Ulemper: "The crew could’ve been nicer and I only had one choice of Lamb for dinner, and this was business class."
Ulemper: "In Copenhagen the Norwegian transfer desk was closed and everyone was sent to the gate. The gate staff did not even acknowledge that we were all waiting there as they set up. It was very confusing and a few short words of greeting would have helped out us all at ease."
Ulemper: "Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel."

Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."
Fordele: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."
Fordele: "Nice bright planes ! Crew was friendly! Boarded and deplaned from both front and back of plane which was quick"

Ulemper: "Lost a day of vacation due to never ending delays. The reason for first 4 hour delay was a lie that the weather in Los Angeles was terrible which I cross checked and found a 40% chance of showers and no weather warnings. This continued on and on. We ended up being 8 hours late in the end."
Fordele: "Left relatively on time, personal entertainment is always nice on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

Ulemper: "Delayed the flight once we were already boarded so that added two hours if sitting to an 11+ hour flight and WATER is not made available. That's crazy!"

Ulemper: "Both online check-in and self-service kiosk check-in were unavailable. Only middle seats were available upon assisted check-in. Flight was delayed. Pre-order meal was not offered at booking and therefore was not served any food on 8+ hour international flight. Flight attendants did not offer clear explanation or alternatives to assist."
Fordele: "The movie selection on board was great."
Ulemper: "There was no milk available."
Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."
Fordele: "The new airplane was very nice. The entertainment movie selections were amazing!"
Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."
Fordele: "I always feel the plane itself is newer than other companies. The batcheooms seem bigger which is nice."
Ulemper: "I can never figure out if I am getting food or not. My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."
Fordele: "The plane was pretty new but some of the entertainment perks did not work"
Ulemper: "Being charged for items that were no longer available and waiting for refunds. Slow food service didn't get any food or water till about 4 hours into the flight"
Fordele: "We boarded and then sat due to computer issues for am hpur and a half. I was okay with this as safety is obviously what we all put first. Upon landing at JFK we then sat on the tarmac for 3 hours... 3 hours! JFK should be ashamed."
Fordele: "The plane is designed to establish a different cabin pressure which helps your fatigue when traveling long distances and it works! The place is quiet as well and there's an avg amount of space in coach."
Ulemper: "No wifi? Just seems odd for a new plane not to have that as an option."

Ulemper: "Didn't know food had to be pre-ordered. 9.5 hour flight. Luckily I had a meal included from Kayak but the person next to me had nothing. Very awkward."
Ulemper: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Ulemper: "Because it is a budget airline, don't expect drinks or food - even for a 9+ hour flight. This isn't a problem, and definitely worth the cost, but plan ahead."

Ulemper: "There was a lot of turbulence . When the plane landed we were on the runway for over an hour."
Fordele: "The plane was modern and spacious. A 787 Dreamliner."

Ulemper: "This airliner ruined the last few days of my vacation, including my nye celebration. My flight was delayed for 5hrs on both of my connecting flights!! POS airliner"

Ulemper: "There was chaos getting on to the 737, the boarding process was not organized by zones. So boarding took a very long time. There was little room between the seats. There was no entertainment, and the TVs were shared."

Ulemper: "Airline randomly decided what bags needed to be check. Similar luggage like mine where allowed in. That attitude of attendance was also rude when asked about luggage guidelines. I rather fly another airline and pay a bit more rather than an airline that overbooks and make up rules as they see fit."

Ulemper: "When I saw how close the seats were I almost didn't believe it. This was the least comfortable flight I think I've ever been on. Media selection was decent at best."
Fordele: "Price was competitive."
Ulemper: "Lines at check-in were long. Odd feeling that most passengers did not get even cup of water on long oversee flights, unless they do not pay outrageous meal prices in advance or in flight. I gave up my meal to my young neighbors, because I could not eat while they were hungry. Norwegian went way over board with their frugality."
Ulemper: "I did not get to select my vegetarian meal since i booked through kayak."
Fordele: "The crew was really nice."

Fordele: "Flight boarded quickly. Departed and arrived on schedule."
Ulemper: "I tried to flag down a flight attendant 3 times to buy a beverage and snack; I was ignored. Since a short flight, 90 minutes, I gave up. Man sitting across from me was served immediately."

