It was excellent. Great airline. Very attentive staff. Seats are a little tight, but it is the world we live in now. Unless you get lucky and get the bulk head seats or are wealthy enough for first class it is cramped. Overall an excellent experience.

Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in."

Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

Ulemper: "My seat had been given to someone else also, and they boarded before me, so I had no seat for some time. I was told to stand in the back, which I did for a long time. Eventually I sat down on the edge of a place and a stewardess snapped at me. I've had back surgery recently, so all of this was very difficult. Finally given a seat. No internet--big drawback on overseas flights. On our trip there, one bathroom was a mess, plus out of toilet paper. Told the stewardess, and they closed it for a while--took some time for it to be attended to. The entertainment choices are VERY slim--don't know why a more extensive list of choices could not be made available."
Ulemper: "On my return journey I was told at check in that there were delays that would mean missing my onward journey from Zurich. I was then rerouted through Istanbul with the promise that I would be well compensated for my troubles. I was told that I would receive a certain amount for every hour I was delayed from my original arrival at end destination. Well I arrived 8 or more hours after I had originally expected (and the reason I booked with Swiss Air was because of the timing and the apparent luxury of the flight). Once I got back home and tried to pursue this amazing compensation I received some of the worst customer service ever and received 0 compensation for the experience. Very disappointed and will never fly swiss airlines again."
Ulemper: "The crew at the check-in was rude, confused, and ignorant, and flight attendants were forgetful and ignorant."

Ulemper: "The seats are too close to each other. The couple in front of use reclined the entire flight and they were nearly in our laps. We could not get in and out of our seats to stretch. The flight attendant needed to ask them to sit up during meals so that we could eat."

Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Upon arriving to Frankfurt airport (gate Z) from Boston, i had an hour to make it to gate A including passport control. Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."
Ulemper: "The cabin crew ignored my repeated calls for service. I willing gave up my seat so a couple could sit together with their kid and sat behind my wife and kids to be nice. They than reclined the seat back and my seat was broken do I asked them to put the seat forward and they ignored me. I informed the cabin crew that they weren't being considerate after all I gave up my seat to them. The cabin crew told me I could leave my 4 yest old and 3 year old alone and move to a new seat."

Fordele: "We paid extra $200 round-trip so that my 6’4” tall husband and 6’2” son could have extra legroom. There was at least an extra foot of space between the end of their knees and the reclined seats in front of them. Wow. It was worth it! We had the aisle behind business class, and with only 3 middle seats vs 4, even our aisles were comfortably wide. The seat comfort has improved greatly from past flights on Lufthansa. The small pillows at each seat were comfy. We liked that the silverware was actually metal instead of plastic - nice! Loved loved loved the free good quality alcohol! Air temperature felt comfortable to us doing the entire flight – normally these flights are freezing cold."

Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Also by fortunate luck I had the chance to sleep as the next three seats to me were all empty in the middle block, which made the whole trip less exhaustive."
Ulemper: "If the seats next to me weren't empty and I couldn't lay down across all of them it would have been a difficult flight as the economy seats are not even close with economy comfort levels of other international airlines like Turkish Airlines especially the seat pitch size. Entertainment choices could be improved by more recent movies. There were very few selection."

Ulemper: "when we first boarded and went to use the restroom before the flight departed, the floor was sticky and smelled strongly of urine. had they even cleaned it on the turnaround? doubtul. several other toilets also smelled like urine early in the flght. the touch-screen on the entertainment interface is not very user friendly and was kind of frustrating."

Irritererende forsinkelser og ventetid i lufthavn og flyver

I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.

It had a good range of movies but the flight map was broken at my seat. I tried both online and by calling to request a menu and the wait to speak with someone was 45 minutes, and there was nothing on line that allowed me to choose a meal option. The plane was small and all seats were taken. After the meal there were incredibly long lines for only two toilets. Finally, SAS lost our luggage, which can of course happen, but there were more than 50 people waiting around at the carousel and nobody from SAS came to tell us the truth. Finally news trickled back to us by word of mouth and when we got to the SAS baggage consigne, there was only one SAS woman working there and she refused even when asked to announce to us what had happened so we would have some idea. Instead she told someone who told someone else and again by word of mouth we found forms to fill out about who we were and where we were staying. I stood in line for 45 minutes and only then would she explain the luggage had been left in Copenhagen but would arrive that night or the next day--something she could easily have shared with the group instead of leaving everybody in the dark. And at no time did another SAS official or staff member come to help all of us standing there, some of the group waiting with no news for 2 hours when the SAS lady knew full well what had happened. It is shameful. Will never fly SAS again.

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "1) I had an empty bottle and asked for water for multiple medications (as I had sprained my foot) thinking the stewardess had a jug of water. She opened a bottle and poured a fifth . I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

Return flight delayed by 45 minutes. Outbound flight was delayed by 1 hour. Initial excuse was the Cabin Crew hasn’t arrived. Get on the plane and the reason was a technical issue and they had to switch planes. If EasyJet is going to constantly be delayed for boarding and flight times, I’m going to rather fly with someone else. Not worth the inconvenience.

Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back."

Ulemper: "I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service"

They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."

Fordele: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"

Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "The only complaint would be the journey to Krakow, that was a bit scary dew to the fog and low cloud, the pilot had to abort the first landing and circle for over an hour. But that was out with his control."

Ulemper: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Fordele: "The flight itself was ok. Good landing by the pilot in stormy conditions. Thank you!"
Ulemper: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Ulemper: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"

Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
