Ulemper: "Overall, I am disappointed in Kayak for listing my round trip flight as KLM, when in actuality, only one short connection of this flight was actually KLM. My itinerary said KLM all over it, but in the fine print it said "operated by Delta." This is dishonest and misleading."

Fordele: "There was one stewardess that really made the trip feel less "restricted" in the way she would greet, talk, serve, and just being what I always experienced good international flight staff to be. I wish I was able to get her name so I can praise the airlines for hiring such a great staff like her."

Fordele: "The crew and food were excellent. A little more space between seats would be appreciated. The entertainment equipment was not intuitive or easy to operate. I still feel the airline did a great job getting us to London on-time and a pleasant flight."

Ulemper: "I had to be rebooked on a later flight due to weather in London; this was obviously not the airline's fault. Because I took a later flight I missed my connection in London."

Fordele: "The flight crew from the mel to lax route were excellent. One was especially attentive to my 2 toddlers and gave me a bit of a break, something that has NEVER happened in over 40 flights traveling with children."
Ulemper: "I think something was broken in our section (mel to lax) as it was uncomfortably hot and the flight crew tried to get it cooler but could not. I’ve never experienced a flight that was too hot, usually the opposite. It was stifling."

Fordele: "Crew was very nice helpful and attentionate Entertainment had plenty of variety maybe not so many new movies but enough to find one you have not seen or classic you could watch again Food was good"

Fordele: "Good notification re a 30 Minute delay. Obtaining board passes was a breeze and love where I can save the passes to my wallet on my mobile device. Flight crews were helpful, cheerful and professional."
Ulemper: "With seats being so tight causing an issue when getting in and out of seats."

Fordele: "Choice of movies was good, but told the flight over was better. I flew another airline. Had no issue checking one bag in for free, but I think that is standard on an international flight."
Ulemper: "Entertainment systems take up foot/bag space underneath the seats. Was not able to get more than one glass of wine, even though I missed the first beverage service, that is my fault though, but I don't recall it being an issue getting a drink between services. Entertainment systems had contrast issues and it seemed like a lot of people 8 - 10 had issues since they were using iPads instead of the built in monitors. A lot of wear showing on the entertainment systems remotes."

Ulemper: "the child got the same food as us due i did not make clear i need a child food, now i am asking : is not clear that in that seat is a child of 4 years old ?"

Fordele: "I wish I knew the name of the crew on this flight so that credit is given where it's due. A female steward was incredibly kind to me. She allowed me space to cry in the back of the aircraft, and also gave me her personal tissues. Her care is the only reason I'd give this flight an 'okay.'"
Ulemper: "Unlike the incredibly kind woman, another woman on the crew was incredibly rude to me and to other passengers on the plane. She was very obviously annoyed with nearly everything on that flight. The restrooms were beyond disgusting. I have never flown on a flight with a restroom that awful; it smelled horrible and was filthy. It was reminiscent of a portable outhouse, no exaggeration. The pillow on my seat had makeup on it."

Ulemper: "Food decent, but not enough fluids offered during flight . Was very dehydrated by end."

Fordele: "Audrey agent at the counter at Heathrow was amazing assisted me in getting my bags located and transfer from air malta to vigin"

Ulemper: "After we boarded and were already sitting in our sits the stewardess came and removed our bags from the overhead compartment for another person with a larger bag! We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Ulemper: "They cancelled my flight. I never flew home. I missed my little Sister's graduation. :o("

Ulemper: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

Ulemper: "Vi skulle fra Aalborg til Austin TX. Først blev vores fly fra Amsterdam til Atlanta cancelled. Vi blev ombooket via Detroit. Men så var flyet til Detroit forsinket, og køen i immigration var så lang at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at nå flyet til Austin. Nu sidder vi så og venter på det næste fly til Austin, og er meget trætte. 2 ombookninger på samme rejse - det har jeg dog alligevel aldrig oplevet før!!!"

Fordele: "Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the flight landed 10 min. early! Can't ask for more!"

Ulemper: "lack of carry on luggage space. very tight. gate agents did not care about the customers. I had to stick my bag under the seat and only half would fit so my feet did not fit with my bag. it was a back pack. I do not prefer checking luggage since I've had so many bad experiences."

Ulemper: "Sitting as they had to fix a broken plane. Missing my connecting flight and getting in late."

Fordele: "Small plane. Very good service. Did not suffer through the crazy multi level boarding calls that some airlines have. No super secret airline clubs that board first. Flying into the Marine terminal is the best part of the trip."
Ulemper: "The wifi didn't seem to work at all on the plane."

