Good budget airline, comfortable seats and pleasant crew

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

Fordele: "It flights themselves were fine. A 45 minute delay sucked though."
Ulemper: "Service & Notification. The airline switched my itenerary without alerting me which made me miss a connection. The resulting troubleshooting with the airline has been non-existent. I will not fly Eurowings again."
Fordele: "New plane - makes all the difference :)"
Fordele: "Row 3, loads of leg room, the filter coffee was excellent, just a really calm, well run flight"
Ulemper: "Seat prices were expensive and should really be free as if you are a family of 4, this will add well over £50 to your flight costs."

Ulemper: "The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. The flight was late because we circled the airport several times in the air, and spent thirty minutes waiting on the tarmac to come to the gate. The stewardess spilled on my neighbor each time she filled my water."

Ulemper: "We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00."

Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."

Ulemper: "Delayed twice, no explanation. Full flight then had to board through one door, with no separation of seat numbers. Truly amateur. Euro Wings food choices certainly didn't appeal."

Ulemper: "Eurowings operated by Sun Express? I did not know what airline was flying me to Seattle."
Fordele: "We had one of the more legroom seats so that was nice"
Ulemper: "Everything else. I felt the stewardess from my aisle was extremely rude. She would ask someone a question and obviously they can’t hear her because their watching a movie, so she would wave her hand in their face. Another time she was telling me “excuse me” in German while I was watching a movie. I thought she was speaking to someone else since I did not understand German and then she very rudely said “excuseee me”. The food was not filling and they charged for drinks. She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."

Ulemper: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"
Ulemper: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."
Fordele: "Everyone was nice."
Ulemper: "When we finally were able to board it went smoothly. The crew was nice, but nothing amazing. Not very comfortable but not surprised for a short flight. There was no “food”. There was no “entertainment”. Kayak was great for information and reminders!!!"
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled; waited in the Rome airport for over 8 hours waiting for assistance and for a new flight for tomorrow and then another 2 hours we had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. By far worst airport/airline experience by far. Will never book with Austrian/Eurowings ever again."

Fordele: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."
Ulemper: "Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."
Fordele: "legroom was ok but i paid for it"
Ulemper: "i somehow ended up having paid for a "meal" onboard, which consisted of half a sandwich (don't know why they thought mayonnaise went with cheddar), half a cup of coffee and a carton of water. Apparently that cost me 10 euros and it was something i should have unticked when reserving my seat. the flight was also delayed an hour with minimal apology."
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled--no crew!"

Ulemper: "Departure time was not as expected"
Ulemper: "*Various flight delays *I was told the only available seat was next to the emergency door. I didn't want to sit there, but had no choice. After boarding, I noticed there were several empty seats available. *I tried to get a attendant's attention for water, but they never came to me. *I wanted to keep my jacket with me to put on during flight, but was told I had to put it in the overhead compartment."
Ulemper: "I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce."
Ulemper: "I wasn’t offered any refreshments despite having pre-paid for it, onboard Wifi and entertainment did not work, cabin crew were no polite"
Fordele: "We missed this flight, so there was really nothing to like. However, the lady at the Swiss help desk was extremely kind and helpful in finding us an alternate flight."
Ulemper: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."
Ulemper: "EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear."
Fordele: "Check in was easy, employee was pleasant."
Ulemper: "Boarding setup was small and a lot of waiting due to multiple flights being boarded at same gate..."
Ulemper: "Plane was delayed, nobody even mentioned it was delayed and said they r sorry"
Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed over and over and finally cancelled. We had to go out to the ticket counter to rebook. That meant clearing customs and then going back thru security again. A real Hassel!!! I think any other airline would have rebooked people in the terminal!!!"

Ulemper: "Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."
Fordele: "Happy crew, efficient. Friendly. Everything on time or early 5*. Appreciated no fuss of hand luggage size and weight (as on others) Keep up the good work!"
Ulemper: "All perfect, none"
Fordele: "Seat was comfortable, crew was attentive, entertainment was sufficient."
Ulemper: "I was not even offered a beverage. On a 10 hour flight, one should at least be given a beverage or snack."
Fordele: "Everything was efficient and punctual. Crew were friendly."
Ulemper: "Like all Norwegian flights, no free water or drinks or snack on the flight. No pillow provided. In short, there is no free service of any kind."

Ulemper: "Never ever fly norwegian. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."

