Fordele: Meget luksuriøst hotel i en god beliggenhed af London. ville helt sikkert tage tilbage til hotellet på mit næste besøg.

Fordele: Selv om jeg var over motorretten, var værelset meget stille, alt var godt designet, personalet var meget hjælpsomt, badeværelset var fantastisk, restauranten var fantastisk. Meget lidt (om noget) til faktisk at klage over. Øverste hak.

Ulemper: Motionsfaciliteterne var beskedne ligesom poolen, men ikke særlig store, da de fleste af hotellets fitnesscentre har et begrænset tilbud.

Fordele: Absolutely stunning hotel and was provided with an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely touches given to my parents Golden wedding anniversary. They received a yellow rose, card and cake. Beautifully clean and spacious rooms. The hotel upgraded us on arrival.

Ulemper: On comparison to another hotel near by that i normally stay that costs £300 less per night to stay there. Few little things that were missing in the room that should've been topped up especially the expectation of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast tea bags were missing. The room i stayed in i was struggling to find the plugs they were located awkwardly behind the desk. Had to get on my hands and knees to plug the kettle and charger in. A dirty tray was left outside my door on a side board from another room and was there overnight to mid morning.

Fordele: Savoy grill was excellent

Ulemper: Bigger choice of fruity cocktails would be nice

Fordele: I booked the stay for my wife’s birthday. She was very surprised as we arrived at the front of the hotel. You are made to feel special from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. A totally fantastic hotel with staff to match. Hope to return soon.

Fordele: The savoy had the magic we were expecting it is truly a wonderful place and the service was beyond expectations. We were so well cared for, all the staff are incredible and make it their passion to make your stay a most memorable experience. This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in with such attention to detail, it is in a class of its own.

Fordele: Staff extra friendly especially lady that checked me in.

Fordele: Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, all were very knowledgable about the hotels history. Cocktails in the American Bar was a lovely experience, it was the perfect end to the evening.

Ulemper: Nothing, it was faultless!

Ulemper: Værelse/badeværelsesvinduer isolerer ikke gadestøj. De må se alvorligt på denne sag. Da det bringer hastigheden og oplevelsen ned på et lavere niveau.

Ulemper: For £513 pr. nat for et klubværelse og det trange morgenmadsområde er dette virkelig ikke noget godt for pengene. Jeg formoder, at det er mere egnet til at tyre købe ture, der syntes at forbruge hotellet end en forretningsrejsende.

Fordele: Personalet var fantastisk! Så hjælpsomme!

Ulemper: Beliggenheden var bare ok.

Fordele: Hotelfaciliteterne var dejlige (ikke fantastiske eller ekstravagante), men et utroligt venligt og imødekommende personale og en meget bekvem beliggenhed for de mange af de store attraktioner

Ulemper: Jeg blev fjernet fra mit bord til et andet bord, da jeg spiste morgenmad, uden nogen grund. Pinligt.

Fordele: Virkelig dejligt hotel. God morgenmad, som var inkluderet i prisen. Stort værelse (London). Meget dejlig seng og sengetøj. Fantastisk hjælpsomt personale.

Fordele: Executive Lounge very well managed Front desk staff and concierge efficient and friendly Junior suite excellent although shower door opening was not always easy

Ulemper: I had the lamb for main course in the Dining Room - the meat was below standard (undercooked with fat throughout)

Ulemper: Everything was okay except one point happened in the reception, they get 100£ As deposit for any additional service, however during my checking out they refused for refund because they believe that the didn’t detect the full amount of the room rate, but after checking the admitted it was their mistake and release the amount of 100£. Ulemper: Room/ bathroom windows does not isolate street noise. They have to look at this matter seriously. As it’s bringing the rate and experience to a lower level.

Ulemper: Intet, alt var perfekt!

Ulemper: Morgenbuffet samme hver dag. Ikke meget udvalg for 5-stjernet luksus hotel. Jeg boede 13 nætter og hver morgen samme lille udvalg af morgenmad. Der skal være en hel del mere udvalg.

Fordele: Service og personalet var enestående. Fik os til at føle os specielle og meget velkommen.

Ulemper: Room was like a dungeon. Very disappointing.

Fordele: All the staff were great, very friendly and wanting to help.

Ulemper: I didn't like the room, we were given a disabled room with disabled fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, I didn't request this and wasn't informed about it, the first I new was when we got to the room. Paintwork flaking off of woodwork, split silicone sealant around sink area. Your average premier Inn room was better than this...….and much cheaper. Frosted secondary double glazing on the windows, absolutely no view at all, pull aside the secondary glazing to reveal the middle of the building, pipes, ductwork and filth everywhere (explains the frosted glass).

Fordele: The view of the Thames. Staff was so courteous and helpful. Location!

Ulemper: The bed was on rollers. It constantly moved.

Fordele: Nothing good to say. Extremely disappointing

Ulemper: I was downgraded from a deluxe room to a standard room (essentially.a closet)and my compensation was a 14 £ cocktail. The following day the y transferred me to a deluxe room and despite two request to make sure there were no feathers in the room...

Fordele: The location was great and the room very nice

Ulemper: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Check in took forever. A welcome drink or water would have been nice since it was a very hot day in London

Fordele: The location was in walking distance of many local sites, like Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Horseguards, London Eye, and Parliament. The staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was well kept. Had excellent food from their restaurant, 1212.

Fordele: The location is great.

