Fordele: Alt var perfekt.

Ulemper: Intet

Ulemper: Brilliant accommodation and close to Paddington and Hyde park. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Fordele: Great location, nice decor, super staff

Ulemper: The reception and welcome is 5 star but the rooms are nowhere near. More like a 3 star if I am honest. Breakfast didn’t blow me away either.

Fordele: Best features of this hotel: convenient location; fine breakfast buffet; quiet.

Ulemper: Single room is truly tiny. No space even for a comfortable chair, only a small bench. Spotless bathroom, but no hot water in the basin - at best luke warm. Duvet provided too warm for the season, so despite the airconditioning, slept very poorly. Counted four mirrors in my little room, but no artwork at all. No artwork anywhere to be seen in the hotel lobby, or the dining room. Strangely blank and characterless environment filled only with dark wood veneer and leatherette furniture, and reflections of yourself in mirrors, glass doors, and polished floors.

Fordele: Proximity to Paddington station, although small the room it was well equipped

Ulemper: The green light above the door, I assume is for fire safety, but it is large and lights the entire room at night, its excessive given the bed is less than a metre from the door. It was noisy as the upstairs guests could be heard walking about their room and so too the next door guests can be heard talking. The walls must be very thin but disruptive to a good nights sleep. I mistakenly pressed an electronic button that had a couple of zzz's on it, thinking this would switch off all the lights. Instead this is a button to show no housekeeping so my room was not cleaned the following day. Rather confusing and not well explained. Barring one member of staff at reception, the rest were rather unfriendly. No one bothered to assist me lifting my luggage down the stairs when I was leaving. I paid in cash for my breakfast as it was not reflected on my bill as yet when checking out. I have since discovered an additional GBP10.95 debited to my account for a very meagre croissant, fruit and weak tea, despite already having paid for it. I have emailed the hotel to notify them but this was not reversed and I have had no correspondence via booking.com

Ulemper: The single room was very small, but ok. As was the bathroom, but there was nowhere to put toiletries due to a huge sink which took up most of the space.

Fordele: It is exceptionally clean and had good location. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. I enjoyed my stay for a couple of days.

Ulemper: Means of communicating with staff of the hotel from the rooms is poor. For instance I could not get in touch with restaurant and laundry easily until I got to the front desk.

Ulemper: I forhold til billederne vist på booking.dk, var min oplevelse noget helt andet. Jeg fik et ekstremt lille værelse der havde temperatur som en sauna, og hvor man ikke kunne åbne vinduet. Ærlig talt var jeg ret skuffet.

Fordele: Perfectly located for exploring London, super cool fitout, great ambiance and very comfortable. Amazing place!

Ulemper: Only challenge is stairs with heavy luggage - but you can always ask for help.

Ulemper: The floor elevators .. drinking water is self refilling

Fordele: Breakfast was really good, although the staff was slow serving it. Location was very good too, 2 min walking from the tube station.

Ulemper: It was very noisy, the rooms were very small, my room was near the kitchen and all the smell from the kitchen was coming in.

Fordele: Rigtig god morgenmad, moderne og nutidig mad. hyggelig hjemlig og trendy atmosfære i restauranten. Super lækker kaffe. Kager om eftermiddagen, Fri vand med brus fra hane til flasker to go. Venligt personale og ordentlige og rene forhold.

Ulemper: Det lille værelse er temmelig lille, det fungerede fint da vi ikke havde meget bagage med, havde man det ville det give lidt udfordringer i forhold til garderobe og faktisk plads til kufferter.

Fordele: the room is clean and comfortable, great breakfast, great vibe. Hotel has a character and attention to detail. However, dont stay in room M11 as it locate above a pub back door. quite noise from 10 pm to 2 am!

Ulemper: my room is locate directly on top of a pub back door so it is very noise at night as people come out for cigarette and chat and gossip. from 10 pm to 2 am!

Fordele: Atmosfære i lounge og cafe var fremragende

Ulemper: Værelset var betydeligt mindre end vi havde forstiller os, der er ikke plads til to kuffertene , manglede et lille bord eller en stol til afsætning

Fordele: Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were beautifully curated. Restaurant and coffee shop were hip and tasty. Def get the breakfast included if you can. If not, go anyway! It's perfect. -- WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL MY COWORKERS.

Fordele: Good value but the rooms are to small to sell them as medium!

