Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Fordele: "I liked the comfort of the seats and the spaciousness of the area allowing for standing out of the way. The service was exceptional and the food on this flight was very good. Entertainment was also very good."
Ulemper: "My only suggestion would be if the crew would inquire if you've ever flown either with Lufthansa or specifically business Class and just give tips if needed. Other than that, on this leg of our journey we had no complaints."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."
Fordele: "MRS-FRANKFURT on LH was awful but FRANKFURT to JFK was great for economy class. Flight attendant in my section was fantastic. Food was ok. Entertainment choices were excellent."

Ulemper: "When two passengers got into a brawl over who knows what, it took two hours for the police to come on board and take them off the flight. They should have been removed quickly. Missed connecting flight. Messed my day up big time."

Ulemper: "Every flight (to and from India) seems to have the chicken option run out. Why not order accordingly? Had a bad seating experience. LH.com showed that I had completed the boarding process. But when I went to the counter, my seat was changed without my consent (to a worse seat), and I was told that the online process wasn't complete!! Then the website should say accordingly. It's really annoying when this happens. I think the ground crew in New Delhi duped me. At one point, my call button for my meal was ignored for ~30 minutes on the plane. And then I was told there was no more chicken, and handed a veggie wrap. One wonders whether I could have gotten chicken 30 minutes ago!"

Ulemper: "Flight was jam packed and a huge guy sat next to me and made my entire flight miserable. In economy, huge guys are a big inconvinience as they spill over your space (which is already cramped). The passenger in front pushes her seat back and when i do the same, someone from behind says it makes them uncomfortable. Wish crue can take care of these situations."
Fordele: "Great crew service, comfortable, modern, captain kept us up to date and actually made up for the lost time on the delays to take off and got us nearly back on schedule."

Ulemper: "the second leg from FRA to BUD entailed a massively disorganized, no queue control free for all to go through the boarding gates, all of which just led to an overcrowded bus.... which meandered through the airport to your jet on the tarmac.. they then allowed boarding from either rear or front of plane which of course lead to the throngs meeting in the middle and trying to squeeze past each other... horrible. Then... the checked bag did not make it to Budapest as they forgot to transfer it in FRA. so, yeah all in all it was a cheap flight and we got what we paid for."

Ulemper: "We waited over an hour for two people to board the plane. After we waited, the couple didn't make it past security; so, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the company to take their luggage off of the plane. I was late checking into my hotel, which was in the process of being canceled."

Ulemper: "Apparently if you're not awake when they ask you your choice, and it comes time to pass out food and you're awake... You don't get any. Really horrible. Food being handed out, you're hungry and not even an offer. They simply skip you."

Ulemper: "Delays in departure from Hamburg. Lack of information, directions or assistance with connection. No notification and very poor handling of missing luggage claim processing. Poor service for such a professional airline. Bags missed the flight and we were kept waiting me re than an hour to process a claim."
