Fordele: The restaurant was very good. Had a wonderful dinner one evening.

Ulemper: Bathroom was small. Outlet did not accommodate hair dryer (needed to used in bedroom). No place to set supplies when in shower. Shower door made loud clicking noise when opened.

Fordele: Breakfast was lovely

Fordele: Good location. Lovely staffs, good services. Quite clean.

Ulemper: First time in this hotel, and to be honest, quite disappointing. Firstly, sound proof was very bad, we could hear the television sound from the next room though out all night. Secondly, the bathroom was designed poorly, the water goes all over the floor after taking a shower, which makes it very wet and slippery. We paid for almost £280 per night, and I don’t think is worth it.

Fordele: The roof top bar

Ulemper: We were given a handicap room which didn't include a tub. The water would get all over the bathroom because it was an open space type of bathroom that just had a curtain around the shower area. Felt it was over priced for what we received.

Fordele: The bar. What an amazing view and very peaceful

Ulemper: The tiles on the Bathroom floor were unsteady.

Fordele: Nice and clean room

Fordele: Excellent location - walking distance to Waterloo/North Lambeth underground. Staff really friendly , particularly in the sky bar and ground floor bar. Breakast was really very very good. Had a real ' home-made ' quality to it , with a hint of Spanish sophistication. Bedroom on the small side, but very comfortable with superb views over the city . Would definitely book again .

Fordele: Excellent breakfast buffet, small bar on ground floor, clean and tidy throughout.

Fordele: It was a great location, the staff were super friendly, there was a welcome drink on arrival and the rooms were super clean!

Fordele: God morgenmad, behagelig seng i et stort og fantastisk (old english) udseende værelse. Køleskab med udvalg af drikke (incl. mælk og øl) på husets regning. Rummeligt badeværelse med bruser og kar.

Ulemper: Temperaturen og trafikstøj (hedebølge).

Fordele: Great room, plenty of space and facilities and in a very good location close to Black Friars Bridge and Southwark Tube station. Food in the main restaurant was excellent and very moreish, bar staff very friendly and day time receptionist was very considerate and caring.

Ulemper: I was charged again for the room, even though my company already paid for my stay. I advised this to the night porter and shown him my invoice but he still charged me. The night porters English wasn't the best so i think it was crossed wires. Fortunately i manged to get this refunded to myself but it was an inconvenience on the night.

Fordele: Location comfort and facilities

Ulemper: Food at lunchtime. Very expensive sandwich with no filling. Very poor value for money

Fordele: Staff on arrival. Great to get mini bar access first night. Great room. Great location. Great bar downstairs

Ulemper: Can bags be left there if arrive early or want to sightsee before heading home on last day?

Fordele: Location was very good.

Ulemper: Food was not at all as read and presented. Wifi was bad and check in was problem with the system.

Fordele: Fantastic location, 3 underground stops 5-10 minute walk. Super helpful staff. The Mad Hatter Pub/ restaurant had tasty food and was so convenient.

Fordele: Comfortable bed

Ulemper: Had to find luggage at 11pm. It had been left in reception when checked in at 12 noon - reception staff said it would be in our room. Bedroom next to busy road, unable to shut window’s secondary glazing so extremely noisy all night Continental breakfast had very sparse selection and quality was poor. Granola was stale and not edible. Hotel needed updating

Fordele: The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. Even though I complained about the room, the staff did the best to meet the expectations and was always friendly. I needed a different bill for my company and they sent it to me via email without any issues. Thank you!

Ulemper: The hotel isn`t really suitable for business travel, even though the staff did their best. The rooms are specious but not newly renovated and I had a broken window with very loud street noises. The wonderful staff managed to get my another room but the other room had close to no windows and they tried to make it better though ventilators and ACs but it sadly did not work. I decided to move to a business hotel around the corner to be able to work and relax for the evening.

Fordele: The room was 5 stars, the neighborhood was perfect to enjoy a stroll, good food, theater, museums and all next to the river

Fordele: The location and ability to walk most places

Ulemper: Attitude of staff cleaning of bedrooms very poor Not very helpful at all if something was wrong it was our fault and would not accept responsibility ( it is not my fault there is only one steak)

Fordele: Location is almost perfect. Close to the river Thames, Tate modern, walking distance to St. Paul via the walking bridge. Very comfortable bed, free minibar, very well stocked. Breakfast was additional to my rate, and it can be prepaid in reception, saving you some money. It was nice full breakfast to have energy to enjoy the city all day long.

Ulemper: A bit of maintenance could be used, like paint. But nothing to worry about.

Fordele: Dejligt 'Old School' hotel med fremragende beliggenhed. Alle værelser er forskelligt - nogle med udsigt mod St.Pauls - andre mod gården. Fyldt GRATIS barskab med rigelige drikkevarer. BADEKAR!!!

Ulemper: Intet, men desværre ligger hotellet midt i en byggeplads og man kan forestille sig at det kan give prolblemer senere på året - men jeg tager gerne chancen igen
