Fordele: Crew was great, there was nobody sitting beside me so that was a big bonus. Smooth flight and the wine was pretty good.
Fordele: The aircraft was new
Ulemper: The seats are horrible for long flights - they give you deep vein thrombosis as it digs into your hamstrings/thighs over time
Fordele: We arrived safely
Ulemper: Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.
Ulemper: Delayed. 3 hours on tarmac, no AC, then disembarked. Had to rebook another flight. Arrived to Vienna 9 hours late. The whole family lost one day of holidays. Will ask for compensation
Ulemper: There was no coffee or tea available on the flight

Ulemper: the in flight entertainment didn't work We had to wait 2 hours before our luggage cane off the band
Fordele: I didn't get to take the flight, web jet cancelled the ticket for some reason and failed to notify me. To their credit, they are reimbursing me for the train fare from Frankfurt to Vienna.
Ulemper: No notifications. I showed up with bags packed to be told that there was no ticket.
Fordele: Pretty decent leg room.
Ulemper: 22 hour delay that the airline knew about over 8 hours in advance (plane had turned back on way to airport) but flyers were not contacted. Next day, airline did not bother to update flight info online, so had to call to get new flight time. Plane was a little dirty. In flight service is on the poor side. Very infrequent with drinks, water, trash, etc. Breakfast was a yoghurt. Movie and TV selection pretty poor, even the premium paid-for service.
Fordele: Was on time
Ulemper: The food was horrible junk. I can not imagine, how anybody can dare to offer this somebody to eat. Headphones were extra pay.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed and we could not check in online from home.
Ulemper: Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone.
Fordele: The flight was 20 mins faster, boarding was OK. The ladies on board were doing a good job
Ulemper: Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld.

Ulemper: At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane.
Ulemper: Not a fan of the elevator music they play. Unnecessary
Fordele: The price!
Ulemper: Never on time!
Ulemper: The flight was delayed due to plane safety issues, but the crew fixed it and got us to London almost in time. I didn’t love that there were no vegan food options, and even if there had been, they ran out of fresh food by time we were served. Not great.
Ulemper: Our baby has broken leg with plaster cast and Cathay didn’t deliver our stroller to Hongkong so we had to carry him on the hands whole afternoon...this was unpleasant experience...also when we arrived from HongKong to Denpasar Bali we found that one of our suitcases was damaged broken :/
Ulemper: Took a very long time to empty the plane via staircases. For a 747, I expected a jetway at Heathrow.
Fordele: Food and flights being on time and ran per schedule
Ulemper: London airport NOT OFFERING WHEEL CHAIR even there was a wheel chair assistance required. My mother has to walk despite choosing the wheel chair assistance. Now she is in pain.
Fordele: One of the crew used bad words toward one of the passenger ..!
Fordele: Great scenery!!!

Ulemper: The food is the worst there is
Fordele: Food was good. Crew was kind and gracious.
Ulemper: Seats were extremely cramped. Once the person in the front reclined their seat it was very difficult to get out of the seat. Also better guidance is needed during boarding. Finally, my hand carry was checked 4 times by 4 different people, which means your staff doesn’t trust their own colleagues.
Fordele: Always like flying Swiss business class. Great service, good food and a great lie flat bed
Fordele: Everyone was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival in Delhi our suitcase handle was broken.
Ulemper: Crew were all over the place (at Club Europe Cabin) and very unorganised. We went to galley few times to ask them to bring us drinks even thou they have taken our orders. They need more training to be at Club Europe Cabin. The seats should be more comfortable and should give people more leg rooms.
