Ulemper: "Flight was delayed so there was a bit of a chaos boarding but it has nothing to do with the service itself."

Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "I liked everything except the cookie. It reminded me of the low quality supermarket American cookies, way too sweet and flavorless. They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!"

Lufthansa invited us to check-in early, but would not allow us to finish the check-in online process the day prior: seemed to be glitch in their computer system. We arrived at the airport early, but no one at Lufthansa could help us with seat assignments in order to seat our 12-yo daughter next to a partent. The airline did not open the gate area until 1+35 prior to the flight (advertised 2-hrs prior), and did not put anyone at the gate-desk until 1-hr prior to departure ...and they still could not help us. Boarding was disorganized; Lufthansa appeared to board by different groups, but there were no announcements as to which group(s) should board. Instead there was just a large crowd milling about, waiting to push their way to a gate agent. Very un-German."

Ulemper: "There is a big problem with some of the Premium economy seats. the way the secure the seat to the floor of the plane puts a piece of metal directly under the seat in front of you so you cannot put a bag or other items easily under the seat. If you are in the middle of the row it is really a hassle to have access to your laptop."
Ulemper: "It was my bad luck to be near two children whose parents would not keep them quiet and who played games on their screen for nine hours straight, shrieking the entire time. Nor did any of the stewards help or say boo to the parents."
I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future

Ulemper: "I didn't like the fact that they cancelled my Austrian flight to a completely different company (Lufthansa). I paid extra money when I reserved the tickets in the USA to make sure I am on the same plane as the other three families that i wanted to be with as a group. They had reserved their tickets and I got the flight numbers and when I reserved my booking I paid extra to be on the same airplane as the rest of the group. My plan worked going to Vienna and to Cairo (although one of the planes were delayed 3 hours which ruined our stay in Vienna) but on the way back from Cairo to LA, I couldn't be with the group because I left 2 hours early and arrived in LA 2 hours late. I pleaded that I came with a group but they said I have a different booking so they couldn't honor keeping me on the same plane as the group. I am very disappointed and will avoid my future travel with Austrian airline"

Ulemper: "The process of check in was terrible could not do so on line at least in Berlin. It is possible elsewhere in the system. Long and slow line for check in and then long and slow line for passport control and security, but we survived it. Advice is arrive early, you will need the time."

Fordele: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Ulemper: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"
Ulemper: "Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience."
Ulemper: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."
Ulemper: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Fordele: "I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again."

I had to rush to the airport couldn't by my ticket because they don't sell at counter and then was on phone with air Serbia for 45 mins before I could buy my flight on a long distance call which will probably cost me $50."
Ulemper: "They saying it's internet connection during the flight,when you pay for the internet the only option what you can choose is to watch how's your MB goes away and you are not able to open anything.Very good job Air Serbia,never again with you!!!"

Ulemper: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Fordele: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."
Ulemper: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."

Ulemper: "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

Ulemper: "The flight was operated by a avery small plane, so we were advised to leave the carryons outside to be put in the hold. Once on the plane, I thought my bag would fit in the overhead bin. Also, was annoyed that flight attendants would approach you speaking Serbian, which I don't."

Ulemper: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."
Fordele: "Short flight so the lack of enterntainmet was not a problem. Clean airplane, tidy and very friendly staff. Food and drinks very fine compared to duration of the flight. Deparure on time, same with arrival."
Ulemper: "As I said this flight was on time, but the previous, CDG - BEG was delayed one hour."

Fordele: "The crew was very attentive and personable during the flight."
Ulemper: "Our departure was delayed 2 hours because an unaccompanied minor was placed on the wrong flight--UA's fault. That began a domino effect of missed connections. When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan"
Fordele: "The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled."
Fordele: "The crew was nice, seats were comfortable."
Ulemper: "I didn’t appreciate the surprise of having to pay $50 Euros to bring my bike, which then required I leave the baggage drop off line, go to customer service to pay, return to the baggage line to pick up my bag and boarding pass, and then go to the special luggage handling line."
Ulemper: "Everything, flight was super late, no explanation whatsoever,"
Fordele: "I’ve flown with various airlines and must say that I was very impressed with this crew. I guess it was because they all were young and didn’t füdisplay burnout as so many other flight attendants show when dealing with their customers."

