Fordele: Everything was perfect

Ulemper: Apart from the lack of parking - need to advise that there isn’t free parking for everyone

Fordele: Location was perfect for our stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was everything you need when travelling.

Ulemper: The location of our room was very noisy on the main road with traffic noise. Next time I would request a room away from the street.

Fordele: The friendliness of the staff

Ulemper: The noise outside my room. I had an extremely bad nights sleep

Fordele: It was a brilliant stay from start to finish! Good good, great location for accessing central London, very accommodating and helpful staff ! Highly recommended and we will be back!

Ulemper: Although it’s advertised as having parking there are only about 5 bays

Ulemper: The stairs ... no lyft

Fordele: Only stayed one night and slept too much, was clean and comfy, and staff were lovely

Ulemper: Not much too not like, handle on door was a little dodgy and forgot to tell staff (room 8) if that helps

Fordele: Bedroom was spacious, very clean and the most comfortable bed I could wish for.

Ulemper: Nothing really, we had a problem with a TV which wasn't that important, but we had just returned from overseas and were out of touch with news - and there's a lot of it!!

Fordele: Great location for travelling into london via tube. Free parking was a bonus :) really helpful staff and delicious breakfast

Ulemper: Some stains on wall but overall a great stay

Fordele: Spotlessly clean with the rooms small but very comfortable and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Ulemper: Food at breakfast and customer service in restaurant was poor

Fordele: The highlight of our visit to London! We were super impressed with the service, facilities, food and bar. Although just across the road from the train station it was super quiet and very compfortable. We will definitely be back

Ulemper: Our trains were delayed getting there so we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities. Otherwise we loved it!

Fordele: Excellent location. Well furnished and comfortable rooms Food was excellent. Staff were superb.

Ulemper: There was a bit of noise from the bar until closing time

Fordele: the breakfast and staff was faultless very clean and very friendly

Ulemper: I had to call reception to come up to get tv working - he was super helpful

Fordele: Breakfast was great. Location was also great - Wandsworth is a nice chilled addition to central London - full of young people looking for an affordable place to live. Would also recommend The Ship pub on the river and the East Hill pub (just up from the Alma) for more food.

Fordele: Location was perfect for me as family nearby. Train and bus right outside, good shops, cafes nearby, breakfast was lovely. Loved the extras in the room

Ulemper: Room 3 had a musty smell which was unpleasant, I pointed this out when leaving and staff were right onto it.

Fordele: The whole experience...the hotel staff were friendly professional and helpful made our stay so relaxing wish we could have stayed longer.the room was lovely couldn't have asked for any more and the breakfast was fab .

Ulemper: Nothing !!

Fordele: Fantastisk morgenmad og behagelige senge. Stor venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Havde en datter som fik lov til at stille sin cykel i personalets kælderrum, når hun kom og hentede os for at vise os London.

Ulemper: De behøvede ikke skifte håndklæder hver dag.......evt kun dem som ligger på gulvet. Skal jo tænke på miljøet

Ulemper: Perfekt for rejsende via Gatwick via Heathrow lang tur men det tog vi med et smil

Fordele: The interior design is very great. The room is very large. I really enjoy the day there.

Fordele: The hotel was stunning, staff were friendly and the room was very spacious

Ulemper: The location was not ideal for a tourist trip to London as the neared train station was a 20 min walk and there no shops or amenities in the vicinity. There was also no hairdryer in our room

Ulemper: The air con is pretty hit and miss in The bedrooms

Fordele: Nice fresh breakfasts, a good choice from cooked foods to cereals and fruits , yoghurt and pastries and meats and cheeses to suit every nationality .

Ulemper: The aircon didn't work in our room so we reported it straight away, but on coming back to the hotel after being out it still hadn't been rectified. We had to repack everything as we were moved to another room , but no porter was sent to help and some things went missing. It was very stressful as it made us late for our reservation at a special restaurant that had been booked for us as a treat and we nearly lost the table. There wasn't enough staff on the reception desk to help get us a taxi and there was a queue, another guest kindly got us one of which we were very grateful. The hotel itself is lovely but I don't think I will stay here again.

Fordele: Very clean, great facilities - gym, spa, restaurant. Food was very good. Decent location. Complimentary WiFi.

Ulemper: No cell phone reception in rooms (I stayed in two rooms as wasn’t satisfied with the first, both had no reception) The first room I stayed in was very dark due to dark furnishings and not enough light coming in. Second was fine as it had lighter-coloured fittings. Staff wasn’t honest about availability of river view rooms when I asked to move. Said none available until I mentioned I had seen availability online. He then told me they were available if I paid room difference which was fine. All he had to do was give me the information and allow me decide for myself whether I wanted to pay for the change.

