Ulemper: Business class seat isn’t a full recline (180 degrees). It is wider, with a footrest and reclines but doesn’t become a bed
Ulemper: No leg room at all. No complimentary drinks like domestic travel.
Ulemper: Meals were not great but the worse problem is that whatever it was I couldn't eat it because your toy knives break, you cannot even cut a piece of chicken
Ulemper: Landing was hard but that is always the case.

Fordele: Flight was quick and smooth and ontime. Friendly staff. Awesome that you get free wifi.
Fordele: It was an excellent value to fly from Stockholm to Copenhagen. We considered taking the train, but the cost vs. time made it much better to fly. The time of the flight was just an hour, and no beverages were offered. This was acceptable, but water would have been nice! Very easy boarding and the fight was on time.
Ulemper: The seats are not very big, and the air conditioning was not adequate for July as we waited on the runway. The gate seating at Stockholm airport could have been better, as there were not nearly enough seats at the gate for all passengers waiting.
Ulemper: Flight was cancelled. I was rebooked on different flight, arriving in total 6 hours later than planned. My train connection was not valid, and I hhad to buy another ticket.
Fordele: The transfer after the flight was very helpful.
Ulemper: Entertainment was absent.
Fordele: Crew was nice
Ulemper: No WiFi on a 12 hour flight, but we could all see the full signal WiFi for the crew, aptly named. LXCrew. Awful to see them using WiFi when we are unable.
Ulemper: Very hot on board
Fordele: The expedited transfer from late flight out of Rome was an amazingly efficint process, much appreciated. Was very stressed when I thought I could not make the transfer, but Swissair really had it covered. My compliments
Fordele: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.
Ulemper: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.
Ulemper: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.
Fordele: The space at my feet with the chair in front was a bit akward.
Ulemper: Not being seated next to small kids. Perhaps they should have a separate section? ;-)
Ulemper: This was just a short commuter flight from Lyon to Amsterdam for connection.
Fordele: Staff was helpful and kind. Entertainment had variety.
Ulemper: Flight ran out of chicken meals fast, forcing the rest of the plane to have vegetarian instead. I was sat in 41G. Awkward seating arrangement. Worst seat ever! Super cramp, making a 9hr flight very uncomfortable.
Fordele: Food was great
Ulemper: Connect flight time was cutting it short- sane scenario.
Fordele: None of the above. I actually liked nothing about this trip. Took off at London in time for Frankfurt, arrived early, but missed the connection to Tel Aviv. So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted.
Ulemper: Proper connection time. I lost the entire day, and now have to get a cab for $100 instead of my colleague meeting me. 3 am is impossible. And I am still not in Tel Aviv.
Fordele: Flight was delayed from LAX. No accommodation offered
Ulemper: Accommodation. They were kinda rude about the whole experience
Fordele: Crew was courteous and professional. Food was okay.
Ulemper: Seats a little wider and little more leg room.
Fordele: Once the flight took off, it flew to Prague without incident.
Ulemper: Got charged 35 Euros for each checked bag. Did not expect it. Flight was 45 minutes late taking off, with several gate changes. Luggage at end took more than 1/2 hour to reach baggage claim. From arrival at airport at about 11 am until baggage delivery around 6:30 pm we were involved in problem solving, and moving from gate to gate and waiting for boarding, waiting for luggage. Exhausting, and no apologies along the way.
Fordele: Seat was comfortable.
Ulemper: Crew was pushy and unfriendly. Baggage policy is a rip off. Flight was delayed but we were not told until boarding time. No information was available at gate prior to departure.
Fordele: Seat comfort and leg room. Cleanliness great
Fordele: Easy booking and polite ground personnel
Ulemper: No snacks for free, not even water. Given a 40 minute delay in boarding (due to delayed previous duties of the same plane), I would expect some concessions for passengers. The tickets cost same as big/established airlines.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed almost two hours, plane wasn't at the gate, only one bus was provided for transport, everything on board was in Russian (as the plane previously arrived from Russia).
Fordele: The original price
Ulemper: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund
Fordele: The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.
Fordele: Price was good
Ulemper: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.
Ulemper: It was very cold they need to lower the temperature.
Fordele: The crew was amazing. Brand new airplane and service was excellent. Bathrooms were kept clean.
Fordele: The chairs were comfortable the staff was very attentive and nice
Ulemper: I cant really say anything bad except for the fact that my luggage was broken but i did go to the counter and the person was very nice and handled the issue very proffesionally
Ulemper: It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket.
Ulemper: Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer.
Fordele: Nice new plane, on time.
Ulemper: I pre-paid two checked bags (one each for my husband and myself). At check in we were told I had not done this and we had to go pay at another desk in the airport and come back to the check in line, 40 euros each. I showed the agent my paperwork that showed one bag each--it was not explicit on the paper whether this was the allowance or what I had paid--and she shrugged and said "Bad information. You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck.
Fordele: the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.
Ulemper: the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost
Fordele: Newer plane for this stretch.
Fordele: Everything was excellent
Ulemper: Nothing. All was good
Fordele: Good service, good connection in Riga! Perfectly on time!
Fordele: Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library.
Ulemper: New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library.
Fordele: Staff is the best, very accommodating.
Ulemper: It was an old plane so not much comfort in business class
Fordele: The flight attendants were friendly, attentive and efficient.
Ulemper: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.
Fordele: Seat was not comfortable

