I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something."

Fordele: "The crew and the service was excellent. Dinner was excellent. The hot breakfast never came. We were served a roll and one small cup of coffee with no refills. That was my only complaint. On a long overseas flight I think a hot breakfast would have been better than a roll."

Fordele: "The Swiss Air staff provided water and nice sandwiches for us while we stood in line for hours and put us up in a very nice hotel for the night."
Ulemper: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Ulemper: "As on any airline these days the leg space in economy class is very limited. The movie selection was OK but not great."

The flight crew from Vienna to TLV were not kind. My daughter 11 years old went hungry without a meal. The stewardess kept telling her the food was coming & never did. This was a terrible trip & we will never use Austrian air again. I will tell all my family & friends of my terrible experience."

Fordele: "I loved the boarding process. Everything was very organized! I was lucky to sit by myself next to the window, so i had plenty of space to stretch. The flight was right on schedule, so i didnt have to worry about making it to the next flight. Food was good. We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."
Ulemper: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Ulemper: "It took us 2 tries to get there due to weather and they had us waiting in the airport for 12 hours in the middle of the night. We first flew to Lviv and then they turned the plane around and came back as we were landing. I appreciate that they did this for safety reasons. When we got back however at 2:30am, they did not provide us with a hotel and just gave us blankets and pillows to sleep in the airport. They also offered us only a piece of bread with ham and cheese and a coffee for the next 12 hours until the new flight left. Not a pleasant experience."

Ulemper: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."

Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Ulemper: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

Ulemper: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Fordele: "Usual professional and friendly service from my airline of choice for most destinations."

Ulemper: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."

The seats were terribly uncomfortable and as a tall person I could barely fit in that tiny space. The plane was packed with dozens of children and was impossible to sleep even though I’ve been flying all n"
Ulemper: "They didn't give the yellow cards that every traveller need to fill out. So when everyone got off in Shanghai we had all the booths busy with people trying to fill in the papers. All other airlines just give those papers while people are still in the airplane."
Ulemper: "This is the second time I've been doing follow-up flights It's a nightmare you're not professional at all. It's my last flight with you You need to be ashamed you're not just wearing a card to sell I'm going to sue you You give a short follow-up flight. It is impossible to get the flight. You do not update the distance from gate D to gate F I got stuck in the field until the next day without the suitcase and all the people I had arranged with them in Shanghei I could not meet You should be ashamed"

Fordele: "The plane crew was accommodating when I requested a seat on the empty back of the plane due to dealing with 2nd degree burns on my upper body and needing space to ensure I wasn't accidentally touched."
Ulemper: "An individual desk clerk was actually very unfriendly and rolled his eyes when I tried to explain my need for a quiet seat in the back of the half-empty plane. Food a bit too salty."
Ulemper: "This time food wasn’t organized well, because in the menu was two dishes, beef stroganoff or some fish, when came our turn to choose, we didn’t have choice, because only the fish was left. Second time was fish(again) and chicken, and also the salad was made from fish too... this time we got lucky, there was a choice because the serving started from our side. The chicken wasn’t good though, And still it is too much fish, and it didn’t taste good. I can compare , because I had other Aeroflot flights, and the food was really good, compare to this one."

Ulemper: "Food could've been a lot better. I ordered Asian vegetarian and I was amused at how much better some of the competitors are in terms of taste and variety"

Ulemper: "Airbus planes are slower but that's OK. entertainment system was sluggish, but I had my own devices, so I did not care."
Ulemper: "The flight was mostly older Mainland Chinese people that tend to be a bit rowdy crowd. In this case so much so that they did not allow to sleep or watch a movie comfortably. Several of them stood when landing even before the plane had slowed down. I understand that these people do not know the rules but I think is responsible fo the crew to enforce the rules. I have had the same situation flying Delta and United and in both airlines every time something like this happens the crew comes to put order. This is for comfort and security of other passengers."

Ulemper: "The main dishes were not good at all, bland, did not eat it. Salad was bland, with ice."
Fordele: "Again, the in-flight experience was pleasant. I will definitely use Aeroflot in future, and has already recommended it to my friends."
Ulemper: "However, the Sheremetyevo Airport could use some improvement, especially the airport space management which needs to be streamlined. First, for international transfer, a big crowd had to squeezed into a small space and wait for security check. Secondly, there are too many shops in the waiting areas, and the passengers had to compete for space and sit on stairs, while the internal air quality was quite poor which became more severe in summer. Thirdly, the toilets need a complete re-vamp. It was not a pleasant experience to use toilet."

