Fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til de aktiviteter vi havde planlagt hjemmefra. Vi har tidlligere boet på hotellet. Dejligt at værelserne er blevet renoveret. Lidt uheldigt, at der ikke er mulighed for at åbne vinduerne for at lufte ud for eksempel om morgenen, efter 2 personer har været i bad.
et livligt sted med rummelig værelse den traditionelle engelske morgenmad var ikke noget særligt og det var dyrt. vores værelse manglede lut.
Centralt beliggende, rolige omgivelser, fortrinligt personale, kvalitet... morgenmaden kunne godt variere lidt mere, når man tilbringer 6 dage. Kommer gerne igen At 10% af morgenmaden varierer fra dag til dag. Lidt andet frugt, en ekstra ret, lidt andet brød... små ting, som vækker nysgerrigheden
God central beliggenhed men samtidig ro. Den generelle bygningstilstand er meget god og flotte nyistandsatte værelser.

Dejligt hotel med fin service. Vi fik dog et værelse ud til en baggård, hvilket ikke gør så meget, når man er på forretning i London, men spørg efter et værelse med udsigt til Hyde Park. Værelserne er ikke så store, men lækre og moderne. Personligt er jeg nok mere til et hotel med beliggenhed i West-End (nær teatrene) men som udgangspunkt for shopping i Oxford street og Regent street etc. er beliggenheden god lige ved Marble Arch - og med mulighed for en løbetur i Hyde Park.
Det er god beliggenhed. Skal man over for at shoppe er det tæt på Oxford street og man kommer hurtig rundt. Ja deres betjening til morgenmad er langt fra den service hottellet udstråler.
Dejligt veludstyret værelse smagfuldt indrettet. Personalet var virkelig veloplagt, næsten lige før det blev lidt for meget, men sådan kan nogle nok lide det. Men et dejligt ophold, vi kunne helt klart finde på at komme igen.
Restauranten var middelmådig. Både udvalget ved morgenserveringen samt et besøg til aftenmad gav et dårligt indtryk
Vi havde en fantastisk weekend. Gåafstand til mange gode butikker, restauranter, sightseeing og tube. Vil absolut benytte hotellet igen.
Super beliggenhed. God morgenmad. Lækker indretning Der manglede efter min mening conditioner på badeværelset. Det må kunne forventes af 5 stjernet hotel. Vi havde også en fejlagtigt brand alarm midt på natten hvor receptionen ikke tog telefonen. Det er ikke ok.

perfekt beliggenhed i covent garden, klassisk og luksuriøst med super service, prøv executive etagen, den er alle pengene værd, og kælderen er fyldt med wellness.

Ble opgraderet uden ekstra kostnader. Fantastisk værelse og en fantastisk morgenmads buffet. God service og venlig personale. Beliggenheden var helt perfekt.
Overrasket over meget lille dobbeltseng
Service was impeccable: we got a top floor room and enjoyed splendid views. Good restaurant and modern design profile made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was complimentary and we were upgraded to a superior room, because our booked room had a funky smell No downsides

What's not to like! Everything was outstanding! The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly, anything you needed they got it for you! Just wish it wasn't so pricey otherwise we would go more often!
Spectacular in every way Not being able to stay longer
The Savoy stay was one of the most exceptional stays that I have had -- extraordinary from the moment the taxi door opened. I needed a rest and wanted to visit London, and the Savoy was worth every penny. Location is perfect. Food and service were outstanding -- didn't feel the need to leave for an outside restaurant. Breakfast, high tea and dinners were delicious. High Tea was conceivably the best I have every experienced. Room was like a cocoon, and their baths are legendary. Will be back soon for another break. I was disappointed that the spa and pool were closed for renovation.
despite being over motor court, room was very quiet, everything was well designed, staff was extremely helpful, bathroom was tremendous, restaurant was great. Very little (if anything) to actually complain about. Top-notch. gym facilities were modest as was pool, but not a terribly big deal as most hotel gyms have a limited offer.