Ulemper: Firstly I don’t like the service of the bell boy at the front gate. I have been to a lot of hotels including five stars but never have seen the attitude like the bell boys from that hotel. All are standing even though seeing the customer is taking luggages. Secondly I don’t like the attitude of front desks stuff. Already requested for an early check in as I have a meeting and I arrived the hotel at 2:30. It was half an hour before of that hotel policy to check in time. They won’t let me in until 3:03pm and said the room is not ready yet. Seeing the customer is waiting and sitting there for half an hour, they have no effort like asking the housekeeper whether the room is ready or no welcome drink at all. Thirdly, I don’t like the room. I booked a river view but the view of the window is so small and can’t even say it is a view. I am feeling my money for that view is not worth it. The room is so small and the hotel is very old. Fourth, the elevator is very old model 1000kgs type and very narrow. It was stopping once in every floor. Very disappointed to take that elevator. Fifthly, I stayed in that hotel at the raining day. The hotel is so old and so bad and even water drops are pouring drop by drop from the ceiling. I saw a bucket and it was collecting the rain drops in front of the elevator entrance of eighth floor. I was so shocked seeing the rain dropping from the ceiling. When I check about the hotel, it says “the Royal Horseguards” is a Five Star Hotel. I don’t know in what part it is being rated five stars. I will rate it not even a three star hotel.

Fordele: Great hotel with lovely food. It's in a fantastic location for shopping &sightseeing.

Fordele: Stayed in a king suite . View from the room was fantastic and the absolutely stunning at night. The room was spacious and comfortable with very nicely appointed furniture and bed. The bathroom with the heated floor was very nice surprise. Doorman was wonderfully welcoming, the bellboys were quick and helpful and the concierge was professional and always pleasant and patient.

Ulemper: I asked for an early check in which wasn't possible and I understood this. However, when I returned at the regular check in time, the receptionist without checking with anyone, insisted the room still wasn't ready. Had to ask for the manager, who after checking with housekeeping, found the room was ready. Receptionist was not happy at being contradicted and was less than pleasant for the rest of the check-in process. Not offered breakfast discount on check-in so would have paid substantially more if I hadn't found out about the discount by accident. Stayed two nights. Mini-fridge was not restocked the second day. Took 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice and then felt guilty for asking for it when we found out the poor guy doing room service was the only one on duty. Seems like the hotel needs to amp up the staff numbers to provide the five star service you're paying for.

Fordele: Great location close to metro and Westminster abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Ulemper: Breakfast average. Expensive price per night.

Fordele: Beliggenheden var fantastisk, og første gang jeg boede på hotellet, var det renere. Værelset er virkelig enkelt, men sengen var behagelig. Jeg ville aldrig bo her med en anden person. Værelset er godt til 1.

Ulemper: Har en lille check-in-skranke midt i caféen, som var overfyldt, da jeg ankom. Jeg har været nødt til at vente i mere end 10 minutter for at tjekke ind og ud. De virker lidt uorganiserede foran og kunne bruge et ordentligt receptionsområde.

Fordele: Dette er en ejendom uden dikkedarer, der afvikler tjenester for placering. Det mindste værelse, jeg nogensinde har boet på i over 30 år, over 100 ejendomme og 5000 nætter. Dobbeltværelset var 10x10 (fod) uden telefon eller skab. Intet vaskeri eller roomservice Vækning er et slag på døren. Ikke TIL BRUG I VIRKSOMHEDEN

Fordele: Central location on a quiet street. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficiency at a busy Reception. All staff was ready and willing to help. I needed to leave my suitcase for the day after checkout and again the staff couldn’t have been kinder or mo

Fordele: Very attentive staff, good location. Quiet room. Complementary bar.

Ulemper: Small room. Window in the room was not opening (no fresh air). There was no yogurt for breakfast.

Fordele: Great staff. Clean, well equipped and comfortable if not tiny room. The free cheese and wine before 8pm is brilliant and a marketing coup. It makes you forget you are staying in a micro-room. Air Con very efficient. Blackout blinds really help sleep. Good sound proofing. Comfortable bed.

Ulemper: Was on a business trip and an iron would have been useful. Great sound insulation save could hear running water from showers in other rooms - it was that or very noisy air-con. Not sure paying for a room with windows was worth it as was on the ground floor with opaque windows that were directly onto the pavement outside so just pulled down blackout blinds.

Fordele: Breakfast was good. Location very good

Ulemper: The size of room with double bed was very small. You can get down from the bed only from one side, this is inconvenient with two persons sharing the bed. There is hardly any space to keep the suitcases or shopping bags.

Fordele: Friendly and accommodating staff. Location. good to start a walk, reach public Transport - 1hour to and from LHR.

Ulemper: The room was very small Unfortunately for me the day I checked in the aircon wasn’t working so you can imagine after traveling from the middle of England to London I was hoping to rest when I arrived, but the room was so hot I couldn’t. It was August and 30 degrees so this was rather dissatisfying. The hotel did put a small fan in my room but I wasn’t able to sleep very well due to the discomfort. The hotel offered me a complimentary Breakfast

Ulemper: Very hot day. Air conditioning did not work in room. Was told whole hotel was out when booking in . Was a lie. Found working ok in reception and another guests room was also fine. So asked to change room and did.

Fordele: Location, cleanliness, reasonably quiet

Ulemper: The room was a lot smaller than appeared on website. Didn't like bed being against 3 walls, very difficult for a couple. Not enough space to put luggage away.

Fordele: Location is very central. I have stayed here many times.

Ulemper: I was in the basement, for the first time, and there seemed to be small flies in the room and hallway
