Ulemper: "Moved us from gate, which was super hot and not air conditioned first thing in the morning evidently. Also, not enough seats for everyone on the flight. Then we were squished onto a bus to go to the plane. Upon arriving in Naples we were once again squeezed into one bus- every passenger! Very tight. 2 buses would have been nice."

Ulemper: "Worst travel experience ever and I’ve traveled the world. Red eye flight delayed for 3 hours. Missed connection flight with not a lot of options. Waited for another 3 hours to get rebooked and have to stay at Zurich overnight and only to find our checked luggage is no where to be seen. First and LAST time we fly Swiss Air!!!"

Ulemper: "Boarding is a mess There is no order at all That delays the flight"

Fordele: "Throughout the long flight, the cabin crew was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. They avoided interrupting quiet time and rest time by keeping off the PA system (well done). The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again."

Fordele: "Crew was good. Very polite. The plane was old. No place to charge your phone. The in flight screen required the use of a remote which was inconvenient when having to wake up my neighbor to pull it out of the armrest. Food wasn’t great. Skipped the last meal service. It was like flying 20 years ago. Not bad, but not as good as it could be nowadays."

Ulemper: "Upon boarding, the agents in the airport gave us a hard time over a bag that definitely met carry-on requirements. Almost made us check it, and then changed their mind last minute. Very unnecessary/dramatic situation, especially since we flew with that bag via carry-on multiple times (and on even smaller planes)."

Ulemper: "My luggage being lost both from Toronto to Zurich and from Zurich to Toronto. Air Canada took nearly 4 days to get my baggage to me in Toronto, as a result of which I was unable to attend a funeral in Chicago. I was lied to over and over by air Canada. The entire experience was horrible."

Fordele: "The ambient being so relaxing felt asleep all the way to Zurich."

Fordele: "The ground and aircraft staff are very professional, friendly and helpful."
Ulemper: "The aircraft was old, with subpar AC. We would either get freezing or hot and stuffy air. The seats were quite uncomfortable, worse than on recent trips with other airlines (Air Canada, United, Air France). Neither of our entertainment systems worked, despite the best efforts from the crew to reset them. Finally, the food was very disappointing for a European airline."

Fordele: "Staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. Food and drink is excellent. I loved the screen showing the location of the plane on the flight path. Watching your own personal movie was great."
Ulemper: "Economy boarding could be more organized. Seating is very tight. It would be nice to have a little more room."

Ulemper: "Food wasn't the usual Swiss quality this time. Are seats getting smaller? Very cramped, no leg room (I am a 164 cm, 53 kg female). I had some black metal box in my legroom area on top of everything. It would be absolutely impossible to take the "crash position" highlighted in the safety video."

Ulemper: "Through no fault of the airline, there was a strong thunderstorm that delayed our flight. Little information was provided about the situation. It was obvious that we could not fly in the storm, but we were not informed about the likely departure time. The reason I gave a poor ranking is that my suitcase/pack must have been left out in the downpour on the top of the pile so all of my clothes were extremely wet when I reached Boston. The bag itself was wet so it was not a case of something leaking in the bag. I have had to wash all of the clothes and iron them."

Ulemper: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Ulemper: "When in transit in Athens to a domestic flight they now require you to go through security again...bad news if you bought a bottle if something in your departure airport"

Ulemper: "Absolutely worst leg room of any airlines I have ever been on. My knees were jammed against the seat in front of me. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on a commercial airplane. Had it not been for this I would have given the airline an excellent review."

Ulemper: "I was charged for the bags. I didn't know that I was spouse to pay for the bags since the itinerary doesn't show clearly what type of ticket I have!!"

Ulemper: "They charged me an extra 40 euros to check a bag and then lost it completely. It looks like a long process and involved to get any cash from it, not to mention the real pain of being without power cords, clothes, toiletries etc for the rest of the trip. I will never fly out of Naples again."

Ulemper: "I did not understand flight attendants in english because of their bad pronunciation and I did not know what their saying all flight."

