Ulemper: "I had a 14 hour layover in istanbul airport. Arrived at midnight and flight wasn’t until 2 pm the next day. I just assumed that they would give me a hotel. Come to find out thats wasnt the case when I landed. Given all kinds of reasons/excuses. The guy at the transfer desk told me”you should have known that your layover was this long since you booked it”. Will have second thoughts about flying Turkish again. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Might stick with Emirates or Qatar."
Fordele: "Food was excellent. The built in entertainment from movies to games was amazing! It saves you space from having to pack a bunch of electronics."
Ulemper: "I always enjoy a window seat but the people next to me didn't get up at all! So I was stuck sitting and didn't have a chance to stretch my legs. Not the airlines fault of course. If you put your seat back a little, it just pushes your knees farther forward."

Ulemper: "I did not like the fact that my U.S. bound plane had to be boarded from the tarmac. I’m assuming it had something to with u.s. security issues with carriers from predominantly Muslim countries. The crew need to check passengers that want to place their feet anywhere except the floor or footrest. I see exactly how fights happen in the planes. It is not ok to place ones feet on someone else’s armrest."

Fordele: "The staff are friendly the food is great and their are lots of options, there is nothing to buy, everything is included in your ticket price (entertainment, games, movies, food, snacks, drinks, including alcohol) as well as a complementary travel bag with a sleeping eye mask, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. I couldn't be happier. I will seek out Turkish Airlines now every time I fly!"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 2 hours. Plane boarded on time but we sat in plane for 2 hours. Therefore delaying my flight and I don't have an international phone plan, so I either had to pay for Wifi to let my family know my flight was delayed or not contact them at all. I wished they would have given us complimentary wifi due to their delay."

Ulemper: "The staff at the airport is really rude and just tries to push you off to another person. When you do finally talk to someone they will give you a short blunt answer and try to get rid of you. The WiFi is horrible and hardly works. There aren't any quiet places to sleep and many of the phone charging stations cost money."
Fordele: "I know it wasn't Turkish Airlines fault, but I booked through Kayak who went through Web jet for the tickets. Webjet cancelled our tickets and never notified me. They never contacted me back, and I almost had to book another ticket."

Fordele: "I enjoy flying with Turkish Airlines, because of the staff and great food options, but this time I was starving, to be honest, as the flight was almost 13 hours, and we ate like once or twice. Then.. I had to beg to water all the time. Why would not you provide with plenty of water for such a long flight? This made my flight not great. Boarding process.. HORRIBLE. Took me 1 hour to pass 50 meters of space with endless checkings. Never seen this before."

Ulemper: "Staff at the gate and on the plane were rude. At the gate, I asked if there was an isle seat or an emergency row seat available (because I have long legs and long feet) and he said he would check and see. Well, he failed to inform me if any of the seats were available, so I sat in a window seat to Istanbul and a middle seat to Venice. I had to pay $160 for an extra bag to Venice. I asked if the airline allowed military members to check a third bag for free, I was laughed at, and told that US military members get charged more because we're not in the Turkish military. So as you can see, this trip started off horribly. My flight attendant seemed like she was having a horrible day because her attitude and customer service was bad."

Ulemper: "We were in business. Food and service quality has gone downhill since last year. Cabin temperature is very warm. Staffs are not friendly. They spent a lot of time chatting in the galley talking and eating off food serving trays. Yikes!"
Fordele: "Everything was perfect, the hours from Washington to Instanbul were perfect for night sleeping, the seats were comfortabl enough for sleeping, I didn't eat the late night dinner but the breakfast was good."

Ulemper: "The food on the way back was bad. My wife's was still frozen, which grossed her out, it was ziti pasta. My pasta was crispy raw. The worse part was temperature of plane. It was too hot which made sleeping difficult."

Fordele: "Everyone was so sweet and they gave out eye masks which where super helpful. I was more comfortable on this flight then any other."

Fordele: "Food is phenomenal . Seat are so much more comfortable then delta, and I fly a lot overseas , where flights are 8h minimum , so it is a very important factor. Flight departed and arrived exacted at time schedule, and of course not to mention that the prices are good for their flights"
Ulemper: "The only thing I would say that it could be improved is that they leave you food tray on your laps for a lot longer that needed."

Jeg kunne ikke lide noget. Forfærdelig oplevelse.

Dårlige sæder ved nødudgange række 12 ikke de ekstra penge værd. Manglende info da vi måtte skifte fly pga tekniske problemer

Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Ulemper: "Svært at forstå at komforten skal være så usædvanlig dårlig. Plus at man skal betale hver gang man trykker på nogen som helst service. Så som bagage som ellers bare skulle være standart."