Fordele: "Almost 2 hours delay, crew couldn't confirm if our connection flight in Cologne will wait for us. It was very stressful."

Ulemper: "There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already."
Fordele: "If I can give this airline negative stars, I would."
Ulemper: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Ulemper: "Eurowings operated by Sun Express? I did not know what airline was flying me to Seattle."
Fordele: "We had one of the more legroom seats so that was nice"
Ulemper: "Everything else. I felt the stewardess from my aisle was extremely rude. She would ask someone a question and obviously they can’t hear her because their watching a movie, so she would wave her hand in their face. Another time she was telling me “excuse me” in German while I was watching a movie. I thought she was speaking to someone else since I did not understand German and then she very rudely said “excuseee me”. The food was not filling and they charged for drinks. She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."
Ulemper: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled; waited in the Rome airport for over 8 hours waiting for assistance and for a new flight for tomorrow and then another 2 hours we had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. By far worst airport/airline experience by far. Will never book with Austrian/Eurowings ever again."
Ulemper: "Is there anything more to say?"
Fordele: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."
Ulemper: "Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."
Fordele: "Spacious seating for a budget airline."
Ulemper: "Nothing. All good."
Fordele: "For a short flight, the trip was fine. No delays were experienced."
Ulemper: "The security line at Tegel airport was long. It took over 30 minutes get to the security scanner."
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled--no crew!"
Ulemper: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."

Ulemper: "1st delayed over 2'niurs. Missed connection. Next flight cancelled. Finally departed but also late. It was an all day/night ordeal to get from Berlin to Geneva."
Fordele: "Eurowings employees overall were friendly, helpful and polite. Language was not much of a barrier. Seats were fairly comfortable for their size. Boarding was smooth and efficient. Information given in-flight was nice. I loved the electronic flight path information available on the entertainment console. We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate."
Ulemper: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."
Ulemper: "Once again,1,5 hours delayed !!! Not the first time !!! Not the first time. It's not funny with a5 month ago kid!"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed over and over and finally cancelled. We had to go out to the ticket counter to rebook. That meant clearing customs and then going back thru security again. A real Hassel!!! I think any other airline would have rebooked people in the terminal!!!"
Ulemper: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"
Fordele: "They rebooked me to a new airline to get to my destination."
Ulemper: "Multiple gate changes then flight was delayed 10mins, 40mins, then for an hour. No attendant ever came to the gate until the last minute. I had to be rebooked on a different airline."

I would have liked to been able to contact Ryan Air and inform them that I was not able to make the flight due to Covid-19, But their site is absolutely useless -12 out of 10 Disgusting attitude towards the customer
Dårlige sæder ved nødudgange række 12 ikke de ekstra penge værd. Manglende info da vi måtte skifte fly pga tekniske problemer
The manager of the flight didn’t allow me to go on the flight because I was late in just one minute!!!! She preferred to take off my baggage instead of giving me to fly home. I have hearing device and I didn’t hear the call. I paid extra priority and for extra baggage and I want my money back!! Thank you
Fordele: "Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room."

Fordele: "Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)"
Ulemper: "We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave."
Ulemper: "Travelers need to be informed better about Ryanair's baggage restrictions."
Ulemper: "Pga. fuldstændig kaotiske tilstande ved check-in, var der kun lige tid til at styrte til gaten. Meget langsomt arbejdende og inkompetente ansatte ved skranken, der pga. kaos ikke tjekkede pas!! Low fares - low/no service."