Ulemper: "I had round trip flight with Aegean airline from Santorini to Athen and Athen to Santorini, Both flights had DELAYED FOR ONE HOUR!!! My gateleg table was broken on Athen to Santorini flight so I ate my lunch in a hard way!!!!! On the way back after one delayed finally we arrived at Athen airport and I had two more flight to caught. when I got my luggage do the next flight I realized literally my luggage was destroyed!!!!"

Ulemper: "30 minutes delay on boarding. Flight attendants did not pay any attention to me when i pressed the assistance button. No one ever came to ask what i needed, they passed by me more than 10 times while the attendance light was on but they never saw it. Very disappointing."

Ulemper: "I only had a 45 minute flight so it's hard to really judge anything but it wasn't a bad experience. Overall Neutral feeling."

Fordele: "Gets you from point A to point B. Wasn't expecting the food service was pleasantly surprised by it for a 2 hour flight, you don't get that in the states. Crew was cheerful and generally nice. Captain and pilots communicated well. Smooth flight and gentle landing. Overall better experience than flying domestically in the states in my humble opinion."
Ulemper: "Boarding wasn't organized, except for business class. They don't use zone system like is done by US airlines to board in an organized manner."

Ulemper: "Doesn't mention on kayak that the flight was low-cost flight and that we need to pay extra for luggage. we had to pay it on the check -in on airport and it was so expensive."

Fordele: "The pleasant manner of the cabin crew and the offering of small candies before the flight departed. A small but nice gesture."

Fordele: "Staff is helpful in the plane, on the ground and on thephone. Ahead of time."

Ulemper: "My luggage was broken and Aegean was not helpful in resolving the issue."

Ulemper: "The boarding process...it was a zoo. All customers are in line boarding at the same time and the gate agent did nothing to prevent it. The cost for a checked bag was 45 Euro which seems awfully high to me. Perhaps it's cheaper if you book it beforehand as opposed to at the airport."

Fordele: "Flight was on time and boarding was reasonable smooth."
Ulemper: "Flight was full and most people hast to check in their carrying suitcases. Food was decent, especially the honey yogurt."

Ulemper: "This flight was delayed by an awful 8 hours. We were stuck at the airport through the entire morning and missed half our day in Santorini. There was very poor communication between the airline and us so we were utterly frustrated at the experience."

Fordele: "Great airline and a star Alliance member, will fly again for sure"

Ulemper: "Usually this airline makes up for its old planes, poor food, dirty lavatories, etc. by having the nicest and most helpful crew. On this occasion, the crew were surly and unhelpful"

Fordele: "This was fine."

Fordele: "The line at the airport was moved quickly and efficiently by the staff."

Ulemper: "The boarding gets extremely hectic. When we were getting on our flight they kept us in a hot bus for 15 minutes before letting us out to board the plane. It's also very difficult to get someone from customer services to help - they seem to pass the buck to someone else always and you're left running in circles."

Ulemper: "Some of the tiniest most uncomfortable seats I've been on. I did not realize that Aegean was a budget airline going to a third world country (Greece??!). Flight was late but they pretended that it wasn't (45 minutes)"

Ulemper: "We lost a day and all the expenses such as tours, hotels, etc. that we payed before and nothing was covered by the airline, we were just offered to get our money back from the flight but they never gave us a solution. Some of the people in AEGEAN airlines were extremely rude and had no empathy for us, it was an awful day!!! because we had no sleep cause we where there at 2 am in the morning cause the flight was at 5:15 and we did that because we wanted to be for the whole day in santorini so you can imagine how frustrating and upset we were, they just gave us a snak for 6.50 Euro and 10 hours later We literalaly had to figth for our Food, We will apriciate if youu can do something about it or get us a refound, we where 3 people: ana Marrufo, Estefani Escoffie and pamela Ramayo"

Fordele: "On a 40 min flight, they actually passed out a snack. Boarding was good even though we didn't have a gate and had to be bussed."
Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed. They made an announcement about it in Greek, and either didin'r repeat it in English, or the words were so unintelligible I thought it was Greek."

