Fin behandling fik bedre værelse end bestilt
Fin utrolig venlig og smilende behandling. Receptionen hjalp med en coverter til min lap-top, morgenmad var perfekt. Stor overraskelse og vores hotel fremover i Frankfurt. Dette hotel fortjener stort skulderklap :- -
Close to rail station. Extremely cheap. No a/c! We could not sleep at all, it was simply too hot and uncomfortable. The bathroom comes with a squeegy to mop up after you shower. Although we knew about the red light location, we did not expect a man to be staring into our room from across the street. Not worth saving money to stay here.
Very nice appartment- Noise from street.
The room was clean and it was just good to have a roof over our heads The price paid was what I'd expect for a glamorous 5 star hotel and not a plain, clean apartment found at the top of a very dirty, old building in a very seedy neighbourhood. It was way overpriced for essentially a backpackers hostel.
Loved it! it was really awesome! i really want to go back! Nothing was bad! awesome personnel and if there was any trouble everyting was easy to fix. really welcomming and a great place to realx and just to get the hang of that you really are in germany
cheap, relaively clean. lift needs to b fixed not that you really care cause it's been out of order for ages. fix the lift. I know it's been out of order for ages.
220 Euro for 1 night in a room which has nothing similar to the picture shown in the website. The decoration cost of the room I stayed is less than 500 Euro.
The design is contemporary minimal, with walk-in power shower. Good breakfast for a good start of a busy day. The location is not to my liking, but they can't do anything. Bring ear plugs or you can get them from the reception/bar!
Nothing.Nichts.Nil Nada Extremely basic, more like a prison cell.unpainted plain concrete ceiling, small unwelcoming room, dirty, smelly shower area,no facilities in room,no towels or bed linen, had to go to reception and pay a deposit(refundable)to get bed linen and make your own bed and to top it all,in the middle of Frankfurts red light zone, constant noise from the street below until 6 in the morning
pool room downstairs was great. good value beers in the hotel too. staff were friendly & the place was secure, (which is key, as the location is doggy) would recommend for sure. although the location was fairly rough, drug addicts, prostitues etc, we never felt "unsafe".
The staff were very helpful and kind. The room we had, with the bathroom ensuite was perfect. The entryway is awful, makes it look like a sleay scary hotel. Don't know what you can do about that except rent space nearby to attach a decent lobby. The Five Squares (Four Squares) on the same block looks much more lovely, with a groundfloor cafe with wifi. It also advertises itself as a hostel. Frankly except for it being Frankfurt Book Fair week, the price was too high for the rest of the time: $180 euros for this is not a good value except during the Book Messe. See above for my critical comments. The lobby is the size of a bathroom and dirty. The street life which goes until dawn means one has to use earplugs. But despite all this, probably because we had one of the best rooms, our stay in the room was perfect for two single women.
Nothing Everything, the location is right in the red light area, Internet was not available as promised, attached bath was not there, as mentioned in my reservation, attempt to walk me away to another hotel, charged extra than mentioned in the booking.com page.
The friendly and helpful staff, the proximity to places of interest to me and transport links, and only a 10-minute walk to the Frankfurt Book Fair. The room was very basic and still felt like it was a room where people had been smoking in the past - presumably it's difficult to erase that unless you change carpets. I had three sinks in my room, but only one worked. However, the en suite bathroom was adequate with a good shower.
The location is ok. Near to train station comfortable for tourist.
The price was right, it was clean and very convenient to the railway station, the breakfast room on the eighth floor was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was a bit unfortunate (at the edge of the red light district). Also, the hotel seems in need of maintenance. There were three washbasins in the room but two didn't work, the elevator did not work on all floors, and the drapes in our room had come away at the top and didn't close.
The location was what I was looking for. The hotel needs to redo its bathrooms.
the remote control for the TV did not work. The receptionist told me it was not his responsibility to take care of remote controls although he did help me eventually. There was a smell coming from the toilet (which was eventually fixed). The hotel is not in the good area of the town.
The location is horrible with strip joints all around and drug dealings going on outside the door. I was there 2 nights and saw three fights and women urinating the the street
The guys at the reception, they did their best under the circumstances. Phone in room did not work. Remote control did not work. There was no air-conditioner.
noone dirty, unconfortable...never again