Fordele: Very stylish hotel, beautiful decor. Excellent breakfast. Nice spa.

Ulemper: I didn’t enjoy my dinner in the restaurant. The hangar steak was way too tough to eat all of it and the salad looked a little limp. Staff didn’t understand enough English and got 2 of the drinks wrong and didn’t understand what we were asking for. A very high service charge when the service wasn’t great. We had to move rooms after unpacking everything because the air conditioning was broken. Moved to a smaller room - not as nice with a stain on carpet and adjoining door. The view from the river side is amazing if they bothered to have the windows cleaned. They also gave us complimentary breakfast for 3 days which was great but then found they put it all on our bill at the end and had to dispute it! Also added an additional accommodation charge even though we’d paid up front. It was sorted but we didn’t need the hassle.

Fordele: The staff were very helpful and considerate of our change in circumstances. We were able to get a free upgrade to a suit.

Ulemper: The extra bed they brought up was not very comfortable. Our son couldn't sleep on it.

Fordele: Everything was great didn’t really come across any problems however members of my party experience problems with the air con and had to be moved.

Ulemper: If I’m really being honest I didn’t like the waitressing Staff keep coming round taking plates away as soon as you put your cutlery down! Other than that they were great.

Fordele: Basic facilities fine.

Ulemper: No plug socket near enough to mirror to enable me to dry or style hair using electric item and see in a mirror at same time.

Fordele: Dejligt med te og var overrasket over der lå kiks - stor bonus. Flinkt personale omend en smule reserveret. Godt udvalg i morgenmaden, så der er noget for enhver.

Ulemper: Rengøring på badeværelset var egentlig fin, men der var en del brune pletter fra en meter og op, som var lidt mystiske.

Fordele: The location close to the town and the river.

Fordele: When I arrived at the hotel and couldn't open the lights, the employee can right away to check and taught me how to use it immediately. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Fordele: Good beds, clean sheets. Breakfast was ok too.

Ulemper: Walls and corridors looked scruffy and needed a coat of paint. Noisy corridors.

Fordele: Nicest buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Very helpful and efficient staff. Great value for money

Ulemper: Twin beds were very close together

Fordele: Very clean, great value and good breakfast. Easy 24 hour checkin and lots in the area.

Ulemper: It’s quite a way from the city - but doable.

Fordele: Excellent hotel in Putney!

Fordele: Clean room, utilitarian but with everything I needed. Breakfast was included and was unexpected so was a real bonus

Ulemper: Very noisy with street sounds through closed windows. I was woken up several times overnight by sirens, and shouting - just general London street sounds

Fordele: The staff were friendly and the price was fantastic for two nights

Ulemper: showers were the water saving on manual had to turning on was a pain while washing hair and the sensor lights in bedrooms did get trigged at the slightestMovement when some turned over Sleep which woke those on the bottom bunks

Fordele: Great place to stay. I really recommend it :D The place is beautiful, new and clean, the people who work there is very kind. You should have a try!

Fordele: I always asked for buttom bed which not nearby door sometime had available

Ulemper: Sometime had 7 men and 2 women (including me in the room)

Fordele: The staff and the location are the best of the place. Clean blankets and comfortable bed. At the end is a good place to stay.

Ulemper: There is no microwave and fridge. Sometimes people are dirty. It needs bigger lockers and shelfs and at least a bathroom exclusive for woman.

Fordele: How the staff approach with the people and solve the issues.

Fordele: Great location. Excellent bar and food downstairs. Excellent value for money

Ulemper: Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and showers weren’t great.

Fordele: The staff were really nice and the pub it's self was very nice, the rooms were comfortable enough I suppose reviews will differ depending on who you are sharing a room with but I had no problems and would return

Ulemper: The toilet/shower rooms weren't cleaned often enough I went in one morning and it wasn't clean when I returned at 11pm at night the same mess was there

Fordele: The breakfast was very good, and the beds were not uncomfortable and the rooms were not overcrowded. Staff moved people if they were noisy/requested it.

Ulemper: Not stayed in a hostel so not sure if were were naïve but we paid for towels and a lock- we saw the pictures of lockers and that linen was provided and assumed that the lockers were lockable and linen included towels- but they were inexpensive. Every time the bedroom door was opened lights on the bottom bunk turned on, no matter what time. I stayed in the middle bed but could imagine that, with people coming in and out all through the night, if it slightly disturbed me then it would have been a bigger disturbance for them.

Fordele: Location. Beds are comfortable. Always clean linen on the beds.

Ulemper: Bathroom had no toilet paper and the floor was soaked from prrvious user.