Fordele: "Happy crew, efficient. Friendly. Everything on time or early 5*. Appreciated no fuss of hand luggage size and weight (as on others) Keep up the good work!"

Ulemper: "Like all Norwegian flights, no free water or drinks or snack on the flight. No pillow provided. In short, there is no free service of any kind."

Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."

Ulemper: "In Copenhagen the Norwegian transfer desk was closed and everyone was sent to the gate. The gate staff did not even acknowledge that we were all waiting there as they set up. It was very confusing and a few short words of greeting would have helped out us all at ease."

Ulemper: "Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel."

Fordele: "Comfort of the dreamliner and feeling safe to fly."
Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."

Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."

Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."

Fordele: "We had a great flight from Copenhagen to Orlando on a 787 Dreamliner."

Fordele: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"

Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

Ulemper: "Lost a day of vacation due to never ending delays. The reason for first 4 hour delay was a lie that the weather in Los Angeles was terrible which I cross checked and found a 40% chance of showers and no weather warnings. This continued on and on. We ended up being 8 hours late in the end."

Ulemper: "It was way too cold on the plain ride...... Couldn't sleep Stewards seemed overworked ....."

Fordele: "Food seemed quality and practical. Good selection of films. Psyched up with the windows and air circulation technology changes."
Ulemper: "Staff need to be trained on how to talk to passengers. Little tight in economy section. Not much water throughout."

Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."

Fordele: "Plane was okay and the food was pretty good."
Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."

Fordele: "The new airplane was very nice. The entertainment movie selections were amazing!"
Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."

Fordele: "I always feel the plane itself is newer than other companies. The batcheooms seem bigger which is nice."
Ulemper: "I can never figure out if I am getting food or not. My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."

Fordele: "The plane was pretty new but some of the entertainment perks did not work"
Ulemper: "Being charged for items that were no longer available and waiting for refunds. Slow food service didn't get any food or water till about 4 hours into the flight"

Fordele: "Comfortable and really works to help alleviate jet lag. Amazing!"

Fordele: "The plane is designed to establish a different cabin pressure which helps your fatigue when traveling long distances and it works! The place is quiet as well and there's an avg amount of space in coach."
Ulemper: "No wifi? Just seems odd for a new plane not to have that as an option."

Ulemper: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Fordele: "Crew was nice...seats comfortable. Flight was about 11 or so hours such a great flight i slept most of the time. Great flight"
Ulemper: "Boarding took way too long causing our flight to be delayed for an hour"

Ulemper: "chaotic boarding process and was not clear on how food was going to be served or made available."

Fordele: "Price was competitive."
Ulemper: "Lines at check-in were long. Odd feeling that most passengers did not get even cup of water on long oversee flights, unless they do not pay outrageous meal prices in advance or in flight. I gave up my meal to my young neighbors, because I could not eat while they were hungry. Norwegian went way over board with their frugality."

Fordele: "Excellent"

Ulemper: "I did not get to select my vegetarian meal since i booked through kayak."

Fordele: "Flight boarded quickly. Departed and arrived on schedule."
Ulemper: "I tried to flag down a flight attendant 3 times to buy a beverage and snack; I was ignored. Since a short flight, 90 minutes, I gave up. Man sitting across from me was served immediately."

Fordele: "The airplane was comfortable with enough leg room for me (an average adult female)"

Fordele: "Crew tries hard to make up for deficiencies mostly beyond their control. As I have nothing positive to say. Food awful. Breakfast inedible. Not enough toilets for number of seats. Pilot unable to fully communicate gate issues upon arrival."
Ulemper: "Delays. Delayed over 4 hours in Copenhagen. No information other than airport departure board. No staff. No vouchers for food. Last gate in an area that was closed. One vending machine with candy. Arrival disaster. No gate. Bus to terminal. NoT enough room to continue."

Ulemper: "Bag checking was confusing using kiosk."

Fordele: "The attendants were really good at their jobs."

