Fordele: "This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!"
Ulemper: "If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!"
Ulemper: "The ticket was overbook. I ended up with no food on the plane because meals was not enough. There is no usb ports in both planes."
Fordele: "Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care."
Ulemper: "Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead."
Fordele: "Overall, I can’t complain. The take off and landing was peaceful"
Ulemper: "The food could’ve been better. The wait time at Abuja needs lots of improvement. It was the worst part of the trip"
Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "They Lost 2 bags in Munich. Here in Sardinia 3 days and without our stuff for today and most of tomorrow."
Ulemper: "Departure arrangement at Budapest airport was total confusion; the plane and departure was approx. 2 hours late. The result: we missed our connecting flight from Munich to Washington DC, thus loosing a whole day to return home. Huge disappointment !!!"

Ulemper: "Boarding crew in EWR insisted that my small carry on had to be checked in. MANY passengers were able to bring on board luggage that was larger and clearly heavier. I don’t understand why I was one of the exceedingly few passengers pulled out of the queue to have luggage checked in. Food was sad."
Ulemper: "Poor customer support and no response on phone calls when u tried to cancel my return ticket."

Ulemper: "Ice cream was not good."
Ulemper: "It was Air Canada. Terrible service. Staff needs education on where to take travelers thru the immigration locations. Wasted time going to different locations and time is an essentence! Too many changes of staff from one location to another when it came with wheelchair assistance. One staff was on her personal phone!!! Had 3 different changes of hands then still did not get us to the right terminal, had to run to make the flight! Is that how you treat a 86 years old traveler?"

Ulemper: "My Tv screen Headphone plug was not working. Also, by the Time i got my food, there was onot vegetarian option available. I’m not vegetarian!"
Fordele: "On time. Enough leg room even in economy. Staff nice. Good selection of movies. Food was actually tasty"

Fordele: "Entertainment is good with literally hunreds of movies. Even the screens are fairly good."
Ulemper: "It's nice to have digital magazines now of Lufthansa flights, but I am not sure why there are hundreds of movies but only ONE magazine to chose from."
Ulemper: "Delayed in plane almost an hour after landing before being allowed to deplane"
Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."
Fordele: "Clean(though toilets still had a little bit of smell, better than Delta and United anyway... The food was surprisingly good, way better than United and Delta! The staff is very professional. The chairs are better than what I experienced with other airlines."
Ulemper: "On this flight only, the toilets had a slite smell. Usually German bathrooms are an example for the rest of the world to follow in cleanliness."

Fordele: "The hospitality crew that was at SFO gave us the location of a lounge to go to which closed at 8 pm. The time they gave the location was at 8.25 pm. She was uninformed and not very highly trained. Lounge was disgusting. Messy, crowded - seemed like a 2nd class waiting room in an Indian railway station. The boarding was very poorly managed by the same lady!"

Ulemper: "Very uncomfortable seats too close together. Boarding was late and plane was full. People had to out roller boards understand seats that were too close together. Seemed very unsafe. Stuffy and hot. Terrible turbulence."

Ulemper: "For people who are going frequently to the US because of the small airplane from FRA_TLV A321 It is not worth for me buying Primer Economy since it is mixed and in British it is all the wayTLV-PHL 2 airplanes with primer economy"

Fordele: "I liked the food and courteous staff. Our flight was on time in order to connect to our next flight. They assisted us to our waiting wee Lchairs."
Ulemper: "Everything was ok. Nothing I did not like on that flight"
Fordele: "Nothing so far"
Ulemper: "incoming flight was delayed by 1 hour, ensuring that we missed our connecting flight from FRA to BOS. Lufthansa staff could have already booked me on a next flight instead of having me go to a service desk and NOT being able to get me on a flight - I had to make my own arrangements while calling the Lufthansa help line.... Not a big fan of the airline and will try to avoid as much as I can."

Fordele: "SAS når det er bedst - for det var faktisk SAS der lagde fly og personale til..."
Ulemper: "Seat size and spacing is at an absolute minimum level even for small people."
Ulemper: "Needed more visible organized pickets showing the seat ranges avoiding mixed lined passengers and delay."

Ulemper: "late departure in Frankfurt; high noise level of the Embraer plane;s engines; failing AC in the cabin"
Fordele: "The food was good and they provided a good amount of snacks and drinks as well. My movie screen would not play with sound and they found me a different seat."
Ulemper: "The layover time was terrible. Only 1 hour in Frankfurt. I barely made my next flight and that's only because I ran since the boarding time is about 30 minutes before the flight leaves. Their "minimum layover time" needs to be lengthened. I'd like to know if any of the people who make that decision have ever tried to make a flight with such a short layover."
Fordele: "The water and small coffee cake was nice to have on this connecting flight."
Ulemper: "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

Ulemper: "We waited 1 hour inside the plane for a tore change. That should have been done before take off time."
Ulemper: "It took over an hour to drop off a bag prior to boarding. I had already checked in online. There were long lines in Bucharest and simply not enough staff working the Lufthansa desks."
Ulemper: "Smelly plane,uncomfortable chairs, AC didn't work properly (hence the smell).No screens, spotty Internet."

Ulemper: "It took them time to fix my entertainment screen..."
Ulemper: "Seats recline too much. When the person in front of you reclines his/her seat, you feel like you're in a tunnel with the seat back just inches from your face. However, the flight attendant was very kind and asked passengers to lift seats for the main meal, which was very nice."
