Ulemper: "The plane was small, it rattled and shook a lot and the size of the seats is ridiculous. The bathrooms did not have warm water and the sense of comfort is to be found only in business and first class. We fly to Zurich a lot because we have family there and we always take SWISS for a direct flight. They have old planes, the little TVs by the seats may or may not work and although the crew is nice and well trained, they cannot substitute for the discomfort of 10 hours flights in a crammed place. Sorry SWISS."

Fordele: "The crew was great and the food was pretty good. The crew did a great job of keeping the lavatories clean and stocked. It was a 10.5 hr flight and they gave us one meal, a snack and a treat. Not a lot but since we were just sitting it was enough food. We had to stop for a meal on the way home from the airport."
Ulemper: "The seats in the economy cabin are cramped together. If the person in front of your leans back you are almost trapped in your seat. There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order."

Ulemper: "Boarding was difficult with poor communication, before impolite request for spot check of carry-on bag and person. Ended up being one of the last to board. Entertainment system did not work, and after 4 requests for assistance to different crew members finally gave up asking and so had no entertainment for whole of flight. The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

Fordele: "It is always a pleasure to fly with Swissair. They are so much better than the other airlines on the Europe - US flight. Food was very good, we even received an ice cream for extra snack. Kids received nice activity books. The movie selection was huge."

Ulemper: "The boarding process is very uncomfortable as the passengers are asked to board the plane without any specific order, regardless of where they’re sitting, instead of boarding them by groups."

Ulemper: "I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."

Ulemper: "Everything was very good except the TV screen on my wife's seat malfunctioned after the first movie watched. The crew "tried" to fix it but nothing happened, not blaming them specifically but I don't think they were to concerned about one customer with no entertainment. After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Crew very professional and nice."

Ulemper: "Up grade to business was really expensive m,normally Good company's like Austrian airlines charge almost %50. I buy the internet service from the plane it cost more Then $40 but it was bad service connection and work Only for 10 min!!i contact with Swiss about this almost 3/4 Times..but no one contact me back..!not happy at all!"

Ulemper: "SWISS always turns on the air conditioning too high on intercontinental flights. It is HOT inside the cabins. The entertainment system is very outdated, small screen and old and used hand set. Claiming to be a premium airline is unfortunately very overstated if you are unlucky to catch the old business class planes. Only few have changed to the new versions (777s) - Make sure to catch those."

Ulemper: "They charge you an extra $ 100 DOLLARS FOR THE OPTION TO PICK YOUR SEAT AND WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEY SAY THAT IT WAS JUST TO SIT IN THAT SECTION OF THE PLANE. WE PICKED OUR SEATS BY THE FRONT BULKHEAD AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THOSE SEATS BECAUSE THEY SAID OTHER PEOPLE PAID MORE THAN US TO HAVE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR THIS KIND OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY."

Fordele: "We were worried based on negative reviews on SWISS we had read prior to our trip, but they were WONDERFUL!! We flew coach from MIA to CRETE, two stops and 13+ hours of flying. The seats were as roomy as coach gets, but comfortable, reclining further than Delta or AA in my opinion. The food, drinks and snacks never stopped and were tasty!! Including a delicious Swiss chocolate a the end of your flight! They were so attentive! The attendants were all kind and polite. In fact, we had someone sit in front of us on our flight home who culturally didn't bath/wear deodorant and VERY malodorous and we asked the flight attendant if we could move. As soon as everyone boarded and she found two open seats for us, she moved us right before take off and we had a wonderful, great-smelling 10.5 hour flight!! LOL"
Ulemper: "There seems to only be 4 (plenty) bathrooms right in the center of the coach area of the plane, but with the flight attendants constantly serving drinks and food, you really had to time it so you could get to the bathrooms when they weren't in the aisles. Trust me though, this is hardly a negative and I will happily fly SWISS over and over!!!"

Fordele: "Services"

Fordele: "The flight was very good what I didnt like in that when i booked the flight it never said that my ticket wouldnt be able to add lifemiles for star alliance. That was only the reason i chose this airline. When i ask about my lifemiles the answer was that my class of ticket didnt get any lifemile. I felt cheated. You should put it somewhere visibly so the person knows before booking. If i knew it before i never chose this airline."

Fordele: "The crew was very friendly, everything was on time and extremely efficient. I don't have kids but I did notice how great the flight attendants were with the kids around me. Great job! Already recommended SWISS to friends and family"

Ulemper: "Flight from Delhi to Zurich was on time but from Zurich to Miami it was delayed by 4 hours. We sat in a hot plan for almost an hour 30 minutes and then decided to let us off the plan. I would like to ask for some compensation for this delay. Please have someone from Swiss international reach out to me. Thanks"

Ulemper: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Fordele: "Everything! Great Flight attendants, good food. Drinks in economy class. First class treatment in economy. Plenty of entertainment options. We were fortunate to have a very clear air on our transatlantic flight. They did not turn on the seatbelt sign except to land."