Fordele: "Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?"

Fordele: "Venligt personale i Malaga"
Ulemper: "Svært at forstå at komforten skal være så usædvanlig dårlig. Plus at man skal betale hver gang man trykker på nogen som helst service. Så som bagage som ellers bare skulle være standart."

Ulemper: "At være forsinket og være nødt Til at bruge penge på en taxi"

Ulemper: "Everything, basically... The flight was delayed almost an hour, boarding was uncomfortable, there was no food service on board, flight attendants were less than friendly, and takeoff was shaky and turbulent."

Ulemper: "Pga. fuldstændig kaotiske tilstande ved check-in, var der kun lige tid til at styrte til gaten. Meget langsomt arbejdende og inkompetente ansatte ved skranken, der pga. kaos ikke tjekkede pas!! Low fares - low/no service."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"

Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Fordele: "Despite stating on the website a printed boarding pass is required I arrived at the airport with only the boarding pass on my phone and all was good."
Ulemper: "They put my daughter (under 16) on an exit seat only to tell later she can’t sit there! They randomly selected the seat for her in the first place!!!"

Ulemper: "We did not realize that we had to check in within a minimum of 2 hours before the flight or else you have to pay this ridiculous fee. They were unable to do anything us at the counter and we had to go to this separate line that was very line in order to pay this massive fee. Their emails were not clear on this policy at all and you should be able to do it at the Ryanair counter vs go to another line. It was very convoluted and not a great customer experience. I wish somebody warned me of this policy as we almost missed an entire day in Santorini."

Fordele: "Horrible customer service .. The plane had one and half hour delay and the plane landed so badly that we thought it’s going to crash . I would like to get a refund ."

Ulemper: "The queue to the ground transportation had no order at all."

Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "I was not allowed to come aboard because of not showing passport. This was a bad surprise to me."

Fordele: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Ulemper: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Ulemper: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"

Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."

Ulemper: "The gate was not announced until 20 mins before the gate closed time."

Fordele: "The seats were comfortable and boarding was easy. I thi k u should atleast give free cup of water or tea when its winter to your guests. Nothing more. I think its a bit mean not to aleast offer a free cup of tea or water."

Fordele: "We liked the quick boarding and the fact we could use priority boarding."
Ulemper: "We wanted to purchase a few items mentioned in their catalogue, but they were sold out, same about food. If you aren't prepared to sell something, and you advertised it, so don't do it."

Ulemper: "Flight delayed more than 1.5 hours. We were seated apart."

Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."

Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."

Fordele: "Very quick service! We paid for two checked bags and priority boarding which made this flight especially smooth. The service was friendly and fast."

Ulemper: "They charged a 62 euro for check in at the airport when they never informed me that I was supposed to check in online"

Fordele: "Crew were excellent"
Ulemper: "The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience"

Fordele: "Nothing . I wish there was an option for 0 stars"
Ulemper: "They charged 3 times more on the actual ticket for CHECK-IN at the airport and PRINTING BOARDING PASSES. Sent us to the cashier two times separately to pay for checkin bags and for the boarding passes. When we did not understand the extra round trips to the cashier the agent yelled at us. If you must fly RyanAir -make sure you pay for every thing on line ahead of the tIme and unless you are a back packer do not think you are getting a bargain price."

Ulemper: "Comfort in Ryanair flights are just terrible!"

Fordele: "The price is really the only positive thing I can say about this particular flight."
Ulemper: "The seats were tight and dirty. There was no entertainment what so ever. None of the refreshments were complimentary including tea and coffee. The crew did not create an atmosphere of hospitality (lots of audible gossip in the back of the plane). Finally, and this may have not been avoidable, but the landing was so hard that many of the passengers, including myself, experienced neck and back pain afterwards."

Ulemper: "I did check in online but the web site did not send me the boarding pass to my email. I thought it is fine. But We I got airport the counter charge me more than $60/each for check in!!!. And they are very rude. Just say to us either do it or just leave. Very bad feeling"