Ulemper: The size of the room. Ridiculous!

Ulemper: Although, it is a very nice hotel. If you are looking for a quite good night sleep, this is not the place for you. Because it is in front of paddington station and the walls and windows are thin.

Fordele: Literally everything.

Ulemper: Literally nothing.

Fordele: The Concierges were polite helpful. Toilet has a bidet shower. Rooms are clean. Hotel is in quite area near grossery shops, 1 Arabic restaurants. 5-10 mints from the underground.

Ulemper: WiFi was poor even though I was on the ground floor, While checking in time one staff were talking to us aggressively don’t know why , we asked for early checking but due to room availability she couldn’t manage it . we can understand but why the aggressive attitude!? We were 4 individuals they upgrade to except 1!! No complementary water in the rooms AC wasn’t cooling.

Ulemper: Breakfast not totally ready at 7:00 had to wait while they set up I advise front desk 2 days later still not corrected and no response from manager when requested breakfast very basic at best

Fordele: Very convenient location and good facilities and value

Ulemper: The rooms were too small.. and the breakfast was not a point. I paid for a 4 star hotel but it seemed that I was staying at 2 star hotel.

Fordele: Beliggenhed. Fint værelse. Badeværelse.

Ulemper: Mærkeligt at man bestiller morgenmad (og ikke får mulighed for at vælge hvilken slags morgenmad), og at morgenmaden så er delt op i Continental og Full English Breakfast. Man må kun tage noget af det hele hvis man lige betaler lidt ekstra. Åndsvagt og besværligt for både gæster og personale.

Fordele: Supergod renlighed og fine værelser. Godt med et køleskab og te/kaffe-mulighed på værelset. Fine madrasser.

Ulemper: Brandalarmen gik (uden brand to gange) i løbet af det første døgn - en ene gang midt om natten. Dørhåndtagene var så skarpe, at en af os kom til skade. Morgenmaden (continental) lever ikke op til de fire stjerner. Elevatoren havde sit eget liv.

Fordele: Beliggenhed helt i top. Super venligt personale.

Ulemper: Ekstrem lydt. Husk ørepropper. Vil gerne fremstå mere luksuriøst end det er.

Fordele: Nice and clean hotel at a quiet street nearby the Hyde park. Comfy room with a Good view, fine service and a decent English breakfast.

Ulemper: The only thing I was disappointed in is the default breakfast is cold. So you are to pay 5.5 pounds to have a full English Breakfast anyway.

Ulemper: Staff lacks hospitality. No attendance when I arrived.

Ulemper: When we got to our room late at night the air conditioner was not working properly and the room VERY cold while the bathroom was VERY hot. The front desk sent someone to check it out and sure enough it was broken. They were booked and could not move us and told us to turn it off and open a window. ( They were not apologetic and seemed to not really care).They said they would move us in the morning. We opted to have them fix it as we did not want to waste our vacation time moving into another room in the afternoon. Did NOT get fixed that day. It took 2 days to fix it. They were not the friendliest staff.

Fordele: Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Fantastisk beliggenhed nær Hyde Park og Paddington og Lancaster Gate.

Ulemper: Værelset var småt, men fint for et langt weekend-ophold. Wifi var langsomt.

Ulemper: Room was way too small, especially around the bed. The bathroom was tiny. Not enough space to say that it was a deluxe for our anniversary. Disappointed. Overpriced for 1 night. Stayed in better rooms for less money in London.Won’t be staying here again.

Fordele: Hotellet ligger i et godt område med flere restauranter, caféer og dagligvarer butikker. Det er tæt på parker og underground station. På trods af sit størrelse havde værelset gode faciliteter og et lækkert nyistandsat badeværelse.

Ulemper: Værelset var lille og lå i kælderen (høj)

Fordele: Reception staff couldn't do enough to help you. Small boutique hotel providing an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Central London. Outdoor terraces to take breakfast, coffee and drinks.

Ulemper: A couple of the waiting staff appeared a little hurried in their service. We also were asked to pay for breakfast before it had arrived!

Ulemper: Awkward layout of hotel to get to room, late start to open breakfast (7:30), narrow hallway.

Fordele: Dejligt værelse - vi valgte et clubroom. Personalet meget imødekommende og serviceminded. Beliggenheden er super i forhold til Heathrow og destinationer rundt om i London.
