Ulemper: You cannot open any windows even I the rooms look Inside the building , so no fresh air which I do find it very healthy, very slow room service after midnight.

Ulemper: The was only one issue there was no information about insurance which was 250£ but this is a minor issue the real one that i had to wait for 3 weeks to get it back It’s Truly unfortunate because i told the Reception that I want to pay for the room by visa and I want to pay for the insurance by cash but they mix it all up

Even though the room is small it has everything you need and if it isnt in the room it’s somewhere else in the hotel. The sky bar is amazing especially at night with everywhere outside lit up

Fordele: Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til transport rundt i byen og fra Stansted lufthavn. Værelset var godt indrettet det er ikke det største rum men det var tilpas. Vi var meget imponeret over værelset faciliteter og deres medie opmærksomhed. Der er nogle skønne opholdsrum, både loungen i stueetagen og især tag baren var skøn. Morgenmaden havde et godt udvalg med et fint kaffe udvalg og juicer. Så vi er helt sikre på at komme igen.

Ulemper: We changed room for one time because the aircon is not working well. We tried to set the temp to 18C with highest fan mode but it has no wind and feels like 20-23. Technician came by and said this is the best temperature they can have. So for people who are scared of heat might need to take this as consideration. (Though you won't feel too hot when you are just lying on bed...) Room 509 ipad screen touching not working too well, cannot change channel since second day so need to use the remote control. A bit surprised that there is no kettle in room. Can't get any hot water so need to get out for hot tea/coffee... Slightly overprice, probably because we booked too late and it is mid-Sept where students/parents are visiting UK...

Ulemper: Had ‘interior’ room was expecting one with a view, as headlined on your web site. We asked to change but no outside view rooms available. Disappointing as we had booked the hotel almost a month before. Who gets the view rooms and why? Didn’t like having to crawl into bed, I.e. no space either side to get into bed as normal, not easy for two pensioners, one with arthritis. Hot Breakfast first morning was good, second morning, only eggs were actually hot.

Ulemper: We had some trouble with checking into the hotel and spent almost an hour standing at the reception desk before being checked in. We had paid for a double room with included both a shower and separate bath. There was no bath. The room itself looked nice but was not as big as advertised. We came back to the room after enjoying drinks and entertainment downstairs within the hotel. Pulled back the bed covers to find a nice dirty sock that didn’t belong to us. In the morning we woke up to a foul blocked toilet that absolutely stank and was quite obviously out of use. We called the hotel staff who told us there wasn’t actually anything they could do about it immediately and would send an engineer. However the issue still wasn’t even attended to by the time we checked out. Extremely disappointing given the amazing reviews we read about before choosing this hotel.

Ulemper: when we checked in the “pre authorisation” was not explained to use properly. Therefore they was going to charge us twice. However when addressed we relieved a complimentary breakfast and free late check out. Also booking.com said we got breakfast included within the price and when We arrived this was not the case. When we called booking.com they was extremely rude and they hung up on us. TERRIBLE customer service.

Fordele: It's a Motel One. Once you've been to one, you know exactly what to expect. In a way it's like coming home. The location was ideal, the prices surprisingly affordable by London standards and the staff simply excellent!
Ulemper: The hot water in the shower was a lottery. It took me half an hour to find a temperature setting that didn't boil me alive. That was pretty much the only bad thing.

Dishes not cleared away, attempt at making own coffee failed... first no beans, then no milk ...

Ulemper: Breakfast was mediocre - scrambled eggs uneatable one morning, no fresh juice, one fork had leftover food from a previous eater. Room has no bath and shower needed fixing to get cold water and to get wastewater to flow away. There was a tea- making equipment, but no teaspoons in the room. Not a single EU plug, had to borrow one from reception for a 5£.

That was very important for me as I was traveling for 3hours and needed shower, change and go to work straight after . And work another 8-9 hours . Really helped me! Also very clean , fresh , Morden , nice breakfast and again member of staff were very helpful and even so they didn’t have space for breakfast they offered alternative to sit on Sofas .. just caring friendly :) and location is very good with amazing restaurant just around the corner. Highly recommend!!!

On checking out of 510 I had forgotten my mobile broadband in the room, but realized early enough to phone the hotel from the train to get them to find it and keep it it. I wasn't really sure if the receptionist on the phone had understood. I checked in again a couple of days later, and asked about collecting the broadband device - bemused looks all around. I kept on asking...

