Ulemper: no choice of food, little space between the seats, touchscreen and headphones didn't work, for over 8 hours flight this was significant set back
Ulemper: Very long delay, got bumped for a flight the next day. Horrible experience

Fordele: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.

Ulemper: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.
Fordele: Crew ok, seat ok

Ulemper: A longer connection so I didn’t miss the flight.
Ulemper: Crew were all over the place (at Club Europe Cabin) and very unorganised. We went to galley few times to ask them to bring us drinks even thou they have taken our orders. They need more training to be at Club Europe Cabin. The seats should be more comfortable and should give people more leg rooms.
Fordele: Stress free trip - fine all round
Ulemper: Auto check in wouldn’t recognise passport (YET AGAIN- and not only mine)! Was seated to rear of aircraft and coffee trolly didn’t get to me before ‘seatbelts fastened for landing’ announcement..
Ulemper: Need more leg room!!! Larger meals needed.

Fordele: Everything was good except for the entertainment consul for one of our seats.
Ulemper: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.
Fordele: One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline
Ulemper: If I knew how to recline my seat earlier. I did try several times

Fordele: They have badest customer service becouse i want extended my way back to chicago they did not talk to me as customer but every time call they hand off the phone more then 3 times i will not fly again with this plane

Ulemper: the shuttle from trn to mad and vice versa is always always late if not canceled! it must be improved for sure. airnostrum offers really poor service!

Fordele: Fast boarding process, on time
Fordele: Very helpful crew.
Ulemper: Too often the video screen I’m given doesn’t charge up and it has to be replaced mid flight. This happened again during this flight when 2 screens didn’t charge and had to be replaced before the movie ended. The crew was helpful, but this problem is annoying.
Fordele: I liked that we arrived on time. Besides that. Not much.
Ulemper: Having to us use our cell phones to watch a few channels was terrible. No movie. No help. You were just left on your own. Total of waste of time. Give us a monitor. Give us options. You are American Airlines, not Allegiant Air
Fordele: Easy access and commute
Ulemper: A toilet had no water. The internet was not working for the whole flight
Fordele: Cabin crew was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided good inflight service.
Ulemper: The boarding was very chaotic. Very few institutions or announcements made by ground crew. Passengers weren’t sure where to queue being that there were multiple gates for the A380-800 and were left asking each other and comparing boarding passes. Little to no air circulation in economy.
Fordele: The crew was amazing, we had blankets and pillows and that was super comfortable.
Fordele: Boarding was efficient. Everything else was average.
Ulemper: With the exception of one Asian cabin crew, others were cold. Food has worsened on Lufthansa. Portion and quality are not as good as 1 year ago. I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat.
Fordele: We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!
Ulemper: Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this.
Ulemper: Highly recommended for efficiency

Fordele: Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!
Ulemper: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding
Ulemper: Unwashed pillow and blankets, stains on the pillow
Fordele: 1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine
Ulemper: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.

Ulemper: BA business class is getting tired and very odd configuration. Ran out of choices for food and breakfast looked like there was not enough to go round. Overnight flight, but food not served for about hour and half, and breakfast served 2 hours before landing.
Ulemper: When we boarded the plane it was a bot chaotic, quite a few people were sitting in the wrong seats (including someone sitting in mine). There was also a delay in departing because of weather (which isnt the airlines fault) but maybe a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice.
Fordele: The service in the Business Class section on British Airways was phenomenal
Ulemper: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.
Fordele: I got to my destination

Ulemper: They didn’t talk much about the landing card.
Fordele: New plane, good food choices.
Ulemper: Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters.
Fordele: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport
Ulemper: No downsides at all
Fordele: Being fed was amazing and watching free TV was great!
Ulemper: I wish there were personal fans because it got uncomfortably hot sandwiched between people
Ulemper: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.
Fordele: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.
Ulemper: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.

Ulemper: The problem was outbound from Porto to Rome. Iberia lost 2 out of 3 bags and one took 24 hours to reach our Rome hotel and one took 48 hours to reach our Rome hotel.

Fordele: the plane was clean and in excellent condition. crew was very professional and courteous. food ok Entertainment and screen quality very good.
Ulemper: seats could be improved but overall not so uncomfortable

Fordele: Overall pretty good. Newer plane, business class is well configured.
Ulemper: Food was good, not great. Seats when flat are quite hard.
Fordele: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Ulemper: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
Fordele: Speedy boarding process, good meal choices.
Ulemper: Plane was a little dirty. Entertainment was also a little limited in terms of new releases.
Ulemper: Ordered special meal, did not get it so did not eat. Cabin crew unfriendly. Old aircraft so could not hear the announcements. Screen did not work. Bags took ages to come out despite being priority. BA has definitely gone downhill.

Fordele: The flight crew was good at keeping the guests informed. Plane was clean. Crew was polite.
Ulemper: Boarding process felt like Ryanair or Easyjet. The crew kept the lights at full brightness even though it’s a night flight which made it hard to relax.
Fordele: Crew was courteous.

Fordele: Flight attendant in first class was amazing.
Fordele: Crew was great.
Ulemper: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.
Fordele: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)
Ulemper: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.
Fordele: very attentive crew
Ulemper: Only ham sandwiches on offer! I'm not demanding and would have been happy with cheese.
Fordele: KLM was a great experience compared to Airitalia. The food was good, the flight attendants were very helpful.
Ulemper: I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib

Fordele: Seat uncomfortable. AA put me on a middle seat in my last 4 trips. I will never fly with AA.

Ulemper: Takes to long to get off the ground but that really can’t be avoided... still left and arrived at destination on time

Ulemper: They didn’t give customs forms until exiting the plane. Caused huge problems for everyone. Sandwich was still frozen inside.
