Ulemper: "the boarding delayed and that is why we missed our connection. at firs they didn't even gave us tickets to the next flight, but to another one at midnight! we had to explain that because is was not our fault we want to reach berlin as fast as possible, and we believe we deserve compensation. we got no compensation and we have missed our plans for the firs night at our vacation."

Ulemper: "A crew member at check in gave me stupid trouble about my computer being inside my carry on. That never happened to me before and it was really awful. No other airlines cares how I store my computer during the flight. He required it being outside the carry on, and I still don't understand why. After a while his colleague let me go with no problem. The seating at the seat had some built in ventilation system or something that took space from space for feet and that was uncomfortable especially in the long flight. That machine could be placed way better. For example on the bottom of the seat 28."

Ulemper: "Not enough leg room, seat did not recline enough to sleep. Attendants are pleasant and helpful, but not much common sense; in helping the passenger on opposite side of aisle, 3 separate times startled by attendant's butt pushing my face."

Having come from Houston and arrived on Sunday, I had to wait for about 18 hours to board the next flight. I did not get a hotel and was not told about it. However, much later when I appeared at the information desk after another passenger had spoken to me, I was referred to a stand which offered me a ticket for a meal that night. Please see what you can do about the waiting time. Thanks again for the lovely ride to Istanbul."

Ulemper: "Not even enough space for me to enjoy the food. I literally couldn't reach the food on my tray table because my arms were too long and the food was too close, and to get it I had to disturb my neighbors."

Ulemper: "F u forget or lost something in the plane just forget about it the crew gonna stole it,, they usually have a bad organization in the baggage claim so the probability to get ur stuff less than 50% Istanbul airport was terrible most of the employees don't speak English also u need at least 1 hrs in the line just for inquiries in the Turkish information office I don't recommend it at all"
Ulemper: "worst service ever on arrival at Istanbul airport. we were lead through stairways from flight rather than terminal. It was same with departing for Mumbai. we carried our handbags and left to go through stairways. I won't recommend anyone for this flight."

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE flying Turkish! Worst airlines on the planet!!!"

Ulemper: "I did not need to check any bags and had already checked-in online, but was forced to wait in line instead of being able to print my ticket from an automated kiosk. Seriously? It's almost 2016. The lines also moved ridiculously slowly, and to add to my consternation, the "online check in" line was serviced by far fewer desks than the normal check-in line. Shouldn't there be an incentive for checking in online? This experience was STUPID AND FRUSTRATING."

Fordele: "Delicious food. Incredible entertainment selection of first-run movies and classics – movies I would've gladly paid to see in the theater. Modern plane. Free drinks and wine."
Ulemper: "Whining children shouting and running through the aisles. Nonstop screaming literally from beginning of the flight to the end from one loud and unhappy child. It was impossible to sleep as a result. Flight crew did nothing; said nothing to parents. Everyone was aghast. I see other people had the same experience."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa switched us three times , and then when we got to the airport in toronto it was air Canada. They found our grandparents tickets but not ours. Ridicule our flight was supposed to be only 1h layover, inatead it’s 6 and we are going to miss all our next travel accommodations."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "Boarding seamed inefficient. Loaded handicap onto separate vehicle in middle of us boarding, so it stopped our process. My seat didn't recline even though it had a button. No in flight entertainment?! At all... Got a crappy breakfast omelet that i didn't want to put in my stomach."

Fordele: "I enjoyed how smooth the whole flying went in the Lufthansa plane, also how quite was inside the plane compare to other airlines airplanes. I love the leg room in the plane. I impressed with the level of commitment to take passenger out the airport on time. It has definitely one of the smoothest and nice plane I have ever been so far."
Ulemper: "The pilot when landing landed too fast and the plane lost its balance for a second but other than that everything was great."
Ulemper: "Due to the weather and overbooking, they were not able to provide us with a flight for the same day. So we had to take a 4 hour train, which was also overbooked. We ended up standing up for 4 hours in a crowded train"

Ulemper: "The plane departure was delayed and the passengers were left wondering about the flight. There was no announcement to explain until an hour after the departure time. All monitors showed original departure."
Ulemper: "Boarding mix up, which was completely Lufthansa's responsibility, delayed my flight to Istanbul for one hour which caused my missing my connection with another airline. This in turn cost me the original flight and a new ticket purchase of at an exorbent price."

Ulemper: "Everything on board the economy class is on Ryanair level. It is nearly not possible for me (1,89 meters) to have a comfortable flight in these seats. We will try to avoid Lufthansa as often as possible in the future (I`ve had a senator level in earlier times and things changed massively!)"

We called your customer service, and a recording stated that we would get a reply within 48 hrs. We contacted website customer service and it stated that we would get a reply within 48 hrs. We needed immediate assistance from a HUMAN BEING to change our reservation, that was impossible. We were forced to purchase new tickets, the cost was $2,500, we had to stay overnight in a nearby hotel, the cost was $220. We are returning one day later than planned all because we could not reach you."

Ulemper: "Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting..."
Ulemper: "Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew."
Fordele: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."
