Ulemper: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Ulemper: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Ulemper: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."
Ulemper: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."
Fordele: "Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault)."

Fordele: "KLM fed a sandwich even though the flight was only 2 hours. The crew was pleasant. Getting through the Amsterdam airport to catch a connecting flight with only an hour to do so was no big deal. Airport staff was pleasant and helpful."

Fordele: "Terrible coordination between SAS and United Airlines. Two bags missing, could not find boarding pass of baby, despite us showing them on the SAS website their check in details!"
Ulemper: "Not losing our bags and delaying our boarding massively despite us having completed information in advance on SAS website. United Airlines inability to assign seating all the way through, throwing their hands in the air and blaming SAS, while SAS did exactly the same thing about United."

Ulemper: "Seat didn’t recline as much as it should be. Maybe cuz we are sitting the last row. Which makes it less comfortable."
Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."
Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."
Fordele: "Nothing, SAD were so incredibly cruel and nasty and even laughed at us after we got stranded in Copenhagen. 40 hours of traveling, 2 small children, and the sas ticket people laughed at us and refused to help us, even after we agreed to pay THREE TIMES our original fair."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "We had to leave the airplane and board another one due to technical issues. This is the second time that that happens to me with SAS."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Fordele: "- Seats are fairly comfy (as much as one can hope for an economy seat) - Excellent meals. I'm impressed that I'm getting things like ganache and cold-pressed juice in airline snacks!"

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."
Ulemper: "Handling of delay: - Massive delays and time wasted with individual case handling at the transfer centre in CPH when a more efficient group/bulk handling of passengers on the same flight with similar cases would make more sense. Handling of baggage during the delay. Un-necessary additional delays with baggage handling due to poor management."

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "Although it was entirely SAS's fault that I missed my connection in CPH, they refused to reroute me on another carrier. They routed me on another SAS flight to ORD, and from there back to BOS. Hence my arrival was delayed from 3.20 PM to 12.130 AM after midnight."

Fordele: "The attendant made sure we got checked in and on the flight even though there could have easily been a hang up that prevented us from getting on the flight. It was pretty empty so we got a full row again for all our baby stuff. Very nice"
Fordele: "The standout moment for me was how the crew treated my son who realized, as the door was closing, that he had forgotten his bag with all his schoolbooks. They were very kind and responsive and helped him find the bag with no fuss and without making him feel bad."
Fordele: "Flight was on-time, fast, efficient boarding, on-time arrival."
Ulemper: "SAS is really running down quality of service. An old bird that was showing its age and interior wear. No in-flight entertainment options. Food / beverage options are not on par with expectations or other airlines. Only no-cost drink options are coffee or tea. Juice, soda, water - all for a fee. Snacks available for sale include potato chips and nuts. It's 2017 folks - up your game!"

Fordele: "ingen bagage drop før SAS bemander indcheckningsskrankern to timer før take off. Vi var flere som hang timevis i hallen m indcheckning. Heldigt at der ikke var forsinkelse!"
Fordele: "Flight was perfect, but..."
Ulemper: "I prefer to fly with SAS or Staralliance, so I was happy to by this ticket, but when booked it never said it didn´t include luggage. I was then billed at the airport and can exspect the same leaving Nice. I will make a claim because I consider this a fraud. You could at least have mentioned this on the booking before payment, so I could have made my booking elsewhere."

Fordele: "SAS har fundet ud af at man kan boarde bagfra også - men det har SAS' kunder ikke helt fundet ud af så der var lidt kaos med folk der ville hver sin vej i de smalle gange med der "medbring kun én taske""
Ulemper: "Når man laver en billet hvor der kun må medbringes én taske i kabinen, så medbringer folk STORE kabinekufferter. SAS burde håndhæve størrelsen på kabinekufferterne da der næsten kom rejsekufferter ombord - så boarding tog lang tid. Og så var det besynderligt at sidde ombord i flyveren og få en SMS der der fortalte at flyveren var aflyst - at man kunne få billetten refunderet da det var begrænset med mulighed for ombookning - og så måtte man selv som om man kunne finde en alternativ rute hjem. Har SAS nu også smidt ansvaret for sine passagerer - sammen med billige billetter? Flyveren fløg dog - og der var en SMS der afkræftede den første da vi landede i København... en besynderlig tur hjem fra Dublin, det var det!"

