Ulemper: Flight overbooked, I got my seat at the very last moment
Ulemper: Calling passengers in order of seating arrangements, which in my opionion would avoid people blocking the aisle and speed up boarding.

Ulemper: Staff were welcoming and friendly, very informative; their service could not be faulted. The cabin was clean and tidy.
Ulemper: Sat on the plane for 20 mins waiting on a bus to the terminal.

Ulemper: the queuing to have your bags scanned as you board your flight was confusing as there were 3 queues in the same space for flights leaving within 10 minutes of each other. Not a big deal, but someone explaining which queue to those at the back would have been helpful
Ulemper: Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!

Ulemper: The seats are not confortable at all.
Ulemper: The aircraft was not full. Passengers were staggered, but not staggered enough. People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs
Fordele: Crew worked hard to get us off the ground as the flight was late arriving - so the turnaround was fast paced.
Ulemper: Queue to board was ridiculous. Granted the flight was delayed but the communication with the passengers and the ground crew at the gate was pathetic.
Fordele: The crew on the airport in London were nice by helping me with extra luggage.
Ulemper: There could be some more seats in your terminal London Gatwick. Where I was sitting while waiting it was not very pleasant and it was cold.
Ulemper: Everything. We waited an hour in the plane to take off and another hour when we landed to exit the plane. And then our luggage never arrived
Fordele: Enough leg room to extend legs under the seat in front. Orderly exit row by row instead of a scrum. Having a window seat usually means you are last to get off!
Ulemper: Flight could’ve arrived on time.
Fordele: Crew was lovely, patient with all us skiers returning from the slopes. The food was EXCELLENT- for airline food. And I was in economy.
Ulemper: The Entertainment tech was not smooth, had difficulty getting it to function and likely annoyed the person in front of me with all my tapping.

Ulemper: The woman at the "Groups" check in area on 4/20 Saturday morning had the personality of a cactus needle. She was condescending and sent us on a wild goose chase to pay for our bags. Why didn't she just send us to that area in the first place to take care of the check in process at the same place?
Fordele: Very friendly crew, great seats in economy with lots of legroom.
Fordele: Amazing crew. Took care of people in every possible way and were concerned about their comfort. The food and drinks were above and beyond. Other airline CEO’s should fly Lufthansa and find out what they need to do to impress their customers. side pockets beneath the windows are great to have.
Ulemper: The only thing I can say is the seating on a long flight needs a little more room. When the person in front lets their seat back it gets to be a little cramped.
Ulemper: No proper wheel chair assistant and made passenger miss the flight. Airlines have to take extra steps to make wheel chair passengers to reach the gate safely and on time.
Fordele: Horrible seating, boarding was a mess, not sure what flight to get on!!

Ulemper: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.
Fordele: The crew was amazing and the food was great.
Ulemper: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.

Fordele: Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight.
Ulemper: I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport.

Fordele: The crew was excellent.My only complaint was as we were sitting in row 54 the crew made too much noise during sleeping time.Other than that they were very helpful and very nice.It was our first time flying Iberia.It was very enjoyable.I will be happy to recommend bthem.

Ulemper: Having boarded on time, seemed to take ages taxiing around before lift off, hence delayed start and late arrival on an already late evening flight.
Ulemper: We were delayed an hour which would not have been so bad on a daytime flight but meant we did not arrive home until 3.30am

Ulemper: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!
Ulemper: The HVAC system was apparently defective and passengers in the mid-section of the plane, myself included, were bundled up in winter jackets and blankets.
Ulemper: Missed flight. Misplaced checked bag. Filed complaint with Swiss.
Fordele: This new c-series was fantastic, what a nice aircraft!...feels very airy, clean & modern! Wow! Thumbs up! Looking to fly again on this plane.
