Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Fordele: "Nice staff, comfortable seats with good room, complimentary beverages with refills offered."
Ulemper: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Ulemper: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."
Fordele: "I liked that it was available for me to return to Amsterdam in such late notice. Got there quickly and even earlier (10 mins) then expected."
Ulemper: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."
Fordele: "Fairly new plane."
Ulemper: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Ulemper: "The take it or leave it attitude of the cabin crew (amazingly casual) and SAS’s persistence in having two standards of service in the one cabin - free food & drink up front, however only tea & coffee or a cup of water up the back and you can pay for the rest."

Fordele: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Ulemper: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "Movie selection is not great. Food was ok maybe slightly better than most airline food. My dissatisfaction is with Washington airport. J had two hours between flights and because of total mismanagement in immigration I missed my flight to atlanta. Totally unacceptable. I might not even get on the ten pm flight."
Fordele: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Ulemper: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Ulemper: "- Boarding process chaotic. Boarding began 20minutes after the scheduled delayed-boarding time without any notice. Gate seating area at CPH was far too small - very stuffy and standing room only. - Aircraft on its last leg. Most of the A340's seats had broken cupholders. Restrooms were out of paper/soap with no attention from crew. Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Fordele: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Fordele: "I mean, it was how a flight should be, painless."
Fordele: "Good experience. Nothing extra-ordinary. Only complimentary tea, water and coffee."
Ulemper: "Flight arrived on time."
Ulemper: "When trying to board in Copenhagen there were some mishaps, but these were mainly caused by people ignoring signs along the way. They did not offer any complimentary snacks at all. Only one drink"
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Ulemper: "My connecting flight to san francisco was through Delta, which it was on a different terminal, I had to carry my luggage out of the airport in order to get to delta’s terminal - the buildings are not connected."

Fordele: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Ulemper: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"
Fordele: "Very nice crew. Nice meal service and drink service throughout. Great choice of entertainment."

Ulemper: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

Ulemper: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Ulemper: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Ulemper: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."
Fordele: "You can't go wrong with delta when it comes to customer satisfation. It's the primary reason I'm okay with paying extra money for delta flights"

Fordele: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Ulemper: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal."

Ulemper: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. Ulemper: "On-time performance was so-so, take-off was delayed ~1hr because of connections, had to wait on the runway at the destination airport, had to wait an eternity for my bag. Whatever genius who designed the in-flight entertainment controls should be punched in the face. The on-screen buttons are so easily pushed by passengers making their way to and from the aisle that passenger assistance and reading lights always go off on their own throughout the aircraft."
Ulemper: "Flight was more than 3h late, it took time for the airline to accommodate with another flight to catch up with connection. They did after many customer complained, and adding to that, my checkin bag didn't make and they have no information on it's location. Still 24 hours later and no information a d i don't have clothes to change or stuff to shower. I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."

DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE! To start with, we were charged an extra $100 for our carry-on baggage apparently being overweight. This was not something we were told about prior to flying or we would have packed differently. During our layover in Portugal, we were delayed. Once they started to board, we got on the bus and drove out to the plane. Upon arriving at the plane, there were already two other busses there that had not even offloaded yet since they were apparently still servicing the plane. We had to stand in a crowded bus for about 45 minutes packed in like sardines. So much for social distancing and covid concerns! The plane itself was uncomfortable and the service terrible. I have flown across the Atlantic many many times on other airlines and have always received amazing service. This was not the case with TAP. Other than a small glass of water, we were only served drinks one time. There were no refills or additional service, which for a 9-hour flight is unheard of. I hated every minute of my time with TAP and will never fly with them again even if someone offered me a free ticket.

Ulemper: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

Ulemper: "Wait time on buses from-to airplane to terminal was long."
Ulemper: "The crew could be a little bit more accommodating. Both flights ran short of toilet paper. They don’t conduct an intermediate check of the toilets."
Fordele: "On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service."

Fordele: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Ulemper: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"
Fordele: "The better question is what did we not like."
Ulemper: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"
Ulemper: "Switched planes both ways, changed my paid for seating. No notifications. Excess luggage charges. Would never recommend this airline."

Ulemper: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."

Ulemper: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."

To make matters worse, there was no plug-in in case you wanted to watch entertainment of your own on phone/iPad."

Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket"

Ulemper: "The Lisbon airport is very difficult to navigate; signage is poor, and there are not enough staff on the ground. The waiting lines for TAP check-in are outrageous. TAP policy states they allow choosing a seat starting 36 hours of departure, but the poorly designed website let me book seats, and then asked me to pay; at the airport they also told me I had to pay on check-in to choose a seat. Worst of all, at the gate, the waiting area forces all passengers to wait while standing in a big herd - an hour - while police spot check random passenger carry-ons and perform body checks."

She should have gotten a break from the baggage fee because of the delayed departure. That's another thing. Why is it that some passengers (like my friends and I) didn't have to pay for our checked baggage, but some passengers (like my other friend) had to fork out a fee for her checked baggage? While we were waiting for our trash (after our meals) to be picked up by a lady crew member, she took so long chatting with a couple of passengers that we had to wait a few minutes before she can get our trash. By then I was dying to get to the bathroom and nearly had an accident as a result. In the future, I'll try to avoid flying with any SAS flight (operated by Air Canada) if I can help it."

The fun continued when the passenger in front of me reclined their seat. I had to angle both my knees to the side. Without a doubt the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever done. On a side note, AC switched equipment on this flight several times. Each time the ‘system’ would split up our seats. I had to call in five separate times to pick new seats. Also, at the gate they were asking passengers to voluntarily check in carry-on as there may not be enough room on the aircraft. First time I’ve ever heard that."

