Great location, wonderful staff!! Had to move as could hear the upstairs guests and children running about at too early a time.
Complimentary breakfast. The decor too. Rather a long way from city centre and would be a difficult walk (very steep) for those less able.
The neighborhood is beautiful.
I was nice that had breakfast every morning. Also had fruit and water and coffee and tea every day and evening. Wine in the afternoon was nice also with cheese and peanuts. The music selection. I felt like I was in Church
informative info from staff-good breakfast-location excellent no complaints
Quite accessible to public transportation. I stayed at the hotel from 16 Oct to 22 Oct. Although I had booked from 16 Oct to 23 Oct. This was due to private reasons. I should have been billed for 16 Oct to 22 Oct which was my actual stay. However, the hotel insisted that I did not give 48 hours notice of the shortfall of 1 day and I had to pay for that 1 extra day which I did not stay. This is unfair to me. Please reconsider my case. Thank you
An excellent rate, very good value. Room was of a good size, clean and in good decorative order. Staff friendly and helpful. Noisey air conditioning
House keeping has no respect for still trying to rest. They also have respect for privacy. I had to tell them no service needed several times even though the tag was on my room door specifying no services needed.
location is very good. too much noisy and no breakfast.
conveniently located, easy to find, adequate
The rooms are very large. It's a noise hotel.
Good price, good location, it's worth to stay there!
Good price hotel. The front desk was friendly and the parking was good. Cleanliness of the room was okey, it's just that bedsheets and pillowcases wasn't fresh and it smelled a little bit.
Free parking, staff ready to help. Don't stay in room 101 or neighboring; too noisy, people climbing stairs all night just behind your window. The street is quite noisy.
The hotel was conveniently located, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The elevator was creepy. The price was twice what it should have been for the quality.
Clean good sized room & facilities, ideal location central for most sightseeing etc. Breakfast bar next door very convenient. Slightly musty smelll to room when first arrived, opening windows soon cleared this.
The bathroom we had was really big. Room wasnt badly priced, but the constant loud music being played in the parking area was really annoying. Too bad the employees didn't do anything about it.
Perfect place to meet sophisticated, interesting people from all over the world. Nice style, friendly staff. No.
I liked the coziness of it It was kind of far from public transportation
great location in Pacific Heights, walking distance down to the Marina/Chrissy Field/Chestnut Street. Local neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants on nearby Union and Fillmore Streets. The Corner room was very cozy with window seats and chairs.
Superb location, staff very courteous and all rooms beautifully decorated and maintained. Very different experience from large impersonal hotels.
Beautiful area of Pacific Heights
We had a lovely weekend at Jackson Court. The location was perfect for walking to all of our destinations, and was a stone's throw from some amazing restaurants and fun bars, but at the end of the night it was great to come back to a quiet location. We slept with the windows open both nights, and my boyfriend wasn't bothered at all. I sleep like the dead, but he could hear a whisper from 3 blocks away and be up for an hour. Breakfast was simple, but enough, and we really enjoyed meeting some of the other travellers that way. I can't say we took advantage of the afternoon tea, but it was a nice offering. All in all, our stay was lovely. I imagine we will try and spend our future San Francisco stays at Jackson Court. While we didn't take a car, I can see what other reviewers were talking about when it comes to parking. This neighborhood is extremely residential, and that could present a problem for some. We also happen to love walking, and were willing to hoof it to most of our destinations, but if you are not a walker, public transportation is a bit tricky. Whenever we got tired of walking, though, uber or lyft were always readily available and pretty inexpensive