Helt fantastisk service, og en unik beliggenhed. Badeværelset savner et "frugt aftræk" der var damp i værelset en time efter man havde taget bad.
Meget venlig og kompetent medarbejderstab. Meget fin rengøringsstandard. Værelser gode men måske lidt små. Gode senge og møbler i det hele taget. Udmærket restaurant og bar. God morgenmad.

We had a lovely week-end stay at the Sofitel London st James.The location is great, staff all very friendly .We had a really nice room and the bed was so comfortable.
There are many things that i loved. Amongst it all the location is outstanding. The staff is a ++ The beds are so comfortable Its is just a bliss from a to z It is a bit expensive and my room was more of a regular room than a superior room
Its position It is not true that airconditioning system is controlled from the room. Actutally the system is not strong enough when there is a very warm climate in uk.
Great location to National Gallery, Piccadilly Square, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and gardens. Contemporary style, very comfy bed, staff polite and helpful. Free "slow" internet in the room-it was fast enough! Rain shower head. The shower was a bit small so the splashing water would sometimes puddle on the floor. No other complaints!
Staff very good,great location and good value for money.
Perfect location for New Year, everything in walking distance, close to Trafalgar Square, easy access to Embankment for fireworks and New Year day parade passed front door...not to mention the hotel festivities, plenty going on in a stylish, refined way. We were only there 24 hours but thanks to location, facilities, easy relaxed feel of the hotel it was the ideal intensive enjoyment hoped for.
Hotel design and great customer service as standard Bathroom toiletories are not to my taste
Quality modern room with a great rain shower. The beds were luxurious. Light switch was confusing. Need separate switch for the bathroom.

Modern elegance this hotel is one of the finest I have stayed in. Contemporary design Incorporated into the old world charm and classic design of the building, The location is superb I really can't get any more central than this. The stuff are wonderful, right down to the doorman, I've stayed there four times in the past six months, and i must say, it's so nice when the doorman greats you and welcomes you back to the hotel.
Location and service was good Problem with the room it was very small, offered improved room after two days
My daughter and I were greeted like we were royalty. Everybody is friendly, efficient and professional. The Ritz is gorgeous and always clean. The servers are very proper and the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend The Ritz, because you will certainly not be disappointed.
Everything Being in a smoking floor
The lobby, spa and bar are brilliantly designed. Most parts of the hotel are chic and the overall atmosphere is very charming. The rooms are impractically designed. No provision made to accomodate suitcases even. Too much insistence on style and little attention to comfort. Great to hang out at all parts of the hotel except your room where everything seems like a mess since there are no practical provisions made. Very little storage so all the stuff just lies around the floor; also not very child friendly.
I like the desing and the location
Wonderful design interiors. The food in the Malaysian restaurant was amazing and the cocktails at The Long Bar were innovative and delicious - if very pricey at £11 a shot Some of the towels in the room were not 100% clean
Our stay at The Sanderson was perfect from start to finish. I called ahead to let them know that we were coming to stay for my boyfriend's birthday. From upgrading us to a huge, gorgeous room to delivering balloons, flowers, candles, and birthday treats, they truly went above and beyond to make it an amazing weekend. We can't wait for our next visit!
The lifts. The service. The availability of the garage. The conviviality of the bar areas (both the open & cosy bars). The dedication of your cleaning staff. The laundry service. The proportions. The corridor lighting. And, above all, the location. The lack of Internet access (the business centre was occasionally out of action). The limitations of the room service menu for vegetarians. The limited number of T.V. entertainment channels - without in-house films The lack of a bath. No fresh air. The painting on the ceiling of my room.
General location was very good.Cleanliness was good No bar to have a drink with children over 18 had to be 21.Bar staff rude and ignorant.However, Bar manager was very considerate.Very trendy which was nice but thats where it ends i'm afraid. Would not book again.

The location was great. Room beautiful but things like complimentry water in the rooms, toilet paper too much of a production. Restaurant staff and front door/desk/concierge great. Gym staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Great gym tho. See above.
The location in Leicester Square was very nice, and the hotel seemed to be a popular place to visit. I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it". Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night. Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.