Fordele: "An excellent flight"

Ulemper: "Delayed 2 hours. Pilot said we were about to take off, sat in plane for another hour before we even moved."

Fordele: "Flight/seat, legroom uncomfortable. Idiot sitting next to me also had music loud and didn't turn it down when I asked. This was during taxing to take off. I was going to bring it to the attention of the crew after seatbelt sign was turned off, but once the flight was in the air, the noise of the plane/flight was so deafening that I could hear the music anymore, and neither would the crew if I had bought it to their attention."

Ulemper: "Being delayed 3 hrs so not getting my baby to bed until 10pm"

Fordele: "Son got to see the cockpit after the flight."

Ulemper: "Flight did not leave on time. Weather conditions were not a factor."

Ulemper: "They lost my duffle bag, and when they found it, my bag was in a whole different state, and once I finally received my duffle bag my items were wet and damaged."

Fordele: "That the flight ran on time"
Ulemper: "Everything is an added charge. No food option. No TVs. No friendliness. We were consistently inconvenienced as the flight attendant was seated next to us and interrupted us consistently with no apologies."

Fordele: "the staff and the drinks options, but that is normal for me, I always like the drinks."
Ulemper: "The seating, for some reason I kept being placed by the emergency exits, but it's okay, we didn't have to use it."

Fordele: "I liked the seating pace most of all for me being 6'7""
Ulemper: "I didn't like the eight dollars and change for Internet for a two hour flight. Really that rate should be based on the duration of the flight. That's fair."

Fordele: "Timing for connecting flights was very good, no missed connections, no long waiting times."
Ulemper: "On one of my flights I could not pick my seat.. .it was assign to me, at the gate."

Fordele: "Because of our delayed flight, which made us miss our flight departure at our layover location, we were upgraded to Comfort+. I'm happy that it was recognized that we were going to be delayed 2 hours to our destination, and were given a more comfortable flight because of it."
Ulemper: "Delayed flight which caused us to miss layover flight. Delta was quick to fix the issue and upgraded our seating to Comfort+. Time lost for vacation was my only issue."

Fordele: "Cockpit kept us informed regarding minor maintenance delay."
Ulemper: "Was charged twice for one beverage. Also a receipt was not offered so this makes me think the flight attendant knew about the mistake but didn't want to address the error."

Ulemper: "The passenger in front of me reclined for the entire airborne portion of the flight. I had her seat back in my chest all evening. The darkened cabin was pitch black. Disappearing flight attendant. Broken rear bathroom. Dirty Plane"

Fordele: "LaGuardia is terrible. We sat on the ground at the gate for 35 minutes after boarding because (according to captain) the ground control was not allowing plans to move. then there was a 30 minute delay for take off because of the traffic jam. If LaGuardia can't handle the traffic you should direct your clients elsewhere."

Fordele: "I was assigned exit row so I had extra leg room. Flight attendants were very nice and helpful."

Fordele: "The flight was great and it was 30 minutes early ! What airline actually arrives early anymore ?"

Fordele: "Seats were comfortable and sizable!"
Ulemper: "I was seated next to an oversize woman which whom I had to share my seat with, literally speaking."

Fordele: "The service was great, I appreciated the on flight snacks and coffee, there was actually enough space to be comfortable, the plane felt relatively new and updated, customer service over the phone was helpful (in trying to book a different flight), and I'm overall impressed with the flight."
Ulemper: "There was a three hour delay for my flight because of equipment issues and then the delayed Delta flight I got on standby for (as number two) was oversold. Felt like Delta was a little disorganized with this aspect."

Ulemper: "We delplaned out on the tarmac and we're bussed to the terminal. Plane boarded very late with no explanation. Plane from n.y. to GSP was delayed multiple times. Again we deplaned on the ground and had to walk up a lot of stairs (difficult for a couple of elderly people). I will never fly delta again."

Ulemper: "Booked my flight 2 weeks in advance, purchased travel insurance in case of emergency. A family member, the person I shared custody of a child with died of liver cancer, and Delta and the insurance company refused to honor my request for refund or reschedule."

Ulemper: "Delta used a word "delayed" for canceling a flight. This is deceiving! Not to mention an out an hour delay and the reasons could have been easily prevented; maintenances."

Ulemper: "Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in."

Ulemper: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Fordele: "Decent seat size. Sorta slept the whole flight."

