Seating was so poor, once the person in front of you recline their seat, they are in your face. Leg room was terrible, and I am 5foot 8inch person. Dinner was so fool of fat, chicken thigh was in one peace, hard to cut in that small tray. This is my second time traveling on the same flight from Denver to Munich, and I received same bad food, and the seat discomfort. Lufthansa was no longer the company what it once was. I am flying 25 years, and it's only worse than before. Fly crew was at times rough, bathrooms are smaller and dirty, no refill of the soap....missing toilet paper....Disappointed

No issues. Flight was on time. Crew was pleasant. No complaints!

Air Canada is by far the worst Airline on the face of this planet. Only delays and overbooked flight with very poor customer support. Avoid them at all cost!

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! Problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so i missed the flight and the checked in bag"

Ulemper: "Take care of passengers for drinks and others. Treat passengers with other languages nicely rather than in condescending way. I saw air hostess laughing among themselves and being little short with passengers who couldn’t communicate. The boarding process was very chaotic with no groups."

I have used the same bag in previous Lufthansa flights without any problem. She sarcastically told me that "I am not Americanaki" - a derogatory expression used by those in Greece who consider the Americans naive."

Fordele: "The welcome drink was excellent! The food was fabulous...especially the warm bread! And the seat was so comfortable! Lufthansa has become my favorite airline! It was well worth every penny!"
Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."
Fordele: "We were warmly welcomed on board by the flight captain. I had not expected this. My wife has some physical challenges and received special treatment, in fact we were accorded priority in boarding as she had to temporarily use a wheel chair. Me and my daughter all enjoyed the privilege by association."
Ulemper: "My wife is diebetes, we had requested for a special diet but although this was documented on the air ticket, there was oversight and she had to make do with normal menu. Fortunately there was no adverse consequences."

Ulemper: "The tightness of the seat arrangement when the row ahead reclined is extremely awkward. We are not large people but getting over the aisle armrest was very difficult to maneuver to avoid injury (falling). The security in Munich was upsetting in that one man yelled at me , "Get it out! Get it out! Get it out! because I put my electronics in one of the bins before my husband. I was confused as to what I had supposedly done and I said, "This is my husband" (who was removing his shoes) and this man's reply was "I didn't know that". We were not trying to cause trouble and we cannot understand why he had to yell."
Ulemper: "First, Lufthansa lost our baggage from Hamburg to Los Angeles. Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Ulemper: "Took a few time to ask for my kosher food. Crew couldn't locate me on the list, than the were out of kosher food, gave me regular breakfast, which I couldn't eat more than granola. It was pre-ordered, and I called to confirm a week ahead."

Ulemper: "Our luggage was the last to arrive planeside from our late flight from Vancouver. We saw out luggage on the cart next to the plane, but apparently someone decided not to put it on the plane. We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"
Fordele: "Had really less than an hour to pass through immigration and catch a connecting flight to Rome. In particular I thought my bag would not make the connection, and as I was going on to Perugia that evening and it would have been a big mess. At check-in for the Rome flight, the LH lady was able to confirm my bag was already aboard which put me at ease. It came through very quickly in Rome and I arrived in Perugia on time and with my bag! Food from Bogota was tasty and there was a complimentary snack on flight to Rome."

Ulemper: "The wait prior to takeoff. Flight departed late. The gate counters at IGIA, New Delhi were allowing some passengers to pre-board early even though the passenger was not senior citizen or handicapped, or family with children. Food from New Delhi to Frankfurt was less than optimal in taste."

My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again"
Ulemper: "A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air"

Ulemper: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Fordele: "This was the first time I travel with Vueling and the crew was so nice! and the plane so clean! Loved it. Much better than LATAM for example that was my next flight."
Ulemper: "My bag took to long to get out I got a little scared it didn’t get to Barcelona, but everything was ok at the end so as an overall everything was perfect!"

Ulemper: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Ulemper: "1. After 4 hours in line in front of the boarding desk (I was between the first 10 people in line) due to a flight delay, when they began boarding they decide to start from the 15-31 rows. As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare"

Ulemper: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Ulemper: "Airport advertised the flight was leaving at 12:10, but our pass said 12:00. We took the advice of the AIRPORT and missed our flight. In addition to missing our flight we had to exit the airport to re-enter and BUY NEW TICKETS for another flight. Would never recommend Vueling or Barcelona Airport to anyone."

Ulemper: "At times crew seemed so aloof that I felt I was bothering them just by being there. Flight was delayed (just like the Vueling flight that made me miss my connection the day before which is why I was on this flight to begin with)."