Ulemper: "Der er mangler der gør at man kun kan få 20 kg ikke så smart når man er 2 p og kun har max 14 kg dette kom så til og koste mig 400-300-20 euro i alt mange penge for 14 kg samt 288kr oven i for at sidde sammen der skal stå lille rygsæk da det er dette der er med i prisen men syntes det er alt for mange penge for rejsen alt i alt"
Fordele: "Prisen er lav - men har man noget man skal klage over bagefter, fx. dobbeltgebyr på kuffert, så kommer man til at arbejde for sagen."
Ulemper: "Man kommer til at gå hele Københavns lufthavn igennem på den lange led, når man flyver med Ryanair. Derudover havde jeg betalt for kuffert med begge veje, men da vi skulle hjem kunne Ryanair ikke finde den betaling og jeg skal nu igennem klagesystem (hvilket er meget besværligt hos Ryanair) for at få mine penge retur. Desuden en time forsinket på hjemturen."

Fordele: "The crew at the airport were clued up and took action when they knew the flight was going to be delayed. They ensured everyone was checked in for the flight and boardring passes checked before gathering everyone in the correct groups so we could board quickly. Pilot got us there ahead of schedule!"

Fordele: "EI-GSH, we were on one of Ryanair's newest planes at only six months old. Seats were comfy and flying at night, everything was well organised. Crew were helpful and approachable."
Ulemper: "I was aiming to buy something from the gifts trolley on-board (the small 1:200 scale Ryanair plane) but they didn't have any available. Fair enough as they were days away from shifting stock to the summer magazine, fingers crossed it'll make it to the new selection!"

Ulemper: "I had previously checked in on line to avoid the fee at the airport just to be charged the fee. It was very inconvenient and had to pay for something I had already paid for online. I’m very displeased and upset"

Ulemper: "Lack of comunicoation and lack of services. Probably it was a bit cheaper than the competitors. But I made me think twice for next time Ryanair cross my way."

Ulemper: "The check in process is absurd. I did not have a chance to check in on my phone beforehand, so I waited in line to check in at the desk. At my turn, the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me for not checking in and told me I had to go speak with another office (though she did not clarify why) and then come back to her. The airport was small, so lines for check in, security, this other office, and those seeking food were all merged into one large group. This second office didn’t open for another 40 minutes so I was thankful I’d arrived early. Standing in line, those around me all figured out why we were there: this was the line to pay extra fees. Apparently if one doesn’t check in beforehand, there is a fee. Ok, I had a few euros left. Nope, it was €68.20 to check in at the airport desk. I took my receipt and went back to the first line, she printed me a boarding pass and I was able to get through security. The fee to check in at airport was more than the cost of my ticket."
Ulemper: "There’s nowhere to put anything. Usually there’s a pouch to put your stuff in. That would be helpful."

Ulemper: "The airline called the passengers to stand up in line over an hour prior to boarding. Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."
Fordele: "Prisen. At vi landede planmæssigt."
Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."
Ulemper: "Very cramped and hot in The plane."

Fordele: "Bought priority because of their new carry-on policy, so boarding was quick. Cramped seats but average compared to many other airlines. Crew was amicable. Soft landing."
Ulemper: "Cramped seats, I’m 6’3” or 191cm and am now used to that. Very little cushion on them, so for flights >2hrs it’s going to be uncomfortable but tolerable. Hate their new carry-on policy; moneygrabbers. No snacks nor beverages for free, even in a 3:30hr flight. No entertainment system. No magazine pocket in seats. No reclinable seats. You et what you pay for."
Ulemper: "I booked on kayak an had to pay 31 euros for a checked bag. If I had booked with Ryan air it would have been only 12 euros. So annoyed that kayak doesn't let you add a bag when book My!"
Ulemper: "Too expensive for what you get. Bad landing! Oh dear"
Fordele: "Boarded from gate beside the executive lounge."
Fordele: "Besætningen var søde."
Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"
Ulemper: "A lot of hassle to get a “cheaper” price which gets more expensive for every single thing you get charged for. Also, the long lines to board and the stress of finding overhead space for your baggage is not great."
