Pegasus Airlines afstår fra deres ændrings- og afbestillingsgebyrer på fly fra København Kastrup til Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen. Dobbelttjek politikken på bestillingssitet.
Tyrkiet har nu ophævet størstedelen af sine COVID-19-rejserestriktioner, men rejsende, der ikke er tyrkiske statsborgere eller statsborgere, må ikke rejse ind i Tyrkiet, hvis de ankommer fra Afghanistan eller Bangladesh. Tyrkiet har suspenderet indrejse for rejsende fra Storbritannien, Danmark, Holland, Brasilien og Sydafrika. I øjeblikket er det kun britiske statsborgere med opholdstilladelse i Tyrkiet, der har adgang til Tyrkiet.
Rejsende skal være i besiddelse af en gyldig og negativ COVID-19 test udstedt inden for 72 timer før afgang. Uden dette certifikat vil rejsende blive nægtet ombordstigning. Rejsende skal udfylde en formular til lokalisering af passagerer før de ankommer til Tyrkiet.
Samtlige rejsende, der har besøgt Brasilien, Danmark,Storbritannien eller Sydafrika skal gennemgå en PCR-test for COVID-19 ved ankomsten. Rejsende vil derefter blive bedt om at isolere sig selv i 7 dage fra den dato, de forlod Storbritannien. På dag 7 vil de blive underkastet en yderligere PCR-test. Hvis testen er negativ, vil karantænen blive ophævet. Rejsende i karantæne får en obligatorisk PCR-test på dag 10 i deres karantæne. Hvis resultatet er negativt, slutter karantæneperioden.

Ulemper: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

They gave us only food vaucher and no compensation for the overall delay(7 hours!!!) 2.Icoud not order a Cosher foo at all TK flights web sitr. WHY ??? 3.the Entertainment is very poor. only one movie and no subtitlse .Music is wired."

Ulemper: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Ulemper: "The pilot aborted the landing at the last minute and flew to Another airport where we sat on the runway for an hour with no information. After an hour they said it was up to us if we wanted to stay at the airport or continue on to our original destination, with no information where our connecting flights would be. After continuing on to my origina airport, I was forced to buy a visa out of pocket and spend 6 hour waiting for information from the airline. Finally they shuttled me an hour and a half to the previous airport, being very rude the entire time and making me miss the reason I traveled to my destination in the first place."
Ulemper: "My flight was supposed to leave at 3 am. Not was delayed till 4:30. I had only 25 minutes to catch the other flight. I made it last minute. I asked the Turkish airline representative at the gate if my bag is on the plane. He said "yes". When I arrived to London I couldn't fibd my bag. I spent more than an hour looking for it since the employee assured me it was loaded to the plane, the person who was waiting to pick me yo had to pay around 15£ parking and wait for one hour and a half. I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

Ulemper: "I was traveling with sports equipment and tried to pay for it online. I could not find a place to buy extra lugggage for sports only normal luggage, so I had 20kg. Then I was told at the airport I had to pay 100 chf extra for my surfboard. Don’t make the website difficult to use and then charge me extra. It feels dishonest."
