Fordele: "WARDA at the Miami Gate H07 was awesome. She went above and beyond. Everyone else was very helpful but you can get tell she does more than the norm. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free entertainment in the individual seats. Perfect for families!"

Ulemper: "This is a horrible route, they charge you more than flying to Europe and give you a one hour ride in a cramped plane where you can't even bring in a carry-on. The cost is insane but is one of the reasons Wall Street loves Delta as they are racking in the profits for very little service."

Ulemper: "If you can get it he people at the desk to stop making announcements while there are announcements being made over the airport PA system that would be great. Especially when the person chosen to speak has a heavy accent and it’s competing with other announcements. My over 50 ears can’t make it out."

Men så var flyet til Detroit forsinket, og køen i immigration var så lang at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at nå flyet til Austin. Nu sidder vi så og venter på det næste fly til Austin, og er meget trætte. 2 ombookninger på samme rejse - det har jeg dog alligevel aldrig oplevet før!!!"

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left."

Ulemper: "Passenger in next seat was so big that his fst hung over the armrest and he took up 3 to 4 inches of my space. Lufthansa should not let passengers this big fly in economy class. I appreciate my space in economy will be limited but I should be able to use all of my allotted space."

Ulemper: "Couldn't check in online and because I booked pretty late, didn't get the seat choice I wanted. I purchased the flight via the Lufthansa site, but then on check-in, I found out that the first segment was SAS, so neither the Lufthansa site nor the SAS site let me check in online."

Ulemper: "We were put on standby. We expected our names to be called for seat assignments but we didn’t expect we could just swipe our boarding pass and our seat assignment would show. It’s a nice feature but I didn’t like that it wasn’t clearly explained to us."

Ulemper: "The food was not good at all. The economy seats are uncomfortable and you should be able to walk around the plane, especially on a 9 plus hour flight."

Ulemper: "I bought the flight for my mom and she is handicap, the flight got delayed and they wanted to leave her in Frankfurt for 2 days because there was no more flights to the States, in the end they found a flight to Washington DC, she was coming to Miami. She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

Ulemper: "Check in very confusing, switched gates on me but I didn’t get the text until later, after take off. No announcement over the PA system in the airport. If my son, who was picking me up, hadn’t been tracking my flight, I would have missed it."

Fordele: "The flight attendants were always friendly and attentive. No comparison to some other airlines I have flown with. Food was excellent and entertainment as well. Boarding went great especially when considering that the capacity of the plane is for 440 passengers."
Ulemper: "The seats are very close to each other, so when the person in front of me move their seat back I had to ask him not to."

Ulemper: "Booked way in advanced, paid extra to book upper deck on both; outgoing flight Miami - Frankfurt and return, but was bumped out of our seats. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to book them again, and ended up on a lower deck on the Miami - Frankfurt flight, but re-booked on the upper deck on Frankfurt- Miami flight although not the side seats as I originally booked myself, but in the middle section. The entertainment's touch screen system is inadequate, not reacting to touch efficiently."

Fordele: "There were lots of out of the ordinary (read annoying) behavior. Of other passengers and the cabin crew responded patiently and professionally."
Ulemper: "Boarding did not proceed by rows as customary so boarding was a bit chaotic with everyone rushing to the gate. The reclining seats aee an issue. Although comfortable for the ones reclining they are uncomfortable and at times painful ( taller people) and makes watching the screen impossible when fully reclined."

Ulemper: "Entertainment system was very slow."

Fordele: "Apart from the turbulence everything was perfect. Flight attendants were very hospitable. Love the aircraft design. Great movie choices for the kids. In addition to that we all reach our destination safely. That's all that matters."

Fordele: "Top of the line service on a very long but smooth ride"

Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Ulemper: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Ulemper: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"

Ulemper: "The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control."

Fordele: "I am so grateful to have been provided delicious and filling vegan meals on this long flight. Thank you for offering a dietary option that is compassionate toward animals and contributes less to climate change! Now if only the planes were powered by clean, renewable energy... Hopefully that will become a reality someday very soon! Oh, and also the crew on this flight was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much!"
Ulemper: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Ulemper: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"

Ulemper: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Fordele: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. They only offered drinks once before each meal, would be nice to have a couple glasses of wine or cups of juice etc, for a 9+ hr flight. And they were quite slow with collecting services after the fact. Hard with a baby."