Fordele: "I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time."
Ulemper: "This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back."
Ulemper: "Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy."
Ulemper: "on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport."
Ulemper: "Flight was very delayed, there was almost communication. Everyone was literally standing in a hot room for 50 min."

Ulemper: "Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good."
Ulemper: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Ulemper: "Male flight attendant on Easyjet physically hurt me, invading my personal space multiple times and touching me while I slept. Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."

Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Fordele: "All good"
Fordele: "Staff and flight was excellent no complaints"
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed by 2 and half hrs and staff at the gates where really unhelpful when asking about information. It seemed forever getting on the plane from gate . We were waiting inbetween boarding gates and getting on the bus in small room with no room to move and still pushing more people into the room. Really unhappy."
Fordele: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"
Fordele: "The crew were still very professional, smiled all the way despite the delays and tired customers. It was one of the most quick boarding which felt right due to the time."
Ulemper: "There is nothing worse that the delay with the last flights of the day. Had the knock off effect resulting in loosing last train and incurring extra fees for taxis."

Fordele: "Staff courteous and helpful, information mostly good including on delays. Food and drink options on flight mostly good though additional cost. Plane clean and comfortable enough for a 3hr flight."
Ulemper: "Random seat allocation without additional payment, Split airport is small and cramped with lots of people sitting / lying on the floor due to lack of seats - they appear to be building a new terminal to upgrade this. Food / beverage options at Split poor with large queues and low quality. Flight delayed circa half an hour. Person behind me kept putting knee in my back whilst talking loudly to neighbours despite me asking him to refrain... Split airport process of bag drop then security then passport control did lead to repeated queueing though not for a huge amount of time. Suggests the systems are not quite as high tech as other airports. No entertainment applicable to this flight."

Ulemper: "Long walk away F building and liquid stuffs all I have to put into one bag. This treatment I didnot see any other airports."
Ulemper: "At flyet var 1 time forsinket og der var minimal infomation ved gaten. Pludselig skulle alt vores håndbagage ikke med i kabinen og i Berlin tog det en halv time før bagagebåndet begyndte at rulle. Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."
Ulemper: "The seat space was so narrow and little leg room. Much worse than any other easy jet flight I have been on."
Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."
Fordele: "Friendly staff, food ok"
Ulemper: "Shepherded into a small area with very few seats, and anyway, we were held in lanes like sheep! Seating on the plane - narrow and little space between rows. Had to wait quite a while for baggage to arrive."
Fordele: "I enjoyed the Hummus and Falaffel wrap. Additionally the personal appearance and attitude of the flight attendants were great."
Ulemper: "Checking in for an EasyJet flight is always challenging because I travel predominantly on Delta(Sky Team) or American Airlines(One World) and I am Diamond Medallion or Executive Platinum respectively. I am allowed 3 bags at 70 lbs, however I am aware that most European Airlines only allow 23 kilos. EasyJet has lowered their allowance to 20 kilos causing me to have to repack in th middle of check in and move items over to my carry on. It is just a big headache and really puts a damper on the travel mood especially for the price of the tickets. Additionally the seats did not recline."

Ulemper: "I hate the boarding I paid extra for easy plus but it was a free for all. They called for people with speedy boarding and the animals charged the gate. No organization whatsoever. Then they made us wait a half an hour on the jet bridge. They were late"

Ulemper: "It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet."
Ulemper: "I booked a 4:35 pm flight on kayak.com I was added on a different flight because that flight is full. I'm forced to purchase another flight to get back to Lisbon"
Fordele: "Was meant to be a 21.40 flight that was delayed until midnight"
Ulemper: "Arrived at gatwick after public transport closed with no assistance offered"

Ulemper: "Online site would not allow us to check our bags in advance. Not able to get boarding passes as at a hotel and then unable to get them at the airport. Could not get help. Untrained incompetent people at ticket counters. Airplane that is falling apart. Flight attendants that ignore you. It will be a cold day in Hades before I would consider flying on this so called airline again."

Fordele: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Ulemper: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."

Fordele: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

Ulemper: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Ulemper: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."
Fordele: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Ulemper: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

Ulemper: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

Ulemper: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."

Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Ulemper: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"
