Libanon har genåbnet sine lufthavne med begrænset kapacitet. Folk, der rejser til Libanon, vil blive pålagt at overholde test- og selvisoleringsforanstaltninger for at reducere spredningen af coronavirus. Tjek med flyselskabet og den libanesiske ambassade før du booker.

Rejsende, undtagen militærpersonale, diplomater, medlemmer af internationale organisationer, UNIFIL og medlemmer af den libanesiske nationale socialsikringsfond eller medarbejderkooperativ, skal have en forsikringspolice for hele deres ophold i Libanon, der fuldt ud dækker udgifterne til lægebehandling hvis de tester positiv for coronavirus. Alternativt kan politikken opnås i forsikringsdiskerne ved ankomsten til Rafik Hariri International Airport-Beirut.
Alle rejsende er underlagt en 3-dages karantæne på deres bopæl eller indkvartering ved ankomsten. Rejsende skal gennemgå en yderligere PCR-test i slutningen af deres karantæneperiode. Ulemper: "Our grievance is with ground crew at BEY airport and AMM. 1 piece of lugagge was left in AMM though it was checked connecting from our previous flight. Upon arrival we were told they would contact us. After a long back and forth as we did not have a local number, they tried to dismiss us by saying someone would whatsapp us to let us know when the luggge has arrived. SPOILER ALERT: they never did. We insisted on finding out more and after being pressed they admitted they had received a note from AMM airport that the piece of luggage would arrive in the next flight (5 hours later). We returned later on and found we needed a special permit at BEY airport, only the person on the piece of luggage was allowed back in. Upon receiving the permit, staff continued to press for a name of who confirmed the luggage was there, we told them they had confirmed earlier. I was allowed inside and found the piece of luggage still on the belt though the flight had landed 3 hours earlier and the carousel was being used for another flight. Apparently they don’t bother to check or act on the messages until the end of the day. Finally, we had to argue to be compensated and received $30 USD for our troubles even though they should have offered this as standard practice."

Ulemper: "Our name wasn’t on the plane first ! After a while our names showed up than the plane left 25 minutes earlier and we were stuck in the airport and no one try to help they just informed us after 4 hours that we need to pay 600$ penalty!"

Since it was my first time to travel via Turkish Airline, not familiar with Istanbul airport."

Ulemper: "What a mess!A woman was changing her baby's diaper by the food service area. A group of passagers lyed their babies on the floor to sleep and floor was full of food crumbs. Flight attendant were incapable of keeping passangers undercontrol. Food service was so poor. Going abroad they run out of fish almost after serving 50 passangers and we had no other options but pasta with cheese sauce. Attitude was 'you either eat or don't'. This has happaned twice flying out of US. Flight attendant said 'fish wasn't good anyways and food is much better on return flights'. On my return flight they once again run out the dinner with meat and I was served this time eggplant with rice. They served all the passangers but five row back from the exit doors and few row below from the restrooms received service 30-40min later. Others has already ate and their trays were taken away. By the time they served us my food was cold. Two scoup of rice on the plate was raw and the bread was stale. When I told the flight attendant she said 'she will let her supervisor know' but no body came to talk to me nor offered anything else to eat. Altough I have seen one passenger who got upset been served rice with eggplant received a service later with chicken which wasn't in the menu. Another passanger received two menus at once. Flight attandants are incompetant"
Ulemper: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Fordele: "I love how there is wifi on the long flights,great movies,food taste so good and the crew is so nice and helpful. I've tried Turkish Airline few years ago and since then I haven't changed my airline and I book with them to all my family :)"
Ulemper: "I always fly with my dog and he goes with me down by my feet so this could always be uncomfortable cause it's tight and not much place so I wish they give a little better seat for people who travel with their pets on board."