Ulemper: The aircraft was cold, more than usual
Fordele: Boarding was fast and the ticket price cheap

Ulemper: They charge me 2 times on a seat change. i am still waiting for refund. the audio is not so good
Ulemper: I ordered a flight and a suitcase through the kayak website. I arrived at the airport saying that I had not ordered it. They take a high price at an airport on a suitcase
Fordele: Boarding was not extremely painful, even though there were three security checkpoints to go through between the first flight and this flight.
Ulemper: This was the dirtiest airplane I have ever been on. Halfway through the flight, the bathrooms were unusable. The water was not draining in the sink, there was no toilet paper, and the garbage bin was overflown. The flight attendants were unfriendly. There is not enough space provided for writing.
Fordele: Nice crew! New A320!
Ulemper: One automat in the boarding area was malfunctioning and the lady working just gasped and looked bored. But we was seated in time anyway.
Fordele: My flight has been cancelled

Ulemper: Other than maybe the lengthy layover time, which probably can't be helped, nothing could have been better.
Fordele: Very professional and friendly staff. Flight was around 1am and there was no pushing of raffles and so on just left us alone to rest during the flight. Mood lighting on aircraft was great as well.

Ulemper: Flight London to Madrid over 2 hours late !!!! Could not print boarding pass at home Had to queue for an excessively long time at boarding Boarding by bus (???!!!) Was refused a glass of water 40 minutes before landing under the pretext that landing is "imminent"
Fordele: Stress free boarding and flight, it all went smoothly and the cabin crew were extremely helpful.
Fordele: Cost. Okay entertainment options.
Ulemper: I arrived at 6am at the airport for my 8am flight. I was told to wait because my flight was delayed, and I would not make my connection to LAX. We waited with absolutely no information for a while until people started to panic. There was no Norwegian representative at the Airport, so we were basically told to wait or call ourselves. I did not have a way to call, but others did. Eventually we were told that there were no other flights for us to be placed at that day. If fact, the next open flight would not be until 3 days later. Needless to say, many of us were really worried of being stuck in London. However, some time later we were told that the LAX flight was 20 minutes delayed, and that "maybe" it would get delayed more. Some of us decided to board even though we knew we might get stuck in London. We boarded at 11:30am (the original time we were given as departure time). Once in the plane, we were informed that the plane had been delayed because of lack of crew, and the we were told that we would not make our LAX connection. Our flight did not end up departing until 1:15pm. At around 1 there was an announcement telling us that they we would be waiting for us in London after all. Obviously everyone there was upset about being delayed too, but at least me made it to LAX.
Fordele: Very small airport so ease of check in was perfect.
Ulemper: No wifi or tv screens at all.
Ulemper: They asked me to pay for my luggages. It is strange
Ulemper: Seat comfort. Sore behind after 11hrs
Ulemper: This flight often arrives late so it is difficult to get to your hotel
Fordele: Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.
Ulemper: YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH.
Ulemper: 2 hour delay and 3 crying babies on a red eye.
Ulemper: Norwegian needs to be more clear about what is concluded and what costs extra and how much.
Fordele: Had my own row
Ulemper: Boarding process in English and a little more organized
Ulemper: The breakfast was not anything usual for your US travelers. Perhaps a choice or option should be offered.
Fordele: One crew member was obnoxious.
Ulemper: If they didn't BLAST the air conditioning. People were cold almost the whole flight. Some children were shivering.
Fordele: Direct flight home, ended up on an emptier 11hr flight and had entire row to myself. We didn’t crash so that’s a plus.
Ulemper: If you want excellent customer service buy the meals. If not you’re pretty much on your own. 11hr flight and I wasn’t even offered water.
Fordele: Crew good
Ulemper: Baggage small bag forced to check
Fordele: Hospitality was wonderful. The food and drinks were great and the constant entertainment made the 10+ hour flight bearable.
Ulemper: The seats are comfortable but there is definitely not enough leg room especially if you are sitting in the middle seat. There should be some type of incentive given if you get stuck sitting between two complete strangers.
Fordele: Excellent crew and service, lots of extras at. I charge (like beer/wine, meals, Swiss chocolates). Also on time departure and arrivals. Clean terminal areas. A+
Ulemper: Honestly can’t think of anything

Ulemper: organise priority exit when we have a delayed arrival, so that those who have a train or flight connection can get out quicker
