Ulemper: I had to pay to check my carry on when there was more than enough space in the cabin. It’s a rip off to be honest. My first experience with European airlines and this was the worst. It was uncomfortable as well

Ulemper: Having to walk and wait is not the way to run an airline. We even paid extra for priority and there is no difference Ryan should learn from Southwest Airlines.

Ulemper: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Ulemper: Seats sucked. Screaming kids. Wouldn’t let us bring our carry-on for the last leg: Lisbon to Barcelona even though there was room.

Fordele: Only the on board crew lived up to Tap's normal standard

Fordele: All was well from checking in to baggage claim.

Ulemper: A delay of about 20 mins

Fordele: Boarding in Lisbon well organized but delayed at check in and on the tarmac - 40 mins. Food on this flight good. Crew fine both flights.

Ulemper: Both Tap flights delayed, little info'/explanation about this.Boarding in Copenhagen chaotic, problematic tickets holding up the queue with only one staff member. Food on board was so boring and unappetising.

Fordele: Pretty much nothing

Ulemper: Departure was slightly late (passengers still exiting the plane when gate was called)

Fordele: Good movies.

Ulemper: I called United to make sure there was a children’s meal for my 3 year old. There was not.

Fordele: Paid for Business , got a minor economy service .

Ulemper: Almost no advantages for business ticket traveller

Ulemper: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Ulemper: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.

Tuve un cobro extra por equipaje tal que al parecer no tenían las mismas condiciones que Ryanair, pero esto no fue informado con claridad. Ulemper: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Ulemper: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Ulemper: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Ulemper: Entertainment online

Fordele: The aircraft was relatively new and well appointed.

Ulemper: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Ulemper: Ok, it's TAP, it's a bargain, but the "breakfast" was a pitiful piece of meat on a stale piece of bread

Fordele: Kind staff. We were served a very healthy snack which was also delicious. Flight was delayed due to fog in Porto but oh well! No big problema.

Ulemper: No delays.

Fordele: Pillows, blankets and earphones waiting on the seat and it was a lovely crew. Hurricane Dorian made us late for our connecting flight but we were impressed with the efficiency of a waiting rebooked boarding pass upon arrival.

Ulemper: Even with an upgraded seat purchase they were uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. This is an ongoing problem on most airlines. One would think that with technology, a better system could be designed...

Ulemper: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Fordele: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Ulemper: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Fordele: The flight crew were amazing and had lovely gifts for our daughter

Ulemper: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices

Ulemper: Do NOT spend money buying an upgrade for priority boarding. There is no such thing on this flight - the staff actually told us that we board at the end after everyone else... The boarding process was a mess and the flight barely had water

Fordele: The main issue was the delay in boarding.

Ulemper: Also, we had to check a bag even though there was enough overhead space.

Fordele: We almost died!!! Engine failure during flight

Ulemper: You have to pay for everything from food to drinks. I get it’s the low cost option but on a 9 hour flight kinda disappointing.

Ulemper: Entertainment online at least by the app

Fordele: Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company.

Ulemper: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Ulemper: Airplane was very hot when boarding and didn’t cool down till about 20 minutes before landing.

Fordele: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Ulemper: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Ulemper: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Fordele: Get down

Ulemper: Everything and the crew more friendly.

Fordele: Got us there safely

Ulemper: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Fordele: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Ulemper: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Fordele: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Fordele: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.

Ulemper: Local travelers should be offered even water.

Ulemper: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.

Ulemper: Was really a great experience from start to finish.

Ulemper: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Fordele: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Ulemper: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Ulemper: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Fordele: Brussels airport clearance was quite efficient

Ulemper: We were delayed about 40 minutes due to air traffic. It appears they knew that, and we could have waited in the air conditioned terminal, rather than on the plane. And, I could have informed my Niece I would be arriving late, but I had no Wifi.

Fordele: Nothing

Ulemper: Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!

Ulemper: My wife and I were separated by six rows. Unacceptable!

Ulemper: Airport in Vienna was pretty disorganized. Several people from several flights had to be pulled out for additional screening that should have been done earlier. Passengers were confused and frustrated
