Ulemper: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Fordele: Priority boarding was a plus for it allowed for me to travel with carry on only

Ulemper: Nothing. It was perfect for the service provided

Fordele: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Fordele: Very cheap prices. Everything is extra. Seating is cramped, but for a short flight it's doable. Lots of destinations and at various times.

Fordele: Seat had very little cushion.

Fordele: Not much

Ulemper: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.

Fordele: The crew was kind.

Ulemper: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Ulemper: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.

Ulemper: Was good flight overall, clean, friendly staff,

Fordele: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Ulemper: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Fordele: Bought a seat 3 hours before check in and had a row to myself

Ulemper: Excellent Ryanair flight. 75% full. Very friendly crew.

Fordele: No organisation at boarding. Allocated back seats.. Pokey

Fordele: The crew on this flight were excellent. Friendly and professional. Attentive and patient.

Ulemper: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food.

Ulemper: Internet speed is weak.

Fordele: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Ulemper: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Ulemper: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Ulemper: Please make an announcement to passengers to not be dismissive if their surroundings. Passenger in front of me was has no regard for people behind him. Kept throwing himself in seat aggressively which cause water/food on trail to fall over. Thanks

Ulemper: Time schedule Better customer services

Fordele: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Ulemper: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Ulemper: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel

Fordele: Staff was pleasant and helpful, it was a short flight but overall was very good

Ulemper: It was just enough, May be a magazine that tell you more about things to do in Cities you are flying to would help. Don’t compromise on information. All was great.

Ulemper: Flight not on Time Super hot temperature on board (almost unhealthy)

Fordele: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Ulemper: departure gate area was standing room only

Ulemper: Once again, they were late to depart and to arrive...

Ulemper: The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience

Fordele: How efficient, professional and pleasant the captain As well as cabin crew were.

Ulemper: Our luggage was lost and the flight was 1.5 hours late.

Fordele: The price is really the only positive thing I can say about this particular flight.

Ulemper: The seats were tight and dirty. There was no entertainment what so ever. None of the refreshments were complimentary including tea and coffee. The crew did not create an atmosphere of hospitality (lots of audible gossip in the back of the plane). Finally, and this may have not been avoidable, but the landing was so hard that many of the passengers, including myself, experienced neck and back pain afterwards.

Fordele: The seats were comfortable and boarding was easy. I thi k u should atleast give free cup of water or tea when its winter to your guests. Nothing more. I think its a bit mean not to aleast offer a free cup of tea or water.

Ulemper: Not being offered a free cup of aleast tea.

Fordele: Crewwere polite and competent. Seats felt a little cramped.

Ulemper: BA charges for everything even water.

Fordele: The agents and crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The boarding was timely, the crew was very friendly. The service was exceptional. The only issue was seating, too cramped. I am 5'11"and weigh 135. I was uncomfortable in my seat. My husband was uncomfortable in his seat. This made a 9 hour flight rough. The crew, food and entertainment were great, but the seating made me think twice about flying to Europe on British Airlines in the future.

Ulemper: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ulemper: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Fordele: Flight was 30 minutes faster than schedule

Ulemper: Info about snacks and duty free purchases on board.
