Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "Flights were late and boarding was caios, no one had any clue what to do. Blankets were filthy. Entertainment had limited choice. Considering I took six flights in this month, I will let it slide that they ran out of New movies. Worst part was food. Obviously, there is no quality consideration when they decide menu. Check Emirates or other similar fare bracket airlines to understand the gravity of Lufthansa food problem. If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. This meant that I missed my connecting flight in Munich, had to endure an extended lay over, board an extra flight to Budapest and endure an even more unbearable lay over there before being able to reach my final destination in Athens. I paid for a one-stop flight and have ended up having to endure a two-stop flight with extended lay overs. I feel completely cheated out of my money and overall have had a terrible experience."

Ulemper: "The airplane crew was rude. They could have been more nicer regarding food. My mother is diabetic and I asked the lady to get her a small sandwich or something so she can take her meds and plus her sugar levels where getting low. And the lady on her side was really rude and said NO."

Ulemper: "The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me."
Fordele: "SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

The entertainment options were limited compared to Turkish, Emirates, Lufthansa or Qatar, but enough for a 7 hour flight and then some. Also, I liked that there was a bottle of water on each seat for people to hydrate. Very important, and I haven't seen any other airline do it."

The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

Ulemper: "On-time performance was so-so, take-off was delayed ~1hr because of connections, had to wait on the runway at the destination airport, had to wait an eternity for my bag. Whatever genius who designed the in-flight entertainment controls should be punched in the face. The on-screen buttons are so easily pushed by passengers making their way to and from the aisle that passenger assistance and reading lights always go off on their own throughout the aircraft."

Ulemper: "My family and I traveled to Poland several times using LOT Airline. They lost our luggage not once or twice, but three times. Each time, we were without our luggage for nearly a day and half. We are no longer using this airline. Also, their TV monitors/remotes lack accessibility as they do not offer closed captioning features for the deaf/hard-of-hearing. Another strike."

After they told us they did not have this item, another passenger from Russia sitting in 3A started complaining and they miraculously found the pancakes for this passenger. this leaves a bad impression about the service and not what you expect when you buy a business class ticket."

The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Ulemper: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Ulemper: "If you're going to charge for a checked bag on an international flight, it would be nice if you made that clear on the ticket purchase. A tiny link buried in the information section "See baggage information for additional fees that may apply" doesn't make it abundantly clear that you're going to be hit with an $85 charge each way (ultimately $380 for my wife and me round-trip). Sneaky and dishonest!"

Ulemper: "I booked this flight months and months ago on Kayak, excited by what I thought was an excellent deal to go visit an old friend. When I got to the Boston airport, I was told there is a fee to check a bag with the ticket type I purchased- of 90 DOLLARS each way!!! This is absurdly expensive. I tried to pay with cash as I had very little on my card, and was told this isn't possible. So I had to pay the fee, and arrive at my 7 hour layover with next to no cash on my card- too little to buy a meal in the airport. So I had a miserable layover experience. I do not recall seeing this baggage fee listed anywhere on Kayak when I booked my flight- it looks like this policy took effect in September 2017, but I booked my flight in July. I am very upset about this additional charge- it is dishonest and I will not be flying with TAP again. I am also considering using alternatives to Kayak, as the TAP representative said that it's Kayak's fault the baggage fee wasn't listed."

Thank goodness the ticket agent helped me out (by putting me in a seat where I'd be first to board), but if he hadn't, it would have been a terrible experience."