Ulemper: "Being on time would have been better and the food offerings could have been better. I ordered a salad as a healthy option and it wasn’t."

Ulemper: "In Copenhagen the Norwegian transfer desk was closed and everyone was sent to the gate. The gate staff did not even acknowledge that we were all waiting there as they set up. It was very confusing and a few short words of greeting would have helped out us all at ease."
Ulemper: "Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel."
Fordele: "Comfort of the dreamliner and feeling safe to fly."
Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."
Fordele: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."
Fordele: "Nice bright planes ! Crew was friendly! Boarded and deplaned from both front and back of plane which was quick"

Ulemper: "Lost a day of vacation due to never ending delays. The reason for first 4 hour delay was a lie that the weather in Los Angeles was terrible which I cross checked and found a 40% chance of showers and no weather warnings. This continued on and on. We ended up being 8 hours late in the end."
Fordele: "Left relatively on time, personal entertainment is always nice on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

Ulemper: "I was thought that when i purchased/booked my flight in Norwegian Air that the food"
Ulemper: "Both online check-in and self-service kiosk check-in were unavailable. Only middle seats were available upon assisted check-in. Flight was delayed. Pre-order meal was not offered at booking and therefore was not served any food on 8+ hour international flight. Flight attendants did not offer clear explanation or alternatives to assist."
Fordele: "The movie selection on board was great."
Ulemper: "There was no milk available."
Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."
Fordele: "The new airplane was very nice. The entertainment movie selections were amazing!"
Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."
Fordele: "The plane was pretty new but some of the entertainment perks did not work"
Ulemper: "Being charged for items that were no longer available and waiting for refunds. Slow food service didn't get any food or water till about 4 hours into the flight"
Fordele: "We boarded and then sat due to computer issues for am hpur and a half. I was okay with this as safety is obviously what we all put first. Upon landing at JFK we then sat on the tarmac for 3 hours... 3 hours! JFK should be ashamed."
Fordele: "Comfortable and really works to help alleviate jet lag. Amazing!"
Ulemper: "See aforementioned notes on luggage troubles."
Fordele: "The plane is in great condition. Simple and gets you from point A to point B."
Ulemper: "Honestly I cannot think of anything I didn't like. I do think that food options pre flight should be better communicated. I had booked my food earlier but it seemed few of the other passengers had or knew they had to pre book food or order inflght."

Ulemper: "Didn't know food had to be pre-ordered. 9.5 hour flight. Luckily I had a meal included from Kayak but the person next to me had nothing. Very awkward."

Ulemper: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Fordele: "Crew was nice...seats comfortable. Flight was about 11 or so hours such a great flight i slept most of the time. Great flight"
Ulemper: "Boarding took way too long causing our flight to be delayed for an hour"

Ulemper: "chaotic boarding process and was not clear on how food was going to be served or made available."

Ulemper: "There was chaos getting on to the 737, the boarding process was not organized by zones. So boarding took a very long time. There was little room between the seats. There was no entertainment, and the TVs were shared."
Fordele: "Price was competitive."
Ulemper: "Lines at check-in were long. Odd feeling that most passengers did not get even cup of water on long oversee flights, unless they do not pay outrageous meal prices in advance or in flight. I gave up my meal to my young neighbors, because I could not eat while they were hungry. Norwegian went way over board with their frugality."

Ulemper: "I did not get to select my vegetarian meal since i booked through kayak."

Fordele: "I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time."
Ulemper: "This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back."
Ulemper: "Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy."
Fordele: "Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage."
Ulemper: "Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage."
Ulemper: "on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport."
Fordele: "Very clean and comfortable cabin."
Ulemper: "The baggage policy was a bit unclear as to what those with the base fare could bring. We ended up having to cram a backpack into the carry-on bag to bring it aboard. We had to check one bag when we checked-in. It cost about 52 euros."
Ulemper: "Flight was very delayed, there was almost communication. Everyone was literally standing in a hot room for 50 min."

Ulemper: "Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good."
Ulemper: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Ulemper: "I have getting a bus from the plane to immigration. This seems to be the case at Zürich with Easy jet flights"
Ulemper: "My flight was delayed more than two hours. They informed gate number at the last minute and changed the gate twice. Passengers had to running for catching the flight."
Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Ulemper: "The employees are very rude and boarding takes forever."
Fordele: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"
Fordele: "Very disorganized"

Ulemper: "Flyet forsinket 65 min. Meget forvirrende beskeder fra EasyJet, Kayak og Cph. Airport. Ingen lufthavnsbus efter landing. På det tidspunkt af døgnet ikke godt."

