Fordele: "I was very impressed with the flight attendants. They were very pleasant & very attentive to the guests. The premium seats were very comfortable. The only disappointment was the chicken dinner but the ice cream dessert & refreshments were wonderful."

Fordele: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Ulemper: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Ulemper: "There was a LOT of turbulence and the landing was a rough one too. Plane was cramped with very little leg room and my seat back was broken."

Fordele: "The leg room in comfort+ was nice."
Ulemper: "I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well."

Fordele: "Food was good and so was the movie selection"
Ulemper: "Boarding was slow and the interviewers were disrespectful. Also I was upgraded last minute and I could never understand the system by which upgrades to first class are granted. Just because I used my points to buy the flight I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade to the one seat left in first class even though the flight is full and I am the first one on comfort+ upgrade list and there was no one on delta one upgrade list."

Fordele: "I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful."
Ulemper: "They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that."

Fordele: "We were in the plane for 3 hours before we could depart. No one offered us a drink or snack."

Ulemper: "Bullshit seating...will happily put frequent flyers next to the freaking toilets."

Fordele: "Delta did a really good job as always. Cheaper, more comfortable, and a WAY better experience than Alaska Airlines."

Ulemper: "No one would reissue me a ticket for the next flight. Delta and West Jet kept saying the other company should do this, and in the end no one did and I had to purchase another ticket."

Ulemper: "I wouldn't rate this flight on a five-star grid--I give it 0.0 stars. Delta's economy seats are so tiny that even a small person like myself finds it agonizing to ride in them for a moderate-length flight. We need aggressive regulation of our airlines to prevent the unconscionable and humiliating way they treat economy passengers. It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

Fordele: "Pilot got us back safe through some bad turbulence, the flight was shaky from start to finish. They gave extra snacks, were attentive to any needs. Would definitely trust Delta pilots again. Also with this being a connecting flight, it was nice that the group of five I was in was given an entire row to ourselves."

Fordele: "First we had a mechanical after boarding. I was rerouted through Atlanta. That flight is now delayed by 2hours. I then had to reroute to West Palm Beach instead of Ft Lauderdale. I will leave 9 hours after my original flight time and arrive 8 hours later. Just ridiculous"

Ulemper: "Vi skulle fra Aalborg til Austin TX. Først blev vores fly fra Amsterdam til Atlanta cancelled. Vi blev ombooket via Detroit. Men så var flyet til Detroit forsinket, og køen i immigration var så lang at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at nå flyet til Austin. Nu sidder vi så og venter på det næste fly til Austin, og er meget trætte. 2 ombookninger på samme rejse - det har jeg dog alligevel aldrig oplevet før!!!"

Fordele: "Delta has a good business product. The entertainment system was good. The food was good."
Ulemper: "The business class crew struck me as distracted and putout to be there."

Ulemper: "Not a fan of having "final boarding call" announced to run to the gate, only to sit on the plane at the gate for 30 min because of a scheduled delay at my destination. I know the flight wasn't very full, but that cost me an opportunity to eat dinner. I had to cancel a fast food order because I thought I'd miss my flight!"

Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Ulemper: "Many things cheaper does mean better."

Ulemper: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Ulemper: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Ulemper: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Ulemper: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."

Fordele: "Very efficient boarding, fast and professional but warm and friendly. The plane was very clean and quite spacious for a two by two configuration. On time departure and landing and smoothed processing at the other end."

Ulemper: "Worst aircraft I have been on in years. No wifi or entertainment, no power outlets, only bad wine/beer for a 3+ hour flight is mediocre at best..."

Fordele: "It was a short flight so it was O.K."
Ulemper: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."

Ulemper: "Very uncomfortable seats in Economy Comfort. Legroom and recline were OK but the seats were extremely narrow. No evening meal and breakfast was minimal"

Fordele: "It's the best flight I could get for such a low price. But don't expect to to get the best and newest planes around but it's still overall a good experience."

Ulemper: "The crew on the Lagos Amsterdam route (in economy) are particularly unfriendly and brusque. This is my experience each time i fly this route in economy"

Fordele: "Everyone and everything was outstanding! Completely opposite of every experience I've ever had with Air Canada! They finally get it! Treated us like we were people and valued customers! Amazing!"

Ulemper: "Entertainment choices limited compared to the past. Very few recent releases (they now have "new to Air Canada" releases and they can be decades old"

Fordele: "They had vegan options if you called ahead which was a nice and the flight crew was kind and helpful."

Ulemper: "Poor Customer service! My baggage arrived later on the same day I had arrived..., but I didnlt get it till 2 days later. There were or apology or announcement about the reason of my flight delay (2 hrs). I was told by a customer rep on the phone a few days before ny flight that I didn't need eTA to transit, but I needed it! I had to obtain it at the airport counter on the day of my flight.. I was very close to miss my flight.... Due to the delay, many customers missed connection flights, but there was no clear guidance to where to take care of the matter... I was ery disappointed.."

Ulemper: "Air Canada flights are always delayed. The crew is rude and usually not helpful when asking for something. In addition, when I bought the ticket I was asked if I spoke English because I was sitting in the exit row; however, the couple sitting next to me obviously did not speak and they let them stay there anyways."

Fordele: "I love the new Boeing 787 planes! This was the smoothest flight ever, both from Vancouver to Tokyo and back again. The new planes have the dimmable windows, which are so cool! And, each seat has it's own screen with free movies, TV, flight info, etc. Also, the flights were on time!"

