Fordele: Comfy bed, excellent breakfast including Indian options, superb Indian dinner, lovely old building, moments to Tower Bridge, minutes to London Bridge. Would definitely return.

Fordele: It was, as Kipling might have put it, a “more-than-Oriental-splendour” experience, from the check-in (which was conducted at a beautiful table, where we could sit while water was brought to us) to departure. Of special note: the extraordinary physical space, both inside and out, above all the soaring arched ceiling of the restaurant hall, with truly exquisite blue chandeliers. Unforgettable.

Ulemper: We must’ve been reminded four times to rate the hotel on social media. Once might have been enough!

Fordele: Our third stay at LaLit. Every time we have left smiling knowing we would return if in London. Special thanks to Tony, the concierge, for such a warm welcome each and every time.

Fordele: The room was light and airy, comfortable bed. Bathroom superb, if I had forgotten anything, it was supplied. Beautiful building. Fabulous massage, wonderful dinner, will definitely return!

Fordele: The beds and bedding were incredible...we had the best nights sleep.

Ulemper: There was only a small window in the room that wouldn’t open.

Fordele: The bed was like sleeping on a cloud . The staff were so very friendly . The decor was beautiful .

Fordele: Prosecco on arrival, super friendly and helpful staff made our stay special and comfortable.

Ulemper: Brug ikke penge på loungen. Det vil være spild. Lille udvalg, kun vin/øl fra 17.30 til 20.00, ringe service. Lever ikke op til 5 stjerner.

Fordele: Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Sengen var behagelig at ligge i. Morgen maden var god og veltilberedt. Der var meget at vælge imellem.

Ulemper: Jeg synes, prisen var for høj.

Fordele: Pool and spa, worth the trip. Very close Boris Bike stand too.

Ulemper: Signs on back of building showing direction to go would be useful.

Fordele: Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til at gå rundt i London. Områdets højdepunkter er Borough Market, White Cube gallery, TateModern og The Breakfast Club. Hotellets serviceniveau var meget højt, og personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom. Fantastisk seng og dyne. Sov rigtig godt!

Ulemper: Shampoo, balsam og body shower fra det engelske brand Crabtree & Evelyn var meget parfumeret og af en dårlig standard i forhold til andre hoteller i samme prisniveau. Jeg fortrød, at jeg ikke havde taget mit eget shampoo med.

Fordele: Great hotel. The staff were excellent, acknowledging that we were there for a special occasion and making it as special as they could. Very comfortable rooms and bed. Good size bath. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants and good access to the tube network. Will definitely stay here again

Fordele: comfortable beds ,very large rooms, very convenient rooms with multiple outlets for charging devices ,excellent room lights and switch locations and thames boardwalk with plenty of places to eat and drink

Fordele: Comfortable, quiet, clean, fantastic location.

Ulemper: Breakfast staff could have been a bit more attentive. No one came to greet me when I entered the restaurant (in spite of being virtually empty) and I had to signal someone over to ask what I needed to do.

Ulemper: Had to change rooms mid stay when the air conditioning broke.

Fordele: God størrelse værelse for et par, der er i London for at se seværdighederne, og ikke at sidde på værelset. Komfortabel seng og sengetøj. Rent værelse og dejligt badeværelse. Fantastisk beliggenhed med god nærhed til markedet.

Ulemper: En møl havde levet i en af vores badekåber, som var lidt bittersk.

Fordele: The location is great. Southwark is very happening these days with the Borough Market and the Shard. And the tube is right outside the door, so the rest of the city is super-accessible.

Fordele: Helpful and polite staff

Ulemper: Shower needs updating. There was a lot of drunken noise in the street outside our room which kept us awake till past 2.00 am

Fordele: It was really within walking distance to the Borough Market, great place to visit if you are a foodie. The Shard is there too and you can walk over the tower bridge to get to the Tate and The Tower of London

Ulemper: That the Borough Market was closed on Sunday....so missed out on having an English Breakfast.

Fordele: Location Open space in foyer

Fordele: The Executive King room was a little small considering the rate that was charged. Other than that it had everything you needed.

