Indrejserestriktioner
Tyrkiet har nu ophævet størstedelen af sine COVID-19-rejserestriktioner, men rejsende, der ikke er tyrkiske statsborgere eller statsborgere, må ikke rejse ind i Tyrkiet, hvis de ankommer fra Afghanistan eller Bangladesh. Tyrkiet har suspenderet indrejse for rejsende fra Storbritannien, Danmark, Holland, Brasilien og Sydafrika. I øjeblikket er det kun britiske statsborgere med opholdstilladelse i Tyrkiet, der har adgang til Tyrkiet.
Indrejsekrav
Rejsende skal være i besiddelse af en gyldig og negativ COVID-19 test udstedt inden for 72 timer før afgang. Uden dette certifikat vil rejsende blive nægtet ombordstigning. Rejsende skal udfylde en formular til lokalisering af passagerer før de ankommer til Tyrkiet.
Karantænekrav
Samtlige rejsende, der har besøgt Brasilien, Danmark,Storbritannien eller Sydafrika skal gennemgå en PCR-test for COVID-19 ved ankomsten. Rejsende vil derefter blive bedt om at isolere sig selv i 7 dage fra den dato, de forlod Storbritannien. På dag 7 vil de blive underkastet en yderligere PCR-test. Hvis testen er negativ, vil karantænen blive ophævet. Rejsende i karantæne får en obligatorisk PCR-test på dag 10 i deres karantæne. Hvis resultatet er negativt, slutter karantæneperioden.

Ulemper: "Getting on and off the plane took some time, but doesn't it always? Economy class was slightly more comfortable than many other airlines, but nothing to write home about. Qatar Airways really shone in the food, the service (both onboard and off) and the entertainment. Good experience."

Fordele: "It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Fordele: "The plane had everything I could want."
Ulemper: "Unfortunately, the plane was late, prompting me to miss my connecting flight. These things happen, I understand, but most upsetting was the fact that Qatar Airways provided very little information to those of us missing our flights. While on the plane, when those of us with short layovers mentioned that we may be late, we were told "you'll be fine - they hold the planes for a bit." When we deboarded the plane from New York, we ere wrangled into groups depending on our destinations. Many of us assumed that we were going to be taken to our next flights as we had been told they would be waiting for us. The airline rep in charge of my group refused to tell us any information, however, only admitting after we got confrontational with her that we had missed our flights. She then offered no information about what would happen to us, telling us we'd find out when we got to the rebooking counter. Very unprofessional. I was told that I would have to wait for another 24 hours for the next flight, necessitating that I would spend the night in Qatar. I was put up in a hotel that was decent, but again that offered very little in terms of customer service. We were given an $80 meal allowance, but despite me not using it, I was nickeled and dimed in other aspects to where I ended up paying $20 to help reschedule a flight that I had missed in my destination country. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and mostly due to poor communication and very cold, almost robotic interactions with the QA staff on the ground in Doha."

Ulemper: "The seats are awful, especially on the 7 hour flight from Doha to Barcelona. Very narrow, marginal recline. Also the flight was very hot, my watch thermometer said 33° at one point"

Ulemper: "I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

Fordele: "Checkin was really quick, needed to have some facilities for the passengers who have more than 8hrs layover."
Ulemper: "The crew was not efficient or always looking for shortcut. The specific person assigned never recommended or gave any information about the amenities available rather was waiting to be asked uneasily and was not polite at all. Need to be trained more effectively for such a 5 star airlines."

Fordele: "The seating, crew members, and entertainment was really good."
Ulemper: "I was given two options to choose from for brunch which were scrambled egg with sausage and paratha. Upon asking for paratha I was told that they ran out of Paratha. This happened very first time with me. Even though the crew provided me with excellent service I was surprised to hear the Qatar Airways could run out of food?"
Fordele: "One of the best flights in the past 5 years! 5 gold star service!"
Ulemper: "Wonderful friendly and helpful crew and check in staff. Excellent food and service. On time departure and arrival. Help with bags during the check in process."

Ulemper: "baggage process could have been better, i was made to remove stuff just because was 1-2 lbs overweight in my baggage. Never had this issue with other airlines (especially when its only matter of 1-2 lbs.)"
Fordele: "Quick boarding, semi- spacious seats, decent snack food"
Ulemper: "Not much to dislike, but I still will NEVER fly Qatar again."
Ulemper: "I had booked the Amaya lounge for the 3,5 hours stop over. It cost $50+ and was so not worth it! Bad food and uncomfortable chairs plus it was really crowded! Next time I'll just go to a cafe! No seats at the gate when I got there. Slooow boarding!"
Fordele: "Flight was on time. Crew was friendly and attentive to passengers (I give them 4.5 stars). The seats are comfortable. The plane was clean."
Ulemper: "My 18 year old daughter (turned 18 on December 20, 2016) was singled out, searched extensively bodily and her bag, for no reason what-so-ever. It was a traumatizing experience for her... needless to say, nothing was found and no explanation was given. The seats recline too far back so that the person behind cannot enjoy what they are watching. The crew has to keep asking the passengers in front to pull their chairs up slightly."

Fordele: "13+ hour flight is never an "excellent" experienced but QA does its best. Great cabin service. Decent legroom. Food is good but not *quite* up to the standards of some competitors. Doha airport is great. Modern, convenient and clean."
Ulemper: "We normally fly business class, but this was a quick side trip so we settled for economy."

Ulemper: "Movies are the same since last six months. Business class place to keep the feet is too narrow when its flat bed. No space."

Fordele: "The entire experience from booking, to checking-in, to the actual experience on board the flight were so smooth, I thought it was too good to be true. Turbulence usually makes me nervous, but I barely felt it on this flight. Finally and most importantly, on such a long-haul flight, the entertainment options were amazing,"
Ulemper: "The food and the Duty Free shopping selection could improve a little bit."