Ulemper: "It was awful no leg room no air worst plane ride of my life"
Fordele: "The crew were excellent. They were an airline group out of Estonia working on behalf of EasyJet. Professional, courteous, and helpful."

Ulemper: "Long walk away F building and liquid stuffs all I have to put into one bag. This treatment I didnot see any other airports."
Fordele: "Paid for speedy boarding and it got us on the aircraft 2nd"

Ulemper: "At flyet var 1 time forsinket og der var minimal infomation ved gaten. Pludselig skulle alt vores håndbagage ikke med i kabinen og i Berlin tog det en halv time før bagagebåndet begyndte at rulle. Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."
Fordele: "Flight was well organised and lef on time."
Ulemper: "Rating of one star for food was because we didn't have any and entertainment because understandably there wasn't any."
Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "Shepherded into a small area with very few seats, and anyway, we were held in lanes like sheep! Seating on the plane - narrow and little space between rows. Had to wait quite a while for baggage to arrive."

Ulemper: "I paid 80 euro more just to be able to take an extra 6 kilo for a total of 46 ( the total i left with on the flight to Europe from miami for two bags). Yet when i was over about 1.6 kilos ( had bought a sweater and some other gifts in rome ) i was forced to remove it or pay even more money. So it turns out these "cheap flights" always have a catch to them. Be aware for these little tricks."

Der var ikke på noget tidspunkt styr på at vi havde købt priority selv vi fulgtes med en handicappet. Hverken frem eller tilbage. Heller ikke når vi spurgte ind til det.

Alt for lidt information i forbindelse med boarding. Hvorfor man står og venter, hvor længe man skal vente, og når man er nået igennem boarding, hvorfor man så venter midt i en gang bag en låst dør i yderligere 20 minutter uden at vide hvor længe det skal stå på

Flyet var forsinket fra Birmingham. Hvis det havde været rettidigt havde bedømmelsen været bedre.

Det var en god flyvetur. Flyet var i god tid, og ankom til destinationen før tid.

Det er dejligt, at der er mere benplads. Trykket i kabine var godt, så man ikke fik ondt i ørerne ved landing. Eneste minus - der var meget varmt i flyet.

Besætningen var fantastisk når det kom til at få styr på bagage, men selve firmaet føles som en scam. Vi skulle betale 55 euro pr person fordi vi kom 2 minutter forsent til check in. Og begge vores afgange var en helv time forsinket. Hver gang man kiggede på sit boardingkort eller andet info på deres app bliver man bombet med advarsler om bagage størrelse, forsikringskøb, pladsvalg etc. Det føltes meget tungt og drænende som som rejsende.

Både turen til Barcelona samt turen fra Barcelona var forsinket, og årsagen var ukendt eller ikke forståelig, da purserne taler utydeligt.

Ulemper: "Everything, basically... The flight was delayed almost an hour, boarding was uncomfortable, there was no food service on board, flight attendants were less than friendly, and takeoff was shaky and turbulent."

Fordele: "Late departure, easy checkin, waited 10-15 minutes after landing for ground crew to have stairs for us to exit plane."
Ulemper: "We paid a lot of money for priority to find out it was really cheap to purchase just before flying. It turns out most people buy priority so there really is no advantage. They lost our luggage and it took two weeks to retrieve."

Ulemper: "Copenhagen airport very chaotic with boards not displaying the right information and incoming passengers mingling with those leaving"

Ulemper: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."

Ulemper: "Instructions for Non-EU boarding pass we’re unclear. Suggest free water."
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "I was not allowed to come aboard because of not showing passport. This was a bad surprise to me."
Ulemper: "Gates announced too late"
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Fordele: "Smooth flight"
Ulemper: "Couldn't adjust the seat and no backpockets."
Fordele: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Ulemper: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Ulemper: "Bad pilots, lending very harch. Bording paniking"
Fordele: "The flight itself was ok. Good landing by the pilot in stormy conditions. Thank you!"
Ulemper: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Ulemper: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"

Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "The seats were comfortable and boarding was easy. I thi k u should atleast give free cup of water or tea when its winter to your guests. Nothing more. I think its a bit mean not to aleast offer a free cup of tea or water."

Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."

Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