Fordele: "Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part."
Ulemper: "- They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "Nearly 3 hours late and no proper explanation for delay. Sorry but delayed incoming aircraft doesn't wash. Also had to wait nearly half an hour upon landing at Stansted before we could disembark"
Fordele: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Ulemper: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."

Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."

Ulemper: "Our flight was late to take off, and had to queue for 30 minutes at Shannon - before the plane had even landed. At stansted then had to get a long bus to the terminal and wait on the bus for 10 minutes because they couldn't open the doors. Luckily after a sprint to the station we made the last stansted express of the evening (£28 return each - 'London' airports for you)"
Ulemper: "Plane was late to take off by 40 minutes We arrived at the plane early on the bus, but couldnt board as the stairwell hadnt been fitted to the plane, therefore had to sit on the bus in the heat until the stairs came along"
Fordele: "everything on this flight went like clockwork the flight left on time and the crew onboard were really helpful and pleasant"

Ulemper: "Priority boarding but congested at Gate and held standing on bus for 10+ mins. Cabin staff ok but not as alert, proactive or responsive as normal. Trying to sell scratch cards rather than provide relevant services."

Ulemper: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Ulemper: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Ulemper: "All passengers were asked to pre-board which meant standing in the bridge to the plane before the plane arrived. We then had to walk down the stairs outside with the mosquitoes then walk up the stairs to the plane."
Ulemper: "The air conditioning was very high and I think that most passengers feel very cold during the flight."

Ulemper: "There was a cabin services director (or whatever his title was) who clearly liked the sound of his own voice. He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"
Fordele: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Ulemper: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."

Forfærdeligt flyselskab. Der er ikke styr på noget. På vej ned blev sidste fly fra rejsen aflyst. Ingen hjælp at få fra pegasus andet end at man kunne tage et fly tre dage senere. Ingen anvisning af hotel eller noget som helst. På vej hjem virkede bookingsystemet ikke hvilket forårsagede en forsinkelse i afgang på 1,5 time. Utrolig dårlig information og hjælp til at nå forbibindelsesflyet videre. Bruger aldrig pegasys igen

Everything fine apart of the airport staff in Izmir ,about the airline nothing bad to say .

There wasn't much communication and reassurance in terms of delay of the flight. They offered water and some cake only after 3 hours as we were taking off. I ordered 1 noodle and lots of drinks, they charged me two, she said she needed to take a photo of my card which I said no to. Then I said OK we ll keep the 2nd noodle although we didn't need it, just to end the bad situation, she grabbed my bag as I was holding it to get the wallet out and she accidetantally hit the boiling noodles and spilled over my hand and really hurt me, a colleague Brought an ice bag thankfully. This made my journey even worse than it already was with the 3 hour delay of the flight.

The check in at the air port was appalling - disorganised - unhelpful and extremely slow - unfriendly supervisor and it caused stress for many travellers who were not sure if they would make the flight - no customer care displayed - it was a shambles

Ulemper: "the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep."
Ulemper: "I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min ."

Fordele: "The crew doesn’t smile! The economy seats are narrow, with the same ticket price I can fly with a plane with infotainment"
Ulemper: "Though it was a one hour flight At least you could offer passengers water or coffee plus a smile would do make us feel relaxed."

Ulemper: "The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight"

Fordele: "The tickets were relatively inexpensive."
Ulemper: "However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."

Ulemper: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Ulemper: "No free drinking water considering it wasn't really that cheap of a flight to say it budget airline"
Fordele: "Easy check-in and boarding."
Ulemper: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

Ulemper: "Plane was hot, ground staff were rude, airport outside of Istanbul is one of the worst I've ever seen."

Fordele: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"
Fordele: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Ulemper: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."
Fordele: "The seats are comfortable and there was enough place in the overhead bins"
Ulemper: "The airport in Istanbul does not offer WiFi - which is unbelievable for 2017...."
Fordele: "Absolutely nothing"
Ulemper: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."

Fordele: "All was good but I thing thy need to give food with no pay 3.30 h fly thy need something free"
Ulemper: "Boarding was delayed and there were no announcements about when we would be boarding. Also the ticket check at the gate to board the buses was not the most well-organized/efficient."

Ulemper: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."
Fordele: "Seating is comfortable enough with sufficient leg space."
Ulemper: "As there is no entertainment nor food served on board the grade has to be the minimum score. Precisely that there is no entertainment system."
Fordele: "Was first to check-in and received exit-row seat with its extra leg-room."
Ulemper: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."
Fordele: "Nothing in particular"
Ulemper: "Payment options suck! Did not know ahead of time that nothing is offered free of charge!"
Ulemper: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper, towards the end of the flight. It wasn't very clean to star with."