Ulemper: "Aeroflot always looses luggages, they lost my luggage as well, posted it to my apartment after two days."

Fordele: "The check in staff was rude and refused to change the really bad seats they have assigned to us. They had the opportunity to do it but they just refused it ."

Ulemper: "Holy hell, they are late. On a clear day, the board was littered with delays, gate changes, and cancellations. We were three hours late both outbound and inbound. Moscow airport leaves much to be desired as well. Not my first choice of a place to spend six to ten hours."

I am sure they are tired of people on China bound flights breaking every rule possible， but I think it is dangerous for the person standing and other passengers. Thy should be more strict enforcing safety rules."

Fordele: "Cabin crew remained courteous although the flight was full with Moscovites returnees. The seat and leg room was adquate."
Ulemper: "The food was not to my taste. I disliked drinking wine in a paper cup."
Fordele: "No vegetarian options. Pre-order was complicated and it didn't work as I didn't have it on board. Comfortable seats, but so clean. Not so friendly crew. Had 2 hours delay and no information on why or when we were going to departure. Overall, it was Ok. You get what you pay for it. It was a cheap flight."
Fordele: "Boarding was neat and orderly."
Ulemper: "No entertainment but a decent flight from Athens to Moscow. They don't seem to very liberal with beverage options and one man was refused coffee because it was the "cold drinks" being served. I'm used to people being a little more catered to. No entertainment and really close seats."
Fordele: "This was a cheap flight from LAX to ZRH with a layover in Moscow and that's about as good as it gets."
Ulemper: "The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it."

Ulemper: "Flight was canceled. 24 hrs just to rebook. Aerflot customer service did not help at all because in their system flight was departed. It wasnt because the rear door was ripped off. Alternative flight arranged 30hrs plus later as a red eye. First and last time with aeroflot."

Ulemper: "aircraft was heavily populated, no space for the kegs. the service was very slow, only one food cart for all passengers. it more than one hour to serve every one on board."
Fordele: "I regularly fly between East Asia and Europe, and have taken Aeroflot almost every time for a year now. Their business class equals that of any other major European carrier. Their food and service is right on par with other European carriers. The planes are new and clean. Staff is efficient, and generally friendly. Aeroflot has a certain negative reputation but I have had very good experiences only."
Ulemper: "The connection is Moscow is a great break up of the long haul flight but I wish you didn't have to pass through the grumpy security people. I once had to change my flight time but I found it was very hard to reach Aeroflot by telephone. Probably best to reserve through an agency who make the changes for you."
Ulemper: "They lost my luggage!"
Fordele: "The food and the staff were great. The movie and TV show selection was excellent."
Ulemper: "The seats were too small and too close to each other. I couldn't even use the recliner because It was too tight. The announcements (all 17 of them) kept on interrupting my shows - very annoying. And they're in both Russian and English. Why can't you just do it in a notification style manner vs pausing everything on the screen. I don't care about skymall and I do see there is a turbulence - no need to shut down my screen to announce that."
Ulemper: "The food on the last flight looked very bad! Otherwise everything was wonderful."

Ulemper: "Forsinkelse aflyste afgange og mere forsinkelse i flere timer. 7-8 timer, hvor man har siddet i lufthavnen 2 timer inden afgang i forvejen. Og bliver bare tilbudt en madkupon på 75kr..."
Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."

Ulemper: "Wifi virkede ikke eller kostede Xtra. Man fik ikke en gang et glas vand."
Fordele: "At jeg kunne ligge ned og sove"
Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Fordele: "boarding is different and they were talking over pa announcements at heathrow so you could not hear what to do. you go through one ticket agent to the down stairs to another ticket agent. everyone knowing what to expect crowded around the second ticket agent and there because of that forget about boarding by row or zone you couldn't get throught the crowd. plus the second ticket agent was right next to the downstairs escalator so people coming late got on before us."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."
Fordele: "At least on long-haul flights SAS Plus is quite nice, much closer to business class service than your usual premium economy offering. Real silverware, good drinks, pretty good food, plenty of space and a nice blanket and pillow. The lounge in Copenhagen is quite nice too."

Ulemper: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."