Ulemper: The shallow sink. And the cold water wasn’t very cold

Ulemper: Separate entrance to our part of the hotel which was very scruffy ,Air conditioning fans very noisy even when we switched ours off

Ulemper: Badeværelset var muggent og beskidt, gulvtæppet over hele værelset havde mange store, ubehagelige pletter, og værelsets indretning var temmelig forældet.

Fordele: Staff were very pleasant, location was good for us.

Ulemper: Room very dusty on the tops and on the walls, shower looks like it is going to fall of the ceiling!! Large king Bed was 2 singles pushed together, very uncomfortable, beds very tatty, wooden floor very scratched. Breakfast was OK but if you wanted and cappuccino or latte', you were charged extra?,

Fordele: I just love staying at this hotel. Location is great and plenty of places to eat and meet people on Bermondsey Street. It's a very cool place.

Ulemper: Long queue at check out and so wasn't able to pick up my VAT receipt for the company. I had to go - room already paid as i had meetings to attend.

Fordele: Location was great - not far from Tower Bridge and set in a small square, with entertainment if needed. Just a short walk and you were in the middle of London with everything going on. Hotel was smart and clean and staff friendly.

Ulemper: The only thing that I didn't like was the shower - at first very impressive wet room, but the only option was the overhead drench shower - not all ladies want to wash their hair everyday, yes there was a shower cap, but a slide rail kit would have been better.

Fordele: Rooms are large for london. Good price. Perfect location

Ulemper: Some of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful when we asked to warm up food for our toddler. The staff even questioned us if we were staying in the hotel and refused to provide a coffee spoon, instead gave a soup spoon for a toddler to use. Ridiculous and insulting.

Fordele: Breakfast was excellent, comfortable bed, wet room shower, staff very good, and friendly. good value .

Fordele: Service , I asked if possible to check in earlier and member of staff did check for me and I could go in my room earlier. That was very important for me as I was traveling for 3hours and needed shower, change and go to work straight after . And work another 8-9 hours . Really helped me! Also very clean , fresh , Morden , nice breakfast and again member of staff were very helpful and even so they didn’t have space for breakfast they offered alternative to sit on Sofas .. just caring friendly :) and location is very good with amazing restaurant just around the corner. Highly recommend!!!

Ulemper: Room not particularly clean, which was very disappointing considering the price. Shame the hotel didn’t have a bar. Cleaners entered our room twice in the morning which was hours before checkout.

Fordele: My stay in 510 was brill. The room is high, light, great view of the Shard, everything works. I stayed a couple of days later in 207 - misery! On checking out of 510 I had forgotten my mobile broadband in the room, but realized early enough to phone the hotel from the train to get them to find it and keep it it. I wasn't really sure if the receptionist on the phone had understood. I checked in again a couple of days later, and asked about collecting the broadband device - bemused looks all around. I kept on asking...

Ulemper: Whether your stay here is great or grot depends on which floor and which room they allocate you. I stayed in 510 this week (heaven) and later in the week in 207 (hell). 207 is awkward in shape, you have a strange desk which is a hot drink area behind the bedstead. I only worked out that the strip light in this area swivels, otherwise the room is dingy, dark,and totally miserable. The kettle in 207 took some working out how to use until I eventually discovered you flick it up to switch on, which is completely counter-intuitive. The AC in 207 is like a b**dy boiler going, so noisy. The left behind mobile broadband turned into a right saga. I must have asked for this x 10 times, different people, including the bl**dy manager. I was told several times it isn't here. My call to the hotel - no-one had noted it! It didn't exist - it hadn't happened. In desperation, on checking out on the last day, I persuaded the receptionist to check 510 again with me going along with her- and there it was, exactly where I said it was. What a bunch of chumps. When I said no-one had checked properly - no real acknowledgement of their stupid F**king error that had made my stay so F**king miserable.

Fordele: Fin morgenmad Dejlig terrasse med borde og stole lå perfekt for denne tur til London Meget sødt personale.

Ulemper: Ville gerne have haft frisk kaffe … ikke så vild med kæmpebeholder kaffe :)