Fordele: "The last two times we connected in Amsterdam to Humberside our luggage was delayed. This time it wasn’t. The simple things give the greatest satisfaction"

Ulemper: "Flight was not on time and got to destination very very late pier management of aircrafts"

Fordele: "Ground staff at Manchester very helpful"
Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Ulemper: "Two hours delay in the start."

Fordele: "I was pleasantly surprised they had a snack service on such a short flight. The flight attendants were very friendly"
Ulemper: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Fordele: "Crew was friendly..business class seat was very comfortable and seemed wider than most Nice power outlets great entertainment system"
Ulemper: "Row 6 in business is after the first 5 rows and Galley and restroom. Very awkward"

Fordele: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Ulemper: "Nothing."

Fordele: "great choice of entertainment content, friendly crew"

Fordele: "It was a short flight so it was O.K."
Ulemper: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."

Ulemper: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Fordele: "I ended up getting home with less delay than originally predicted. I guess that's a good thing Also delta customer service was super polite and trying to help when I called"
Ulemper: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Ulemper: "The airline needs to board and deboard by group number."

Fordele: "Nothing"
Ulemper: "The flight boarded twenty minutes late despite the plane being at the gate early scheduled departure. Baggage took another forty minutes to load. Then they decided there we were overweight (data that should be known before the cargo was loaded) and off loaded two people. Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

Fordele: "Seating had more space, the crew very relaxed and good humour as well as professionalism."
Ulemper: "Well the flight was short, so not much more could be done on this particular flight. The restroom could be a tad larger but think was on an older aircraft."

Ulemper: "After sitting on the plane for an hour they found a problem and so we had to deboard and wait for another plane. Obviously better than taking a less than optimum plane but added a lot of waiting time to an already long day. Not great that on a 6 hour flight we had to buy food."

Ulemper: "Our last 6 flights have all been changed or delayed significantly. Then they loose our bags on a direct flight. Won’t fly America airlines again!"

Ulemper: "First flight TUS to DFW was delayed by 3 hours causeing us to mist all the remaining flights. Had to scramble to find other flights DFW to LHR and LHR to DUB. We arrived at our destination 10 hours. No reason for the delay was given. Lousey service on AA."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed. The food was not great. There is not a lot of space in these planes, and it was a long flight. There is no power supply."

Fordele: "eh, mediocre but usual service from a US airline. Just enough to get you from point A to B, but you’re exhausted once there."
Ulemper: "too little leg room, and quite uncomfortable seats, couldn’t relax and was cramping from being unable to move more than an inch."

Fordele: "The staff were very friendly and helpful"
Ulemper: "Bag checkin had already been done online but did it again in terminal, weigh in lady not helpful or friendly, quite abrupt. Onboard seating cramped and worse when front seats were reclined."

Ulemper: "Passengers brought hot food on board at Dallas. McDonalds and KFC odours were overwhelming for first 30 minutes."

Fordele: "Easy checking with great Customer Care. Made my trip enjoyable. Will use again in July..."

Ulemper: "Staff at the check-in counter made fun of my surname. Bad start but not noteworthy unless combined with the rest of the experience. The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

Ulemper: "Boarding was a mess. No opportunity for priority boarding. Flight crew no help. Just another hum drum experience."

Ulemper: "I was on a flight to Dallas on an American Airline flight which arrived late due to weather conditions, and the connecting flight didn't even wait for me although they know why I couldn't make it on time. And I was only late for about 5 minutes."

Ulemper: "Despite being listed as vegans, we were not provided with vegan meals. When pointed out to the staff, we were given a small packet of soy crackers."

Fordele: "It was on time. Crew were very good."
Ulemper: "Plane seemed very dated. No individual entertainment No USB chargers Not much space"

Ulemper: "I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were."

Fordele: "Seats quite comfortable. Crew ok."
Ulemper: "Pitiful food offering and no entertainment at all when on previous 1.5 hour AA flight choice of movies."

Fordele: "Boarding was prompt, flight attendants polite and accommodating."
Ulemper: "If I am in business class and platinum status, why can't I use the lounge - which is only available to Platinum status going to LA or SF, Latin America but not to Cancun. American Airlines needs to change this policy."

Fordele: "Not much."
Ulemper: "There are NO ENTERTAINMENT, and I had two flights that were more than 5 hours each. It was not operated by British, it was actually American Airlines."

Fordele: "Seats were very roomy, both in with and legroom. The whole flight experience was good."
Ulemper: "Headphones on a short-haul flight were used and we're clearly dirty with dust. Drinks on the flight are quite particular. There were people who asked for beer and got a can, others who asked for the same got just half of the can."