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

I asked the stewardess to kindly ask the lady to move her seat up so I can remove my meal tray and she said to communicate with the passenger it would make things more easier. I thought that is what the stewardess is supposed to assist me with but hat is my only complaint"

Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online and because I booked pretty late, didn't get the seat choice I wanted. I purchased the flight via the Lufthansa site, but then on check-in, I found out that the first segment was SAS, so neither the Lufthansa site nor the SAS site let me check in online."

Ulemper: "We were put on standby. We expected our names to be called for seat assignments but we didn’t expect we could just swipe our boarding pass and our seat assignment would show. It’s a nice feature but I didn’t like that it wasn’t clearly explained to us."

Ulemper: "Frankfurt Airport check lines too long. Only half of security checking stations opened. Hundreds waiting in line and the lines moved too slow. After passing the long lines of security checks, you come to passport checking stations. only 1 out of 3 available stations is manned. Again, lines too long and barely moving. Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

Ulemper: "Gate changed ast minute so we had to walk a long way to get to it with 3 kids. Airplane with no entertainment at all. Also the worst was getting to Beirut without 2 of our bags. We got one of them 1 day later and the second 5 days after. When we got the second bag few of our things were gone."

Ulemper: "We waited about an hour lined up outside of the gate to board. Then when we finally boarded late, we sat on the runway for 2 hours! This wasn’t the first time it’s happened on this flight, either! We were thirsty and no one offered us water. The flight attendants kept skipping my friend and I when they did come around, which was not often. We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited."

Ulemper: "If EgyptAir would distribute a little English sheet how the steps are, where to get the passports back (at the EgyptAir Counter in the main hall at the airport), which lines to go to (we didn't officially immigrate, but still had to go through immigration upon return, which wasn't clear). Maybe a word on legal boundaries of the status in Egypt - EgyptAir had the passport, can we go to the pyramids or not - would be useful, too."

Ulemper: "Please note the wrong gate was included on our ticket and announced shortly before the flight so passengers had to run from half way across the airport. Then there were two flights announced for the same gate even though the Baghdad flight was over an hour later. Therefore the gate was jam packed and passengers flying to Amman were unable to access the gate. In all it was complete chaos easily avoided by making sure to correctly identify gates (or leave blank) on tickets and to announce the second flight AFTER the first flight concluded boarding!"
Fordele: "I loved the food selection. Taste and presentation were good too. Plane is new, which is plus."
Fordele: "They have some interesting old films like Charlie Chaplin in their silver screen entertainment choices. Accommodating flight attendants."
Ulemper: "There did not seem to be any air vents to adjust for cooling down when I felt hot."
Fordele: "so, due to my nervousness and being upset so much so that I wanted to get off the plane, the crew let me sit in business next to a friend and the pilot and crew went to extreme lengths to make me feel safe and unafraid. The pilot answered all my questions and constantly checked that I was ok. Once we took off, despite cloudy rainy snowy skies, this turned out to be the best smoothest flight ever once it departed, and the pilot was probably the best ever I experienced on Egypt Air, and many other airlines actually. Shout out to a fantastic crew stewardess (Olfat Younis) and amazing pilot!! A really great experience"
Ulemper: "During pre-flight checks the plane had a technical problem that needed fixing just as about to taxi to runway, so had to sit and wait 2 hours for repair which made me extremely nervous and worried"

He refused to leave the seat that was ours and the crew seemed scared and said okay sir and told us to give up our window seat and now sit in the middle. Clearly a downgrade! The flight crew seemed as if they were scared to enforce the rules and that they didn't want to bother the man. This did not make us feel comfortable on the flight or have faith in the crew."

Ulemper: "I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Kiev and all my flights were cancelled. I had to spend 5 hours on the phone to fight for my refund. On the way going our plane got cancelled at the airport..It was impossible to rebook...they care nothing about their passengers."

Ulemper: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Ulemper: "The toilet lids need to be fixed so that they don't keep hitting you in the back. They do not stay up. Other passengers were talking about the same thing."