Fordele: "One of the most spacious flight experiences I've ever had, enough room to stretch out for my 6 foot self. My checked luggage arrived safe and sound when I landed in Vancouver."
Ulemper: "On my 5 hour flight from Toronto the air Canada rouge website wouldn't work on my laptop despite troubleshooting many times. I was connected to the wifi... but didn't gain access to the website. I would've liked to eat on the plane but having to pay $7+ for a sandwich alone isn't something I'm interested in. It would be nice to at least get a free snack while flying across Canada. Oh well, I guess I'll starve."

Fordele: "Business Class on the Dreamliner 787 was a great experience. The flight crew was great. Everything at Pearson and at YVR went smoothly today."

Ulemper: "My bag was delayed and I end up paying to buy a pant from sports chek and now when I am trying to connect with Air Canada flight to make a claim, they are not even responding to my request."

Ulemper: "We had a 5 hour delayed flight. We received no notification that our flight would be delayed so we were stuck waiting on the airport for 5 hours, which forced us to cancel evening plans with friends that night because the flight landed in Vancouver at 3am the next morning and we didn't get to our Airbnb until around 4-5am. The crew seemed disorganized."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed for several hours, while the crew assured us it was on the way. When it landed they still said it was being prepped. Then at 10pm or so, they said it was cancelled. Then we waited another hour and a half to speak to representatives and get our hotels. Then another hour to the hotel to go to sleep. Because I had to be back at the airport in 7 hours to catch the next flight. It would have taken me 2 hours to drive to Seattle from Vancouver."

Fordele: "Wonderful staff and service! I was very comfortable on the larger airplane so I didn't feel anxious. Excellent ratings on everything for Air Canada!"

Ulemper: "We're Not Satisfied With Our Seat From SFO TO YVR"

Ulemper: "I only had one gripe about this flight and my one other flight on Air Canada Rouge; the overhead bins are very poorly designed. I purchased a carry on bag specifically to meet their regs, yet it had it go in the bin longways, taking up a ton of room. The bins are tall, which is wasted space, when what they really need is another 1-2" in depth."

Fordele: "Inexpensive, got me where I needed to go."

Fordele: "The comfort was much better than I expected from an airbus a320 and even though the in seat system was slow it was nice that there was option on a short regional flight."
Ulemper: "It would be nice if there was at least a snack boarding was a little chaotic. They should use the PA system."

Fordele: "Treated well and basically enjoyable flight, which is saying something on an eleven hour flight."
Ulemper: "On the return flight we arrived an hour late, and though we were told that they were holding our connecting flight, it left on time, five minutes before we got to the gate."

Ulemper: "Food was purchase only."

Ulemper: "One of my three flights was unnecessarily delayed by two hours, enough that I missed my last connection and had to stay overnight in Vancouver. There were no technical complications or weather complications. It was simply because something had been misscheduled and the flight crew needed a longer rest time between flights. This is completely avoidable, and the attendent who checked me in even said so. While the hotel and shuttle were paid for, Air Canada only gave me a $7 breakfast voucher, which was only redeemable at the hotel's measly breakfast counter rather than anywhere in the airport. For the unnecessary delays I had to deal with, i should had received more credit. This was an utterly disappointing travel experience."

Ulemper: "Plane was too small with extra small overhead bin. Entertainment system was also mediocre which keep shutting down and have to again select your movie and forward it :("

Ulemper: "Once again, they were late which meant that we missed our connection in Vancouver and had to overnight there."

Ulemper: "There was no WI-FI which was inconvenient. The crew was good...could have been nicer on the way from Newark to Vancouver."

Ulemper: "Poor entertainment selection for such a long flight. Very little food for Sydney/ Vancouver leg and I am small eater."

Fordele: "Good boarding routine, I liked that you told people to wait their turn to board. Good entertainment options. We made it safe and sound."
Ulemper: "Was seated next to a crying/screaming baby for the duration of the flight (5.5 hours). Also was never offered any snacks (cookies or crackers). Landing was rougher then expected."

Fordele: "Friendly and helpful flight attendants"

Ulemper: "I was NEVER TOLD I would need a transit visa to fly through Canada. I was denied boarding in Entebbe by British Air and had to rebook and pay for another flight on a different airline that didn't fly through Canada. Who has another $1,700 in their pocket to cover such expense? A terrible financial hardship. I will NEVER use Kayak again to book travel."

Fordele: "Free TV."
Ulemper: "Tiny seats. Guy behind me was loud and kept kicking/pushing my seat."

Ulemper: "your app is useless because it didn't even notify me on the changes to my flight."

Fordele: "Professional, experienced crew."
Ulemper: "Food was no better than I remember from years ago- I forgot to pack my own lunch and wish I had."

Ulemper: "They wouldn't offer me any change of the flight unless I paid more than double what I originally paid for the airfare. I just lost an entire airfare because they're change fee's are too much, and they are also not allowing me to change the flight to cheaper prices that I've found available on both Kayak and Air Canada. I will never fly Air Canada again."

Fordele: "The crew and boarding is always efficient."
Ulemper: "It is a must to upgrade your seat if traveling longer than 3 hours."

Ulemper: "The complimentary earphones provided on the flight were the worst ear buds I have ever worn and were extremely uncomfortable. If you're going to make it so passengers cannot use their own earphones without the sound being distorted, then please upgrade your earphones to something more comfortable. My ears were sore the whole flight trying to readjust the ear buds."