Fordele: "The entertainment was updated and refreshing."
Ulemper: "Snacks was only pretzel"

Ulemper: "Small plane, 6 seats per row, no individual entertainment. Not comfortable for a 7 hour trip."

Ulemper: "Plane was delayed because a door wasn't working (old). Business class entertainment was a tablet that was collected an hour before we landed. Food was very bland."

Fordele: "My wife and I have flown on many airlines. This was one of our best experiences. All the staff that we came across were ridiculously helpful and very understanding. Despite us getting held up in traffic and running quite late, staff members of both American Airlines and Qantas were extremely calming and reassuring the whole way through. Flight was extremely comfortable and entertainment was fantastic. Made the trip really easy."
Ulemper: "Food wasn't the greatest. Barely touched the breakfast and dinner meal. Supposedly the flight had free wifi, but I honestly couldn't eat that to work for me."

Fordele: "I was just happy to get a flight out early the next morning when my Thursday afternoon flight was cancelled."
Ulemper: "I ended up in a middle seat due to having to be rescheduled, but it was still comfortable."

Ulemper: "Everything - the plane was last updated in 1989 (you can still see where the cathode ray screens were bolted to the central overhead bins), the entertainment is laughable, several didn't work - passengers were given choice of putting up with that or getting off flight. A flight to endure, not enjoy"

Ulemper: "Notification from the Travel agency that I needed to get a Yellow Fever immunization."

Ulemper: "Toilets were dirty and not enough toilet papers"

Ulemper: "The vegetarian meals, they were not enjoyable, we actually couldn’t eat them. I wish we had not gotten vegetarian meals as the regular breakfast was a choice between pancakes or omelet with fresh fruit, which where both vegetarian. They need to make a difference between vegetarian and vegan."

Ulemper: "On March 18, 2018 Joanne, Kevin, and Allison Sheridan were booked to go from SYD to YYJ and only Kevin took off. We went to the airport and my daughter Allison was too anxious to get on as she had to leave her father behind. After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. If any other details are needed feel free to contact me."

Ulemper: "given that Air Canada's computer had crashed and flights were cancelled (including our own), the lack of information was astounding. Why, e.g., didn't anyone go along the queue handing out numbers so people could get food then reclaim their place in line? Why weren't we told, ditto, how long this mess would take to clear up? why weren't we offered o/n stays, etc, etc. Could have done an awful lot better if some manager had spent two minutes thinking!!"

Fordele: "The zone system seems to work well for boarding and the cabin crew on my flight to London were superb, helpful and polite to myself and others, despite a few impatient passengers."

Ulemper: "Put on Turkish air landed 12 hrs late lggage still missing"

Fordele: "The flight was on time check in was simple and quick Staff on board friendly and professional Inflight movies fab Plenty of room on seats clean plane"
Ulemper: "Nothing all great"

Ulemper: "The airline crew keep on pushing back the departure due to bad weather. No discipline while boarding passengers. Delay after landing to open the door. No clear instructions about the delays"

Fordele: "I love this flight. Great airplane and great staff. Air Canada international >> air Canada domestic."

Fordele: "Clean, friendly crew remembered how we had our tea/coffee from the earlier service"
Ulemper: "Economy is never very comfortable but was better than a lot of other airlines"

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed My wife and I got separate seats Screen and audio on the entertainment system didn't work"

Ulemper: "i am à French National ( France) living in UK. After a confusing conversation from the officer not understanding that I was not travelling to France ( assumption) I was asked to show evidence I had the right to enter UK !!!! I explained I lived there permanently ; I was then asked why French hate English so much!!! To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive ."

Ulemper: "Lost luggage!"

Fordele: "Smooth flight"
Ulemper: "Long walk to connecting flight. Buggy didn’t turn up"

Fordele: "Ease of boarding - no long queues. Offer to put hand luggage in the hold with no charge."

Ulemper: "Not impressed with luggage fees that were not indicate but hidden in price - and all the nickle and diming on every little thing.. ruins the overall experience"

Ulemper: "Our luggage didn't scan in the system so we couldn't go to the gate until it was found & scanned in the system. Fortunately we were early so this wasn't an issue but kept us waiting at "step 2" until an actual photo could be found. We also had a delay after boarding while they changed a tire. It all worked out ok."