Ulemper: "There was only one working bathroom for coach. I think they said there were 3 working toilets total on the whole plane. I usually like airplane food, but this time it wasn't good. The exit row seats that we "upgraded" to were incredibly narrow, and there's nowhere close to stow your things. Then someone was in our seats when we boarded, and they took all our overhead bin space, so we were left with nothing for our flight. I would Not recommend paying extra for the exit row seats."

It's a less than adequate experience even for a officially second tier airline. Why does Canada put out an embarrassing product like this airline ? Shame on them !"

Ulemper: "Forced from flight requiring a 4 am wake up for a flight to Vancouver where that flight was delayed. Then they lost my bag. Missed a day of work and had pay for an extra day of dog sitting."

I'm tall, I didn't fit in the seat) -The flight attendant was rude, not nice, she crashed with the cart like 3 times, and she did not even apologize for hitting me. -We had a 4 hours delay at Montreal because of the weather, the one of AA wasn't delayed. -The entertainment was movies from 10+ years. -You have to pay for everything, so when you buy a ticket for ex. 250$, you have to pay for the seat, even if is not a bulkhead seat, or the first suitcase."

Fordele: "Last row seats recline. Plenty of entertainment options. A long flight with one large meal, frequent drink options and snacks. Turbulence that the crew handled well, especially the landing."
Ulemper: "Seats on planes are just too small. Control panel to each screen is on the arm rest which kept getting hit accidentally. Poor choice of placement. Plenty of food but not all that tasty."

Ulemper: "The flight attendant (lady with short red hair) was very rude to a customer I was sitting next to. When food service came aroind, people had there seats back amd instead of addressing everyone to politely put their seats in the upright position, she specifically told her (in a very harsh tone) to put her seat up for consideration of the person behind her. The customer said she couldn't because the person in front of her had her seat reclined as well, which left her with very limited space to eat. The flight attendant continued to say she needed to pit her seat upright or take a seat in the back of plane. I was in shock by the flight attendants' unprofessionalism. Flight attendants also need to provide passengers with pens to fill out declarations. Some would not provide customers with pens. I will never fly Air Canada again!"
Fordele: "Crew members were courteous and generally helpful - though a call placed for help was not acknowledged (given 15 minutes, then gave up - though it was not during the meal service). The aircraft is very nice. Food was quite good, and the entertainment options were excellent."

Fordele: "I flew in and out of Montreal to see if it was better than Newark or Philadelphia from upstate NY. It was all right. The food on Air Canada is not good AT ALL. The crew were very nice and had a good sense of humor. They were the best part. And at least I got an aisle seat--in the very last row of the huge plane. There must have been 500 people on board, and it was full to the gills."

I know this is a "safety policy" but sometimes we should objectively leave lawyers out of the equation in terms of service provided."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours. After boarding, it was another hour before the flight took off. I was seated next to a family with 2 cranky children. I chose this flight just because it was supposed to arrive in Miami at a decent time. Ended up sleep deprived at work the next day."

Ulemper: "No space, no tv, no food, no music, no blanket, no water, nothing. Pack everything you need or bring your credit card"

Not even a light snack or a can of juice is too much to ask for, considering the cost and comfort cut backs to fly with Air Canada"
Fordele: "Food on international flight was horrible, they lost my luggage, last flight was an hour late with no explanation. Still don't have my luggage."
Ulemper: "My one checked bag did not arrive,. And when I reported it, there was no tracking for it. It was stressful because I had one night before I was leaving for a back country trip and the " lost" bag had " no hits" when the bar Cade was scanned. So I spent hours trying to find someone who could assist me. I lost one whole vacation day dealing with the bag issue. Sure wish I could get some compensation."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed more than 2 hours, seats very tight"
Fordele: "I liked nothing, the flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours and was notified when I arrived 2 hrs before flight . The Airlines were not helpful at all. Then when I got to my seat on this late 3 1/2 hour delay my seat was broken and uncomfortable for the rest of the flight which was three hours."
Ulemper: "Did not enjoy the flight or your flight attendants They were rude and did not satisfy me as a customer at all Would not recommend Air Canada rouge to anyone and will avoid booking with Air Canada again"
Fordele: "Not much. Pilots did a good job and stewards on flight were pleasant."
Ulemper: "The process of going through Customs in Canada stinks! We were herded like cattle in one line, all these people from many flights. Process long and tedious and then people with later flights being processed before others nearly caused us to miss our flight. After nearly 9 hours on previous flight! Not good and then not even a decent snack. I am thankful that the crew waited for us but I didn't know this until I tried to find my gate which had been changed and heard the final boarding call. Also my traveling friends and I were separated and they almost left without me. Awful situation!! Also crew on ground couldn't or wouldn't explain what was going on so kept in the dark until you actually got to next step. Would have been nice to explain what was going on!"
Ulemper: "The flight attendants weren't very kind. I needed some help to set my carry on luggage in the upper compartment and the male flight attendant just stranded there seeing me struggle."
Fordele: "great new plane loved the entertainment, usb chargers, new window shade technology. On time flight"
Fordele: "Newer plane in good condition. Crew was good"
Ulemper: "Food was pretty blah"
Fordele: "Swedish air saved the day! Air canaduh should Take some lessons on customer service."
Ulemper: "Not enough room. Very uncomfortable."
Fordele: "I flew Air Canada from Copenhagen to Toronto in June of 2016. Air Canada personnel are friendly, polite, treat everyone as a welcomed guest.
