Ulemper: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"

Ulemper: "Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."
Fordele: "The plan arrived on time and landed on schedule. It was clean and there were no issues on this very short flight."

Ulemper: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."

Ulemper: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."
Fordele: "The crew at the airport was incompetant. The service was appalling. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for bag drop off . I was very dissapointed. Also boarding was quite late and pushy"
Ulemper: "At check in staff did not know that I had 20 kg baggage allowance"

Fordele: "I couldn't register in advance my second suitcase as their online system was not working. 10kg became 110.-CHF. All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

Ulemper: "It is impossible to get an invoice. I have sent emails to all available addresses but I've get nothing till today."
Fordele: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Fordele: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"
Ulemper: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."
Ulemper: "I want to make change flight but they where not helpful"
Fordele: "The seats are not narrow."
Ulemper: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
Ulemper: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."
Fordele: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."
Fordele: "Delay in Kuwait Airport for 1,15 hours,caused missing our connection in Istanbol Airport to Trabzon and a delay of 7 hours.."
Fordele: "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."
Ulemper: "They are a fraudulent company. Almost all international flights that I know allow 50lbs per checked bag. Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."

Ulemper: "Late take off and arrival, and when announcements are made in English the speaker talks too fast so even English speakers cannot understand"

Ulemper: "Overall a 3 class company."
Ulemper: "I had a connecting flight to Oslo (Same reservation number) Dubai-Istanbul-Oslo The first section was 2 hour late and I lost connection. almost arriving to Istanbul the crew told the it was 40 min delay (First lie). The land personal also lied. They offered to pay for the visa to turkey (As i originally do not need) they did not. They say They will provide a 5 star hotel it was a Holiday Inn. The transport next day almost do not make it on time.... It was a terrible experience. I had another flight connection to Iceland but as it was not their company they did not care. The next day here is no iceland flight so I need to loose another day and pay the second company penalties for the change. Pegasus is routinely late!! Y can relate several problems of other passengers I witness. They also lied saying the problem was air traffic (the maximum time a plane can order to circling in the air for a chance to land is 45 min but we did not). TERRIBLE."

Ulemper: "There was a group of 16 or 17 year olds on the same flight that were so loud and standing up in the plane the whole time making it impossible to relax or try to sleep."
Ulemper: "The flight was very delayed"
Fordele: "the trasfer form fkight to flight was areally fast!"
Fordele: "There was no food or beverages handed out for free on the flight, nor was there entertainment - but no complaints here. The flight was safe, efficient, and exactly what i paid for. I only wish I could have gotten miles and smiles points!"
Fordele: "The girl at the flight registration desk was very friendly, and even though they were experiencing some technical problems and there was a line of people waiting, she made it feel ok"
Ulemper: "Seats are uncomfortable, it was difficult to get some sleep during the flight."
Ulemper: "A woman was allowed past 5 checkpoints with her temporary passport which was later deemed invalid. We sat there for almost 2 hours while security tried to get her to leave the plane. The airport and Pegasus employees should have been more vigalent beforehand to not let her get that far. There was no attempt to make the situation better for passengers, many of which nearly missed their connections. Not even a bottle of water or apology."

Ulemper: "Probably the worse pre during and post fly experience in my entire life. Delays, gate changes, nearly missed connections, no space between the seats and not competent crew."
Fordele: "Hi, While reserving the flights, there was not any sign that there is nothing served on board. I think that at least you can serve water."
