Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Ulemper: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."

Ulemper: "The A/C made the cabin so cold that I am still shivering nearly two hours after landing. The cabin was cramped and uncomfortable, but I have experienced less comfortable seats on other budget airlines."

Fordele: "This was the worst boarding process we’ve ever experienced. It wouldn’t take much effort or common sense to bring some order to it. Ridiculous!! Also, as others have said, they really get you on the baggage fees, and push you by email to check in early and charge you for it. We waited until a few days prior to check in for free, but then we were unable to sit together... We did arrive on time and the flight went very smoothly."

Ulemper: "I tried to check in on line but their website had major issues. When I arrived at the airport, Ryanair hit me with a 40 Euro surcharge for not checking in on line. Worst airline I have ever experienced in my 40 years of airline travel."
Fordele: "Bordeaux terminal is horrible, not enough seats. Rough landing. No ground staff at stanstead. Massive passport queues. All round horrible experience."
Fordele: "I couldn’t confirm my flight because I never received an appropriate code to verify my trip. The codes I entered were ineffective. I read I could confirm it upon arrival and after bringing my receipt to the customer service desk, they claimed my flight was not confirmed and I need to pay $40 in Euros. I feel deceived and lied to."
Ulemper: "I didn’t like concern for customer care and placing blame on travel agency instead of taking responsibility. I had a receipt and someone accepted my money. My contract for a flight was made the moment my money was received!"

Fordele: "Friendly crew. And that is it. The plane was poorly constructed inside but managed to land without falling apart. I prefer not to fly Ryan again."
Ulemper: "They seated us apart because we wouldn’t pay extra. Seats are cheap, uncomfortable, and don’t recline. Baggage policies were ridiculous but weren’t enforced. Very little legroom. We had to walk up the stairs and down on arrival. Apparently a proper gate costs extra."

Ulemper: "Flight was late. They announced that it was time to start boarding so we left our seating area in the airport just to go stand around for a half hour. Then they scanned our passes and made us stand outside in the windy cold for another 15 minutes. They should’ve let us stay where we were until the plane was actually ready."

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "All flights were cancelled no refund. Ryanair rebooked me without letting me know, and then told me at the airport they could not check me in."

Ulemper: "Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight."
Fordele: "Got from point A to point B without any hassle. I passed out as soon as I got on the plane and there was nothing that kept me from sleeping."
Ulemper: "Boarding seemed a bit tedious and there was a lot of unnecessary standing around."
Ulemper: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Ulemper: "Der var ingen informationer om flyet var forsinket, så alle stod og var forvirret. Vi spurgte personalet omkring gaten men de havde ingen informstioner :-/"

Fordele: "NOTHING. I haven't had a worse airport/airline experience. I would NEVER fly this airline again. No matter the cost. HORRIBLE I felt taken advantage of and swindled. Not to mention incredibly uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "EVERYTHING. Ryanair is hands down the most horrendous airline I've encountered. What a joke. I can't believe they're in business."

Ulemper: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."
Fordele: "Cheap as chips flight, lovely crew, captain speaking appreciated (had flown Vueling a couple of weeks before and they had none of this except the cheapish flight). Stansted airport nice. Time of day of flight S on offer good for me."

Ulemper: "Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it."

Ulemper: "Though it was a one hour flight At least you could offer passengers water or coffee plus a smile would do make us feel relaxed."

Ulemper: "I went to ataturk airport be mistake then I went directly to sabiha airport before the flight 45 min they gegusos stuff did not allow me to get in the plane!!!"

Ulemper: "The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight"

After deboarding from the plane, it was a bit unclear whether to board a bus or walk into the International Terminal. Perhaps more frequent flyers are familiar with this routine, but signage would assist new passengers."
Fordele: "The seats and the food we prepaid were quite good. The staff at the airport were very kind."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed more than 1 hour. The gate lounge didn’t had enough chairs for all the passengers. They had any entertainment on board and they make you turn off your mobile phone for take off and landing even if you have airplane mode."

Ulemper: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."
Ulemper: "120 Euros for 10 kilos over in checked baggage. I have never in my life been charged such a fee with any other airline. With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."
Ulemper: "You have to pay for water. So, basically, you are on a 4 hour flight, and you get one free cup of water After that, you're out of luck, because you have to buy water. Nice. Obviously, a very cheap stripped down plane. So no entertainment. But that is okay with low cost carriers."

Ulemper: "Boarding was delayed and there were no announcements about when we would be boarding. Also the ticket check at the gate to board the buses was not the most well-organized/efficient."
Ulemper: "The plane was stuck on the ground 1.5 hours approximatly in Istanbul, and nobody had told me why?!"

Ulemper: "Wasn't informed of any delays. Every flight was delayed or rescheduled! Nobody was informed of anything that was happening. I will never fly again with Pegasus"