The seats were terribly uncomfortable and as a tall person I could barely fit in that tiny space. The plane was packed with dozens of children and was impossible to sleep even though I’ve been flying all n"

Fordele: "The most important part of a flight is arriving and returning safely, so in this regard, Aeroflot made the grade. The airplanes appeared new and on one of four flights, there seemed to be a decent amount of legroom in coach."
Ulemper: "The crew...upon boarding, they literally say things like "come on, come on, hurry up" when you are moving as fast they allow you to move. It was just rude. In Moscow, the boarding staff were even more pushy and rude. The flight attendants are relatively polite, but definitely not friendly. The bathrooms smelled of urine upon boarding the flight. The movie system (while it was better than nothing) worked very poorly, froze up, would not take the button presses and aside from a couple of the movies, the majority were from the 1980's, 90's and early 2000's. Lastly, and the worst, the food was over cooked and tasteless. We were served a total of 6 meals on all of our flights. I had requested gluten free meals. I was served the EXACT SAME FOOD at every single meal! Worse yet, that meal consisted a 2"x 2" piece of chicken (which was palatable), tasteless yellow rice and a teaspoon glob of deathly overcooked spinach. A salad with just olive oil for the dressing. No vinegar, nothing. And a dry rice cake. Seriously, it was the worst airplane food I have ever endured. I would avoid Aeroflot if at all possible."

Fordele: "Great and frequent meals, pleasant staff. The airplane is in a good condition. I really like how they give you a small paper menu before serving food which shows you what the food is going to be served and the choices you're gonna have."
Ulemper: "Awful tablets which are supposed to show movies and other stuff. The touch screen is awful, but there is a mechanical control without which it would be impossible to use. The feedback of this mechanical control is so slow that it makes you feel like being punished for something. I don't know why it's so hard to make a responsive tablet but it's a problem on many-many airplanes. These tablets are so bad that sometimes I think it would be better without one at all."

Ulemper: "I was unable to sit with my wife and daughter. And I was iseated beside a mother with a child on her lap, which was not pleasant, although not the child's fault of course."

Ulemper: "There was one economy counter to check in. It took very long"

Fordele: "Очень хорошая организация стыковочных рейсов. Даже с учётом задержки вылита из Вашингтона, транзит с рейса на рейс и получение багажа прошло очень организовано. Спасибо за ваше хорошее и вежливое обслуживание в аэропортах и самолетах!"

Ulemper: "Aeroflot flights somehow always involve interminable overnight layovers in Sheremetyevo Airport, uniformly cold, overbright and crowded, with WiFi access only for those with Russian phone numbers, a visa required to find a smoking area, only roubles accepted at the cafes, and armrests preventing sleep except on the floor. Aeroflot and Transaero themselves would be reasonably acceptable if they only flew through a different country!"

Fordele: "The crew was very nice and friendly. Their service was excellent. Yerevan airport was quiet and cozy and seats were comfortable."

Ulemper: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

Ulemper: "The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices."

Ulemper: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."

Ulemper: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Ulemper: "Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!"

Ulemper: "Maden var ringere end almindeligvis. Jeg finder det er mærkværdigt at man får servering og så når den nærmest er indtaget, så først kommer brød. Savner engelske tekster på engelske film, det er svært at høre al tale på filmen, både på grund af støj fra flyet og kvaliteten af øre telefonerne"

Ulemper: "The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection."

Fordele: "The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too"

Ulemper: "After boarding began there was a backup after the gate en route to the plane. No explanation. The plane left an hour later than scheduled but seemed to arrive close to scheduled time."

Fordele: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Ulemper: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Fordele: "Very nice crew. Nice meal service and drink service throughout. Great choice of entertainment."

Fordele: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Ulemper: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."

Fordele: "You can't go wrong with delta when it comes to customer satisfation. It's the primary reason I'm okay with paying extra money for delta flights"

Ulemper: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Fordele: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Ulemper: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Fordele: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Fordele: "Friendly crew and exit row had nice legroom."
Ulemper: "Ran out of the (already not sufficient) salty crackers and, as the flight had been delayed, we had a one packet of cracker 'lunch' at noon... the flight really should have had a sandwich or at least something slightly more substantial."
