Ulemper: "NO FOOD, NO DRINK unless you either bring your own (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) or don't mind purchasing a 12oz can of Coke for three Euros. If I were to travel again with them, I'd pack a bigger lunch and more water/soda for myself to save some cost. Even if purchased in the terminal."

Ulemper: "Flight attendants were not friendly or attentive. Movie choices were not great. Many people commented about that. I flew Delta to London in April and what a world of difference. Pillows, blankets, earphones, eye masks, toothbrush and paste. A couple of meals and a couple of snacks. Free drinks which they must have come by 8 times during the flight. Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."

Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."

Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

I rather fly another airline and pay a bit more rather than an airline that overbooks and make up rules as they see fit."

Ulemper: "When I saw how close the seats were I almost didn't believe it. This was the least comfortable flight I think I've ever been on. Media selection was decent at best."

Fordele: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Ulemper: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Fordele: "Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful."
Ulemper: "Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm."
Fordele: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Ulemper: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Fordele: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Ulemper: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Fordele: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Ulemper: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Ulemper: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."
Ulemper: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"

Ulemper: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Fordele: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."

No customer service at the airport to hidden fees to airport 3rd party contractors who don't care at checkin Do yourself a favor just book a major carrier of your choice instead of saving 100& on weak I mean wizz Airlines. It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."

Ulemper: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
Fordele: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."

Ulemper: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

Ulemper: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"

Ulemper: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."
Fordele: "They charged me for not checking in 3 hrs prior and didn't really make that clear before when I purchased the ticket. Even if they did, I never seen a airline do that. It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."

Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "Went well took a long time to get luggage at claim"
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."
Ulemper: "Worst, never uses this company."
Fordele: "Smooth flight"
Ulemper: "Couldn't adjust the seat and no backpockets."
Fordele: "The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat)."
Ulemper: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Fordele: "Vi kom frem..."
Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Fordele: "Great landing!"
Ulemper: "Very crowded and little room"
Fordele: "Not much, should have taken British Airways . Lots of hidden costs"
Ulemper: "Low cost ticket, high price side cost."
Ulemper: "The whole checking in process was ridiculous!!! You can only check in on your phone otherwise everything is fee. There are no self check in computers. I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."