Ulemper: "They didn't let me on the flight because I'm disabled pure disciminati"

Fordele: "This was simply the best flying experience I have ever had in my life! From the courteous,professional and always available cabin crew to the comfort of the seat,from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the craft, everything was just perfect. I traveled in economy class but it felt like king. I will make sure to fly SWISS again!Great great job!"

Ulemper: "Flight from Copanhagen to Istanbul was delayed for an hour...computer malfunction was the reason. I was a little bit stressed because I had a connecting flight to Manila, was afraid i wouldn't make it. And also, no gate assignment yet for Istanbul to Manila. Since it was my first time to travel via Turkish Airline, not familiar with Istanbul airport."

Fordele: "We liked the ability to watch movies and television programs to pass the time."
Ulemper: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Ulemper: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Fordele: "From beginning to end - it was a great flight. Food was exceptional as well as service."

Ulemper: "The sound on the entertainment system is not good...it used to be good but not anymore"

Fordele: "Planes are very clean, food is excellent, there is plenty of alcohol, and the crew treats economy passengers as if they were royalty. Flying attendants clean toilette each hour, There is also a flower pasted on the mirror in the toilette. All details of the flight have been take care of."
Ulemper: "1) The safety record is not superb https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_Airlines#Incidents_and_accidents 2) Political situation in Turkey is unstable. 3) Most of Europe is west of Istanbul - the flights to Europe are longer. BUT ANYWAY: THE AIRLINES ARE WORKING HARD TO OVERCOME ALL OBSTACLES AND PRICES ARE GREAT."

Ulemper: "Sears in Boeing 777-300 are amaño and marroquí, Edith feedback space and unconfortable, worse if being sittedbin the Baco of the aircraft rows 40 yo 54"

Ulemper: "Didnt love the food ..."

Ulemper: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Ulemper: "The family behind us had kids, they were yelling, kicking my seat and had a cat they were holding. I am highly allergic to cats and at first couldn't understand why I was coughing so much. I was very disappointed the staff did not make sure this animal was contained at the back of the plane."

Ulemper: "You could be choose food... one of the dish was only pasta... what about the people who's allergic? I am... The business class crew was very stuck up! Totally looked down at people who wasn't in the business class... The Aircraft has no AC that you could adjust air blowing on you! It was incredibly hot the whole time !"

Ulemper: "Plane left late."

Fordele: "Excellent cabin crew, food and entertainment"
Ulemper: "Connection time between arrival time from Tel Aviv to Miami was very short. We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Ulemper: "I paid for internet and it didn't work. Was told that I disntvoay, so I paid a second time still didn't work. Was billed twice and never was able to connect."

Ulemper: "poor to non existence service in economy class. all crew up front with zero crew In back."

Fordele: "All was great. I love this company"
Ulemper: "In All my flights with them it is Sssoooo hot!!! They save on A/C??? I asked to cool the cabine - they did for 15 min and back to heat again . Managing seat assignment is impossible if you book through a website other than theirs . They don't have an "economy comfort " option"

Ulemper: "I didn't really like anything."

Ulemper: "Old plane with questionable food, only few movies. Not impressed and considering not using TA again"

Ulemper: "Customer Service. They cancelled my flight in the middle of my vacation and just sent me an email moving my flights to next day. Unacceptable!!! I paid for it 4 months in advance. One cannot change my arrival from Sunday night to Monday night. Called Customer Service 20+ times to have it fixed. They are all outsourced incompetent and unprepared. Good planes overall, but horrible customer service. I will never fly Turkish again. I prefer to pay more and have decent customer service and no flights cancellations in the middle of my vacation."

Fordele: "The airline crew service was excellent. The food and entertainment were pretty good. I will fly again with Turkish Airline!"

Ulemper: "The papers in the bathroom toilet should have been cleaned out to allow more space in the bin.. All the toilets were packed"

Fordele: "The space was incredible had enough leg room, the food was delicious, the amenities like the movies and music and games made the flight feel a lot quicker loved this air line!!!!"

Ulemper: "Crew is okay. Does not really pay attention by the end of the flight. flight from Miami to Istanbul is very long - 11+ hours"

Fordele: "I like Turkish Airlines. The flight was good. I thougt only food was somewhat not as good as usual. I flew with TA many times and the food offerings always had stood out from other air companies. In general it was great flight."

Fordele: "I have flown with all big airlines including Lufthansa, BA, Delta, American and others. This flight was by far the best experience I had. They have lovely serving crew so no one actually hesitates to ask or want something. They have helped me and my two toddlers along with 3 other similar families of an incredible amount to make sure they are all comfortable. No wonder that received the best airline of europe award for several years in a row...There was only a 20 minutes delay during take-off and we still arrived home a bit early... Very smooth flight, one that I still cant believe I had with my 2 toddlers. Strongly recommended."

Ulemper: "The seat next to me had two kids sitting in it. The seats are only supposed to have one person per seat. So they we also halfway in my seat also."

Fordele: "Again, the crew did a good job helping me recover from the terrible on ground experience. Great food!"
Ulemper: "Again, the check-in process was remarkably, out of this world terrible! Even for business class!"

