Ulemper: Overpriced. Very noisy property. Terrible nights sleep. Wouldn’t recommended.

Ulemper: Rooms are very small with rock hard beds. There were clumps of hair in the shower and blowing around on the floor. There are no phones in the room so I had to dial using the external number to contact reception. I can't recommend this hotel at all!

Fordele: This hotel offered a lot in the area & price that we paid. The staff was super helpful. Wine and cheese hour from 5 to 8 was AMAZING!

Fordele: Rent, og lækkert med te, kaffe og kakao på rummet. Fantastisk med gratis vin og ost fra 17-20. Hjælpsom og flink personale. God placering lige ved undergrunden.

Ulemper: Til længere ophold ville rummet være lidt småt, men perfekt til en weekend. Glas-badeværelset gør ikke meget for privatsfæren, så hvis man er 2 som overhovedet ikke kan tåle at tisse for åben dør, så er det nok ikke for jer.

Fordele: Close to train station, close to music venue and in amongst a lot of shops/restaurants.

Ulemper: Had to send my burger back one night because it was bright pink. Room service was definitely not as good as it could have been. Ordered a pizza the night after and it tasted too strongly of parsley. That would be my only issue.

Ulemper: Ingen air condition, gangene og værelset var meget varmt. Ventilator i værelse hjalp lidt, men stadig varmt.

Ulemper: Very uncomfortable beds; too firm with bed springs constantly poking into back. Noisy in the morning due to outside dustbins

Fordele: The reception were delightful and helpful! They kindly moved me to a quiet room off the main road at my request. The room itself was basic and clean, but that's all I wanted and the price was right for it! My friends were staying at the Rosewood for our friends Wedding. I don't see the point in spending hundreds of pounds when you are hardly in the hotel room anyway.

Ulemper: I didn't like not having a bath. But for $100.00 per night for a few days, I survived this first world problem!

Fordele: The seating area downstairs was convenient and quiet for a drink. The hotel was well situated for the Barbican.

Ulemper: There was far too much bulky furniture in the room. Removing it would improve things hugely. The fridge kept me awake until I realised what the noise was and turned it right down at night. For most people a fridge is not needed. The kettle and cups etc were in a very awkward corner, again as a result of the organisation of the furniture.

Ulemper: Rooms were tired & needed redecorating, showed significant signs of wear and tear. Very small room. The bathroom because of its poor condition was not as clean as I would expect. Furniture in room was stained and veneer chipped.

Ulemper: They gave me a room with a single bed..... It felt like being back in boarding school!

Fordele: Bad coffee machine isn't much to complain about in such a cheap hotel but it's all I have. Fantastic management and a great location, I will be back

Fordele: The location was very good for us, with quick and easy access to Camden and Holloway. The breakfast was better than adequate and we didn't expect luxurious surroundings for the price we paid. The lady in charge was very pleasant and willing to be of assistance.

Ulemper: Once we had set our budget, our expectations were tailored accordingly. So, for that reason only, there's nothing we didn't like.

Ulemper: Everything was terrible: staff, communication, location, hygiene, rooms... they were so tiny that you could wash your feet, pee and brush your teeth at the same time. No communication whatsoever, no answer to our complaints. Nobody at the reception during opening hours. SHAME. Never again!!!

Fordele: Great location in North London. It is 5 minutes walking from Tufnell Park tube station and 10 minutes from Holloway road where you can get several buses to the downtown. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Ulemper: The wifi might work better and the water pressure of the shower should be stronger.

Fordele: The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a black line of underground called Tufnell Park. The breakfast is very simple white or brown toast, butter, Nutella, jam and 4 kinds of cereals, available cooked breakfast contain eggs, bacon, and beans. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. We left every day in the morning and come back in the evening, so we really did not spend much time in the hotel. There was one lady doing everything from reception to cooking breakfast, she was really kind and nice.

Ulemper: The only thing was that the wifi really wasn't working at all, we are at the first floor so I am not sure if there were many people on it although the location was very good and reception strong or they just turned off because around 10 am when everyone was gone, wi-fi worked perfectly. We were on the 1st floor so, in the morning, you could smell toast from the toasters.

Fordele: Having read some bad reviews I like to make my own mind up , The property was clean , the lady was friendly and made conversation not at all rude , she clearly works hard . The room was a good size and very clean , beds comfortable , shared bathroom was always clean , hot water and good pressure , the breakfast was fresh and hot . I would stay again , location is good £7 Uber to the city center . I send this as a work with my family coming up for the night , it was safe and quiet , my little boy thought the lady was lovely .

Ulemper: Overall, our experience was very negative. We were left outside the B&B for about 20 minutes when we first arrived after ring the bell a couple of times. I assumed no one was in, so I called the number provided by the hotel on my booking confirmation. I got through to the manager who told me to ring the bell again and that he would contact the receptionist who was in. Rang the bell again, and the receptionist answered. Everything was fine, she then got a call from the manager while we were checking in. Her attitude completely changed when she got off the phone, and wouldn't listen when we said we were ringing the bell for 20 minutes and that's why we called. She told us we didn't ring the bell. My partner apologised to keep the peace and off we went to our room. On the final night of our stay, we wanted to make a mug of tea in the kitchen. My partner went to make it and found the receptionist was also in the kitchen. He asked if it would be alright to make tea, and she was very dismissive and rude, saying it wasn't allowed and only at breakfast. She was very unprofessional in how she addressed him and made him very uncomfortable. Once she "gave us permission", my partner had gotten the hot water and was looking for the milk. He asked her and she kept saying that she "told him already" and that it was upstairs at reception in the machine. She raised her voice at him and at this point, he just returned to our room without milk as he felt very uncomfortable about the whole confrontation. If guests aren't allowed in the kitchen during the day/night, why not just place a kettle in each room? We felt so unwelcome and unwanted at the Five Kings Hotel that we were excited to check out. It impacted our trip a lot and I hope the hotel use this review to improve the conditions of the B&B. We do not recommend this B&B.

Fordele: It was cheap for being bank holiday in London and the location was good, 20 min walk to Camden and the bus stop about 5-10 min away, the area was lovely

Ulemper: The shower was inside the room and the toilet room was very small. The doors were always slamming even when you didn't wanted, walls a bit too thin. If you lose your key the amount that you need to pay I personally found it a bit excessive £100. Breakfast it's ok, I would might, reduce the basic breakfast and improve the full English as it was bacon ,eggs and beans (not very form them) and they didn't asked you if you wanted the eggs in any way, they were dry everyday. The reception wasn't open 24h, it isn't a problem but it would be helpful. However, it's alright for what your pay.

Fordele: God beliggenhed i et godt kvarter. Omgivet af masser af små butikker, restauranter, butikker og supermarkeder. Personalet er meget venligt og fuld af gode råd.

Ulemper: Wifi kvaliteten var sporadisk. Nogle gange meget godt, nogle gange ikke-eksisterende. Værelserne er små og mørke.

Fordele: The room was small but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The cleaners were very friendly.

Ulemper: It was very basic and not in the slightest cosy. The breakfast was very poor.
