Great crew as always

My original flight was cancelled and no explanation was provided. The flight wasn’t automatically rebooked so I spend roughly 4 hours with different service desk workers. They failed to actually “ticket” my booking so I had to then go to the service desk at the airport so that I could checkin. Austrian also needs to update their entertainment. They only add a new release of importance seemingly every quarter.

The crew members were very rude. One of them literally pushed me and yelled at me for trying to get my baby's bear she forgot in her seat while exiting the plane. The food was very bad. Will never ever book with this airline again.

I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future

The crew was visible, helping and offering drinks all the time. The checking at the gate was unprofessional, and the boarding was a mess.

I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection."

I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something."

Fordele: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."
Ulemper: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."
Ulemper: "Booked a ticket with luggage and got email saying I am at economy class. When got to check in told me I have economy light and I had to pay again for luggage. Dissaster. Contacted priceline- did not care."

Fordele: "It was a total nightmare all Austrian flights they put us on were canceled !!! We did not leave Vienna for another 7 h a total nightmare all planes had technically difuculties !! Austrian airlines had total chaos !!!"

We were late from Vienna but Lufthansa held the plane and extra 30 minutes in Frankfurt so that the baggage could make it from the feeder flights and it still didn't. We were promissed out luggage on Sunday evening. No one called and as of Monday morning no news."

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

All good. Boarding was on time and everything was well organized. The flight was on time so overall I had a good experience.

I purchased 4 tickets including infant with seat on Lufthansa airline . I got tickets by oman air and Canada air. I had brought a car seat to place of the seat for my baby! It was not allowed. I purchased 4 seats , instead they gave me 3 seats , infant became lab infant during all the 3 long flights … turning this experience to super inconvenient and tiring experience not to be repeated again with Lufthansa air. I raised a verbal complaint but they didn’t accept , as they said it should have been raised at the country of origin . Online boarding option was also not available due to infant ticket. My car seat was taken away , my infant and I had to endure a horrible pain during these long flights. Causing extreme discomfort to my infant and my family. My stroller was taken away at the airplane door of country of origin, informed me that I will be able to get it back in Montreal… unfortunately not only non of the luggages were delivered in Montreal , everything were redirected to St. John’s. On arrival in St. John’s I discovered the damage caused to my luggages , including from / missing items .. the car seat which was taken away ay the Frankfurt airport, also the stroller was not yet delivered to St. John’s. . Kindly reimburse the infant seat whichtaken away.

Baggagen i Frankfurt ankom så sent, at jeg mistede mit næste fly og måtte overnatte 2 dage i byen indtil den næste fly til destinationen!

Too cold, food could be better

Flight got canceled and caused a lot of issues. I was stuck in Frankfurt for several hours without any help from Lufthansa personell. They weren’t qualified or couldn’t/ didn’t want to provide help. After my flight was canceled the Lufthansa train was canceled too. After hours a DB employee provided a new train ticket and connection. Lufthansa was not involved in solving the issues they caused.

I was not able to board due to my cancelations and now they’re asking me to pay $900’dollars for the ticket to be rebooked.

Lied saying it had already left when I could see the plane. And they were delayed.

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "First, Lufthansa lost our baggage from Hamburg to Los Angeles. Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Fordele: "The crew was very friendly an apologetic for the delay. We had more space on the 1h inner-German connection flight than on our 7h international overnight flight with Lufthansa."
Ulemper: "Flight departed Duesseldorf an hour late and waited ont he ground in Munich for another 10 minutes before the gateway was connected. Not a problem for us since we were at our final destination but clearly a frustration for many of our fellow passengers. The cereal bar was a nutritional disaster and the the artifical fruit taste was simply awful. Tastes as if LH gets paid for distributing it."

The crew has a tough job at all hours of the day, but passengers as clients are just people cramped for 8 hrs and trying to enjoy their time as well,and this crew from Munich to US seemed to get that."
Ulemper: "The seats in economy are extremely close (front to back) for short people leg room is fine, for general height (5'4" women; 5' 10" men) and above it is unhealthy for a 6 -8 hr flight."

Ulemper: "My SAS flight (which was operated by Air Canada) was delayed by more than 2 hours. A friend who was a fellow passenger was charged for 1 piece of baggage. She should have gotten a break from the baggage fee because of the delayed departure. That's another thing. Why is it that some passengers (like my friends and I) didn't have to pay for our checked baggage, but some passengers (like my other friend) had to fork out a fee for her checked baggage? While we were waiting for our trash (after our meals) to be picked up by a lady crew member, she took so long chatting with a couple of passengers that we had to wait a few minutes before she can get our trash. By then I was dying to get to the bathroom and nearly had an accident as a result. In the future, I'll try to avoid flying with any SAS flight (operated by Air Canada) if I can help it."

Ulemper: "Weather was the issue in Toronto on December 29, 2017. However, We're in Canada, Toronto specifically and we've dealt with weather like this NUMEROUS times. For Air Canada to cancel flights 2 times in a row without any further communications with any of us... To tell us when we'd be rebooked, how, etc. is horrible. I work in the transportation industry which is American based and we can handle this much better than Air Canada. Awful... Wendell/Gate Agent said he couldn't rebook my flight until the 31st, but when I got home I called air Canada and she was able to rebook me on the 30th with no issues. Nonsense. Wendell didn't care, he was tired, yawned in our faces like it was acceptable. Awful service. I'm flying with Air Canada on my way from India in the next couple of weeks I hope I get better service. Otherwise, completion will be my only option."

Ulemper: "6 hrs delay! The flight delays were mostly unannounced and we were sent from gate to gate multiple times without explanation of what was happening. We arrived at 3am."

Ulemper: "From Toronto to London the price they charge is about the same as I pay from Toronto to Dubai using emirate or ettihad which is twice the distance. Toronto to London is a busy route so why charge such a high fare? Food. Be prepared for food that comes straight out of a cafeteria's frozen items. Entertainment. Slightly better than Turkish airline's which isn't an achievement by any means. Old aircrafts which don't have air vents. They really don't offer anything to you except charge you a lot for the busiest routes in the world. Try other airlines."

Ulemper: "No earphones supplied at all, for such a long flight, and as I did not have a pair of my own, I was unable to access the inflight entertainment. They ran out of one of their two entrees. I got the last of the chicken while my seatmates had to settle for the pasta. I felt guilty about this, and I was only sitting midway on the plane."
Fordele: "Last row seats recline. Plenty of entertainment options. A long flight with one large meal, frequent drink options and snacks. Turbulence that the crew handled well, especially the landing."
Ulemper: "Seats on planes are just too small. Control panel to each screen is on the arm rest which kept getting hit accidentally. Poor choice of placement. Plenty of food but not all that tasty."

Ulemper: "The flight attendant (lady with short red hair) was very rude to a customer I was sitting next to. When food service came aroind, people had there seats back amd instead of addressing everyone to politely put their seats in the upright position, she specifically told her (in a very harsh tone) to put her seat up for consideration of the person behind her. The customer said she couldn't because the person in front of her had her seat reclined as well, which left her with very limited space to eat. The flight attendant continued to say she needed to pit her seat upright or take a seat in the back of plane. I was in shock by the flight attendants' unprofessionalism. Flight attendants also need to provide passengers with pens to fill out declarations. Some would not provide customers with pens. I will never fly Air Canada again!"
