Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Fordele: "The crew was efficient. They seemed to care about the passengers' comfort. Also, even though the flight left late, they made up the time while in the air. They are the reason with I gave the excellent rating, despite some other misgivings."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa food service seems to have been deteriorated somewhat over the recent past. Especially the snack before landing seems laden with mayo (plain bread might have been better!)."

Ulemper: "Business Class Seating had 3 seats in middle Refurbished 747 had new seats, but still felt like an old plane with awkward layout"
Ulemper: "We left Frankfort very late, we had not even moved half an hour after we were supposed to have left. They apparently changed our flight plan to try to make up time, and flew faster; but the conclusion was we were supposed to arrive at 18:25 and didn't arrive until well after 19:00. Refund"
Fordele: "On the first leg of flight - united, we were surprised by the stewardess' request. We have 2 small children. The stewardess asked the man to change the seat so we can have more room in the center seats. We are grateful for that otherwise it will be very uncomfortable long flight."
Ulemper: "I am hoping for games but didn't find chess or any other games on the Lufthansa flight. Please add that on the flight otherwise I will stuck watching the movies the rest of flight."
Fordele: "Crew good, food good, plane clean"
Ulemper: "Temperature on plane was warm."
Ulemper: "Maden er kedelig og der var ingen valgmuligheder."
Fordele: "The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean."
Ulemper: "The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"
Ulemper: "The flight never took off after 3 hours on board on the tarmac. There was poor communication from the staff at the airport and no compensation from Lufthansa."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."
Ulemper: "I didn't fly with Lufthansa...n I didn't fly to Frankfurt..right now I'm in Zurich...Switzerland..."

Fordele: "Overall clean and efficient. Good service. Good craft and seating."
Ulemper: "Touch functionality of the entertainment system didn't work too well. Didn't get the second meal as I fell asleep around that time."
Fordele: "The crew was nice and polite."
Ulemper: "TV screens were old. Its response to the touch was iffy. It used to detect the touch point correctly sometimes but not other times. Often it took quiet some time to read and start something of my choice, which was quiet frustrating."

Ulemper: "Horrible experience. Stranded for 3 hours inside stationary flight, 4 hours in a long queue. Very very poorly managed. I slept on a chair in the cold weather. Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

Fordele: "Lufthansa når det er bedst - turen var en bevidst fravalg af Airfrance der også flyver fra København til Alger - og dette fravalg kan anbefales, hvis man ikke har svært ved at komme tidligt af sted..."
Fordele: "SAS når det er bedst - for det var faktisk SAS der lagde fly og personale til..."
Fordele: "I bought the premium economy seats for extra room and I was not disappointed. The extra room was great. The in flight entertainment was very good as well. Lufthansa's food was excellent."
Ulemper: "The outer window pane had a lot of condensation on it and I could barely see out the window, and I love looking out the window during take-off and landing and I couldn't see much."
Fordele: "Congratulations for your pilot! He gave us the best landing ever! Very smooth and safe landing. One minute we were in the air and the other he was just parking the airplane!"
Fordele: "Crew are very helpful, but some how looked unorganized"
Ulemper: "Complete unorganization during boarding. Not enough staff. Plane is small and no entertainment for a 4:30 out trip."
Ulemper: "Leg room on the 747 was ok. The service was average considering i had to keep asking the staff to atore my son's insuline medication in a cool place, they said they cannot at 1st but eventually they did. The entertainment system had to be rebooted 3 times during the flight which takes 15 to 20 minutes. So it took 3 hrs to finish the movie. The connection flight was a bit redicilous, 1 hr to walk to the other terminal in frankfurt, the 1 hr flight delay , the boarding was like a zoo, no initiative to take control and organize the boarding, the elderly and the children and crammed withe other passengers.."
Fordele: "Free wine; flight was on time; movie and TV shows are good; crew gives out water constantly. I prefer Lufthansa over any other airline."
Ulemper: "I do not like the big metal boxes that take away your leg room."

Ulemper: "Old and loud plane, especially loud and shaky on taking off"

Ulemper: "Delays and cancellations required me to go through security 4 times, deal with 4 different check in agents (at 3 different locations) and 2 international calls to Lufthansa customer support before being able to rebook my ticket. It took 3 hours to get rebooked, and just barely made it to the new flight. Lufthansa Agents at airport were rude, would often make me wait while they did other things, and then just tell me that they couldn't rebook me, and I needed to go to another line."
Fordele: "The flight left late and arrived late. I had ordered a wheelchair, for me. At the gate there were two of them for about 20 people. The people (personell) Spoke amost no English and only poor German. I was told to WALK, because no chair was avaailable or would arrive in due time. ABSOLUTE CHAOS: The 45 minutes delay at landing did not enhance things -- missed my connecting train. Dr, W. Hartwig"
Fordele: "This was a short haul flight, it didn't have an entertainment system, just plain seats."
Ulemper: "Our luggage was the last to arrive planeside from our late flight from Vancouver. We saw out luggage on the cart next to the plane, but apparently someone decided not to put it on the plane. We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Ulemper: "Plane was late out of Budapest. Lounge at Budapest opened very late. No entertainment options."

Ulemper: "I didnt like the boarding process bacause it wasnt in order, also airplane crew started feeding passangers in 3 hours!!! after we took off. I started thinking that it is not included in my ticket!"

Fordele: "Quiet and comfortable for a regional, one hour flight."