Fordele: "The staff"
Ulemper: "No TV monitors and food was bad"

Fordele: "Friendly crew, modern aircraft"

Ulemper: "Air Canada offers this flight DAILY. Yet somehow the boarding was the most excruciating tedious I’ve had to endure. Passengers who needed assistance boarding seemed to have to deal with haphazard organisation, and the fact that they seemed surprised so many people brought carry-on luggage that the bins filled up is laughable. Changed my return flight to Alaska Air."

Fordele: "Boarding was very well-organised ands clearly explained."
Ulemper: "USB socket broken and non-functioning. Plastic fork snapped and shed tines. A truly ghastly movie selection."

Fordele: "Everything. The plane was immaculate, the seats were comfortable, the food was delicious, the flight crew was friendly and professional. Air Canada's abillity to transit passengers from the US to international destinations is truly remarkable and must be best in class. I went from an inbound flight from Houston, through Immigration and to the gate for my flight to London in under 15 minutes!"
Ulemper: "Nothing."

Fordele: "Very comfortable and clean aircraft. Friendly crew. Seats at the front of Economy had excellent legroom. Helpful flight announcements from the captain."
Ulemper: "Air Canada has only one gate at Houston, which appears to be in constant use, at least in the early afternoon. If one flight is delayed in departure, it causes a backup with other flights."

Fordele: "I like the seats which were only 2 instead of 3 seats."
Ulemper: "- Felt like I was bothering the air stewardess when I asked for anything - Flight was delayed by 50 minutes. - Food was extremely bland and below par."

Fordele: "Not great seating on this smaller plane for business class. Staff was good. Didn't eat so don't know how the food was."
Ulemper: "Business class seats were small. No difference from economy"

Fordele: "Reasonably good all around."
Ulemper: "I paid for an upgraded seat on this flight and wished I hadn't. Whole rows of seats were empty and I would have been more comfortable in my original seating, according to the seating plan during online check in the entire plane was booked out but for a few seats."

Ulemper: "Delayed for more than two hours on both the trips to and from Canada. This is a common thing with Air Canada i heard. Flights always get delayed."

Fordele: "That even though there is a delay, we still made it around the same time"
Ulemper: "That there was a delay in the first place"

Ulemper: "Over an hour late."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed multiple times. Was tracking boarding from the Air Canada app as there was nowhere to sit by the departure gate or screens. The app didn't advise that the flight was boarding (unlike other apps such as BA). I missed my flight and they insisted on charging me more than what I paid for the entire ticket just to return home. I got back to London to find that my luggage didn't make the journey. Staff at Air Canada were unfriendly and unprofessional."

Fordele: "Large comfortable seats."
Ulemper: "You now have to pay for drinks on British Airways flights"

Fordele: "Great cabin crew - really friendly and helpful to passengers. Good selection of drinks. AMS-YYZ-YQG All nice enough - good leg room and nice to have a 2-4-2 seating configuration YQG-YYZ-LHR Nice to be on a 787."
Ulemper: "Food was bland, but as expected on a transatlantic route. Good selection of drinks. One of the suitcases missed the flight, but was promptly delivered the following day. It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."

Fordele: "Very helpful crew and staff assisting with golf buggy ride"

Fordele: "Poor airline, always delayed, dreadful and unfriendly customer service. The only reason I flew with them this short trip was due to price"

Fordele: "My flight was on time"

Fordele: "Air Canada ground crew where very good and helpful as where all staff"
Ulemper: "Plane was overly cramped, if you eliminate one set of seats and only had 8 across and less row, I think you would make great improvements to overall customer satisfaction if the seating was mad alittle more comfortable"

Ulemper: "A three and a half hour flight with a fruit juice and not even a pack of peanuts . Air Canada that was pathetic !"

Ulemper: "had to pa for poor selection (the cheese "platter" ran out quickly :( )"

Ulemper: "back of seat/head rest uncomfortable, average food in very small quantities films not refreshed fast enough, same in and out flights"

Ulemper: "Air Canada pricing is same as other non budget airlines like British airways, Lufthansa but service is on par with budget airlines like Ryan Air. I'm amazed how they get away with it."

Fordele: "Nice staff. Efficient boarding."

Fordele: "It was a short flight and I shared my seating with average weight people. The crew members and the pilots were very informative."
Ulemper: "During a short flight there is not much to experimented and less to comment."

Ulemper: "Flight out of Newark delayed so we were going to miss the connection. We were rebooked to fly via London but we lost 6 hours in Rome. Air Canada attendant at Newark said the flight was always delayed and passengers regularly needed to be rebooked. You should recommend air Canada cancels selling this itinerary or bringing the Newark flight forward to de risk any delays"