Fordele: "Det er jo en af SAS' succesruter med masser af passagerer - besætningen var dejligt positive, men er fanget i firmaets strategi om at give maks. minimal service, hvis ikke man har købt en Fleksbillet. Kan i skrivende stund ikke komme i tanke om andre firmaer end SAS der har skåret så meget ind til benet med hensyn til plain servering."
Ulemper: "Som sådan ikke noget - kender jo SAS og mit temperament har lagt sig i forhold til fordums urentable storhed, hvor det var flyve SAS var noget man virkelig så frem til som en unik oplevelse."
Ulemper: "The gate for boarding was not open till it was time to board. I do not know why they could not have us sit in the boarding area, we were standing for a long time."

Ulemper: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"
Ulemper: "I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!"

Ulemper: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."
Ulemper: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Ulemper: "Maden var ringere end almindeligvis. Jeg finder det er mærkværdigt at man får servering og så når den nærmest er indtaget, så først kommer brød. Savner engelske tekster på engelske film, det er svært at høre al tale på filmen, både på grund af støj fra flyet og kvaliteten af øre telefonerne"

Ulemper: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
Ulemper: "No offer of snack with no egg in it."
Fordele: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Ulemper: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"
Fordele: "The crew and flight was faultless"
Ulemper: "We were not advised of a flight number change or checking in location change. This could have resulted in us missing our flight."
Ulemper: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."
Ulemper: "Movies were dated. Crew spoke limited and broken English, not good enough for international flights."
Ulemper: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."
Fordele: "Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly."
Fordele: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."
Ulemper: "Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights."
Fordele: "Boarding & crew (inc ground staff & check-in) all good."
Ulemper: "Food not great - not all menu options available. Limited choice of drinks. Very small, low-resolution, seat-back screens with a luggish & outdated interface. Limited choice of movies."
Fordele: "Whenever I travel air France I get a reminder of what customer service looks like on a flight. Incredible crew, great experience"

Ulemper: "Cramped, no cabin bag space, late departure with no communication and lost checked luggage. Not a great Air France experience."
Fordele: "Flight was only 50% full. Room to spread out."

Ulemper: "The flight arrived late with no clear explanation as to why. Then there was no EU queue at immigration, so more time wasted."
Fordele: "Happy crew, efficient. Friendly. Everything on time or early 5*. Appreciated no fuss of hand luggage size and weight (as on others) Keep up the good work!"
Ulemper: "All perfect, none"
Fordele: "Everything was efficient and punctual. Crew were friendly."
Ulemper: "Like all Norwegian flights, no free water or drinks or snack on the flight. No pillow provided. In short, there is no free service of any kind."
Fordele: "Nothing was good."
Ulemper: "Plane was. Hanged. I had booked a business class seat and plane had NO PREMIUM / BUSINESS CABIN. I got an economy seat AT 70-80% if business seat cost and also was forced to pay for my bag to be checked at checkin - even tho the ticket I booked had 2 BAGS INCLUDED IN FARE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE."
Fordele: "Boarding was super easy - but then I did pay extra for Priority."
Ulemper: "If you don't order food in advance, there's only the snack menu available, which is very limited and poor quality. Also, the cabin staff basically ignore you, while offering a range of goodies, at different times, to those who did order in advance."
Ulemper: "Our flight from VCE to CDG was delayed 30 minutes and the flight from CDG to FLL was early. We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience."

