Ulemper: The television got black out 6 hours before landing..dont have a choice but yo sleep.

Fordele: Seats are ok, not super comfortable. Legroom are kinda limited but the monitor screens are great and user friendly.

Fordele: Seats super comfy. Ended up with 3 seats to myself that formed a bed for the lap Uk to NZ. Very nice!

Fordele: We had a Lufthansa pilot sitting with us on his was back to Frankfurt. He was definitely good company and taught us a lot about how the airline worked, his family's history working with airlines, and life stories. The flight definitely went fast thanks to Daniel!

Ulemper: We sat on the runway for an hour.
Fordele: The crew was great!
Ulemper: Things were very scratched
Fordele: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.
Ulemper: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.
Fordele: I was i business class and the crew were very good
Ulemper: nothing as it was not a long flight, only 3 hours
Fordele: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!
Ulemper: I honestly don’t have an answer for this, I guess these kind of crew should not on board especially in first class!
Fordele: Food and wine. Entertainment.
Ulemper: Sat closer to water closet. Maybe more air freshener in there.
Fordele: Entire trip was easy and comfortable.
Ulemper: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.
Fordele: Average crew. Average seat.
Ulemper: They could have controlled screening babies better. They just let them scream.....
Ulemper: Couldn’t understand announcements

Fordele: The crew was friendly and particularly one of the girls was always giving her best

Ulemper: Smoother boarding. Was great once on board.
Fordele: The flight attendants where good and welcoming
Ulemper: Seats are not comfortable and there us not enough seats space (to narrow to tight), no entertainment system at all, no power outlets to charge phone / tablet etc. it’s almost 2020, airplanes must include those elements as standard.
Fordele: Emirates is always amazing
Ulemper: Business Class, lol.
Fordele: Nothing. Will never fly with emirates again
Ulemper: Disaster from start to finish. Use qatar much better public service. And make an effort to get you on connecting flight
Fordele: Amazing flight and service. Would fly Emirates all the time if I could.

Fordele: Great service with very friendly crew who pamper you all through the flight. Delicious food served at the time you like. Also, the Q Suite design is very comfortable, private & flexible.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed 18 minutes & disembarking was not direct but via bus.

Fordele: Uneventful flight. Baby in next row only cried intermittently
Ulemper: Please place crying babies in a sound-proof compartment

Fordele: Boarding was very smooth.
Ulemper: We were seated in the last row, and by the time the food came around, 2 of the 3 entree options were unavailable. We had to have fish or not get an entree at all.

Ulemper: They are very slow in checking people in

Ulemper: Delayed, ended up missing connection. Still not arrived at destination. Will end up being an 8 hour delay!
Ulemper: The plane delayed by 30 minutes, I was rushed past security to wrong plane in Orlando, making me miss my flight, cue multiple times as the airlines "British Airways" and "American Airlines" bickered about who's fault it was. I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA
Fordele: Easy on boarding
Ulemper: Staff were reluctant to serve us extra drinks. Asked for 2 miniature bottles of wine as they are so small. Told that customers were only allowed one. Bought some later though although the staff weren’t keen
Fordele: The EMIRATES flight was nice. Japan airlines has good leg room.
Fordele: All of the crews were polite and friendly, and the food was tasty.
Ulemper: If there're more variety of movies, that would be great.
Fordele: The meals were an experience in itself. It felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant.
Ulemper: The seat cushions in economy class could be softer. My rear end was feeling it after the long 11 hour flight from Chicago to Tokyo.
Ulemper: The chairs were just a little uncomfortable, too firm, but everything else made up for it.
Ulemper: Creaky seats in business class, below average selection of inflight movies and food that was substandard. This was a very oddly configured A330 with the seats in business way too close to each other. Every time they make an announcement you have to deselect whatever you were watching again.
Fordele: Everything was good about this flight
Ulemper: They need to have at least 5 to 10 vegetarian meal on board.

Fordele: It was cheap
Ulemper: Flight was late, boarding and unloading was slow so I missed my connection to LA.
Ulemper: Toilets were extremely dirty. Impossible to use
Fordele: Food was pretty good.
Fordele: Even with some departure delays we landed on time.
Ulemper: The plane could have used some cosmetic detailing. The door to a cabinet in the bathroom would not shut and caused a problem with people being able to close the bathroom door.
Ulemper: Need to have wifi on all their flights
Fordele: The dinner was one of the top two I've ever had on a plane and I've flown business class around the world.
Ulemper: I just don't fit comfortably into the pods and for a 14 hour flight that's a pain in the neck or lower. The seatbelts must be adjustable to allow a pod user to roll on his side.

Ulemper: Passenger who needed wheelchair assistance it took KLM 50 minutes to get him off plane which delayed our boarding. KLM not prepared to handle passengers with needs
Fordele: The bed was comfortable. Entertainment selection and large TV screen was good. The KLM crew is amazing, as usual.
Ulemper: Food quality was not so good.

Ulemper: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....
Ulemper: KLM was not prepared to get wheel chair passenger off plane. Cost me delay of 1 hour. I will never fly KLM again.

Fordele: I really liked my seat, but it was one of the only ones that didn't have a USB port.

Fordele: I'm not Hindu, but I requested Hindu Vegetarian meal. It was very tasty and enjoyable.

Ulemper: They lost our bags, twice! We had 4 pieces of luggage that were checked together. They flew out of the same airport we did. They lost 3 out of the 4 bags, but assured me all 3 were on the very next flight. The next flight came in but only 2 more had been put on that flight. Still waiting on 4th...
Ulemper: The 34 minute flight was delayed by almost 2 hours.
Fordele: Food, in particular the vienna coffee choices were imprewsive.
Fordele: I liked the comfort of my location and seat
Ulemper: No wifi on a over 14 hour flight is ridiculous in this day and age. They didn't have wifi on both my flights. I would think twice before flying an airline so far without wifi.
Ulemper: The plane delay for 3 time
Ulemper: Seating at the gate is strange. They just have people line up in any order and board them in that order. People run to form the line. Totally ridiculous. Food was awful. I have no idea what to even call the items they served. Audio jack was literally being held together with tape! Loose connection.

Fordele: Typical low cost economy uncomfortable seats and service. Plane left over 3 hours late.
Ulemper: Could have informed us accurately about the possibility of making the connecting flight to our final destination. Gate we were sent to had left 45 minutes prior.
