Fordele: There were no staff on site. The fire alarm went off... everyone gathered near front door. One guest turned off alarm but it was still lit up. Only number available was the cleaners who said she would come at 10 in morning. She also said that the alarm had gone off a few times during day time hours. We asked her to call manager and she said she would call back but she didnt. I called fire brigade who came out to check and said that steam from a shower had set it off... but that the alarm system was faulty and needed fixing. My bedding was smelly and bathroom bin still had rubbish in it.

Fordele: Leeli, the owner, is very efficient and helpful. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well looked after. We were upgraded to en suite and our room had a lovely modern bathroom with a double sink. Highly recommend a stay here - and do book breakfast - we didn’t and it looked delicious.

Fordele: Perfect location. Love Greenwich. We walked to the O2 along the Thames path and got the clipper boat back. The parking was great value for London and the breakfast at cafe rouge was superb. We felt quite spoiled! My other half left his watch in the room and they found it and held onto it for us. They also found a tshirt that he didn’t even know he had forgotten :) Very friendly and very comfy beds. Shower had good pressure and the do not disturb sign made me laugh /)

Fordele: Nice and friendly, warm welcome on arrival. Good location, very comfortable bed. Stayed there for the O2. Bit of a walk but pleasant enough along the Thames on a warm evening. Wouldn’t walk it on my own though!

Ulemper: Room was on the ground floor overlooking the car park and was a bit dark. Otherwise it was all good.

Fordele: The location of the hotel is its best feature. It is a short stroll from the Cutty Sark DLR station, and right in the heart of Greenwich. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious.

Ulemper: Bath screen made it very difficult to turn on bath or shower. You had to be standing in bath to turn them on. Bedside lamp only worked if you wiggled the bulb but I reported it when we left

Fordele: The location of the hotel is its best feature. It is a short stroll from the Cutty Sark DLR station, and right in the heart of Greenwich. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious.
Ulemper: The room smelt damp and looked rather run-down. The walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture had stains on it. The reason for the damp smell was clear when we discovered that the bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever. There was even a notice in the bathroom requesting guests to keep the door closed after a shower to prevent steam from setting off the fire alarm. Breakfast was adequate - it was particularly busy when we went and there was a long queue of people waiting for the cooked breakfast to be replenished.

Ulemper: A room overlooking a cemetery. Unclean bathroom. Rooms looked quite tired. The money seemed excessive for the standard of the room. Lots of noise from the corridor for most of the night with fire doors left ajar.

Ulemper: Lavt vandtryk i den høje bruser og ingen håndbruser, så det er meget svært at vaske hår. Stærkt lysende lille grøn ting inden for over døren i "entreen" (til hvad?) og ingen mulighed for at dække den eller trække for ud til den lille fordelingsgang, hvilket gav meget lys om natten. Vi fandt på at binde en trøje om for at få sovet.

Ulemper: First of all, this place is dirty. My room was too dusty, it made me kinda sick. I never seen a toy cleaning up shower rooms. Lots of wet long hair on the floor, it was disgusting, it stayed for 2 days... I won’t go back there.
