Fordele: The staff were fantastic, very friendly and professional. The hotel wad in the perfect location and was of a fantastic standard.

Fordele: Breakfast was very nice good selection. Nice aspect on the mezzanine floor not crowded. Nice bar and lounge area after a show for drinks and snacks.

Ulemper: Air con was not working very well the room was too hot Check in 3oclock too late we wanted to go in the room before our show at 2.30 I had emailed ahead to see if we could check in early and when we got there wasn’t ready was told we would get a text and hopefully be before 2.30 no text came went back to the desk and was told it was ready now we had a ticket for our cases and asked if they could be bought up straight away as we wanted to freshen up before show it was now 2 o’clock went up to the room but had to leave before cases got there

Ulemper: Staff were extremely rude and check In was delayed 1 hour 40 minutes due to staff not being able to handle booking correctly. I would avoid this hotel as there are many other options with much better service. We stay at Waldorf and other Hilton brands around the world this is genuinely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Fordele: Only 2 rooms booked by booking .com when I booked 3 rooms ruined my daughters 21 will not be using you again

Fordele: The location Was great the staff where amazing We booked a family room for three room was immaculate On the second day of our trip we arrived at the ritz for afternoon tea it was there that I realised I’d picked my room key up mistaking it for my debit card I rang the Waldorf and explained the situation they then arranged for my wallet to be sent over with a member of there staff this was done within the hour outstanding service So grateful to concierge and Lucy they saved the evening thank you so much I definitely will be staying again keep up the good work guys you reall do go the extra mile for your guests Duane hedley x

Fordele: I like its location and some of the staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Ulemper: It was continuously under construction,the room was dark and have no any view except scaffolding!Also a bit noisy.I did not feel clean and fresh in the room after clean up.The toilet was clean up well only.

Ulemper: Executive lounge had a cold ambience and the music is too loud to relax.

Fordele: Staff was great and executive lounge high tea was nice.

Ulemper: Bar udvalg begrænset og drinks alt for dyre. Bellman har også opblæst omkostningerne ved Healsmid Express og taxa til Paddington Station i et forsøg på at sælge bil service til Heathrow.

Fordele: Great hotel and just a few mins walk from Charing Cross main line station, as well as restaurants, theatres and convent garden.

Fordele: Perfectly located, the rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. I was very impressed

Ulemper: Hard to fault.

Fordele: Morgenmaden er meget lækker, men også dyr. Placeringen er god i London. Personalet i receptionen er meget serviceminded.

Ulemper: Jeg synes at det er ringe at vi ikke fik et af de nye værelser uden at skulle betale 40 pund i upgrade charge pr. nat, på et allerede booked værelse til 2.000 kr pr nat, i et lille gammelt rum ud til en baggård. Vi havde ikke booked morgenmad på forhånd, de chargede et servicecharge ud over på 5,95 pund for at vi selv kunne hente buffet.

Fordele: The Strand Palace is conveniently located within walking distance of many of the sights that we were interested in visiting. In addition the staff was wonderful, friendly and always available. Our room was very comfortable and the restaurant was delicious. They couldn’t do enough for you. On our day of departure they even packed us a breakfast to take with us to the airport for an early flight.

Ulemper: Nothing. This hotel is quality throughout.

Fordele: The bed. The new renovations. The decor. Refrigerator and minibar. Breakfast. Air conditioning. Stayed here almost annually since 1988-89. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London.

Ulemper: All great but no spare toilet paper on my final night. Hand soap not replaced unless I asked after first couple of days. No salt on.tables.

Ulemper: Thought it was a little pricey and the lifts took ages in the morning and were very packed. (Nothing you can do about that I guess).

Fordele: The room is really small but price is high. I preferred this one as I thought it should be big enough according to 231 pounds per night. However, it is super tiny. And I am disappoint to the staffs.

Fordele: Spotlessly clean, recent updated rooms.

Ulemper: The rooms are tiny. I stayed here a year ago and the old style room was fairly spacious (for London). This room was tiny... To call it Deluxe is a bit of a stretch. I'm 5'10" and could lay down touching both walls. I tried this. It was easy!!!

Fordele: The hotel staff were nice and helpful. I asked them how to get from the hotel to the airport and they even sold me the train ticket I needed.

Ulemper: • The bed was incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. My back hurt all the time. • The bathroom has no door which means that if you have air conditioning on in your room, and you take a shower you will be very cold when you get out of the shower. It also means that if you pee the whole room smells like pee. • The shower is built in such a way that if you move around too much, water starts getting out of the shower and into your floor. It is very modern and pleasing to the eye, but not very practical. • The hotel must be under construction, because every morning starting from 6am I heard sounds of people building and hammering. • While I was in the shower the last day of my stay the cleaning staff tried to enter my room at 8:30am which isn't that late. Thank god I had let the emergency lock on the door. Otherwise the cleaning staff would have seen me naked in the shower. • The Wi-fi is pretty bad.
