Tyrkiet har nu ophævet størstedelen af sine COVID-19-rejserestriktioner, men rejsende, der ikke er tyrkiske statsborgere eller statsborgere, må ikke rejse ind i Tyrkiet, hvis de ankommer fra Afghanistan eller Bangladesh. Tyrkiet har suspenderet indrejse for rejsende fra Storbritannien, Danmark, Holland, Brasilien og Sydafrika. I øjeblikket er det kun britiske statsborgere med opholdstilladelse i Tyrkiet, der har adgang til Tyrkiet.
Rejsende skal være i besiddelse af en gyldig og negativ COVID-19 test udstedt inden for 72 timer før afgang. Uden dette certifikat vil rejsende blive nægtet ombordstigning. Rejsende skal udfylde en formular til lokalisering af passagerer før de ankommer til Tyrkiet.
Samtlige rejsende, der har besøgt Brasilien, Danmark,Storbritannien eller Sydafrika skal gennemgå en PCR-test for COVID-19 ved ankomsten. Rejsende vil derefter blive bedt om at isolere sig selv i 7 dage fra den dato, de forlod Storbritannien. På dag 7 vil de blive underkastet en yderligere PCR-test. Hvis testen er negativ, vil karantænen blive ophævet. Rejsende i karantæne får en obligatorisk PCR-test på dag 10 i deres karantæne. Hvis resultatet er negativt, slutter karantæneperioden.

Called multiple times and was being hung up on multiple times and after finally getting through the custimer service representative was extreamly rude and was threatening to hang up the phone because I was asking her what I should do next . At the end of the day no Turkish airline associate was able to help us and had to buy another ticket with Emirats . Tar table customer service and just took our money regardless of us flying with you guys. Coming back my mother was sick and we tried to get our ticket dates increased but still wasn't able to and now my mother has to buy another ticket with another airline just because Turkish airline was the worse experience we have ever had and we always fly international ."

Ulemper: "Bathrooms were very dirty by half way through the trip. Crew should keep them cleaned. Free Wi-Fi should be the standard on such a long flight. More leg room needed for Americans & Europeans above average height. Larger water bottles should be passed out before sleeping hours. Each passenger needs a personal fan. Temperature was too warm. Gate agents in Istanbul had a very confusing set-up to get on plane. Gate agents not empowered to help passengers with all issues that arise. We left item at gate in Catania, & gate agent unable to offer any help or detailed guidance to help us work to get it back."
Fordele: "Every thing. The overall service in economy is equal to business class on American carriers, with the obvious exception of the seat itself. A light breakfast meal on a 45 minute flight? Absolutely incredible. I've also experienced this with Lufthansa in the past, but they didn't have seat-back entertainment on short flights."

Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Total lack of customer service and concern"

Ulemper: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Ulemper: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."
Ulemper: "1 hour queue to check in due to mixed international flights and not enough desks open. No room in overhead lockers, people seemed to have much more than their allowance. Didn't get to buy duty free items on-board as they ran out of time."

Ulemper: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"
Ulemper: "Given old pound coins and old ten pound note as change. Then questioned as to 'what is the problem? Whats the difference? When ı asked fır nee money tjat iş legal tender.."

Ulemper: "No free drinking water and it wasn't that cheap of a flight to say it a budget airline."
Fordele: "You get what you pay for, nothing more and nothing less."
Ulemper: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."
Ulemper: "Checkin takes à long time"

Ulemper: "baggage allowance is 20kg and no free drinks and food and very expensive if you want to buy.. ie.. 35 euro for a sandwich and cola"

Ulemper: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"

Ulemper: "Checked in only to find out that someone checked allready with my name and he is sitting in my seat. The next bomber?"
Fordele: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"
Fordele: "The crew at the airport was incompetant. The service was appalling. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for bag drop off . I was very dissapointed. Also boarding was quite late and pushy"
Fordele: "This was a domestic flight, only hour and 30 min. Same aircraft as from London to Istanbul, nice and comfortable seats with plenty of leg room."
Ulemper: "The flight was only hour and 30 min, so I have no criticism for this flight"
Fordele: "Efficient and polite crew, nice flight, nice take off and landing."
Ulemper: "Delayed for 30 minutes."
Fordele: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"
Ulemper: "120 Euros for 10 kilos over in checked baggage. I have never in my life been charged such a fee with any other airline. With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

Fordele: "30 minutes late leaving Denzili, but otherwise fine. Denzili airport and easy airport to navigate."
Ulemper: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."
Fordele: "The crew was nice."
Ulemper: "That we didnt get even a glass of water"
Fordele: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Ulemper: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
Fordele: "It was a smooth ontime flight, helpful customer service."
Ulemper: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."