Ulemper: "Carry on luggage had to be put below AGAIN as there wasn’t room in overhead lockers. Then had to wait 25mins for luggage at carousel."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Ulemper: "If the crew could have made sure at boarding that passengers uses the right doors to enter the aircraft , that could have avoided passengers walking over each other"
Fordele: "Nice bright planes ! Crew was friendly! Boarded and deplaned from both front and back of plane which was quick"
Fordele: "Friendly staff as always, and more leg room than most budget carriers"
Ulemper: "They announced a 10 minute delay, which lasted for two hours without passengers getting any information, and had to take the bus a long way as the plane had somehow ended up at the other side of the airport. Then once boarded, we sat on the tarmac for at least 30 minutes."
Fordele: "The flight was on time"
Fordele: "Really pleased they fly to Austin,Texas direct from London. They give a very cost effective alternative to BA. We upgraded to Premium for a reasonable fee. We liked the masses of leg room but on a night flight it is impossible for the middle/window passenger to escape as all seats are back with footrests extended. The cabin crew were very good. The plane was new and very clean. Roast beef salad for breakfast was tasty if unusual."
Ulemper: "Low cost premium is rare, and some cost cutting is understandable. That said....Premium seats weren’t that comfortable. I’m not too tall (6 feet) but they didn’t support my back well. There was no music entertainment so ensure you bring your own. There is plenty of power. The film selection is the same in both directions and pretty limited. Not a problem if you are sleeping though. Note: When upgraded you don’t seem to get all your prepaid extras refunded and we couldn’t choose our seats in Premium. There is no business lounge in Austin. (There was in Gatwick). The Norwegian app never linked to my reservation automatically. Some synchronisation work required there. Unlike other premium flights the drinks service was pretty limited. I didn’t enjoy eating out of a cardboard box, but the food was tasty."

Fordele: "New Boeing Dreamliner plane was very comfortable. We successfully bid for an upgrade which was of course spacious. Most food and drink was complimentary."
Ulemper: "The movie selection was limited. If there was on board music I couldn’t find it. There are usb and power points so you can bring your own though. It was awkward to eat out of the meal boxes with little plastic cutlery."
Fordele: "Excellent value flight to Seattle. Very helpful at check in. Brilliant plane."
Ulemper: "We choose not to pre-book seats or order meals as we felt both were expensive options."
Fordele: "Nice and ckean airplane. Smooth travel"
Ulemper: "We didn't know our 11 hour flight didn't have food. And then when we try to order food, on the menu it's all just sandwiches. There's no option for hot food."
Fordele: "Fact that I eventually made it home a day later"
Ulemper: "The airline company and if I can avoid it in the future, I will not take this airline again!"
Fordele: "Plane was clean and modern with tv for every seat"
Ulemper: "Meal was not included in an 8 hour international flight. Even a water or snack was a price."

Fordele: "I recieved emails informing me of possible disruption to travel to and from airport ie road congestion & weather conditions and recommendations to avoid delays which I thought was a very helpful service."
Ulemper: "We didn't pre order food but understood snacks could be ordered during flight. The sandwiches had all sold soon after we departed New York. We were lucky enough to buy the last fruit salad. We had nothing else to eat for the entire journey. We booked hand luggage only. Obtaining a boarding pass electronically for myself and my partner was impossible. On the fourth attempt I booked myself in individually and was successfully. I then booked in my partner successfully.We tried to go through departures armed with our boarding pass but we're refused entry. We were redirected back to Norwegian main check in to obtain a happy face stamp on our boarding pass which is obtained after the weight of the luggage has been checked. Unfortunately this means that instead of going straight through departures with hand luggage only we had to go to the main Check in anyway. I agree with checking weight of hand luggage but the process could be improved greatly."
Fordele: "Modern newish plane & generally a good flight with minimal air disturbance"
Ulemper: "Over an hour delay before taking off although we landed only 35 minutes late. Would have thought some free drinks might have been served given length of the flight even if it is a budget airline. Room between seats is a bit tight."
Fordele: "Economy Seats were comfortable"
Ulemper: "Information about system for ordering food was very problematic. I was not informed that I needed to order food 3 online days in advance. I tried to order it while checking in online because I realised only at that point that it was likely I would have to order in advance...I was charged but did not receive what I ordered. One crew member was nice, the others were not. When checking in at the airport the staff desk attendant was very rude. Too many hidden costs. Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."
Fordele: "The film selection was good."
Ulemper: "Delays with very little information. Cramped plane. Unprofessional staff. No free refreshments. Bad website and faulty app. A budget airline to be avoided."
Fordele: "Entertainment was good, nice planes."
Ulemper: "Not knowing about no food provided but had to buy and book meals 72 hours in advance, which I couldn't do, as it was last minute. No blankets or pillows were provided - had to buy a blanket. No headsets were available, which also had to be purchased, but received text notification to bring my own."
Fordele: "My seat was comfortable,bathrooms were clean."
Ulemper: "Some not all of the staff was a tad bit cooler in demanor than was needed. Too much movement by other passengers."
Fordele: "Crew was friendly"

