Ulemper: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Ulemper: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Fordele: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Ulemper: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Fordele: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Fordele: Curtious Crew Fastest flight ever, landed one hour early and had a xtra room to lay down for a good sleep

Ulemper: Bigger seats the new ones are way to narrow

Fordele: The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled.

Fordele: Crew was very friendly!

Ulemper: The plane smelled terrible - almost like one of the toilets had backed up.

Ulemper: It was so late and we were not told anything!!!

Fordele: Early morning flight so left on time and arrived early. Staff excellent.

Ulemper: Seats are grim like most European carriers in coach...

Fordele: Very efficient.

Ulemper: Better airflow in cabin, letting you know about meals before getting to plane.

Fordele: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Ulemper: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Ulemper: All god nice flight crew helpful. A well organized flight just what you would expect from a German airline

Ulemper: The entertainment did not work good the entire flight

Fordele: Space, seats, movies.

Ulemper: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Ulemper: The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you

Ulemper: Crew was borderline condescending and not very helpful

Fordele: This was the strange not being able to buy crew just ignores you because you’re not part of the club bought a head of time. I had no idea

Ulemper: Should make it very clear that you have to order food ahead of time! I did not know this and had to go nine hours without food or water!!!!

Fordele: Great service, love being able to order food and drinks from the in seat computer.

Ulemper: Nothing really.

Ulemper: No food or water was offered. Had to stop for water . Barely any selection of movies

Ulemper: Jet was ancient and entertainment system was a joke

Ulemper: The entertainment choices needs updates and more varieties I believe.

Fordele: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Ulemper: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Fordele: Seats were comfortable. The crews were helpful.

Ulemper: Cleaner bathroom on the plane.

Ulemper: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Fordele: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Ulemper: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Ulemper: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Ulemper: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Ulemper: Once again, they were late to depart and to arrive...

Fordele: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!

Ulemper: Everything.