Ulemper: The only thing that I didn't like was the shower - at first very impressive wet room, but the only option was the overhead drench shower - not all ladies want to wash their hair everyday, yes there was a shower cap, but a slide rail kit would have been better.

Ulemper: Whether your stay here is great or grot depends on which floor and which room they allocate you. I stayed in 510 this week (heaven) and later in the week in 207 (hell). 207 is awkward in shape, you have a strange desk which is a hot drink area behind the bedstead. I only worked out that the strip light in this area swivels, otherwise the room is dingy, dark,and totally miserable. The kettle in 207 took some working out how to use until I eventually discovered you flick it up to switch on, which is completely counter-intuitive. The AC in 207 is like a b**dy boiler going, so noisy. The left behind mobile broadband turned into a right saga. I must have asked for this x 10 times, different people, including the bl**dy manager. I was told several times it isn't here. My call to the hotel - no-one had noted it! It didn't exist - it hadn't happened. In desperation, on checking out on the last day, I persuaded the receptionist to check 510 again with me going along with her- and there it was, exactly where I said it was. What a bunch of chumps. When I said no-one had checked properly - no real acknowledgement of their stupid F**king error that had made my stay so F**king miserable.

Ulemper: Front of house dire - 10 mins to check in (despite no queue) as they were more interesting in folding paper into envelopes. Key had to be re programmed every day - up to 12th floor and back again. Menu very limited.

Fordele: Dejlig morgenmad og meget hjælpsomt personale. Et stort hotel med mange mennesker men ligger godt i forhold til metro. Vores værelse var ikke klar da vi kom, så vi måtte vente en time på at få værelset. Lækker spa og fine omgivelser.

Ulemper: The way the window was place you could see straight into the room from the corridor, therefore had to have the curtains drawn when we were in there for privacy. One of the nicest days of the year and so couldn’t have any natural light into the room. This was not mentioned and wouldn’t expect it from any room let alone a “executive” room

Ulemper: Need more directions to hotel, closest tube stations , on sites listing the hotel. Confusing that there is another hotel same name not far away. Hotel I stayed in also known as London Bridge Hotel. Leonardo Royal name drew blanks when asking for directions when WiFi cut out walking around.

Ulemper: Rules for children swimming and pretending the jacuzzi Was not working so my 3 yr old could not have. A paddle. My 10 yr d choose this hotel because of the pool . PUT ON WEBSITE IN BIG LETTERS YOU DO NOT LIKE CHILDREN IN THE POOL AREA AND THE RESTRICTIONS !!! No children will book in the hotel!!

Ulemper: The hotel was incredibly warm. Every table we sat at for breakfast was wobbly! The food on offer was adequate but not great. Drinks in the bar were very expensive.

Ulemper: It was too hot so had to have the air con on all night and it made it quite uncomfortable when eating breakfast in the restaurant. Despite this, we would go again.

Ulemper: Had to be cut out of the bathroom when the door handle failed Toilet seat loose Shower door kept falling off rail Nasty sick patches on carpet by bed Bed was insanely hard Bed was not a double - two singles pushed together with no topper to dull the discomfort of the join. Reception staff couldn’t have cared less about me getting trapped in the bathroom. When my partner called reception again to find out where the handyman was after 10 minutes, they put the phone down on her before she could speak. No apology at any time. The whole hotel is very tired Poor value for money. Won’t stay again.

Fordele: The room size was rather large for a big city like London. There was even a refrigerator and microwave in my room. I liked that during the week there is soda and light snacks available for free. I also visited the hotel restaurant and it was very good, plus they offered 15% off!!

Ulemper: Automated check in and out which is fine but means there is only one member of staff at reception. If they are busy with someone else you can wait for a long time to speak to someone. eg. To leave your cases for collection later. Location is in the financial district so most cafes and restaurants are closed at the weekend when the office workers are not around.

Ulemper: Very noisy due to the tunnel'esque like alleyway between tall buildings meant I could hear people talking in the street from 3/4 floors up! When the bin men came at 3 am to run biffa bins along the pavement, sounded like I was trying to sleep in a steel factory.

Ulemper: The common area is pretty smelly and dirty. Also the corridors are really stuffy. The place doesn't have a kitchen just a microwave. Bathroom shower was too strong when you want to use warm water and the water doesn't drain well.