Fordele: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours but it was quite well handled by the crew"
Ulemper: "Wheelchair was not boardedit first and was not brought to the gate on landing. We were not assigned seats near front until I complained North hot food available on flight Seats cramped"
Fordele: "Great leg room considering it's a short flight."
Ulemper: "Rude staff."
Fordele: "Norwegian is bare bones, but this flight on the Dreamliner is very comfortable. It ‘helped’ that the delay meant lots of people cancelled and there was a lot of spare space on board."
Ulemper: "It’s a long flight with no drinks... but with Norwegian you know what you sign up for! Water is $3. The 5 hour delay left something to be desired, but Norwegian texted me early so I knew not to head to the airport."
Fordele: "All in all a great flight both there and back. I'd recommend this airline without hesitation. I didn't have a single issue with them. Great plane with all the new gadgets etc, love that the windows could be dimmed for sleep/watching movies. Lots of leg room, bonus for me was that both flights I had nobody next to me so I was also able to lie down! Shopping system worked great, every time I ordered I received my food/drink within minutes. Boarding was carried out in number order and worked well as they give themselves loads of time. There was no backlog of passengers waiting for that one person (there is always one!) to arrange their overhead space perfectly!! Would definitely fly with them again."
Fordele: "Quick flight on which I was able to sleep most of the way and wake up at 6am in uk. Good entertainment offering that I didn't use. No food but worked well with my sleeping."
Ulemper: "Lack if food might not suit all and should be made mire obvious. I nearly missed it but once aware covered it very successfully."

Ulemper: "Arrived 4 hours delayed, and they always say due to weather to rid of any responsibilities. Flight had no food and had some insane safety warnings saying gathering in groups was not allowed. That's the most big brother thing I've heard in an airplane."

Fordele: "Dreamliner was a very good place to be for seven hours. As budget airlines go Norwegian are the best we've used, amazing value to cross the atlantic."

Was actually better as we had what we wanted and most importantly could eat/sleep when it suited us. Not offered any drink not even water but had our own. Nearly slipped up with baggage as did not purchase bags coming back as missed the point while booking. How many people book return flights and don't bring bags back? Should have been an 'are you sure' check."
Fordele: "Very good seats and a new plane for good value."
Ulemper: "Entertainment system didn't work, ordering system didn't work. When my kid got a black eye from the spring-loaded entertainment system they didn't even have a first aid kit on board with a cold compress--shocking."
Ulemper: "I was running late for my flight home to Dublin I had 40 minutes until the flight was due to take off. The guy on check in was extremely rude and sent me off in an awful panic to my gate. It was an emotional parting with my partner as I won't see him again for a few months and this very rude employee didn't help at all This was my second flight with Norwegian in the space of a few weeks and I could very well be a regular flyer as my partner is in Sweden for the foreseeable future. This guy gave an awful representation of your airline. People get delayed these things happen he wasnt one bit nice about it and I was very unhappy how I was treated"
Ulemper: "The fact that my husband and I were one of the first people to check in, four hours ahead of boarding, yet we were not even asked or told that we were being allotted seats in the row closest to the toilet- had we been told that at the time of checking in by the customer rep, we would have had the chance to request for a seat change as both of us were unable to sleep at all."
Ulemper: "6 hour delay and the worst customer service"