Fordele: "Boarding was fine in Istanbul. Go to toilet before going through security check in the gate."
Ulemper: "Poor crew service--amazingly slow (my general THY service experience has been great, but in this leg crew did not respond to calls for almost 20-30 minutes). After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."

Fordele: "The desk personnels from the Philippines (flight from Phils to Istanbul) were very accommodating when I requested if the plane was not full that I could be seated on an area where the other seat was not occupied. Very professional with smiling faces."
Ulemper: "So now, this would be the opposite (big time), this lady personnel on the desk (flight from Istanbul to Miami), when I asked her for the same request, she did not even look on the computer and quickly stated that the plane was full. I travel a lot so I just know that this person was lying and sure enough when everyone boarded, they were empty seats. I should have gotten her name because she was just plane lazy and unprofessional, it showed that she did not like her job. I paid an expensive Turkish plane ticket, so I deserve that courtesy and I would fully understand anyway if there were no seats at all but please don't even take your costumers like a fool."

"I choose Lufthansa cause it’s a good airline with great quality but this one was soo old and poor. Food was terrible. Blankets and pillows very old, looked like they were like used. The chairs were soo uncomfortable"

"I liked absolutely nothing about this. The worst airline I have ever dealt with. We missed our flight. As we were boarding the flight (we arrived well in advance) the flight attendant demanded a negative covid test. We were asked for vaccine cards at checkin, never a negative covid test. They asked us to rebook the flight, thus we missed our flight, had to book a hotel, all of our luggage was going straight to Miami so we have no change of clothes. An absolute nightmare. Next, I stood in line for OVER 2 hours to get on the next flight. They gave no apology or explanation as to the 2 hr wait, nor why we weren’t informed of the negative COVID test in advance. They then recommended a covid testing center in the airport that charged 169 euro a person. I refused and found another less expensive yet approved center. I will NEVER use this airline again, I will never recommend it and I will never come back to Germany. The entire Frankfort airport staff was wretched. Awful experience."

Fordele: "Premium class is awesome. Nice size and comfortable seats with a foot rest. Food as tasty and hot. Attentive attendants."

Fordele: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "TV screens did not function consistently, had to be reset a couple of times. Plane was late boarding (but made up most of the time). Had to go through security a second time even though it was a connecting flight. Luggage got crushed in a carousel pile-up and took a long time to come out."

Ulemper: "I bought the flight for my mom and she is handicap, the flight got delayed and they wanted to leave her in Frankfurt for 2 days because there was no more flights to the States, in the end they found a flight to Washington DC, she was coming to Miami. She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

Ulemper: "Booked way in advanced, paid extra to book upper deck on both; outgoing flight Miami - Frankfurt and return, but was bumped out of our seats. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to book them again, and ended up on a lower deck on the Miami - Frankfurt flight, but re-booked on the upper deck on Frankfurt- Miami flight although not the side seats as I originally booked myself, but in the middle section. The entertainment's touch screen system is inadequate, not reacting to touch efficiently."

Ulemper: "Boarding did not proceed by rows as customary so boarding was a bit chaotic with everyone rushing to the gate. The reclining seats aee an issue. Although comfortable for the ones reclining they are uncomfortable and at times painful ( taller people) and makes watching the screen impossible when fully reclined."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Ulemper: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Ulemper: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Ulemper: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Ulemper: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

Fordele: "I liked that it was available for me to return to Amsterdam in such late notice. Got there quickly and even earlier (10 mins) then expected."
Ulemper: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Fordele: "Fairly new plane."
Ulemper: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Ulemper: "The take it or leave it attitude of the cabin crew (amazingly casual) and SAS’s persistence in having two standards of service in the one cabin - free food & drink up front, however only tea & coffee or a cup of water up the back and you can pay for the rest."

Fordele: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Ulemper: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Fordele: "Stewardess assistence"
Ulemper: "Delay without other notification than the expected change of departure and loooong wait before boarding"

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Fordele: "Samme som på hjemturen - sæderne var bedre ude i siden"
Ulemper: "Ingenting"

Fordele: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Ulemper: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Fordele: "On time, easy boarding"
Ulemper: "The flight was nearly full and everyone seemed to have at least two cases. This caused lots of jostling for space in the lockers"

Fordele: "Great flight, on time great crew."

Fordele: "I was very comfortable in the new seats, I did not have to recline or move for over eight hours"
Ulemper: "still there is not enough legroom for tall persons"

Ulemper: "No food, no entertainment"

Fordele: "Delayed flight arrived nearly on time."
Ulemper: "- Boarding process chaotic. Boarding began 20minutes after the scheduled delayed-boarding time without any notice. Gate seating area at CPH was far too small - very stuffy and standing room only. - Aircraft on its last leg. Most of the A340's seats had broken cupholders. Restrooms were out of paper/soap with no attention from crew. Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Fordele: "Great flight very happy"

Fordele: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

Fordele: "I mean, it was how a flight should be, painless."

Ulemper: "When trying to board in Copenhagen there were some mishaps, but these were mainly caused by people ignoring signs along the way. They did not offer any complimentary snacks at all. Only one drink"

Fordele: "The food"

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."
