Ulemper: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Ulemper: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Ulemper: One hour late + operates by an Estonian company

Fordele: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Ulemper: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Fordele: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Ulemper: Information on arrival time was not correct

Ulemper: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Ulemper: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Ulemper: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Ulemper: Online check in could be available immediately. I don't want to waste long time just for check in when I don't have luggages to pay. You could save time too many people.

Ulemper: Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Ulemper: This was my first trip to Europe and I was a bit nervous about the experience, I've been on plenty of planes, however, about nothing like this. Norwegian Airlines is the worst experience I have ever had on a plane or any mode of transportation. We were running to the terminal because they only announced that they had last call,and we were eating. When we got there, they pulled my fiancee aside to weigh her bags (mind you this is about 5 mins before the plane is about the leave). I'm waiting inside of the airway for her and they spot me and pull me back out to weigh my bag. The guy was shady, he pulled on my bag as it was on the hand scale and said it was 3 kg overweight. I told him it's not, I weighed it myself, so he weighs it again and say "sorry, I meant it is 4kg overweight" he said that it is 15 dollars per kg, unless I want to leave stuff here. I looked at him and he just stared at me until I gave him my credit card. $60!! That's ridiculous, especially considering I bought a hand weight just for this occasion. My fiancee had to pay $90!! And just to top it off, they wouldn't give her passport, she had to ask for it back. Also, if you dont purchase a food plan before hand you have to buy it on the plan. They dont even offer peanuts. This airline will nickel and dime you for everything. Better off with another airline if you are traveling abroad. You'll end up paying the same, but will have better service. Never again will I fly Norwegian

Fordele: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Ulemper: Nothing to complain about. Everything was outstanding.

Ulemper: We were waiting for a long time in the bus from the airport to the aircraft. Once we got to the plane, we were waiting inside the bus again.

Ulemper: Flight was delayed 4 hours and when finally boarded we had to get off the plane for a crew change and wait another hour. Then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes before we took off. Worst flight of my life.

Fordele: Good movie selection

Ulemper: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Fordele: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Ulemper: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.

Fordele: Row of seats to myself. Free coffee.

Ulemper: Coffee refill.

Fordele: Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable.

Ulemper: I can’t think of anything to improve on.

Ulemper: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Fordele: More space in business class (777-300) than many other airlines.

Ulemper: Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft

Ulemper: The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.

Ulemper: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Fordele: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.

Ulemper: Local travelers should be offered even water.

Ulemper: Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections.

Ulemper: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Fordele: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.

Ulemper: Food was ok but I recommend including a small salad with dinner.

Fordele: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Ulemper: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Fordele: The hotel was nice although I was unable to sleep due to the delays all around concerning my connecting flight. I am thoroughly upset because I contacted the airlines 3 times in May to express my concern with the 30mins layover. And to no avail. My worst concerns are being played out now. It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you.

Ulemper: The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process.

Ulemper: Austrian could learn from the likes of singapore airlines and cathay pacific: the choice of movies was pretty limited (1 italian, 1 french, 1 spanish) and the games were simply boring. Ulemper: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Fordele: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Ulemper: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Ulemper: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people
