Fordele: "We purchased seats with extra legroom and it was very, very much worth it. My husband is 6 foot four and he was able to stretch out his legs comfortably. Seats are not uncomfortable, which is different from some airlines we’ve been on, and we really like the adjustable headrest where the sides can be flipped up to keep your head from rolling around while snoozing. We like that the silverware is actually metal instead of plastic!"
Ulemper: "The screen that folded out of the armrest was so small that watching a movie on it gave us a headache. The furst meal/lunch was so-so. Personally I would prefer a mixed fresh salad with a little bit of ham or chicken on top instead of the attempt at a hot mushy entree. The second meal/dinner was Similar to a hot pocket. The bread and the filling was pretty tasteless. Why not just have a healthy fruit bowl? Would have liked to see some English language reading material in the seat back pocket – it appeared to be only German language. Alternatively, it would be great if the flight attendants could offer non-German language reading materials upon request."
Ulemper: "We were put on standby. We expected our names to be called for seat assignments but we didn’t expect we could just swipe our boarding pass and our seat assignment would show. It’s a nice feature but I didn’t like that it wasn’t clearly explained to us."

In addition, the flight wasn't full so my travel companion got to enjoy a full row to himself while I enjoyed an empty seat next to me to stretch out. The food was very good. The staff came by quite a few times to offer orange juice or water. The entertainment syren was excellent. I watched four full movies on the trip and have in mind at least a couple more for the return leg."

Ulemper: "I paid to reserve an upgraded seat. I specifically asked for a window seat and even have a confirmation email saying that I got a window seat (27 A). However, when I checked in, I was assigned a middle seat and the representatives at the ticket counter tried to tell me that was my preference. They tilde me to take it up with customer relations. If I pay $100 for a particular seat, I should get that seat!"

Ulemper: "Things I don't like: 1. My seat was the 1st-row aisle seat. OMG, the seat is extremely small, my legs were very very uncomfortable. I would rather sit another regular seat instead of the 1st-row aisle seat. Usually, I sleep on the plane during whole flight, but this time I could not sleep at all. 2. There was a curtain which separates the business class and economic class. As the 1st point, my seat was the 1st-row aisle seat, so the curtain hit me every time the crew went through the curtain, which is extremely annoying. 3. The Entertainment screen is so difficult to use, either hard to touch or so slow."
Ulemper: "They ran out of food choices for the people who sat in the back of the plane. I had preferred to eat chicken rather than pasta but the choice was not available anymore. The same happened with the breakfast sandwiches."

I also appreciate that they wake you up if you are asleep while meals are being passed out; I have missed meals on planes before which is not a great experience on a 12 hour flight."
Ulemper: "The only negative aspect about the flight were that the seats were a little uncomfortable. There weren't any foot pedals to lift your legs and the seats were extremely close together which was uncomfortable on such a long flight."

I was not sleeping but somehow the stewardess was going around quickly because I heard her in back of me. I thought she was headed in my direction but she had already passed me and then the drinks came around so I could not get thru to go back and ask for the "pizza". I wish the stewardesses would make a quick check up and down the isles in case someone dozed off. The first meal that I received was very good but I am glad I didn't miss it when they came around. Especially that I traveled alone. I do have to say that the comfort of the seats on the way to Europe was much better. It was a different airline."

In Madrid, they called to initiate boarding and we stood for 15-20 min before anyone moved at all; business class was then called, and we ended up standing another 15-20 min in the jetway before being ushered into the plane! Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."

Ulemper: "My ticket said operated by British Airways so after an hour of standing in line - why there were two agents baffles me-- I was told to go stand in the Iberia one. I went to a kiosk and it didn't recognize my flight, so I finally got ahold of someone. The night before I was unable to check in because their site had crashed, so there was no way for me to know where to go."

In addition, boarding and de-boarding took a long time. we had to just stand and wait for both - for a much much longr time that normal. They were able to make up the time in the air, but it felt unusually long to both board and de-board."

However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined"

They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know."

Ulemper: "Bought the flight 6 months prior. They give you the option to have a random seat, which i did. Apparently that means if people buy a seat, you might not get on the plane. Because they will sell your seat to someone willing to pay more."

Ulemper: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."
Ulemper: "Was late, without any notification"
Fordele: "Crew and Flight attendants were helpful, responsive and cheerful before, during and after the flight."
Ulemper: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Ulemper: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Ulemper: "Bad check-in by Vueling staff. They kept changing the time to check-in. At first the sign said "All Destinations" with no restriction on check-in. Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."

Ulemper: "Checking line with no information, rude customer services, cabin crew very rude and discriminatory system, the flight attendant in charge of the cabin crew made us moved our Carry on three row far from our seats, despite the fact that we paid more for those seats and that we were among the first to board the plane. He made a racist facial expression toward us."
Ulemper: "They made a mess with my bookinh"
Ulemper: "I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to."

Ulemper: "Boarding via bus. I purchased priority ticket for priority boarding but in end priority was only from checkin to bus. Fortunately there were not so many passengers. it should be indicated in the flight information whether boarding is via bus or bridge."

Fordele: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."

Ulemper: "The only thing i didnt like was that when we boarded, we got on a bus to take us to the plane. I had paid extra for priority boarding and seating but i ended up being one of the last people on the plane. It did not end up being an issue because there was plenty of ovwrhead space for my carryons but it could have been. Wifi would also be nice. Even if i had to pay wxtra for it."
Ulemper: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."
Ulemper: "we had a terrible time flying through connecting flights and on top of that they charged 70 euros for baggage from rome to paris and then we had to check in again at paris, extremely painful and stressful given the short amount of time. i would never ask someone to do this again."

Fordele: "Easy enough boarding... our flight coming into BCN was delayed due to weather, so we were cutting it very close for the connection. Vueling crew took care of our late check in etc."

Ulemper: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Ulemper: "My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick."

Ulemper: "However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."

Ulemper: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Ulemper: "120 Euros for 10 kilos over in checked baggage. I have never in my life been charged such a fee with any other airline. With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

Ulemper: "The staff's English was not understandable at all even for a native speaker."
Ulemper: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper, towards the end of the flight. It wasn't very clean to star with."
Fordele: "Plane is ok, clean, good condition"
Ulemper: "Almost no service. Cheak in took 2 hours!"
Fordele: "The crew was very nice and attentive."
Ulemper: "Not even water is offered. You must buy everything. We boarded over an hour late and then sat on the plane for nearly an hour. Seats very uncomfortable. A lot of very small and upset children. Due the late take off I had no time to get food during my layover and so I bought a hot meal. It was mediocre at best for 11 euro. There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."

Ulemper: "Air traffic control delays at Istanbal SAW on departure was about 40 mins. Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."
