90 minutes, I gave up. Man sitting across from me was served immediately."

Ulemper: "Easyjet does not offer corona rebooking - bad!"
Fordele: "I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time."
Ulemper: "This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back."
Ulemper: "Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy."
Ulemper: "on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport."
Ulemper: "Flight was very delayed, there was almost communication. Everyone was literally standing in a hot room for 50 min."
Ulemper: "There was an altercation between two passengers on the flight that escalated to four people being involved. The crew did little to nothing to resolve the situation. As a result, screaming persisted for multiple minutes until the passengers stopped themselves."

Fordele: "Boarding was very fast compared to most other flights. Crew was friendly. Flight was smooth and on time."
Ulemper: "Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good."
Ulemper: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Ulemper: "My flight was delayed more than two hours. They informed gate number at the last minute and changed the gate twice. Passengers had to running for catching the flight."
Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Fordele: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"
Fordele: "Very disorganized"
Ulemper: "I was rudely asked to put the trolley in the devise to verify it fits the size regulations. It did fit and then because of the delay, I was forced to check the trolley into the belly of the plane rather than into the overhead as there was no room for it on board. This was an unnecessary inconvenience as everything in the trolley was necessary for the flight."
Fordele: "Ingen kø. Afgår til tiden. Ankommer før schedule."
Ulemper: "Flyet forsinket 65 min. Meget forvirrende beskeder fra EasyJet, Kayak og Cph. Airport. Ingen lufthavnsbus efter landing. På det tidspunkt af døgnet ikke godt."
Fordele: "Comfortable new plane. Pleasant staff. Captain willing to stand in front of passengers and explain why the flight was delayed and offer the opportunity to visit the flight deck - a very human face."
Ulemper: "Fight was delayed for over an hour but hey, it happens."

Ulemper: "Long walk away F building and liquid stuffs all I have to put into one bag. This treatment I didnot see any other airports."

Ulemper: "They need to do a much better job of communicating that baggage is double the day of. We paid almost $100 euros to check our bags 2 hours before the flight."
Ulemper: "At flyet var 1 time forsinket og der var minimal infomation ved gaten. Pludselig skulle alt vores håndbagage ikke med i kabinen og i Berlin tog det en halv time før bagagebåndet begyndte at rulle. Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."

Ulemper: "Late take off with very poor info in the airport. On the flight it was impossible to tell what that air hostesses said. Apart from that it was Ok."

Ulemper: "I liked the ease of use on the website,once I arrived there friendly staff from start to finish which helped the flight go by so much better"
Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "Shepherded into a small area with very few seats, and anyway, we were held in lanes like sheep! Seating on the plane - narrow and little space between rows. Had to wait quite a while for baggage to arrive."
Fordele: "Efficient check in and bag drop. Flight attendants were professional and accommodating."
Ulemper: "I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days."
Fordele: "Waiting almost at the aircraft steps, it was frustrating to be told to go back to the lounge as there was a technical problem with the aircraft. easyJet managed to find a replacement aircraft and ended up leaving 40mins late, but arrived only 20min late. Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."
Ulemper: "Boarding is always difficult and poorly managed b6 the handling agent. The second time we boarded was a bit better, but real confusion over priority between disabled, passengers with children, speedy boarding etc. There is no entertainment on the aircraft, not even seat power."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed more than 1 hour. The gate lounge didn’t had enough chairs for all the passengers. They had any entertainment on board and they make you turn off your mobile phone for take off and landing even if you have airplane mode."

Ulemper: "Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Ulemper: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Ulemper: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"
Ulemper: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"

Ulemper: "Transfer between flights was on a short timescale and I received several warnings from pegasus about delays at the airport, because of this I purchased a fast track via their site. This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."
Ulemper: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."
Ulemper: "120 Euros for 10 kilos over in checked baggage. I have never in my life been charged such a fee with any other airline. With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

Ulemper: "Late departure and late arrival. Huge queues at Gatwick immigration. Too hot throughout the flight - the crew didn't bother adjusting the temperature it was left to the assemblers to complain No in flight entertainment whatsoever Had to pay for a coffee."
Ulemper: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"

Ulemper: "Payment options suck! Did not know ahead of time that nothing is offered free of charge!"
Fordele: "They got me to my destination... eventually"
Ulemper: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
Ulemper: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."
Fordele: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Ulemper: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
