Fordele: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Ulemper: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Ulemper: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Fordele: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Ulemper: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Fordele: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Ulemper: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Ulemper: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Ulemper: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Fordele: Staff were professional and polite.

Ulemper: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Ulemper: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Fordele: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Ulemper: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Ulemper: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Ulemper: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Ulemper: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Fordele: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Fordele: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Ulemper: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Ulemper: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Fordele: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Ulemper: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Fordele: Services is good .

Ulemper: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience

Ulemper: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Ulemper: Flight was late, very little communication, hot and uncomfortable and slow, and everyone missed their connections.

Fordele: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Ulemper: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Fordele: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.
