Fordele: The crew didn't give me headache for practicing my religious duties to do my prayers in the galley, as has become a new practice in some class airlines recently.
Ulemper: The seats don't recline. I'd preffered that they would do.
Ulemper: They could offer a bottle of water for the people who payed the extra fee for the sitting in front
Fordele: Quick boarding and landed earlier than scheduled.
Ulemper: The air-con was too cold. The seats don't allow you to sleep as there's no where to rest your head against.
Ulemper: There is literally no way to contact this company, even with the pandemic going on, to cancel this flight. I tried so many times and different ways.
Ulemper: Not cancelling this flight and 5 other flights.
Fordele: Flight crew, especially the lead pursuer is very good and demonstrated a professional and courteous attitude
Ulemper: seats don't recline, no entertainment system
Ulemper: Easyjet does not offer corona rebooking - bad!
Ulemper: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!
Fordele: On time, smooth and professional
Ulemper: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)
Ulemper: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.
Ulemper: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.
Fordele: Price. Efficiency
Ulemper: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress
Fordele: Competent crew
Ulemper: Very late
Ulemper: Terrible boarding after 2 hours.
Fordele: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.
Ulemper: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.
Ulemper: Was good flight overall, clean, friendly staff,
Ulemper: The attitude of ground staff
Fordele: It was very quick and arrived ahead of time.
Ulemper: Flight not on Time
Super hot temperature on board (almost unhealthy)
Fordele: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.
Ulemper: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.
Fordele: I was given trouble when boarding the flight
Ulemper: Better customer service
Fordele: That we got home
Ulemper: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late
Ulemper: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose.
I missed the flight and didn’t travel
Ulemper: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue
Fordele: Great crew and comfortable seat
Ulemper: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!
Fordele: nothing to like about this flight
Ulemper: just try to be on time, for once.
Fordele: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine
Ulemper: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar
Fordele: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...
Ulemper: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..
Fordele: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.
Ulemper: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Ulemper: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Fordele: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.
Ulemper: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.
Fordele: Flight was pretty smooth

Ulemper: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.
Fordele: Staff ok

Fordele: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*
Ulemper: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.
Ulemper: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold
Fordele: The seat was comfortable.
Ulemper: We were delayed for nearly an hour.
Ulemper: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.
Fordele: Everything went smoothly.
Fordele: Crew was very nice and the plane was comfortable
Ulemper: There were no outlets nor entertainment, and boarding was a little long
Fordele: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.
Ulemper: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.
Ulemper: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all
Fordele: On time, clean on the plane.
Ulemper: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.
Ulemper: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.
Fordele: Crew amazing, seats poor

Fordele: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!
Fordele: Standard seat. Crew engaging and entertaining without compromising safety or comfort
Ulemper: Everything optimal
Fordele: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall.
The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane.
Landing was horrible.
Ulemper: Everything should've been planned better.
