Super beliggenhed. God morgenmad. Lækker indretning Der manglede efter min mening conditioner på badeværelset. Det må kunne forventes af 5 stjernet hotel. Vi havde også en fejlagtigt brand alarm midt på natten hvor receptionen ikke tog telefonen. Det er ikke ok.
Restauranten var middelmådig. Både udvalget ved morgenserveringen samt et besøg til aftenmad gav et dårligt indtryk
Vi havde en fantastisk weekend. Gåafstand til mange gode butikker, restauranter, sightseeing og tube. Vil absolut benytte hotellet igen.

Everything Being in a smoking floor
My daughter and I were greeted like we were royalty. Everybody is friendly, efficient and professional. The Ritz is gorgeous and always clean. The servers are very proper and the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend The Ritz, because you will certainly not be disappointed.
Vi fik et forholdsvis godt tilbud på 3 overnatninger, men normal prisen er ikke hotellet værd!! Det levede ikke op til 5 stjerner, men faciliteterne var bestemt iorden. Beliggenheden er helt i top, og meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale man skal ikke forvente 5 stjernet luksus

Generelt godt, alt for lille værelse til prisen. Man må aldrig glemme at rengøre og klargøre et værelse - vi manglede cleaning m.m. en hel dag! Prisen skal afspejle et kvalitetsniveau og sådanne fejl må ikke forekomme.
Everything in this hotel was perfect: excellent service and very friendly personnel. We had a beautiful big room on the 7th floor with view over London.

Appreciated hospitality of hotel staff except one Japanese staff at reception desk. If you are trying to improve the level of service provided to the Japanese clients, you'd better to leave the operation only to your excellent English staff. Due to double booking, we faced to transfer to the other rooms during our stay. We have not received an official apology from the manager nor any kind of compensation, In spite of this big problem, the attitude of Japanese staff was always very gruff and unkind. I regret to say that her attitude destroyed our good reputation of your hotel.

I wish all hotels were like Claridge's. The facility is lovely, the rooms are fabulous, and the staff are extremely helpful. Their response to a special request was 'no problem' which simpliflied my trip a great deal. I wish I could have stayed longer.

having last stayed there over 30 years ago , it was good to see that nothing much had changed on the ground floor ; the bedroom was very comfortable and we were particularly pleased to be upgraded .
I liked the upgrade we had from a duplex room to a suit.
Staff were very helpful, rooms were well appointed altho a little smaller than I had expected. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. Supper options were limited for vegetarians and the sandwich wasn't particularly nice.
friendliness and helpfulness of all staff I found the table manners of some of the other guests quite revolting. The first morning I had breakfast in the dinning room was quite awful, I couldnt eat my breakfast because of it. There was no escaping this awful exhibition as I was sat facing these awful people
The spa, sauna, etc. The pampering had to be booked in advanced during weekend period as they didn't have availibility. The standard room looked worse than a good ibis or novatel. Not 5-star material.
we had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and compared to the price, the dinner was not good, further more the hotel is in our oppinion not a 5 star hotel, maybe four stars, not five.

location of the hotel was very good wasnt impressed when i read that the mini bar was free, then when i checked out and paid i found out that actually the alcohol im the mini bar wasnt free, so was very misleading and disapointing

It has to be renovated
the location the staff and the bar area. the bathrooms were a disgrace, cracked tiles, old fashioned, didnt feel clean and certainly not up to the standard of a 3 star hotel let alone a 5 star.the whole living quarters of the hotel need a referbishment.

Location is good but cannot be a reason for staying in this terrible hotel. Worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. Non renovated rooms can even not be rated 1 star. They should not be sold. It is a shame for Sheraton and Starwood to have such a bad hotel in the chain. Staff is trying to do its best but management is non existent. Hotel manager must be fired...
the bed was good yes if you want to stay in a 5 star hotel I would not recommend this hotel the room is to pour and everything is to old

convenience to Mayfair
The service was excellent, the room was a good size and the food at the Citrus restuarant was lovely There were limited facilities in the room including bad reception on the old tv, it smelled of smoke despite asking for a non smoking room. The hotel was not aware of my booking when I arrived- which may this sites fault or on the hotel end.

the localization of the hotel is very good. to clean the rooms the staff used to make a lot of noise.
The service was excellent, the reception staff were excellent and in one particular case - superb! The fine dining was 1st class. The fact that we could only afford to stay one night and I didn't get to enjoy the spa!
Amazing level of service, sheer luxury and comfort, quiet and centrally situated, excellent breakfast, nothing is a problem. asked about computer to check in for flight and was provided with a laptop and printer in my room at no cost for the first 2.5 hours.
The staff very kind and prepared. The new wing very confortable The only thing I didn't appreciate was that even if the hotel was generally very quiet the room door wasn't enough insulated and you can hear other room doors closing

Perfekt beliggenhed for en shopping-ferie! Vi betalte ikke for en masse vi ikke havde brug for. Pris og kvalitet svarede til hinanden. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage :-)
Et perfekt beliggende hotel. Tæt på alting og med en meget venlig og imødekommende serviceminded personale. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette hotel til andre der skal til London. Et hotel hvor man slapper af og med en høj standard.