Der var ikke på noget tidspunkt styr på at vi havde købt priority selv vi fulgtes med en handicappet. Hverken frem eller tilbage. Heller ikke når vi spurgte ind til det.

Alt for lidt information i forbindelse med boarding. Hvorfor man står og venter, hvor længe man skal vente, og når man er nået igennem boarding, hvorfor man så venter midt i en gang bag en låst dør i yderligere 20 minutter uden at vide hvor længe det skal stå på

Flyet var forsinket fra Birmingham. Hvis det havde været rettidigt havde bedømmelsen været bedre.

Det var en god flyvetur. Flyet var i god tid, og ankom til destinationen før tid.

Det er dejligt, at der er mere benplads. Trykket i kabine var godt, så man ikke fik ondt i ørerne ved landing. Eneste minus - der var meget varmt i flyet.

Besætningen var fantastisk når det kom til at få styr på bagage, men selve firmaet føles som en scam. Vi skulle betale 55 euro pr person fordi vi kom 2 minutter forsent til check in. Og begge vores afgange var en helv time forsinket. Hver gang man kiggede på sit boardingkort eller andet info på deres app bliver man bombet med advarsler om bagage størrelse, forsikringskøb, pladsvalg etc. Det føltes meget tungt og drænende som som rejsende.

Både turen til Barcelona samt turen fra Barcelona var forsinket, og årsagen var ukendt eller ikke forståelig, da purserne taler utydeligt.

This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Fordele: "Price and punctually."
Ulemper: "As mentioned being separated by the “ random computer choice of seats. We were put rows apart both with empty seats either side of us, we fly lots and only Ryanair and Jet2 do this."
Ulemper: "The seats are small and they don’t lay back even when I upgraded to priority. I had to ask for food and water and paid a lot. But mainly the flight was delayed over 2 hours before boarding and then another 45 min in the cramped plan:("
Ulemper: "I had to book my own flight"
Fordele: "The flight was smooth and calm. The crew was very professional."
Ulemper: "I did not know in advance about the checked baggage charge. The web site was not clear in this regard. The cost to pay this charge at the Rome Airport was double the price of doing it in advance. This also created a lot of unnecessary stress. We barely made the connection even though we had two and a half hours between arriving in Rome and the departure of the Ryanair flight. Also, there was a delay after boarding of almost one hour."
Ulemper: "Delayed , everything is nickel and dime"
Ulemper: "For your fault i lost my Next flight to Valencia and nobody of your personal helped me to resolve my problem, when you are the responsables that i lost my flight."
Fordele: "It took off roughly on time"
Ulemper: "Boarding was slow, checking in was annoying (just lots of steps to be done with lots of ppl who don’t travel often and less helpful staff), and the plane smelled odd."
Ulemper: "80 euros for the flight - 55 euros for a check in fee...what a joke - how do u calculate that price? Over 53 countries visited and that's the first flight I ever had to pay to check in - last flight with them"
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Fordele: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Ulemper: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."
Ulemper: "It was delayed and no one told us any updates on the fligh. I almost l"
Ulemper: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Fordele: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Ulemper: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Ulemper: "landing had some turbulence"
Fordele: "Ryanair gets you there."
Ulemper: "...eventually."
Fordele: "La atención durante el vuelo que duró 30 minutos"
Ulemper: "El trato del personal durante el abordaje . PÉSIMO !!!"
Ulemper: "Carry on luggage put in hold"
Ulemper: "Snack would be nice - does everything need to have a fee? My flight cost about $100, surely a small snack would be possible"
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Fordele: "Ingenting"
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Ulemper: "Ground crew went on lunch break causing an hour delay. Seat was dirty. Could not understand what the crew was saying."
Fordele: "Simple online check in; short ride; arrived on time."
Ulemper: "We waited on line for over 30 min before boarding; no food or beverages were offered and the plane was not equipped for in-flight entertainment."
Ulemper: "Ryan Air makes you pay a "Priorty" boarding fee so that you can take your carry-on on board. Then if there's room they'll let non-priority passengers bring their carry-on's. We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."
Ulemper: "Delay of flight and delayed access to car rental (made via Ryan Air). Ryan Air did nothing to help with communicating the delay to the car rental company."
Fordele: "Price for the flight"
Ulemper: "Unexpected, late, and lack of communication of long delay. The gate numbers change at almost the last minute to boarding, meaning you may need to run to the right gate and be last in line."
