Ulemper: THe tea water was poured into a cold teapot, and therefor wasn’t hot enough to properly brew the tea. They should know better and should pre-heat their porcelain teapots so the pot itself doesn’t cool down the tea.

Fordele: Everything, especially the big cat! Location is central but hidden and quiet in the same time. Room was really cute and the staff were really friendly( door mans and room service staffs were really pleasant)

Ulemper: No thing really. The only tiny thing was we were recommended to go to a exhibition but the show was actually finished the day before. So we were a bit disappointed as the information was given on our welcome note on our desk when we check in.

Fordele: Actually everything ❤️From the gym to service and food.

Ulemper: Well there’s one thing the coffee is not good didn’t like the blends but that’s personal. It would also be nice to be asked whether one would like chocolate on the top or not. It’s the taste sometimes it just tastes too bitter.

Ulemper: restaurant levede slet ikke op til resten af hotellet, meget kedeligt mad og arrogant tjener ved morgenmad. Den kedeligste morgenmad i forhold til pris på hoteller. omelet var så kedelig og dårligt tilberedt.

Fordele: Underspillet luksus hotel beliggende tæt på shopping, gode restauranter, metro, museer, parker m.m. Dejlige store værelser, og rigtig god rengøring. Lækker morgenmad. På alle måder et super serviceminded personale.

Fordele: The location is perfect for us . Very buzzy atmosphere in the evening . Did not try the food as we went out to eat . The staff are very friendly and helpful . It is not the cheapest but certainly of a high standard .

Ulemper: I was extremely disappointed about the building work going on outside. Ham Yard is by far our favourite and only place we stay in London. It was a well earned break spoiled by the building noise!

Fordele: Great location. Large and beautiful bedrooms/bathrooms. Nice roof garden area. Breakfast were very nice. Nice gym. Staff were all exceptional. For a London hotel in such a central location we had a nice relaxing stay.

Ulemper: Reception / ground floor areas can get very busy with business conferences.

Fordele: Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Not intrusive at all, but very efficient and easy going.

Ulemper: Could have done with tea and coffee making in the room. Having said that room service was very quick. Juts would have been easier (and cheaper) to make it myself as I got ready.

Fordele: Personalet var vidunderligt.

Fordele: Excellent location. Very quiet for the activity outside. Staff very courteous and professional.

Fordele: Everyone was very friendly and very helpful, surprise room upgrade which was very nice, had a small problem which was sorted very quickly and without fuss, overall a very enjoyable stay, I am looking forward to my next visit

Fordele: The staff was exceptional - very nice, accommodating, helpful. Everyone was good doorman, reception, concierge, waiters, etc. They helped us with our luggage. They picked us up at the corner of the street with a trolley since cars can’t come into Leicester Square at a certain time. The family room was so big, fit all 4 of us and enough room for our huge luggages. It had a view of Leicester Square. The breakfast was great! It had a lot of great options. There was Nespresso in the room, as well.

Ulemper: It might be better if the hotel gave prior notice that the street isn’t accessible at certain times and where the best place to enter should be.

Fordele: The room was FANTASTIC for my family and I. It was overlooking the square and had these great windows. The staff was WONDERFUL! They were very professional and went out of their way to assist us. They treated us with chocolate covered strawberries, lovely

Fordele: Kieran and Pedro did an amazing job, thanks to them and for the special Radisson Team, we highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. The location was really center located, near of everything. We’ll come back.

Fordele: The Breakfast was very American based and therefore not styled to British tastes. Please do not get me started on the air conditioning, it was so cold you believed you were in some New York Hotel.

Ulemper: Old Rooms need repair. Door wouldn't lock. had to change rooms as the first room air conditioning didn't work. Buffet left much to be desired while the price was too high

Fordele: I respect the Night duty manager on the date I arrived as I have arrived earlier than expected and did not have a room for me. He was very nice, considerate : he offered water, drinks, a blanket and made sure I get a room as FAST as he could. Thank you again also for the hospitality of ALL staff from desk, vallet, food, room services. THEY ARE SO GREAT. THE VALLET GUY EVERY MORNING IS JUST F A N T A S T I C It is sad that construction works are blocking the road towards your hotel. Hope this will clear very soon and YOU SHOULD mention this in the information before guests making the booking. Thank you, Maimuna

Ulemper: On my day of arrival, the staff who was on the desk was really very rude and judgemental.

Fordele: The location was perfect but this was topped by the staff, in all departments, they were very friendly and went that extra step to ensure we were looked after, excellent service.

Fordele: Very close to theatres. Clean and we'll presented rooms. Staff very helpful.

Ulemper: Hotel has got very expensive,staff were not as friendly as before, bathroom was not as clean as previous visits.

Fordele: In the heart of Soho and West End shows districts. Rooms had everything you needed with good quality soaps and shampoos. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly.

Ulemper: Lower floor rooms is very noisy at night on Shatsbury avenue. Beds and bedding quality needs to be upgraded to better quality

Fordele: Excellent excellent location. Attempts to provide all the facilities expected from a hotel at this price point.

Ulemper: The room was exceptionally tiny. If you have 2 open bags, you have no where to move. Bathroom is super super small but functional for the most part.

Ulemper: Green light by the door that was constantly on even at night. That really disturbed our sleep. Breakfast not so good, but staff was attentive.

Fordele: Definitely the location. Whenever, we call for housekeeping or room service, the response is very prompt. One of the fastest response in all the hotels that I have stayed in. Reception staff were really helpful whenever we had questions about how to get to places or required assistance with booking any event or entertainment.

Fordele: The W Hotel is in a very central location in London - right in the heart of Chinatown and it's surroundings. We expected it to be quite loud but found the hotel to be extremely quiet and comfortable during our stay there. The hotel has a very funky vibe and is suited to travellers who don't mind being in the heart of the action and looking for a modern hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the modern conveniences one would expect from a hotel of W's size. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Fordele: The location in Leicester Square was very nice, and the hotel seemed to be a popular place to visit.

Ulemper: I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it". Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night. Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.

Fordele: One of the best hotel at central area! Location is good! Staff are friendly . Very close to all shops. I am visiting in August, 33 degree , the air conditioning system is good ! Not many hotel have good air conditioning system in central area as they are all much older !

Ulemper: W hotel always have party during the weekend! The room is quiet still! But you can feel the hotel is “busy” during the party time. Also, no bath in the room, which is a bit weird for this price’. Shower room very small.

Fordele: Perfect location for central London. Staff at check in desks were amazing and really helped with our requirements as well as making us feel very welcome.

Ulemper: For the price of £356 per room per night, breakfast should have been included! We cancelled our breakfast order as it took far too long to arrive and we to be elsewhere. Bar and waiting staff didn’t seem to be interested in helping or very knowledgable.

Fordele: The locations! Room designs are modern and nice.

Ulemper: On two separate occasions I came to find my room door open (the housekeeping forgot to close the door when they finished cleaning my room and kept the door open with all my belongings inside) Totally made me feel unsafe! The first room (spectacular room) is very small bcoz of the counter they have in the middle, takes up soo much space in the room so no place to move around. Cleanliness wasn’t good either although i did point it out a few times. And above all that my room was just on top of the bar so the noise was too much to handle and my room was actually shaking from the loud sound.

Fordele: Jeg kunne virkelig godt lide værelset, det var lige nok plads til os to, og sengen var virkelig behagelig! :) vi blev opgraderet til et værelse med et vindue, så det var fremragende!

Ulemper: Værelset lugtede lidt på grund af, at værelset ikke havde en fungerende ventilator efter vores brusebade, så der var masser af kondens i luften, der var efterladt over.
